Correa and Manuel Ortega, Daniel Ortega, Hugo Chavez Separated by Few Degrees... and Growing

April 18, 2007 Striking a Clintonesque or Barack Obama cheesecake pose for adoring leftist media photograhers does not translate into wise leadership., or stability, or a principled, purposeful life. Even so, the Chavez blogs are drooling over their new communist centerfold who does appear more youthful than his own hero, the ghoulish Fidel Castro. Adolescent demands and lies, however, are no excuse for surrendering to communist tyranny.

"If I were Rafael Correa, I don’t know how I’d get any work done. I’d spend all day staring at my enormous 'approval ratings.'" This fawning analysis on Correa's supposed enormity is from a proChavez "Bolivarian" site with all the journalistic integrity of Hustler magazine. We can only suspect that their standards for analyzing "enormity" have been baldy deflated and reduced of late, leaving them with little to praise. Or perhaps they assume, as all good communists do, that if one simply repeats a lie long enough, most fools will believe the propaganda, calling something "enormous" when.....it is not, unless one has few standards for comparison which is also highly likely.

But we remind how very very close this is... to ....this:
Pictured on the left: Deposed Panamanian dictator and former CIA asset Manuel ("Pineapple Face") Noriega's mugshot, 1990.

We are not sure what the Chavez fans claim is so "enormous" about all this.  There are better things at hand but not....under communism.
