Hugo Chavez and his Allies are State Sponsors of Terror

November 26, 2007   Hugo Chavez of Venezuela is without a doubt a state sponsor of terror. He has merged his government with the operations of an internationally known terror group called the FARC, among others such as Iran's military. Chavez knows that he has inside his country’s border at least seven well defined FARC terror training camps and his geo political structure today encompasses protecting and defending the FARC and numerous sub set groups identical to the FARC and its narcoterrorist acts.  Rafael Correa of Ecuador is not only complicit in this sponsorship of the FARC but he has ruinously plunged his nation in to creating a narcoterror state, enjoined completely with Chavez...and the FARC. Evo Morales of Bolivia is not far behind, having illegally ratified on 11-24-07 the Bolivian version of the Chavez screed, sometimes called a "new" constitution. Ecuador's Correa already has grabbed full powers and will insure legitimacy of his illegitimate full powers within three months.

Comes now Colombia's Alvaro Uribe to relay the facts in the Andes.  Colombia's official presidential web site posts Uribe's brilliant and accurate comments here from Uribe's 11-25-07 speech at Calamar regarding Chavez's sponsorship of the FARC.

Listen to Uribe's impassioned speech here about Chavez's complicity to aid and abet the FARC. Uribe is asking the world for help to stand against these sponsors of terror and he is right to do so.

For more years that we care to count, many have irresponsibly surrendered to the dysfunctional opprobrium that Hugo Chavez must be given his rewards for extortion because...we all supposedly "need" his oil. Chavez's oil runs only 5% of U.S. refining capacity, which while rewarding for some- especially PdVSA which produces the odd hard-to-refine-heavy crude from Venezuela, the fact is that the USA can very well do without the very expensive and aberrant CITGO which does not play by U.S. regulations, does not maintain its facilities and is under numerous environmental infractions in the USA, as well as if Venezuela or Chavez cared to look. Simply put: it is too expensive to continue to lie about Chavez and his extortion as if free nations need to bow to his lies. The Bush administration in Washington, D.C. while busy scrambling to insist that their efforts are building Latin American allies to support and defend freedom has failed to deliver fact based analysis on their own front line "diplomats" and "international aid" managers who continue their ruinous adventures contrary to building liberty and sustainable democracy as one half of South America today is incredulously under the thumb of Hugo Chavez and his deceits. We remind that democracy requires truth telling- not deception and never alternatives to the facts.

There is only one next step: be honest about Hugo Chavez. We suggest that President Bush of the USA not follow the delightful King of Spain and tell Hugo Chavez to shut up. Instead we recommend that Bush tell his own ridiculously incompetent Latin team to shut up and cease their lies that the USA must surrender its principles to Chavez's burgeoning racketeering. Moreover, the entire gaggle of so called diplomats, many refugees from US IA and in bed with the Soros teams now, should take an oath of office and be held accountable for their foolishness on the job, deferring as is the case  today  in over 1/2 of all USA efforts in South America to the insane lies as spread by Insulza of the OAS that George Soros is a leading "statesman" and the utterly debauched claim that Hugo Chavez is a "statesman" when nothing could be further from the truth.

We have long advised: know your customer. To this we add: know your employees and know that one half say one thing to sound pro USA and do another entirely which is seen in portfolios, budget expenditures, and actual performance. It is not a pretty picture and exposes precisely what occurs when good men and true....do nothing. Or worse: do anti-freedom acts which includes overt and covert activities to erode and cancel the principled activities underway today by Alvaro Uribe in preference for Soros's own mandate that Uribe be rubbed away to aid and abet state terror agents called the FARC. This impact has been destructive due to the fact that over one half of the U.S. government- elected and non elected, are under the well paid hand of George Soros who in all matters seeks the further promotions of his pro narcotics positions. The very popular site, WESTERN HEMISPHERE POLICY WATCH reaches its own conclusions about the   failure of truth tellers to report the facts about South America which is currently ripped in half: “Just 90 miles from our shores is a tin-horn dictator who for fifty years has pestered the region like a tick. Unlike a tick though, this leech just doesn't get enough blood to fill its belly and it keeps taking and taking from its people and the people of the region. We allowed this beast and his brother to remain in power and, as a result, it spawned a new generation of 21st century Communist creatures in Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and, yes, Brazil. More countries may fall in line with the Bolivarian/Castro Axis in the not too distant future." Read the piece here.

