December 10, 2007   Argentina is supposed to be happy that Christina Kirchner is their new president. Pathetically, the Kirchners could not escape their overly jealous and manipulative publicity-addicted overlord, Hugo Chavez, who has bought them and owns them. As anyone can see, the entire Kirchner Inaugural is all about Chavez and his so called new Banks for the "poor." This dominates the Kirchner events- even her swearing in ceremony today- just as much as Chavez dominates the political realities of their manipulated by Chavez presidential duo regime. There is no longer any guesswork as to the total alliance between Argentina's future and Chavez's unaudited monies. No one is celebrating the Kirchner inaugural in Argentina today. One and all are celebrating the Chavez triumph in inserting Argentina in to his bloc of nations by bribery, political manipulation and extortion.
 
Hugo Chavez rigs everything that he touches, ranging from election machinations to his so called foreign policy, also called regional land take overs to phony banks. Read a concise and accurate report on the post December 2 Venezuelan situation by Mary Anastasia O'Grady here.

With great credibility, O'Grady reminds us that nothing in Chavez's Venezuela is functional or democratic or honest. How long will it take for the Venezuelan people to reject their addiction to being manipulated and stand for integrity? We hope they gain soon.  O'Grady accurately states, "In the end, while Mr. Chávez did not ignore the vote, it wasn't because he didn't want to. Rather, he calculated that giving in, when all the evidence was against him, was safer than facing an almost sure uprising from the population, which the military had already said it would not put down."

Chavez did not respect anything except the blunt instrument of the light of day- the facts. Chavez does loathe the facts and will only be removed when freedom lovers apply the light of day, also called the best disinfectant. But as long as Andean souls prefer to manipulate and be manipulated and never enshrine accountability, Chavez, along with Correa, will ruin their lives. Furthering this line of analysis, O'Grady astutely states that "As to the democratic ideal of accepting the will of the people, he will have none of it. Rather, he is pledging to find another way to push through the constitutional amendments that voters rejected."
 
Argentina still retains small bands of resistance to Chavez. From today's LA NACION comes this anonymous, for self protection, comment "Chávez también discrimina cuando dice que los opositores a él son oligarcas o defensores de Bush. Así que no te confundas." Indeed.
 
Chavez now owns the Kirchners, as he does Rafael Correa and Evo Morales, and they have willingly abandoned Argentina in their unending pursuit of greed. The only thing being celebrated in Argentina today is the sell out of Argentina by the Kirchners to Chavez: a Faustian Pact with the devil of illegitimacy and craven greed run amuck. Correa is overjoyed. Rafael Correa learned his lessons well from his mother, now benefiting from American largesse in the United States. She followed the hallowed and saintly pathways of all Ecuadorian madres of late to teach their children to lie, manipulate, claim value of self only by becoming "rich!" and by using and abusing any system they can. It is only fitting that Correa's mother is ensconced inside the USA where she has every intention of using the gifts of life and freedom afforded by the USA while not once ever doing one single thing to help build the very nation which gives her shelter even as her son abuses the very liberties and gifts that the USA gives. The Correa family hates the USA and what it stands for, insisting that their mother is right that the USA is only useful insofar as it can be gamed, is good for shopping and for cheap/shallow shopping mall degrees to give fake legitimacy, and manipulated for self greed. The Kirchners, having stiffed U.S. citizens and companies, like Correa, out of multiple billions, agree with Correa's Ecuadorian mother that the USA stands only for usefulness in their unending commitment to self greed and manipulation. As the exceedingly manipulative Sra. Kirchner has it, the shopping is good.
 
Never one to turn away bags of cash and millions even hiding behind toilets, the Kirchners have now exposed their greed- their illicit greed- and do now dance the Venezuelan dance. It is impossible to break away from the manipulations of master manipulators when those being weak and lazy surrender their values to the power of greed, both monetary and mental/political.

Having bought the Kirchners, who readily served up their nation and abandoned all principles, Chavez now adds the ridiculously dishonorable Kirchner duo to his firmament of dishonorable and easily manipulated buffoons who look more like braying jack asses than leaders of a nation. There is nothing to trust and nothing to hope for the Argentine in the coming years unless and until they return to a semblance of integrity which is highly unlikely. Once Chavez, like the major co owner of real estate in Argentina named Soros, has you in his pocket, the pocket stays captivated. Why anyone would decide that self imprisonment of the bribed and manipulated is preferential to freedom and liberty is a key question.
 
Under the Kirchners, Argentina is a mess. No one knows what will happen next but they do know this: no one likes them or trusts them.

Always the hallmark of a failing society, drug addiction is out of control now and crime is off the charts in all walks of life. A hopeless cynicism feeds the abandonment of quality of life. The addiction to get rich schemes of the 1990s has turned in to self loathing as Argentineans become mere skeletons of a once vibrant nation.
 
The Kirchners need to give back all their ill gotten Chavez monies and cut off the Chavez money machine. Unless and until this happens, the Kirchner regime -mimicking the Correa regime- is not credible and not honorable and is unwelcome.

