Core Values for Correa's Ecuador
September 16, 2007 Rafael Correa has announced that he will utilize his high post at the incompetent United Nations (UN) to lecture on his glorious environmental record and why it is that Hugo Chavez's brand of corruption, called 21st Century Socialism, is more important than rule of law, which does not exist in Ecuador.
To all our friends who have pretended that there is a benefit to manipulating the fundamentals of the ruinous Ecuadorean plunge off a cliff in to Chavez-land as currently led by Rafael Correa and his highly paid minders, this moment of truth before the UN will be the last time we want to hear your mind numbing pap that `all is well in Ecuador’ and that Correa is a sensible man who must be treated as a sane and legitimate person, when he is not. Correa is about to out himself and all that he holds dear which should embarrass the daylights out of the vast Left Wing avatars of the Chris Dodd theory that new communism is a great thing.
We know, as our readers know, that Correa's propagandists are uniquely in line, as if responding to the same liege lord spewing identical talking points, with the very same dribble as eschewed by Hugo Chavez and coincidentally, Iran's new political ally of evil Osama Bin Laden, who is truly a murderous leader of a global jihad against liberty.
But Rafael Correa does not want free trade with the North Americas because he believes that rule of law/contract law is too much to handle. He prefers instead that Ecuador join the ranks of lawless cartels to manipulate the management of their entire infrastructure.
And Correa will be welcomed in to the hallowed halls of the UN's most vapid and ridiculous anti-progress disinformation specialists, also called the Non-aligned Nations. The Non-Aligned Nations are in general failed states whose citizens routinely abandon hope as their leaders proffer none. Their main goal is call the USA as "evil" and call Bush as dopey while beavering away to enshrine constitutions that should not be enshrined, guaranteeing their self enrichment schemes in perpetuity. To what end this paid political propaganda serves, we know not except that their pay masters serve something unknown and will no doubt lead to nothing good, that is...perpetuate criminal underbellies and enshrine the capacity to do same. What the Non Aligned nations are, however, is a unique club of losers. They have formed an evil axis of losers whose only entree to the global stage comes from having and holding petroleum, gas or some extractable mineral or gold or diamonds. Or like Cuba serve as some useful spy center for the Russo-Chinese-Venezuelan posts or somehow seem to extort because we let them. Other than that, they have earned no respect and have no interest whatsoever in sustainable quality of life for their voters, such as they are. Like some nasty new rich, these badly educated mavens of manipulation sell gravitas where none exists. What they are really selling is a big lie. And why the UN enables this reflects on why so many would be happy to see a complete overhaul of the ridiculously useless UN.
We offer this reprint from The American Thinker, see here.
As such, it is a primer that Rafael Correa would be well advised to embrace as a standard analysis of what North Americans and most of the free world knows and what he clearly does not know. Correa is leading Ecuador in to a doomed state status with no way out. Correa is basing his steps not on facts but on propaganda.

Correa is leading Ecuador in to a doomed state status with no way out. Correa is basing his steps not on facts but on propaganda.
Rafael Correa has already unleashed the first chapter of his new manifesto for Ecuador’s embarrassing plunge in to the abyss. Nowhere in the planned mess is anything remotely resembling a constitution but Correa wants to tell you that it is. Nowhere are any functional constitutional scholars or bona fide practitioners of constitutional law permitted. Quite to the contrary: Chavez’s team will control Correa’s group of 130 [or so] even as democracy is supplanted with criminal behaviors.
At the heart of all that Chavez and Correa do is deception. Not once is transparency or rule of law available. Indeed, it is dismissed. What then, we wonder can be the good that could possibly be derived from the messy manifesto?
John Adams wrote this: "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
That is to say, there are wise persons who have noted before that governments collapse and their citizens suffer mightily when mobocracy-based governments are not formed on moral and religious undertones. The defining reality in this discourse is not the phony Chavez- style manipulative state-centric religiosity for the self enriching cults of his parvenu but instead fully formed free religiosity based on morals. With no morals, there is no rule of law. Without rule of law, there is no democracy.
While this article is related to North America and Europe, it is wise to review history so as to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past. To be sure, the badly educated Chavistas zooming around Quito today are more interested in cheesy hotel room dance parties with Correa’s cabinet than serious applications of history’s lessons. But Ecuadoreans know instinctively that much is very very wrong about today’s massive manipulation of this nation. Tragically, many are so immune to this self defeating profligacy that they refuse to stand on principle at all, preferring to run away and hide. It is time to demand that more- much more than Insulza’s NGO groups- monitor and are actually at table with the constitutional assembly which has already decided that functional law and order is meaningless.
Consider this:
“In Judeo-Christian America one finds the idea of equality before God and the law, but not government forced economic equality. Modern European culture has stressed the value of economic equality rather than Liberty, and their governments unjustly enforce the principle. This has led to the failed European inventions of Socialism and Communism. Socialists in America have been lured into this failed European idea of social justice. Socialism is a failure in that it unjustly suppresses human creativity by excessively taxing away its rewards, and by foolishly giving economic reward to many who, even though mentally and physically able, fail to honor their Divine privilege and duty to work creatively.
Thus, Socialism is a dual insult to God-given creativity. Communism was much worse in that it also dishonored the sacredness of human life and liberty. Communism was the inevitable result of separating not just church from state, but God from state. Communism dishonored God's gifts of Life, Liberty and Creativity. European cultures have historical ties to authoritarian and totalitarian systems dating back to the Roman Empire. Even European Christianity was, for a time, contaminated by its links to authoritarian rule.
American Judeo-Christian Culture, on the other hand, has been linked to honoring Life, Liberty and Creativity from the outset; deriving its wisdom from the lights of reason, common sense, and both the Hebrew Bible and New Testament Christian Bible.
Worse yet would be for…[any] to adopt the toxic values which exist in some parts of the world and which are endemic in some foreign cultures. The values of Fascism, Nazism, Communism or Totalitarian Islamic Sharia Law for example must never metastasize into our …Culture, rooted in Judeo-Christian values. These values have been with us from the beginning and they have made us strong and successful.”
Rafael Correa tells us that Chavez’s tyranny of socialism is the only recourse.
He insults us all with his lies and his back room plans.
Without liberty, the insult is manifest. Why would anyone want to surrender values and freedom to Hugo Chavez through his bag man, Rafael Correa? We are looking for corrective next steps and a heralding of the truth. Whose constitution will you support? Do you even know what is in it? Today, you have no capacity to know anything. Why surrender knowledge and self freedom?

Querido Camargo:

Dear Mr Camargo, thanks for all the articles that you wrote about the Correa's plans to take the people of Ecuador to live in poverty and misery under the socialist rule, is too sad, but he is about to succeed in his plans, as you knew his party obtained the mayority of the assambleista elected yesterday en Ecuador, an election day, under suspicius circunatances, with many abnormalities and manipulations.
Yesterday will be part of the dark history of the republic of Ecuador, the socialists make official that rafael correa is the new dictator, under the sponsorship of Hugo Chavez, the new emperor under the sociaslismo of century XXI, the old socialism, with differents actors, with the same retoric and corruption already knew by the entire world.
Once again, thanks for the support that you gave to the ecuadoreans, and as i have asked already, will be helpful to have more articles in spanish.
Thanks.