What that author calls "Communist creatures" we call....unavoidably and sadly/badly in need of official designations as state sponsors of terror, for that is what they have become. AFP wires, read it here, accurately reports on Uribe's accurate statement that Hugo Chavez not only wants a full Chavez/FARC take over of Colombia...but seeks the same for the entire hemisphere even though Chavez has succeeded in Ecuador and may yet succeed in Bolivia if  Bolivia's Quiroga even so much as blinks. What is stunning about this is that after seven years of disinformation, misinformation, propaganda, lies and failure to act on principles, there is no one- no one at all who stands united with Alvaro Uribe today to extend kudos for his factual analysis of the duplicitous state sponsors of terror and economic racketeering called Iran's ally-Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa. Soros thinks it is a good idea to create political harm against Uribe because Soros thinks that Colombia is best served as a narco state, legitimizing all heroin and contraband for self enrichment of the few. Hugo Chavez thinks that Soros is right and is with Correa in supporting the FARC.

If we are to be about telling the truth, we need truth tellers ready to perform the task of....telling the truth, not the enabling slime that tells us that Chavez is a statesman and Soros is a statesman. These lies must be held accountable and Bush needs to clean his own house even as all Latins need to press the USA to remove the goofiest perpetrators of pap that they have suffered in many decades of deteriorating diplomacy which has led to this moment of epic struggle for Latins which the U.S. Department of State cannot even countenance in their busy days of selling out the USA and democracy, while privately telling us that they abhor Chavez's criminality but are powerless to do anything about it. The U.S. Department of State is never powerless about anything- that is a lazy, girlie-girl excuse as permeates their ranks and debases those who are active for the perpetuation of sound policies. The U.S. State Department can start today by stopping its habitual practice of slamming the door in the face of freedom lovers while trotting out the random, occasional few for state occasions such as requested by the White House for show purposes only and never substantive relational support. This occurs because the Soros over runs at US AID, sometimes hidden under NED contracts, retains its pet contractors to perform their anti USA activities in Latin America and refuse to report the facts or fund functional liberty building. As Bush himself once said....you are either with us or you are against us. No government performs well while divided against itself. The U.S. Department of State is replete with functionaries who say one thing and do another, reminding us of the ridiculous John Maisto dictate that we all should look to how we act and not to what we say. Both are part of the truth and both have effects, particularly as words debase deeds or vice versa. Moral relativism is never helpful in truth telling.

To underscore these craven acts of duplicity, the US government wants to tell us all that Rafael Correa is fighting hard against the FARC. No one who has made a fact based analysis of Correa's acts and statements should be fooled by this propaganda. Simply review Correa's PLAN ECUADOR and its gushing praise delivered by the pro drug Soros groups in the State Department supported Reports of non facts for political gain. Rafael Correa welcomes the FARC while pretending that the random, few anti FARC efforts by his military, which he alone controls illegally, is hard at work against the FARC. Always Correa's so called troops arrive too late to supposedly fight against the FARC and never come up with anything but excuses and empty hands. Correa is never serious about stopping the FARC and is not serious about stopping his own enrichment schemes to profiteer from massive narcotics trans shipments, which is of course far more lucrative that growing coca. Besides, the FARC is converting to the evil heroin trade if any care to look at the facts. Correa claims they fight against the FARC yet always arrive too late and only find huge FARC camps inside Ecuador, long established, as abandoned. Ecuadorean media reports that Chavez's Russian made AK 47s as supplied to the FARC are found inside Ecuador. Read local news reports here

Correa's toy soldiers, sometimes called the utterly complicit and cravenly corrupt Ecuadorean Armed Forces and police  have yet to arrest or apprehend anything at all and continue to stand united with Hugo Chavez's sponsorship of state terror, performing the identical sponsorship inside Ecuador. While Ecuador is crawling with FARC financiers and FARC military style actions, even as Correa tells us that he has only nothing to do to stop the FARC nor does he want to, it is impossible not to ever see or apprehend one FARC agent in Ecuador: they are everywhere now and it is impossible to continue to lie and misreport that Ecuador is a FARC free nation when it is today a narcozone. While one may ponder why the government of the United States appears to pretend that this is not the case, the facts stand that Ecuador is the region's largest transshipper of narcotics and illicit substances and is teamed now with Chavez in cornering the market on drugs shipments. Correa of Ecuador believes this is wonderful as he tells us that Ecuador....just needs the money, which is a criminal confession of there ever was one. There is no difference save appearance and federal budget now between Chavez and Correa. And it is time to state the facts and remove those who refuse to tell the truth.

