While continuously enabling the FARC and any other global miscreant, Chavez and Iran have stated publicly that there are in existence dozens of joint state to state deals between them. Of course no one has ever seen these deals because Chavez refuses any transparency. Iran believes it is their religious right to never be honest. Then again, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has sworn his own nation to a vow of deceit at any cost which the Iranian regime believes to be their higher purpose: lies, bigamy and weapons build ups....nuclear that is. Clearly mirroring Ahmadinejad's leadership of short hands, bad outfits, bizarre marriages involving multiple partners called bigamy for over populating the globe, and small stature attracts separated at birth pals Chavez, Evo Morales, and Rafael Correa who agree with Mahmoud and have signed away their national souls to these goofballs, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces. Sadly...these tyrants play for keeps. They want to self liberate from imperialism. We advise that they self liberate somewhere else. Obviously their revelries, sometimes called bi sexual cabinet members- only sex orgies, in cheesy hotel rooms in north Quito did not liberate enough of their "sovereign" selves [ or sell enough of Ministra Espinosa's porn books] from whatever imperialism they think has restrained their small ....err....sovereign selves. Venezuela and Iran think it is a great idea to waste billions of dollars on liberating Chavez, Correa, Morales and Mahmoud from the burdens of imperialistic ways. We assume this is a new multi billion dollar propaganda campaign and joint weapons spree with an occasional new mosque thrown in, along with Iranian bicycles out of Caracas [which also do not really exist]. But with no accountability and lots of fake accounts, the only thing real or honest about this gaggle of fools is their fake feathers from China and their CHE! love songs still being crooned in unity with murdering thugs in Venezuela's new terror camps called civilian training  and Correa's cabinet camp fires, when not busy in cheesy hotels for release from their ....err...imperialism.  The WASHINGTON TIMES seen here reports that Caracas recently agreed to participate in a $2 billion "strategic" fund with Tehran to help other governments "liberate themselves from imperialism." This slush fund, as is precisely the name for all of Chavez's budgets, for seducing fools, idiots and converts from "other "governments" appears to have aroused even Tom Shannon from his Soros-induced daze of moral irrelevancy and seems to, although we cannot be sure at all, have sparked a latent interest in what Latins are experiencing as their own nations have fallen as fascist regimes.

Apparently no longer content to permit the somewhat out of power State Department's Charles Shapiro-Roger Noriega vetting club, sometimes known by the sign on their door that reads: Only Our Preferred Actors of NGO clients and Chevron oil Can Enter, Shannon is now reported in the media to be meeting with a small number of somewhat badly compromised serial democrats to further expand future nonsense from the US Department of State and show the globe that the USA stands for freedom and we come to the aid of our friends. Nothing could be further from the truth in many ways. No one who is functionally literate on Latin American issues is welcome at the U.S. Department of State. Since 2004, only those contracted souls who self enrich or game democracy a la Soros and Chavez are permitted in to the unholy mess. This needs to change. It is time for the United States of America to foreswear truth telling and come to the aid of their friends, instead of gaming them and refusing the facts as if the burden of truth is a bridge too far.
 
Shannon's ineffective and badly compromised team refuses to clean its own house and has refused still to enforce the oath of their own high offices to uphold U.S. foreign policy, following the lead of the Pelosi and Reid incompetence in the U.S. Congress. Instead, they blithely continue to sing Kumbaya with Chavez, Correa, Morales and every Soros-promoted ninnyhammer that seeks US AID monies if and only if their allegiance is foresworn to the loony cult of Sorosites like Joe Stigletz, Noam Chomsky, Raul Castro and the grave walking Salvador Allende. The company they keep are liars or dead but still hovering.
 
Year after year after year, freedom lovers and actual friends of the USA were daily turned away by U.S. embassies in Latin America and State Department's cabal of contracted questionables, screened for admittance by gate keepers who would not know democracy if it hit them on the head. Self righteous functionaries remain at the helm while known perps and creeps maneuver the game of U.S. regulations, gaming U.S. dollars to enshrine the Maginot Line of economic wilding at all costs, which is the point of this lunacy cum diplomacy. All report to their first line of reporting: Soros's own Chris Dodd who encourages Chavez's criminality, which Insulza incorrectly calls democracy.
 
The USA, like Mahmoud and Hugo, has its own slush fund to help "other governments." Problem is....this tasty bundle of U.S. tax dollars has been spent since 1997 on the same/identical "freedom from imperialism" efforts which Iran's Mahmoud and Hugo Chavez do seek. We have made common cause for a decade with the same idiots who do seek harm to every tenant of our freedoms. Billions have been wasted on these efforts which benefit Chavez, Mahmoud and Soros. They do not benefit the people of Venezuela, Iran, Ecuador, Bolivia or the United States. It is a shadow constituency of non development that is untenable.
 
