September 30, 2007  The end result of the incomplete and badly manipulated national plans for Ecuador has reached its zenith today. The end game of the past decade is now open for all to review. Over the past decade, all families in Ecuador are taught by their mothers to act with deception and to make grave efforts to manipulate their surroundings. This revered as if holy national skill has led Ecuadoreans to become one of about a dozen of the globe's most repulsive and disingenuously dysfunctional nations standing today. Ecuador has a dictator already while all levers of government are controlled by this one man. Ecuador's moral force of the mothers- deemed as if holy in their insistence on non-intelligent and wholly manipulative non-meaningful lives- backed by a lazy and similarly uneducated local Church, instructs their family units to cut the deal as quickly as possible with the dictatorship and never complain about the big picture. The church writ large preaches this too. There is nothing holy going on here.
 
As for the pillars of democracy, Ecuador's madres - in a show of sweeping misogyny that cuts across all party and economic lives- instruct that this is not necessary to study as all of life is focused on becoming "rich!" in any way possible, including the 1/3 of all Ecuadoreans who self enrich as state union employees, performing few tasks and even less hours on the job. Ecuador's educators- in the home and in all schools- mandate that none reach out for fuller intelligence or seek a sustainable presence in the complex global challenge today because to do so would open up a possible end to their control, their manipulation of the repressive lives that they live and which they believe they can manipulate. With no further horizons that the shopping mall and no adult education outside telenovelas, this is a road map from birth which is irresponsibly immoral, ignorant and causes national and personal disgrace. No one from Ecuador is honest any more and none contain respectful behaviors any more.
 
In to this vast morass of manipulative and repulsive persons known as Ecuadoreans who are always on the make for another deal, comes the personate behemoth Hugo Chavez. Gliding easily across Ecuador's fecund stage, he faces no resistance from freedom lovers because there are none. Funding the feckless, badly educated, and half baked adolescent Rafael Correa by Chavez has been easy. His was an easy prey. And while Correa was particularly ripe for the plucking, all Ecuadoreans are not much different from Correa as all are taught that the only goal in life is money  under a self serving agenda best crafted by manipulative behaviors and that nothing else matters. Democracy never stood a chance. As any Ecuadorean mother will tell you, if they are honest which is rarely these days, democracy matters nothing as long as the manipulation continues. This was not always so in Ecuador whose early founders were the most compelling of all freedom lovers in the struggle against the yoke of Spain's monarchy in the Andes. Their inspiring commitment to functional freedoms was overshadowed by opportunists and caudillos. Today, none are taught the facts of Western civilization and worse- neither the family enclaves nor the schools could care less. Sound history, you see, cannot be gamed and the lessons to be learned may be inconvenient. But these inconveniences are part of mankind and to refuse the lessons of history dooms the enclave to repeating endlessly their own mistakes. To grasp the real political power behind Chavez's take over of Correa's Ecuador look no further than the mirror.
 
Ecuadoreans are thrilled to learn that under their addictive efforts to deceive their own citizens that they have forgotten that their own economy depends on "others" outside their self enclosed fantasy world where only manipulations matter. In this, Ecuador will lose about 1/2 its jobs and its economy- already in the toilet- will fail. None shuddered when Rafael Correa could not find about $2 billion in governmental income which has mysteriously disappeared. And Correa's theft of public monies is rewarded by the InterAmerican Development Bank which will bail Correa out for his theft and with no banking standards, which would make even a loan shark blush, the IDB will throw money at Correa to assist in his ruinous plans to destroy Ecuador for the coming decades.

The New York Post today, read it here, runs an honest and heart breaking story of a young Iranian whose family has suffered mightily under Iran's repressive regime. Compellingly, the writer notes the sadness, the tragedy that Iran's ruling Mullahs continue across Iran by demanding that all government is ruled by the religious perversions of the Mullah's own dictatorship. The writer tells us that she hides today and pretends to be ignorant of Iran's evil...an evil where the statist system is controlled and manipulated by a single, central regime with all hands on power and a merging of religion and government. The writer tells us that this creates victims of conscience who bravely refuse to surrender to the Iranian dictatorship where all quality of life is controlled by one central state hand. She tells us that there is no way out of the prison that is Iran.
 
Ecuador knowingly will vote to approve the Correa power grab today. With no one left to blame for the national disgrace in Ecuador that is its lazy and arrogant insistence that ignorance and false serenity through manipulative behaviors is the best national ethos, Ecuador will freely sell its own soul today into bondage with Chavez and Ahmadinejad. There will be no one left to blame. The end game of learning from birth the joys of How to Manipulate and How to Game the System, as routinely  taught in the finest homes across Ecuador, is now known for what it is: a state psychosis of unending misery. There will be no sanctification of the vote today and no pride for the fruits of this dishonest and dishonorable approach to citizenship. Tellingly, Ecuador is now publicly outed as one of the most repulsive and manipulative nations of earth for its insistence that all its denizens practice manipulative and dishonest behaviors, deluding self and country.
 
It is September 30, 2007. Do you know where your morals are? Of course not. They were sold out long ago. The travesty is that all systems are set up to treat life as a rug merchant in a bizarre, no rules state ponzi scheme. Caveat emptor is the rule of law for this type of true believer in manipulation. As an ethic, it has replaced rule of law which requires a commitment to educated governance of the informed and the willing and not the manipulated and uneducated by choice and by arrogance. Rule of law dies in Ecuador because no one cared enough to suspend their own game of manipulative behavior long enough to consider what happens when anarchy and dictatorships control all. Manipulative ethics lead to the end of ethics. There are pockets of exquisite voices of freedom lovers in Ecuador. Too long have they been overshadowed by the manipulative. Comes now the end of it all and the freedom lovers must reform the lines or join the legions of the doomed in failure. Focus, energy and support must be their daily fare.
 
Rafael Correa is truly representative of most every Ecuadorean: manipulative and deceptive. This repulsive, bred in the bone addiction to deceiving has been validated in the fact that Ecuador is the globe's murder capital. Further, Ecuador's economy is barely on life support because Correa's policies to deceive and defraud are underway. Not one Ecuadorean is willing to step out from the shopping mall of their lives and even whimper as fraud and corruption, the offspring of primary manipulation taught to all in Ecuador, grows up. With no integrity and nothing to commend Ecuadoreans, they are no longer welcome at any table, that is outside the cartels and criminal gangs of illegal money makers. Even this rejection of Ecuadoreans does not bother them in the slightest. So confident from birth that the world is here only to be manipulated, the glaring truisms of reality do not even stand a chance of comprehension. Ecuadoreans are already busy on their cell phones trying to manipulate any issue at all.
 
Widespread fraud and corruption is not only patently clear in today's so called election but the ruinous and repulsive end game of revering leaders of questionable mental stability, unacceptable sexual acts and greedy enrichment schemes has replaced easily what once was a nation ten years ago on the brink of growing up in to a positive country. Manipulative thinkers refuse to suffer the indignation of success and insist that all progress is a negative inasmuch as the manipulator looses what they believe to be their primary weapon- selfish control- and thus no freedom is encouraged or embraced by caveat across Ecuador. This is perverse and self defeating.
 
It is September 30, 2007. Do you know what your government is doing? Of course not. Correa's regime discloses nothing honestly and Ecuadoreans refuse to do anything meaningful to obtain any answers or replace dishonesty with honesty.
 
It is September 30, 2007. Do you know where your vote will go today? Of course you do not. Not only will your  vote fall in to a second and third grid, landing inside a voter slate of persons  you neither voted for nor approve, but your ballot will be carted off in the middle of the night, never to be seen again by honest hands.
 
Democracy is hijacked when all families enjoy practicing the high art of hijacking morals, hijacking the pillars of democracy and manipulating their entire surroundings. The mullahs of Iran understand this. They know, as we all should know, that only weak integrity can be hijacked and manipulated. The mullahs absolutely have a cult like plan for the weak and easy to manipulate. It is a total plan where church and state are merged as one total system.
 
Ecuador today just watched, when it cared at all, as democracy was hijacked by agents of dishonesty. The Carter Center this morning urged Ecuadoreans to vote and proclaimed that the vote was fraud free. Ignoring every single fact to the contrary, the Carter Center- itself discredited by the U.S. government while mysteriously funded by the U.S. government these days, ignores all the warning signs, the fraud and the astonishingly complicit corruption of this vote today. No one asked how close to Chavez remains this Morales-backed agent of the "Carter Center." And no one- no one at all- when they thought about it- if they did at all- questioned the results of today's elections. Today's elections have only one outcome: the deceptive ploy that Ecuadoreans themselves voted democracy's end and the reign of the mullahs. Ecuador has just allowed itself to be hijacked and is now easily manipulated and fully installed as a proxy state for Ahmadinejad's Iran. "Stupid is as stupid does." Or to put it more politely, those who are addicted to manipulation are easily manipulated. Ecuadoreans have just locked themselves in to a hell of their own making and Ahmadinejad is happy to throw away the key in their self imprisonment. To Ecuadoreans, this is a good way to make money.
 
All of us have and hold affection for the warp of woof of what was Ecuador and what could be Ecuador. All of us, if we are honest, know instinctively that matters in Ecuador are unacceptably unbearable. Too many years of gaming the system have left no focus on functional supports to ease the horror that remains Ecuador's badly educated and untenable majority in poverty, however much state education and health care for all exists. There are no jobs and no prospects on the horizon because Ecuador refuses to act to grow its economy and pretends that it can game its own citizens. There will be no future of sustainable living for Ecuador outside its corrupt mafia like statist system. This matters because a failed state is an irrational state and more often aligns with actor states of evil. Like Iran. And as such, Iran's new proxies in the Western Hemisphere are a dangerous alliance. The danger increases exponentially with Chavez's open oil wallet. This is a danger not just to successful living standards, which will not exist, but also because the blockade of the corrupt totalitarians inevitably leads to militarism, as is the case in Iran today.
 
How will the OAS react to its newest proxy state of Iran in the Western Hemisphere? Will the OAS continue to lie to the U.S. Congress some more?
Or will the co-addicts to deception continue to tell us that the OAS, like the US Department of State, is "worried"? Worry is not the right response. Worry is when the bath house for its members is shut. Worry is long past. Honesty and corrective steps are an appropriate response. We are waiting.