Attacking law abiding citizens in the Andes, making their lives miserable as freedoms vanish and crafting evil machinations against the entire hemisphere is in fact the epic struggle before us. Chavez and Correa joined Iran publicly just a few weeks ago in Saudi Arabia in yet another string of lies about the USA, telling the globe that the USA was dying because its dollar ostensibly is weak. Today, the WALL STREET JOURNAL exposes this lie by reporting, "Bloomberg: Using the dollar to pay for purchases of currencies with higher yields is proving to be the most profitable trade in the foreign-exchange market. Investors are borrowing dollars and using the money to buy assets in countries with higher interest rates even though U.S. borrowing costs are four percentage points more than the Bank of Japan's and 1.75 percentage points above the Swiss National Bank benchmark. In carry trades, speculators get funds in a country with low borrowing costs and invest in one with higher returns, earning the spread between the two." In other words, Chavez, Iran and Correa know very well that their black market investment schemes profiteer from using the U.S. dollar to buy into their vast take overs of far too many underpriced commodities and businesses. It is time to call these market racketeers for what they are.

Because the OAS is, like so many Latins, incompetent and complicit with the furthering of deceit and manipulative acts, sometimes called diplomacy and sometimes called family values, it is time for any who have capabilities to stand together for progress. This will include the next step to publicly declare Chavez of Venezuela and Correa of Ecuador as state sponsors of terror, for they are.  All but the basest deniers of facts are unabashed in their refusal to grasp the growing funding trail between Correa, Chavez, the FARC and their transport allies, sometimes called Mexican drug cartels and sometimes called the friends of Humala in Peru and Lopez Obrador of Mexico political party for drug runners. The FARC's playmates in Ecuador and Venezuela ship to their play mates in Mexico which are in turn expanding their play with the massive tens of thousands of Jihadists, Iranian actors and global scum moved, along with contraband, weapons and drugs across Mexico and in to the USA for political fun and profit, even as Uribe plaintively tells the globe that Chavez's plan is to install his unique criminal empire, sometimes called economic fascism with crowd controlling communism just to keep the proletariat dumber than before.

Read about the Mexican cartels, sometimes called Iranian terror cells and sometimes called the FARC-CORREA- CHAVEZ bloc here. This report analyzes as yet complete reports on the growing collaboration between Chavez, the FARC, middle Eastern terrorists and Mexican drug cartels to attack U.S. bases, notably today in Arizona, among others. The current incursion “after being warned that Islamist terrorists, with the aid of Mexican drug cartels, were planning an attack on the facility. ` ...demonstrates the cross-pollination that frequently exists between criminal and terrorist groups...' As...sources warned that possibly 60 Afghan and Iraqi terrorists were to be smuggled into the U.S. through underground tunnels with high-powered weapons to attack the Arizona Army base, according to multiple confidential law enforcement documents....`A portion of the operatives were in the United States, with the remainder not yet in the United States,' ... according to one of the documents, an FBI advisory that was distributed to the Defense Intelligence Agency, the CIA, Customs and Border Protection and the Justice Department, among several other law enforcement agencies throughout the nation. "The Afghanis and Iraqis shaved their beards so as not to appear to be Middle Easterners. [As reported]  'each Middle Easterner paid Mexican drug lords $20,000 or the equivalent in weapons' for the cartel's assistance in smuggling them and their weapons through tunnels along the border into the U.S. The weapons would be sent through tunnels that supposedly ended in Arizona and New Mexico, but the Islamist terrorists would be smuggled through Laredo, Texas, and reclaim the weapons later. A number of the Afghans and Iraqis are already in a safe house in Texas...According to the source who spoke with DEA intelligence agents, the weapons included two Milan anti-tank missiles, Soviet-made surface-to-air missiles, grenade launchers, long guns and handguns.

'FBI Comment: The surface-to-air missiles may in fact be RPGs,' the advisory stated, adding that the weapons stash in Mexico could include two or three more Milan missiles. The Milan, a French-German portable anti-tank weapon, was developed in the 1970s and widely sold to militaries around the world, including Saddam Hussein's Iraq. Insurgents in Iraq reportedly have used a Milan missile in an attack on a British tank. Iraqi guerrillas also have shot down U.S. helicopters using RPGs, or rocket-propelled grenades.' "

To those still confused or the ridiculous many in a worried or frenzied state of denial about Chavez's adventurism, we remind that Hugo Chavez is rapidly importing more state actors of terror, sometimes called Iranian armed forces to assist his mutual criminal and FARC endeavors in the Western Hemisphere.

To those in the USA who continue to tell us that Uribe deserves the now standard U.S. democrats menu of lies and propaganda to aid and abet those who aid and abet global terror and crime, we remind that these actors of terror play for keeps and can and do cut off people's heads.

Chavez and Correa act in partnership with the FARC and Iran's mullahs to move drugs, increase the Chavez take over of the western hemisphere and the removal of western civilization and all that this stands for. Venezuela, with Correa on his moped following close behind, denounced the Catholic Church on 11-24-07 and proclaimed the educators and leaders in Venezuela are heading for jail or seeing all properties and holdings stolen if they did not recant their position, see some of it here immediately.

