Chavez Funded Ecuador's Path to Serfdom: Paves Way to Andean Iron Curtain or Civil War

September 30, 2007   Here is a dirty little secret that no one wants you to know: Chavez and Correa have fully aligned with Iran and every other Russian mafia-style money mover. Make no mistake about it: Correa and Chavez are now joined and have fully aligned with a state sponsor of terror called Iran as well as narcoterrorists known as the FARC.

ECrisis was the first to break the news that the path underway by Ecuador leads to a failed nation where all are treated as chattel of the state: the Chavez-Iranian state. This serfdom is not acknowledged, by definition, by the liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces, sometimes paid for with U.S. Embassy pass through accounts, called those who want to tell us that they are "worried" that Iran's active presence will rise in the Andes.

The old red leftists in Latin America, sometimes called Lula’s Fora de Sao Paulo are now in bed with shadowy Russian money men and Iran.

This derivatives and hedge fund for communists has, like all derivatives funds, no interest whatsoever in building or running sustainable governments and absolutely, as George Soros himself stated at the OAS recently, no interest whatsoever in "development" - as if his self professed aversion to development in praiseworthy.

He who is not busy developing is busy dying. Like Zimbabwe and Burma, Iran is a failed state in a miserable and complete statist control.

Venezuela is busy turning off the lights of freedom and turning on the glaring red lights of total controls. The Lebanese, who enabled their own nation to become Iran's proxy state, call this business as usual and praise the rewards of doing business with the Axis of Evil. Lebanon, as we now see, is a morally debauched nation which has, by its own free will, become a proxy state of any Iranian and Syrian evil doer it can leap into bed with. Its businesses are dying and none hold any affection whatsoever for these once vibrant but now morally debauched agents of manipulation called the state of Lebanon. It is not a good path to replicate. But this is how Iran treats its proxies: stripping bear their persons and debilitating honest discourse. The politics of hatred succeeds when national souls are confused, compromised and easily manipulated, as is the case found in the manipulative and manipulated Lebanese. The Lebanese national soul is manipulative and manipulated. Ecuador is in the identical framework today and it is repulsive.

On Friday, Washington's Heritage Foundation commendably comes as close as any to describing the phenomena of Rafael Correa's take over of Ecuador. The new REPORT [read it here] asks if Correa is following Chavez down the same path to serfdom. The new Report remains woefully inadequate as if seeking to downplay the facts. By asking such a question, the HERITAGE reflects its own lack of fact based analysis on Latin realities. The answer is clearly yes. Only the sloppy, the willfully uneducated and misinformed still pretend- sometimes called lying- that Correa is not fully under Chavez's oil funds and Russian mafia money men with Chavez's full directorship, also called dictatorship. Correa is bought and sold happily and has openly pledged to install a Castro-style Cuban paradise in Ecuador.

Correa has openly been caught on video crudely celebrating his near victory over the forces of liberty, which he hates. Ecuador's Rafael Correa is noted as an "unlikely caudillo" and Adrian Bonilla, among many from the enabling or softer left mouth organs tell us that he is no Chavez. This is not accurate. Bonilla tells us that unlike Chavez, Correa has left the banking system alone...as if. There is no banking system to tamper with in Ecuador per se. Correa is simply gaming the use of the U.S. dollar to control inflation and assist in money laundering from flawed Venezuelan bolivars in to safer US greenbacks. Correa has already vowed to convert Ecuador's economy in to one disastrous melding with Chavez's open wallet plan for their inner group, also called a politburo. When Chavez observes that market climates are more auspicious, he will run the U.S. dollar and launch his own currency. Correa has publicly promised to aid and abet in this. Already Correa cannot find billions in "misplaced" budget revenues. The fact is that while Chavez increasingly takes on the appearance of a deranged megalomaniac, Correa has surpassed his mentor in such a disastrous route.

To all who mislead and make craven efforts to disguise the new Andean bloc, re read this broadside from both Venezuelan and Ecuadorean governments.

You should freely ask yourself why anyone would mislead or misrepresent what is going on here. Feel free to hold one and all responsible.

This broadside says that the world is waking up. And there is not enough Pepto Bismol to undo the feeling of utter disgust at what these two have done.

Today, AL JAZEERA, in bed financially and politically in its pursuit of closed state media with Chavez and Iran, runs this picture of Correa:

The clerics in Iran and Chavez's Russian money movers must feel validated that their prayers are answered by Correa.

On [or about] October 31, 2007 Alberto Acosta will convene the "constitutional writing" scam in Montecristi.
That is the day of the dead for some or all Hallow's Eve in some climes. There will be no treats for any freedom lovers in this assembly, unless already aligned with Chavez and Ahmadinejad. There will only be tricks to install the "new" constitution for Ecuador, which is already written and is not democratic and it is not new.
Not one constitutional scholar of any credibility will be involved outside the Chavez-controlled circle of conjurers who will conjure the new regional Iron Curtain.

In fact, Correa will not even wait for the "new" constitution to stand and deliver his full controls over all powers. He will abuse the assembly as his own personal lackeys and adjudicate every manner of civil life. There will be no transparency, no legitimacy, no free speech, no advise and consent and no honesty whatsoever.

Correa wants to tell us that he is not Chavez because he does not seek extended presidential terms. Watch for Correa to extend his presidential term by setting the clock back on his presidential term, like Chavez's 1/2 hour clock jiggering, to begin again in January, 2008. Or whatever frippery he pulls off. The point being is that for almost a year, Correa has run every part of Ecuador and will soon have his totalitarian powers enshrined in a new constitution which will more formally merge Ecuador with Iran and Venezuela. Anyone who tells you differently is a liar.
