October 12, 2007         Joe Stigletz was fired by the World Bank's then president Wolfensohn, under the objection of George Soros's pocket pal Mark Malloch Brown, who was then de facto second in command at the Bank....before he moved to Long Island in Soros's beach side house while giving out massive UN funds to leverage Soros's political workings across the UN agenda. That was all before Brown went to work in the UK for another Soros pocket pal, PM Brown. And all the while, Soros picked up Stigletz and enshrined him at Colombia University along with another Soros pocket pal, Jeffrey Sachs-himself a close ally to Stigletz, lately remembered for his role as Mahuad's sole economic advisor when Mahuad defaulted on multilateral debt, crafted a bank run in Ecuador where tens of thousands lost their life savings and numerous businesses and homes were left to dangle in the wind.
 
What we have here is a gaggle of losers who helped ruin the accountability of the United Nations, the accountability of Ecuador and will now aid and abet the installation of what they call a "bank" but is not a bank at all.
 
Today, Stigletz will cause serious harm to the very World Bank that fired him. Stigletz remains a strong advocate of many of the Chavez and Soros backed so called NGOs that spread disinformation, misinformation and general propaganda to aid and abet the Soros and Chavez plans in varying positions. Across dozens of linked and leveraged so called NGOs whose sole aim is to give numbers and make certain that all their positions are spread across an unsuspecting public, we remind that many of these so called advocacy arms that help Soros and help Chavez also team up with the anti Plan Colombia/anti-Uribe groups, many anti USA groups, numerous anti US military efforts and genuinely support a bizarre parallel universe called alternative democracy which is commandeered by liars who say that they care for the poor while stealing state assets for personal enrichment.
 
Stigletz is popping the champagne for his friend Chavez who is about to pull off one of the worst banking crimes in the history of banking. In fact, Banco del Sur does not deserve the name "Bank" at all for it is not. With all the gravity of Cynthia McKinney, another Chavez-linked pay pal and an active useless idiot, telling us that the 9-11 attacks were crafted by Donald Rumsfeld, Joe Stigletz tells us that Chavez's new bank is a real bank. Both are delusional and both have the same aberrant agenda.
 
Joe Stigletz is a liar and a dunce. We say this because good old Joe has yet to reveal just how many Chavez-backed organizations and just how many Soros-backed organizations he is mired with. This is called truth is reporting for advocacy. Moreover, Banco del Sur is not a bank and it is not new. It is a pass through account for Latin's criminal regimes and their in house Russian money men, sometimes called Cuban and Russian speculators or money rackets who call themselves helpers to the poor for remittances and state accounts to be spread around to buy votes and buy up regional infrastructure, even as Chavez bought up what was left of Cuba in a cozy tenancy.
 
 
At the heart of any Chavez and Soros activity in Latin America- listen up Insulza- is deception and racketeering.
While we enjoy the myriad armies of lazy multi-national functionaries who enjoy hefty salaries to tell us not to worry about the end of the World Bank, the IDB and legitimate development and banking in Latin America, we remind that at the heart of any financial house is accountability, trust and performance. The only thing that one can trust about Chavez and his cadre of liars is that Chavez will always be dishonest. The only thing one can trust about Chavez and his cadre of bought and bribed actors is that they, like all good serfs under any mafia, stay bought. And like all rackets which move markets and manipulate global finances- particularly crafted to craft harm to the USA- this global financial derivatives fund....called Latin America's pre eminent development bank is a scam and is not a development bank.
 
Neither Hugo Chavez nor Insulza nor Stigletz nor any have actually reviewed the operating charter of this latest scam, which has been five years in the building.

But rackets matter a lot when sovereign currencies, Central Banks, state assets and pass through funds for criminals are co mingled with the seminal charter to never ever look too closely at the self enrichment schemes of these mafia dons, sometimes called Insulza's highly vaulted democratic leaders in Latin America.
Insulza, himself a Soros man, never once grasped the concept that democracies- that is election returns, however garnered- is not a free pass card for criminal behaviors. Few to zero functional democracies stand across Latin America. Chile, Uruguay, Colombia and Peru are targeted now to fall like dominoes, cut by Chavez's scissors in any way possible. Stigletz thinks all this is good for development. It is not good and it is not development.
 
Stigletz reminds us of the perils of self importance when relaying non facts as he extols the fabulousness of Chavez's Venezuela which is neither fabulous nor is it Venezuela any more: it is today a hell hole of their own devices. Nonetheless, Stigletz applies a no holds barred use of pretext to tell us  in Chavez's own self promotional fake news self propaganda blog, Venezuelanalysis, which publishes only items that no self respecting journalist would ever touch....let alone any self respecting pimp as noted, "'One of the advantages of having a Bank of the South is that it would reflect the perspectives of those in the South,' said Stigletz, whereas, he argued, the World Bank and International Monetary Fund often impose conditions that `hinder the development effectiveness.' Stigletz also criticized the "Washington Consensus" of implementing neo-liberal policies in Latin America, in particular the U.S. free trade agreements with Colombia and other countries, saying they failed to bring benefits to the peoples of those countries.

The Washington Consensus `is undermining the Andean cooperation, and it is part of the American strategy of divide and conquer, a strategy trying to get as much of the benefits for American companies,' and little for developing countries, he said. Stigletz also met with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez in Miraflores, where they exchanged points of view on the global economic situation, economic indicators and the behavior of world markets."

The hatred of the Washington Consensus held by these dimwits, albeit Nobel Peace Prize winners along with other dimwits, is in fact a hatred for accountability, transparency, integrity and rule of law. There is nothing to hate in the Washington Consensus and nothing to fear unless one is a perp, which Chavez and Correa both are. Then again, they agree that Evo Morales deserves the Nobel Peace Prize too which went this year in a shared award to Soros's own UN division along with the remarkably padded Al Gore. We are confident that by this time next year, Chavez will win this award for his economic schemes too, duping the world in to actually believing the pure nonsense that Chavez offers a legitimate bank. Stigletz, his paid propagandist will lie some more to cheer on world communism for the Russian money men and true believers in anarchy...anything to destroy rule of law and sound financial management. Stigletz, you see, tells us that globalization can work, like democracy works for Chavez and Correa, when cartels, criminals and Russian speculators jigger the global economic structures and game banking law for fun and profit for their politburo. No bank should exist without internationally accepted banking practices, transparency and accountability. These three ingredients will not be found in Banco del Sur and Stigletz needs to stop profiteering from this adventure. In fact, he should be fired ...again, this time from Colombia University for aiding and abetting criminal financial rackets...unless he apologizes and retracts his current racketeering blessing ritual. For its part, US AID needs to retract its insistence, as criminally found in expensive US GAO reviews of AID projects, that its Latin contractors "consult" and "advise" with the pro Chavez, pro Soros and utterly misguided Stigletz who is clearly as debauched as Rafael Correa.

Stigletz, himself a stark liar, has no business whatsoever stating that U.S. free trade agreements, especially with Colombia, fail to bring benefits to the citizens. Of course he forgets that real jobs help families and he conveniently forgets that communist jobs of the proletariat- or serfs- dallies lives in unending misery. Stigletz lies some more when he states that the USA has a strategy of divide and conquer. This is dangerous, dishonest and is very close to treason. In fact, we urge Stigletz to abandon his work for Soros at Colombia University and register full time as Chavez's propagandist in Cuba. We hope old Joe takes Eva Gollinger with him in to his paradise on earth in Havana- where they both belong in a Sartre like HUIS CLOS prison for eternity of joy in the hell that is Castro's Cuba which they both extol.
 