Today Joe Stigletz comes to Quito to tell us all that this is wonderful and must be supported because, he details, the World Bank and the IDB must be shut down because they require contracts, actual bank lending standards and transparency. In short, Stigletz, Chavez, Correa and now the Kirchners hate chartered banks because they demand contract law/rule of law. With no rule of law, the ALBA and Banco del Sur are not legitimate and they are not banks: they are instruments of bribery, mob like machinations and criminal fiscal profligacy. Because both Stigletz and Correa failed in their posts at the World Bank and the IDB respectively, both hold irrational hatred for the World Bank and IDB and will pledge their reputations to the Chavez ALBA and Banco del Sur out of irrational hatred and not on sound banking practice.
 
Here are the 6 Latin idiots signing last night in Argentina the ratification of their new slush fund called Banco del Sur. Chavez calls Banco del Sur a continuation of the Battle at Ayacucho. Never one to be honest, Chavez refuses to state the facts that the brilliant tactician and the actual battle leader for independence was not Bolivar but Mariscal Sucre who claimed that he had studied Washington's battle plans and applied them for his winning strategies at Ayacucho and of course Pichincha. We can only ponder if Chavez will have a voting Board seat at the Banco del Sur held for his secret friend, Simon Bolivar, who has also voted in every one of Chavez's last elections along with the FARC and millions of dead- very dead for hundreds of years-Venezuelans. To Chavez's very disturbed mind, Bolivar is still voting today although he died almost 200 years ago- in 1830- and was buried in a borrowed shirt.

Indeed, as this post has exposed, these ALBA/Banco del Sur adventures are not chartered and are not legitimate and have absolutely no credibility because Chavez and Correa refuse accountability, transparency and legitimate banking. Thus these are slush funds for aspiring neo communists with many agendas- mostly hate filled and manipulative. Banking practices never ever succeed when the core goal is an avowed addiction to manipulation.

Primary among any bank is the requirement that they know their customers. Neither Chavez nor Correa will ever once disclose their customers or their money trail. Both have stated that there will be no accountability and no due diligence. Thus, these banks should not be permitted nor given any credibility ever.
 
Some Americans joke that these Chavez banks will fail. On both points they are badly mistaken. First: it is a mistake to call these banks as banks for they are not banks. And second they will not fail as long as dirty/unaudited money washes through this slush fund for communists, terrorists and criminals. It is a money laundering heaven on earth. Any who seriously believe that legitimate nations can monitor the Iranian mullahs and Russian mob money flowing across these banks are naive and irresponsible. The Russian mobsters play for keeps and they believe correctly that Chavez is their boy. They do not do accountability and they do not do legitimacy and they do not permit functional banking. Like their co-investors from the FARC money machine, they will slit your throat if you even blink at them. And they do want an end to western civilization's functional banking systems and functional democracy, of that you may be sure.

ALBA and Banco del Sur are simply one more very expensive tool of deception from the Chavez governing team of criminal money movers for political entrapment. As the undemocratic racketeers that they are, Correa and Chavez care nothing about legitimate financial growth and have gambled their entire central banks on the insistence that unaudited, unaccountable criminal empires, and theirs are, will gain legitimacy by greed and manipulation. The Kirchners and Evo Morales agree.

Or they might grasp the concept that the Soros-funded Ron Paul was soundly booed and hissed at by the audience when he declared, like most every single Democratic candidate, that Hugo Chavez is no dictator and he must be diplomatically engaged even though no accountability and no integrity comes from Chavez.

What was missing last night in the Republican debates were any substantive facts on Chavez. Mike Huckabee failed to relay the facts that Chavez of necessity ships his heavy crude to the USA for refining but rather than being sold in the USA, Chavez's oil exits quickly after refining for other climes. The bald fact, which has been ignored for far too long, is that Chavez needs the USA more than the USA needs Chavez. Chavez's refineries are rust buckets and are environmental disasters waiting to happen, barely maintained. Chavez does not sell his oil inside the USA: most of his oil goes to China. Then again, with PdVSA being run by both a former Russian banker picked by Mark Rich and also by Carlos the Jackal's family, no known forensic audit of PdVSA exists and is deeply needed.

While it may take too long to correctly deem Chavez a state sponsor of terror, it will take very little time to remove Chavez from the General Agreement for tariffs with the USA. In short, because he is unaccountable, unaudited and plays by no rules, Chavez should be kicked out of USA preferential trade treatment. Chavez, while telling us that he hates free trade, he saved his own country billions in free trade with the USA. Chavez, drunk with oil monies now, looks like an oil drunk sailor today:

We cannot help but hope that Rafael Correa formally kills his relationship with Chavez and Iran's mullahs plus the FARC. This is needed. But instead of the current crop of lies and disinformation from Carondelet Palace, we do truly say this: where is the proof of life that Correa will kill his criminal adventures with Chavez and Ahmadinejad? Unless and until there is accountability, coupled with forensic audits, all is a fraud and is more propaganda from Correa and Chavez. Show us the proof of life, we say. Turn away from national suicide and stand for the living. Unless and until that is done, Correa continues to drive the nails in to Ecuador's coffin.
 
We remind that the one and only way to stop the Chavez juggernaut of racketeering and fraud is....acting responsibly with no fraud and no racketeering:
