Correa, Chavez, Morales and Ortega Lobby for Iran's Nuclear Warheads;

September 27, 2007   Once again, the paid political consultants called NGO groups of  "analysts" have it wrong when their words cheerfully sooth and mislead us, as the "Eurasia Group" reports in today's AP story, that Bolivia et al will never come to full concurrence with Iran's political and nuclear ambitions. They errr, just did.

Ahmadinejad flew from his remarkably public pronouncements about Iran's positions before the UN and Colombia University this week to Bolivia. (Read the AP wire story here.) He will then move on to Caracas with Chavez. Of the signed formal agreements- which are not for public review and will never have oversight, transparency or full analysis as made this week between Iran and Bolivia, the Eurasia Group tells us, " `I think the fact that Morales is talking to the Iranians is a sign of desperation,' said Christopher Garman, who heads Latin American research at the Eurasia Group political risk consultancy. `Bolivia is not going to have a white horse saving its energy needs.' "

While we agree that Bolivia will not "have a white horse saving its energy needs" with its polygamous marriage with Iran and Chavez's Venezuela, this is not an act of desperation but of craven complicity to an agenda born not of desperation but duplicity and deviousness. Today, Venezuela, Iran, Bolivia and Ecuador demand that all major money- that is the bulk of their state oil monies- be forbidden from public review. Forensic audits no longer exist and are forbidden. All is hidden, murky and engineered to self enrich the Axis of deceptive money movers which is deemed an evil to any who know that governments- and contracts- which hide and remain unclear/unclean are guarantees not of the public good but of the public scamming.

And what of the old MIAMI HERALD report that Iran's "bicycle" factories in Venezuela are really start up uranium facilities? It does not take rocket science to build a bike and no two wheelers have yet to be seen. Was the tale canard or simply tantalizing? What goes on in Iran's factories in South America?
What we do know is that Iran, Bolivia, Venezuela and Ecuador scam and deceive their citizens daily, taking mineral rich monies and performing any acts they chose because that is how their governments view their nations: mineral rich wallets to be manipulated and none act to insist on legitimacy.

Feel free to review the badly educated and manipulative Rafael Correa's rambling and disconcerting discourse before the COUNCIL OF THE AMERICAS this week. His full talk is rebroadcast for the many that did not join the few at this event. Among numerous, bizarre claims in defense  of his bizarre plunge in to ruinous government, Correa formally announced that Ecuador,  under his leadership, no longer cares at all about global money laundering crimes and will henceforth welcome, by caveat, money laundering. The U.S. Treasury Department must now review the non money laundering laws in Ecuador, its money making as a larger than life black market pesos exchange business for the FARC, and cancel the use of the U.S. dollar, which is precisely why money laundering in Ecuador is so profitable.

We note that Tom Shannon did not, as he should have done, condemn the lawlessness of Chavez's bag man and new banker to the FARC, Rafael Correa, and do the right thing and walk out on principle. In fact, there were scores of Correa-engineered non facts and propaganda at the Council that day which should have prompted the Council to cancel this screed before it wasted more time to spread canard. We do not feature a link to this "NGO" in a moment of non respect for facilitating such a platform. The Council should rethink its approach as a mouth organ liars, sometimes called politicians, even when they tell us that they open their doors to money laundering.

No one asked any question that was meaningful and nothing relevant was discussed. Notably absent was any discussion about what Correa and Chavez plan for neither the Base at Manta nor when the Correa regime will pay its debts. No one as yet has realized that Correa desperately wants the USA to cancel his use of the U.S. dollar, which the USA will now have to correctly cancel for the abuse by Ecuador of the U.S. dollar. No problem for Correa- he has already promised Chavez that he will align with Chavez's currency. The USA cannot ignore lawlessness under extortion to further align in full with Chavez. Correa has aligned with Chavez and Ahmadinejad in all semblances in any case, except where money can be made gaming the USA.

It is time to end Correa's manipulations of U.S. largesse and it is time for U.S. diplomacy to tell the truth about the lawlessness that is Ecuador under Correa.

It is also time for the World Bank and the IDB to cancel Correa's budget saving bail out of $2 billion unless Correa returns to lawfully banning criminal money laundering and racketeering by the Correa regime. We do not applaud nor approve any who enable criminal acts, including money laundering. Any who say that the Correa regime is lawful does now exhibit willful complicity with the unlawful.
