December 2, 2007      As if trying to cover up their complicity with their adored leader, Fidel Castro- dead and alive, the Cuban intelligence agents, also called spies and propagandists, tell us today that Castro cannot get light crude and Russia mysteriously abandoned him and that Chavez has bailed him  out....at estimates well over $60 billion by some. Castro's ghostly words want you to know how grateful he is for the fact that Chavez has been feeding his family, his politburo and his military and doing what communist Russia did so well for so long- forestalling the demise of Castro's communism which should have been gone long ago.
 
Hugo Chavez owns Fidel Castro, his family, his politburo and his island gulag today. Ignoring the fact that Chavez exports heavy crude, Castro tells us he needs light crude for Cuba. He tells us that the USA hurts him and Chavez rescues him. Fidel Castro is and has always been a liar- dead or alive. His lies are seen here. We surmise that not even one trillion dollars would entice Chavez to abandon his costly communism holding plan and his 90 mile bridge to his empire. Chavez and Castro make too much money spying on the USA and selling their silliness and propaganda to give up their business adventures anyway. The Cuban people, long collateral damage, are proven free labor in the Chavez economic wars. Without Chavez's free labor from Cuba and now Iran, his ridiculous engines of corruption would not move as badly as they do now. If slave labor means "close links" to these masters of evil and murder, we advise closer evaluation.
 
Comes now Rafael Correa to install yet another moll for misinformation. Read today's glowing announcement here  of Correa's new promotions, also known as propaganda, of his official designee- the latest in his long line of liars.  Long hateful of the USA, Sra Susana Cabeza de Vaca, Correa's new ministra, imbued her tenure as paid USA operative inside the U.S. embassy to head up the so called Fulbright scholars whose works in general never justified the millions of U.S tax dollar payments. But it did keep Ms. Susanna in high fashion, thanks to her earlier support from USG's Arnold Chacon as well as well heeled and promoting all the lies and criminal adventurism that is Correa's Ecuador under the Chavez bloc of nations. Not one to simply be another useless Latin idiot, this woman took mountains of U.S. monies and made mincemeat out of deliverables while serving in every human way possible to aid and abet the Correa take over of the Chavez bloc in Ecuador. Indeed, she performed the criminal undertaking called sedition and contract fraud to aid and abet the criminal adventurism called Correa and Chavez's regimes.
 
It is not known why the U.S. embassy approved her massive payments. It is of course well understood why Correa would fire Mauricio Davalos as the face of Ecuador's trade and promotions and install Susana Cabeza de Vaca. Mauricio Davalos, her predecessor, was not welcome on Wall Street and across the U.S. having exposed his duplicity. He could no longer "help" Correa: he was unwelcome for lying.
 
Contrary to the hero of the early 1500s- Spanish conquistador times, the original Nunez Cabeza de Vaca turned starvation and privation in to a moral crusade against injustice which lasted the rest of his long life- even as Spain's regional agent in the Southern Cone centered in Asunción, while he never again abandoned principles. This Sra de Vaca is no defender of the innocent however liberal and far left she may be. The original Cabeza de Vaca fought hard for indigenous rights and inserted actual anti slavery supports. Susana Cabeza de Vaca claims to be an American citizen through her mother, the daughter of Spanish immigrants to the USA. Some claim her mother married an Ecuadorean while serving in the Peace Corps in Ecuador and the family resides there yet, having benefited from ultra liberal U.S. and Ecuadorean educational systems. What we do know is that Correa just hired himself his old Dean from San Francisco and both are now not honest economists but instead true believers in the fruits of the Chavez- communist system who loathe and despise anyone who calls himself a friend of George Bush or the U.S. Republicans. Correa has just hired himself a known infiltrator- a Tokyo Rose if you will- to claim to be a perpetrator of U.S values when she values nothing any more but her singular self inflicted twisted world view of hatred replacing Chavismo for common sense, free trade, fact based reporting and democracy. She calls herself an American agent. We call her a double agent for Hugo Chavez's values in Ecuador.
 
This woman, claiming to be an American and having made hundreds of thousands composite from the U.S. peoples is in fact... a functional traitor. She has sold out the USA to the forces of Chavez and Castro's overt communism while denouncing the principles of democracy covertly enjoyed by Rafael Correa. This is despicable and must be denounced. We are confident that ambassador Jewell praises her pet employee, who went from the embassy to Correa overnight by formal transfer, and her service to Rafael Correa and Paul Reichler's lobbying efforts for Reichler is her new lobbying/overseeing boss. We hope that the U.S. Department of State immediately puts her on the no travel list and yanks her citizenship. For more years than not, this woman has hated the USA and dreams of a unified Chavez-U.S. combination under the Soros plan of one national bloc which of course Correa, using Chavez's monies, expands. One also must wonder what that U.S. embassy is paying out U.S. monies to achieve. It is not democracy and it is not helpful. 
 
Here is the new face of U.S. trade relations with Ecuador:  



Correa calls this...putting Ecuador's trade relations in "new hands." These hands are not new and they are not honest and they are full of political hatreds with a whole portfolio engineered to mislead and deceive. These hands may represent the new face of Correa's Che! crooning cabinet but these hands have been working hard for Correa for years.

These are not new hands: they simply were not exposed yet. She will fit in quite nicely with the Chavez-paid anarchy underway in Montecristi and will serve Nancy Pelosi's chief legal counsel- the Soros team that is- quite nicely as she has been doing for many years. Wall Street, for its part, will find that this is no replacement for the Mauricio Davalos-led Correa team of liars that went before her to soothe the Correa message of fiscal mayhem and profligacy, sometimes called budget theft and sometimes called state kleptocracy.

Ms. Cabeza de Vaca will tell us that this is necessary to "help the poor" and build Chavez's great new empire in the Andes. In fact, we predict she will never venture a road show to Wall Street where accountability and due diligence still matters to some and instead focus her energies, as she has done for years, in solidifying her Dodd, Clinton, Obama, Pelosi and Reid road map for the Soros backed NGOs, sometimes called the US AID efforts in the USA, where accountability and due diligence matters not. We call it disinformation and not honorable. She will ply her abundant charms, large as they may be, to securing falsely an ATPDEA extension on false grounds.

It is not yet clear if US TR will perform its own requisite due diligence and correctly bar this maven of manipulation or if they will embrace her, as the U.S. embassy has done, for her disservice to trade, integrity and U.S. interests abroad. Correa is counting on US TR to rely on faulty CSIS, WOLA and CoA gaffes regarding the lack of accountability inside Correa's Ecuador and he may be right. Some might call this complicity of the lazy and inept for perceived political opprobrium. We hope for due diligence to replace rumors. The embrace of this woman by any in the USG is to embrace the Chavez-Correa plan to steal and seize as much from U.S. businesses as possible while  declaring holy  war against competitiveness, against Uribe's principled stance against the FARC, accountability, full free trade, free speech and honest commerce- in short: democracy. Like Correa, this woman loathes what they call the evil empire and American businesses. This is not to be endured. Chavez and Correa have every intention to undo any small/tiny gains made by any Fulbright and replace free education with the educational system so revered by Correa and Chavez called the statist Cuban curricula. Correa has announced this on numerous occasions. The former U.S. chief at the U.S. embassy for Fulbright Commission thinks this is a great idea and she, just departing the Linda Jewell team of insiders, wants to tell you how wonderful Correa and Chavez are, when they are not.
 
Some report that while Ms. Cabeza de Vaca repeatedly has publicly declared her U.S. citizenship in many public fora across her tenure at the Fulbright and in Quito for almost twenty years, Correa, it seems, prefers to pretend that her waive- in as an authentic Ecuadorean on dual citizenship is enough to give her an over ride to their constitutional dictate that cabinet rank officers must be native Ecuadoreans while this Ms. Cabeza de Vaca is a native American. Then again, neither Ms. Cabeza de Vaca nor Correa care one iota for Ecuadorean or U.S. laws, having made careers out of gaming all systems. We do not know what ambassador Jewell has said about this cloud of misinformation gathering around her preferred Chavez-Correa perp for misinformation but we can only surmise that she blesses this mess as a great example of enhanced U.S- Ecuadorean relations. This is no great example of U.S. integrity but an obese situation mirroring abuse of privilege to implant increased access to the politics of hatred.