Imperialism is not found in a democracy and it is not extant unless supreme/full powers are granted an authority. The USA is no empire unless it, as Soros is paying for it to do, abandons its constitution of a republic under rule of law and perforce a new constitution guaranteed to abandon rule of law as has successfully been underway in a few nations over the last decade. No nation is a first tier economically vibrant nation without rule of law. A few petrostates have huge economies due to their oil and gas or like some second tier nations, large economies derived from state managed slavery, as the Portuguese did for 300 years on the backs of slave trade and slave like conditions. No nation today sustains quality of life above subsistence levels for their majorities without rule of law. Chavez, Ahmadinejad and Correa lie a lot to complain that this gives western civilization supremacy under imperialism: this is a lie. This is a stubborn lie which succeeds because the uneducated prefer to remain uneducated and refuse to reject the lies. Rule of law simply expresses and contains powers derived from the consent of the governed...a feature not permissible today in Ecuador, Venezuela and Iran. You see, these nations have robbed consent and opinion from their own citizens and have installed their own coca leaf or trenchcoat wearing persons as avatars of the way- their way- which is suicide. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad thinks suicide is a national goal and will hurry the return of his beloved Muslim master. We disagree and reject Mahmoud's entire farce. You should too.
 
In fact, Ecuador must reject Mahmoud's lies and entreaties, sometimes called sovereign deals with Iran.
U.N. Security Council Resolution 1747 forbids weapons running from Iran. Rafael Correa needs to own up to his weapons running with Chavez-Mahmoud even as Uruguay is collapsing under threat of U.N. sanctions too. Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela fully deserve every single sanction the United Nations can throw at them today for their illicit deals with the very illicit Mahmoud of Iran. Putin of Russia of course wants Chavez and Mahmoud in his orbit.
 
Tom Shannon of the U.S. Department of State could be a competent man and fulfill his duties of high office. He could provide a factual statement of the about $20 billion plus in promised weapons buys from Chavez, which would include nuclear subs, cable and satellite control systems out of Cuba and massive Russian armaments, not to mention attendant state funded propaganda armies of untruths. In South America, this means about $40 billion in a hemisphere that neither needs weaponry nor requires defense build up. They do need the first line of democracy: truth tellers. There are no military enemies for Latin America except in the delusional propaganda of Joseph Stigletz, Noam Chomsky and Eva Gollinger. Some of their activities are co funded with Soros and some are co funded by US AID or Chavez or both. All of these persons hate George Bush and actually hate the U.S. system of a constitutional, democratic republic under rule of law. Stigletz thinks there is a better way called alternative economies under alternative rule of law under alternative democracy. Soros, Hillary Clinton, Chomsky, Mahmoud Chavez, Correa and every Russian mafia member agrees in varying degrees for varying reasons but it is a commonality. This is a common weal that dooms western civilization's highest aspirations and robs all of us from security, stability and liberty's promise. Rather than make Lady Liberty wear a burka with peep holes, far better to treat this latest epidemic for what it is. Nuking by radiation is great for cancer but the fallout is far more expensive than the preventative measures that can lead to a cure. We prefer the path of prevention which is never born from enabling the scourge.
 
Tom Shannon would also be well advised to practically support freedom lovers across Latin America instead of repulsing them, as has been State Department's preferred process since 2004. Indeed State Department pays persons in the field to cause harm to freedom lovers and allies of the USA. This is an aberration and can easily be rectified. A quick scan of U.S. embassies in Latin America for the visitor logs will reveal the facts. The US Department of State is littered with and crawling with goofy contractors whose intention is to deviate from U.S. foreign policy. We note a shining example of paid US AID contractors in Bolivia a few years back who rejoiced in their own success at having successfully removed from Bolivia's laws the very definition of terrorist and narco terrorist. These crimes do not exist any more in Bolivia nor are they punishable or reportable....because their definition is non existent. US AID paid for this and as such, must return the miss spent monies and return Bolivia's laws to nominal standards. But this will never happen as long as the Soros agenda imbues US AID and its sisters at State Department with their aberrant ways to decriminalize the nominally definable criminalities. In every place where Soros and US AID have succeeded, crime, instability and financial loss is ruinous. Just as Anne Patterson, now in Pakistan. Friends and allies to do not spend money to dumb down laws, debase quality of life, and make legal that which should be illegal. Friends do not let friends drink and drive off a cliff either but like soccer moms afraid to be adults; this is how State Department manages U.S. foreign policy today: like vapid and badly educated soccer moms run amuck and gone wilding on the global stage, afraid to stand for anything much at all. Hillary Clinton calls them her largest voting block. Testosterone patches dispensed instead of free flu shots would serve these minions at State Department far better than the continual throwing money at badly behaving fascists, as is U.S. foreign policy today if anyone actually added up the funds spent.
 