Today Chavez claims he has "frozen" ties with Colombia. We remind that Chavez "froze" ties with Colombia long ago when he grew his FARC bases and support monies to assist the FARC, engaging as does Correa in illicit drugs shipments as state sponsors of terror. Correa long ago "froze" relations with Colombia too.
While we are not sure what "frozen" relations means to these masters of manipulation, we do know that there is nothing honest and nothing that is not manipulative coming from the Chavez-Correa team.

What should be frozen...what should be done now is a full declaration that Chavez and Correa are what they are: state sponsors of terror. It is time to stop lying and start telling the truth and long past time to team with truth tellers. Today, Peru has a sizable cottage industry of truth tellers and they are quite popular, replacing the now installed Iranian News and AL JAZEERA reports that Chavez partners with. Ecuador has a random few left yet out of a previously huge and commendable news media industry which has been decimated by the media owners, profitably complicit as they are today with Chavez and Correa to abandon democracy's first requirement: free speech and open media. Brazil's Lula tells us that in order to preserve tranquility in Latin America, we must all support Chavez. Lula exposes his craven manipulative positions. Lula should be standing with Uribe and never Chavez. REUTERS reports on this foolishness here

Worse still is the dependably deplorable propaganda swilled by Simon Romero of the NEW YORK TIMES today, which is not dignified here with a link as Romero tells us that Venezuelan - Colombian relations have "moved toward a diplomatic crisis on Sunday after an exchange of insults between President Hugo Chávez and his Colombian counterpart, Álvaro Uribe." Because Romero does not report the facts and does not provide the actual words from Uribe, we do so here as above. Nowhere does Uribe insult Chavez nor does Uribe, as Romero soothingly tells us, spit in Chavez's face. The one doing the perp walk is....Chavez and Romero forgets again to report the facts.

Diplomacy and its mouth organs called NGOs, often seen controlling through the same funding source of the Democratic Party  of the USA, is irresponsibly debauched when diplomats refuse to state the facts and worse, abandon principles, as do so many Latins of non-principles, and surrendering leadership. Today the Latin community has awakened to Uribe's truth telling of 11-25-07. To Uribe, this is not new news...but rather the sad relay of a world complicit with liars, Correa and Chavez.

So- what are we to make of these drug running, criminal weapon and illicit money moving, anti freedom, Iranian terror cell installers in Ecuador and Venezuela?

Do we continue to pretend that this is all the fault of the USA because the USA exhibited lazy and girlish diplomats in partnership with the master of the politics of hatred and drug legalization Soros which left a USA-Latin foreign policy which did nothing while Latins did even less and formally asked for nothing while hastily ignoring the end of their freedoms? The urgency of the times mandates that an end to finger pointing commence and a unified position to return Latin America to lawfulness, not enabling of lawlessness. We remind that whenever humans endeavor to surrender their positions of principle, lawlessness takes over and we end up with state sponsors of terror where justice is denied at the point of a gun, as is obvious today and here:

We stand with Uribe and freedom lovers. Uribe's facts must be repeated globally and fully supported by truth tellers who must denounce lies and machinations every time they occur. If we do not, like the U.S. bases in the Southwest USA, we will see justice- Iranian-Ecuadorean-Venezuelan justice, united now, at the point of a gun. We calculate the cost of these weapons of aggression at well over $40 billion which does not include the free labor, so to speak, of Cubans and Iranians. Such labors must be stopped now.  It starts with stating the truth: Correa and Chavez are state sponsors of terror and any who say that this is not so are liars. We do not believe that the Catholic Church is collateral damage for Correa, Iran and Chavez. We do not believe that Latin America, no matter what the atheist Soros tells us, should be taken over by Iran and Chavez's master plan. We do not believe that the USA should wait any longer to state these truths which must proclaim Correa and Chavez as state sponsors of terror.

It never ceases to amaze me how the useful idiots continue to look poorly upon Uribe when all he did was defend his country -- and in the most polite manner to boot! Chávez, on the other hand... well, we all know by now that diplomacy is hardly his high point, but his cowardice is astounding! Today he could have easily gone to Ecuador, where Uribe will be, to discuss how to proceed with the humanitarian change --even though France sees Chávez as only a past element of it-- if this were still possible. But no, he stayed in Caracas... He really disgusts me, I guess after yesterday's opposition march he is beginning to realize that he maybe should not have spent so much time (and money) on his andanzas, aiding the poor of the first world while the poor of his country continue to suffer.

    Greetings from DC.
