July 3, 2007        We commend Publius Pundit today for stating the facts: the Rafael Correa team are liars..."deceptive little punks" who applied very expensive "deceptions" to get what they wanted, when they wanted, stamped their little feet, screeched, bellowed, threatened, crooned, organized pro-Chavez propaganda groups, lied, manipulated, seduced and cajoled...using hefty paid propaganda, to hood wink the non - thinkers in the U.S. Congress who were on the fence about the pre-greased Democratic Party's pledge to give away U.S. tax dollars to this rogue's gallery of Castro lovers and Chavez money launderers called the Correa government of Ecuador.

After all that effort to get trading privileges with the U.S. renewed, Ecuador's government has come out full bore against free trade, letting its real feelings all hang out. Deceptive little punks, aren't they?"

We could not agree more. Manipulation of the facts is not attractive, it is deceptive, it does make the deceivers look like little punks, is not mature, is not responsible, is never sustainable in the long term, nor is non reporting of the basics regarding Ecuador. Washington, D.C. was bombarded by propaganda from the spendthrift Correa open wallet for propagandists. Meanwhile, the original sin of burglary from OCCIDENTAL, long the Rosetta Stone of Correa's complicity, shows us that no self respecting U.S. lawyer of any standing will pay the Correa regime a $5,000 bid entry fee to be adjudged as the most willing to denounce rule of law lawyer left standing in the USA. And what a contest winner that will be! Correa has opened a public bid system for eager applicants from the globe, including U.S. Bar Association members willing to denounce their Bar membership for complicity in ending ethical legal practices. We are positive however that scores of dunderheads and miscreants are willing to jump ship to enable the Correa manipulators and further their delusional system of non justice. Although Rafael Correa has yet to disclose any thing at all honestly, such as required state budgets and expenditures, his rogue team claims that for once they will have transparent bids for counsel on their arbitral team against Occidental, having drawn out the procedure embarrassingly to insure that justice is delayed while hoping, as a tactic, that justice will be denied OCCIDENTAL. In its unending search for a technical reason to self justify its original sin- theft of Occidental’s assets, the Ecuadorean team seeks to find any way out of what everyone knows will be coming their way: a demand for fair restitution for theft.

Having plowed through several law firms and numerous accounts for propaganda, sometimes called lobbying, Correa claims to be seeking a new willing partner to help in their cover up and exhibit a willingness to lie before the world's arbitral courts. To be sure, there are plenty in all walks who will sell out for the highest bidder while  we remind that falsification of legal activities remains still a crime and worthy of removal of law licenses. We also remind that any who even dream that the Correa bidding scheme is open, legitimate and honest are self deluded.

Were Correa's bid plans open and honest, he would have formally presented for the record to Ecuadoreans all the agreements and contracts he has made with Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and their inner circle of self enriching mafias. Rafael Correa has avoided Ecuadorean law and failed to disclose anything meaningful while scores of well paid minions march in lock step to enable and further his regime of deception. Or as U.S. ambassador Linda Jewell said, ` we are with you all the way.' Indeed. Where she is going with Rafael Correa is another matter altogether. Unknown still are the plans underway to enable Correa's positions to assist in expanding the FARC, Iran's mullahs, Chavez's derivatives and hedge fund operationals, and the rampant crime in Ecuador remains a mystery to any who consider that the U.S.A. stands for the tenants of democracy and law and order. Clearly Linda Jewell agrees with the new leftists that a vague alternative democracy - at its heart lawless and as badly defined as a bowl of Jello- is the best way to slide down a wall.

In the June 21, 2007 American Enterprise Institute (AEI) piece, here, Roger Noriega tells us unconvincingly why it is that he will not give back his ill gotten monies paid to "lobby" on behalf of Ecuador....that is...because "Correa--far from being unredeemable"  is...redeemable. In a generally pleasant article from AEI on the myriad problems and unenforcement issues facing Latin America, Noriega appears to defend his role in promoting Ecuador's lawlessness as 'redeemable.' We hope that instead of using AEI for self promotion of Noriega's erstwhile lobbying clients- such as Ecuador, that Noriega will inform us all precisely what Correa has done toward....redemption. Correa has placed a porn writing liar as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Correa has placed an ill prepared Sandinista allied crony as Minister of the Economy to protect and defend Chavez's speculative attacks on U.S. financial interests, and Correa has ordered his own Congress and justices from office- at the point of a gun, while rabble rousing his own paid Chavez-Backed goon squads, supposedly the voice of the people, at about $15 a day, give or take the booze. This is coordinated by a new Cabinet -rank officer for goon squad control named Manuela Gallegos, a particularly nasty specimen of what happens when governments seize full powers to command and control. Correa's cabinet rank post of anarchist support, goon squad actors and Chavez-backed red shirted Bolivarians rampaging Ecuador requires full disclosure. There is no redemption, no redeemable act at all, for violence inflicted on Ecuadoreans by these red shirted mafias.

It is enough for now that the government of Ecuador openly pledged to respect true rule of law in return for its U.S. taxpayer gift of an unjustified ATPDEA extension. It is not enough for now that the Correa team comes now to kick that gift in the face, biting the hand that feeds it so to speak. Ecuador was given an eight month supply of economic oxygen. Like all addicts to manipulation, they simply cannot help themselves and continually flood the market with more manipulative acts. The latest gambit by Ministra Espinosa to tell us that free trade is an evil exhibits the psyche of the manipulative. Not two weeks ago, this very same porn star was begging Washington to hand over yet another U.S. tax dollar give away to keep her nation's failed policies synthetically alive on oxygen's life support system. Today, she would deny this life support and create yet another smokescreen for integrity. Indeed, Espinosa would appear more honest, less like the deceptive little porn writing punk that she is, if she simply thanked the people of the United States for their generosity instead of stabbing them in the back, (see the AP story here) every chance she can. Espinosa lies when she claims that free trade with the USA is unfair to Ecuador. It is unfair to freedom lovers everywhere to watch Ecuador be rewarded for theft, criminal acts, and massive propaganda exploits with pro-Chavez actors.

Investors Business Daily here calls for enforceable tougher economic sanctions- among other suggestions- against the new Axis of Evil, which includes Chavez and Iran. Willfully and illegally, Correa aligned Ecuador with these dunderheads for crime who do now erect a blockade around Latin America to wall out freedom and wall in misery. Rafael Correa needs to detail his dysfunctional marriage which mated with more misery- a menage a trois- with these criminal regimes. If Correa seeks redeemable qualities at all, he will denounce his extant dysfunctions and stand united with freedom lovers globally.
