WANTED

November 9, 2007  The FARC is still active and still armed and dangerous and will kidnap, kill, lie, steal and murder to continue their reign of terror. No one- not even Rafael Correa should be neutral about such committed narcoterrorists. 

We remind that aiding and abetting criminals is still a crime and warrants punishment. To those who stand united against crime and mayhem, we hope your neighborhood is safe soon.

With "neutrality" for the FARC and a welcome mat for these craven criminals, Ecuador is fast becoming collateral damage as Rafael Correa goes adventuring with global criminals.

We should perhaps refer US State Department in Venezuela to US State Department in Washington for it is likely that this FARC perp was enjoying Hugo's welcoming embrace this day as Hugo met with FARC "leaders."

EL UNIVERSO reports that this man was indeed with Hugo November 8, 2007, carte blanche. The US State Department in Washington seems to be desperately looking for this man. The US State Department in Caracas may also want to report what is going on in the FARC realm, sometimes called Miraflores Palace and sanctuary for criminals. The smiling photo of this man from today's media -read it here-  in Caracas as he publicly appears at the Palace is far more accurate than the mug shot below and looks remarkably for what it is: a criminal perp walk in front of Miraflores Palace..
 
Do you know where this man banks and hides his criminal monies? No one in Ecuador will talk. Ecuador has no real money laundering laws, no real effort to upend FARC activities in Ecuador much as they like to say that they do but do not, and as such, Correa announced in New York recently that he would not have any  in any case.

He likes the FARC: he welcomes their money, their crimes and their horror. He has his plan to help the FARC: It is called Plan Ecuador. 

The FARC are terrorists and all should cancel their activities for good and put them in jail. They have no place in any community.