Neither Hugo Chavez nor Rafael Correa nor Evo Morales will uphold global standards against racketeering and instead stand squarely to aid and abet the rackets. To enable the unaccountable Chavez, Correa and Morales is to aid and abet financial racketeering. Banco del Sur is but a pretty face, if one can call Chavez's face pretty, on fraud and racketeering. The World Bank must see Chavez in its own CIADI courts. The IDB should enjoin the suit and for once stand for ethics in banking practices of fold its portfolios now. This Banco del Sur is pure banking fraud for global criminals and uses the tenants of banking against its own with deception and illicit banking practices already at hand. Joe Stigletz is paid to praise this. US AID has long paid Stigletz to rally Latins, along with their preferred mouth organ, Noam Chomsky, foisting these various pro Chavez, anti US actors on an already weakened Latin populace.
 
Joe Stigletz is a former Clinton and US AID-backed groupie. He is a Chavez and Soros groupie, if one can call it that. It is a subterranean subset of actors who profiteer from gaming the world's systems and then self enriching, claiming a fake cult like benefit to the poor. It is not a coincidence that the launch of Banco del Sur is set for November 3 in Brazil. Brazil has played its role to establish itself as the bursa for the expanded Chavez economic plan, claiming a Swiss like neutrality which is as false as Nazi accounts in Switzerland which claimed to be neutral. Alvaro Uribe has stated that he will join Banco del Sur. We hope he cancels soon or serves to denounce and expose this sham.
 
Caveat emptor no longer applies. Racketeering and bank fraud is not a debatable offense. It is a crime and must be stopped.

Chavez's own propaganda tells us that, "Stigletz also met with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez in Miraflores, where they exchanged points of view on the global economic situation, economic indicators and the behavior of world markets."
 
Chavez- who has not an honest bone in his body- comments on global economic indicators and the behavior of the world markets? Persons with billions to leverage only do this to game the markets or manipulate markets. Is Stigletz assisting Chavez's derivatives or just adding pretty words to Chavez's pretty face?
 
What we do know is that none should ever look to Hillary Clinton to stand against this ruinous gaming of global oil and banking practices underway by Chavez with the help of Soros's own Stigletz. For her part, Hillary is owned by Soros and calls him a "hero."  Soros's own minions from the MOVEON.org crowd, (read the INVESTORS BUSINESS DAILY series here and here and here) have no interest in much else except perpetrating their unhelpful world views and insuring that Soros and Hillary win the next U.S. presidential elections while debasing western civilization. MoveOn.org shares the unique distinction of being unanimously condemned by the U.S. Congress recently. This places them in the same category of the condemnation of the Muslim terror that killed millions of Christians under the Ottoman Empire about 100 years ago out of Europe. Then again. Congress Mack recently condemned Rafael Correa and numerous U.S. Congressional Resolutions have condemned Hugo Chavez as well as Iranian leaders. But neither Hillary Clinton nor George Soros nor Hugo Chavez nor Fidel Castro nor Ahmadinejad agree with them. Then again, Ahmadinejad believes that all Christians and Jews must die or convert to his special brand of Islam. If you do not believe me, just ask him. Or ask Chavez. Or better yet: ask Hillary and Soros, who are often together. Their companion Soros-backed offices at the Center for American Progress enjoy telling us all that this is the new progressive world order. It is not new and it is not order but it is enabling global fascism. This is not about destroying neo liberalism nor is about Keynesian or Pooper theorems. This is about enshrining pass through financial systems for the cruelest tyranny of all: theft so grand that no nation and soon a whole continent will not rise for a very long time under their thefts. You will recall that Hillary used to jet around the globe to promote Soros...in Air Force One and Two in order to aid and abet her "hero" in his money making adventures. The juggernaut of Chavez and of Hillary, like Insulza and tens of thousands of NGOs on their joint payrolls, will never stand up to Soros and they will never stand up to Chavez and his Russian speculators whose sole aim is to profiteer from destroying what little is left of western banking practices and have teamed up with those, like Iran and Castro's Cuba, who would destroy western civilization itself. Russia views all of this as its very own proxy. We suggest to Putin that his Pandora's Box be shut- now. Further, we suggest that one and all move on and away from those who shill for Chavez-Correa and pimp for Soros-Hillary.