Today, Uruguay claims its military is "confused" about Chavez's weapons from Iran off loads in to Uruguay. Chavez claims this is for practice purposes only. All are liars and need to be removed. And speaking of false fronts, the media announces that Tom Shannon, in his efforts to finally speak with Latin freedom lovers, has chosen a not so honest Chavez-manipulated and debased agent, among many, to honor with private chats supposedly to "help" the worrisome dictatorship called Chavez's take over of all of South America. While Washington, D.C. is crawling with Chavez's agents and propagandists who are in public faces daily, we would also urge Shannon to actually perform diplomacy's first requirement and insist of factual dossiers first, not what passes for the "facts" from Soros's enabling crowds currently making paid political "reports" in lieu of independent U.S. reports, which do not apparently exist any more, having all been sub contracted to liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces because....State Department, like the mired in incompetency CIA, is "too busy" to perform their own work these days. No Latin nation delivers fact based reports any more and accountability is a chimera outside Mexico, Colombia, Chile and sometimes Peru. Meanwhile, all that State Department tells the globe is that they are "worried." Roger Noriega started this vacuous, unprofessional expression to tell the globe that the USA is "worried." Again- we are long long past being "worried."
 
Soccer moms and ninnyhammers exist in a state of self agitated worry. It is an excuse to avoid growing up and performing functional tasks with cost-effective indicators. Being worried after only a few days is not unlike being functionally dysfunctional. A foreign policy of being worried for many months and years is not only dysfunctional, it is irresponsible. Adults, if they are honest at all, size up the worrisome situation to correct the problem and make steps known based on common sense, not manipulation and not on "worry." But Soros and Chavez flatly refuse these methods; they send out their riders of propaganda to swoop down and soothe the unstable of mind, further profiteering from global instability. Insulza of the OAS helps this chain of instability. Tom Shannon needs to stand against this foolishness of the manipulated.
 
Ahmadinejad, who looks more like a skanky cartoon character on his way to a mid day matinee of porn movies in his trench coat and odd outfits, is no one to be trifled with, however he looks like a pervert with hat in hand. Mahmoud's hat is in his hand and he is dangerously selling his perversions and disgusting criminal bent to weak sisters and perps. No man is a proxy to pervs unless he himself is ready for it. What we are ready for is a full, frontal honest rejection of these pervs.
Tom Shannon has a role to play and it is not as pimp or provocateur to these pervs. He could be an honest broker if he wanted to be. Shannon is an honest man of sorts but he is badly in need of a return to common sense. It starts with the facts and a simple diagnosis of reality in Latin America. This is not pretty and is only getting worse.
 
Mahmoud and Chavez plan to "liberate" Latin America to the freedoms enjoyed by Iranians and communist serfs. In death from martyrdom to the Iranian Mahdi, peace will come. Mahmoud promises peace...peace from religiously mandated cults of suicide. State Department's favorite contractor Soros also pledges a lot of money for state funded suicide. Western civilization teaches us that loving life is our goal- not taking life or diminishing life. It is a choice and it is not a choice that the central government, however fascist, should be making. Like Mahmoud, Soros and Chavez, Rafael Correa thinks that suicide is just all right, especially when it can be blamed on "the other" - such as the evils of imperialism, which of course does not exist, last seen in the tyranny of the state cult of suicide called ToJo's imperial Japan of the 1930s and 1940s. Kamikazes-state forced suicide squads called civil militias and militaries- did not work then and they do not work today. Chavez today is training new Kamikaze cult units in Venezuela in alliance with Mahmoud. Manuel Rosales has never once discussed these cults of destruction and this willfulness on his part- to be a partial truth teller- indicates why his "truths" are debased and only 1/3 credible. No longer can State Department throw up its hands in a "worried" status like a ditzy housewife and declare that there is "nothing more any can do to assist freedom lovers in Latin America." They want to tell us like soccer moms that the rigged game was fair and square and that now the bullies have taken the field and there is nothing to be done about it. This is irresponsible and is incorrect. The referees need to be fired from this particular field of play and the rules of the play reinstated. Or else the game is not afoot. That is the difference between Soros, the Clintonites, State Department's soccer moms and freedom lovers. Like Russian money movers, one sells out the rules of the game- always making excuses and manipulating - while the other says that honor must never be jiggered.
 
Fact based analysis and honor versus manipulative short men: which do you prefer? We hope you will choose life's freedoms. You do not need to surrender or else like Rosales, find yourself riding on one of Mahmoud's bicycles from Caracas, which do not really exist. Do you know what Chavez and Mahmoud are training for?
