December 11, 2008   Hundreds of rock throwing citizens try to turn back Hugo Chavez's frequent flights in and out of Bolivia because no one seems to know what Hugo and Evo are up to. These "bloc" nations are unaccountable and operate off the books. No one really knows what is going on.
 
The same is true for Ecuador. No one really knows what Hugo and Rafael are up to with all their reams of Agreements, their oil deals, their trans-shipments and their money movements with Iran and the FARC. But here is what we do know: working for Chavez and Rafael Correa of Ecuador is not good for your health. Witness that just about all of Chavez's inner group look like thugs or overweight/overpaid paunchy caudillos resembling Hugo or else, as is the case in Ecuador, all are mysteriously either suffering from bad health or they simply are randomly fired with no justification except the ever tightening noose, in a vise like grip now, perforced by Correa's single handed control of the country.
 
Please study this interview with Mary Anastasia O'Grady from last week here  from the WALL STREET JOURNAL as she reports that democracy has ended in Bolivia for now because Evo Morales continues to use chicanery, police and the military to insure his Chavez constitution will succeed. This is an eerie parallel to Correa's Ecuador.

Prensa Latina tells us that Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Maria Fernanda Espinosa officially resigned for health reasons Thursday. This mouth organ of Chavez and Castro's team also tells us cheerfully that she paved the way to obtain a revolutionary Foreign Office...to be at the level of the citizenship revolution... and ratified her unconditional support to the Ecuadorian socio-economic process of transformations. 
 
Bloomberg's reports that Espinoza herself basically said she was fired. Read it here. "Ecuador Trade Minister Quits in Latest Cabinet Change." Correa tells us that diplomats are "cocktail mummies" even though he has fired 8 top level cabinet rank insiders out of 30 in the last two months. Even though Espinosa, who should have defended her own diplomats from being called cocktail mummies- that is useless deadbeats -cheerfully tells us that Correa is a great human being. She will go on to promote Ecuador's family values as GOE's rep before UNICEF. No word yet on any book signings of her own person in the nude and her porn writings- always useful for pedophiles but not useful for UNICEF. Then again, many in the local media- ignoring her frontally nude self exposes, have taken to calling Sra. Espinosa as a "poet" and "global warming advocate." You cannot make this stuff up: Correa wants a ` more revolutionary' public persona, so he fires his porn writing minister who has herself warmed many a carbon foot print… and sends her to UNICEF. Does anyone in Ecuador care about the moral equivalency of Correa's disregard for children in doing this? We understand that no one does any fact based reporting any more out of Quito, relying on ginned up political pieces, but we can only wonder if the UN will embrace Sra Espinosa's porn star productions as much as Senator Dodd has done. Somehow foisting her off onto the world's children is the height of hypocrisy.
 
We will not long forget Sra Espinosa's formal alliances with Iran's murky mullahs of western civilization's ends or her fawning and preening performances with Chavez and his FARC subdenizens. But we wonder if our neighbors fully comprehend her self congratulatory claims that she `ratified her unconditional support to the Ecuadorean socio-economic process of transformations’? Do you have a clue what these socio-economic transformations include? If you answer, as too many do with the obviously vapid intention to cover up grand theft, larceny and racketeering as "necessary" to destroy the "oligarchy" then you are among those who lie and assist in crime. But seriously- what can a former pornographer and poseur, last seen in the nude gracing her horrifically bad odes to very bad sex, possibly mean outside her book sales promotions?
 
We can only suspect, for none can ever know what occurs in the manipulative mind of Rafael Correa, that Correa simply fired Espinosa because she is no longer useful nor acceptable in any decent company as a propagandist for she is what she is. Perhaps her personal diplomacy in global warming adventures, sometimes called sex tourism, went too far. Correa needs a new mouth organ for his deceits and he will have one. While Espinosa served her purpose, rallying every single perversion and calling it acceptable, Ecuadoreans should have called off their cult like sleazy orgies called Cabinet affairs, long ago.
 
But....they did not. They were seduced in to dancing with Correa and Chavez and the mullahs and do so yet today...in Montecristi's hallowed, thin halls of the ridiculously sequestered so called voices of government who would not know government nor democracy nor legitimacy if it hit them on the head...their heads with a composite IQ of 14, that is. This firing of Espinosa is no house cleaning for moral persuasions. It is instead more of the same.
 
Here according to Cuba's PRENSA LATINA, subsidized by Hugo Chavez, is a group photo from the de facto capitol of Ecuador in honor of the Shining Path and the FARC- the rump parliament in Montecristi. They are pledging to hand full powers to Correa and Chavez and allow Sr. Viciano Pastor of the old European reds to redo Ecuador's entire government to form a more perfect union with Castro and Chavez.
 
This then is the face of suicide in Montecristi: formally swearing allegiance to national suicide with a composite IQ of about 14 and a grasp of geo political issues of about 3 on a scale of 1 to 100:

These FARC welcoming Correa Alfaristas in Montecristi are swearing fealty to non democracy under one rule- Correa's rule- and have not got a clue what they are doing and could care less. They do know that they were hand picked and brought to power in the main by Correa. They are paid the equivalent of legitimate politicians and have every expense covered, complete with paid staffers, also called Chavez's political operatives just to keep them in line. The only real thing happening in Montecristi is the paid bribery by Chavez and Correa to insure that their paid actors perform as directed. They do not even know- nor do they care- to what they pledge their allegiance to except their own greed. They have no knowledge about functional democracy for it is banished in Montecristi. But these so called elected officials, with no background and no skills, today run Ecuador's rump government under Correa's fake democracy which is really a self coup. It is all about Correa and Chavez. These highly paid/bribed lemmings and kangaroos are now sworn to defend Hugo Chavez and Ahmadinejad of Iran and destroy what little Ecuador stood for, which today is not much at all. While the world turns away in revulsion from Chavez, this gaggle of isolated fools have no clue that the world has moved on and that Chavez is exposed for what he is. Isolated as they are, with self imposed ignorance and being shuttered away from human information sharing, these sworn defenders of Chavez have no idea that Chavez has lost his support, everywhere that is except in Montecristi. It is the reign of tyranny ushered in by the self professed agents of ignorance and manipulative behaviors which will end in infamous, ruinous suicides of liberties. If these fools look like you and me, it is because they are like you and me when we- each of us- refuse to stand on principles. There is not one honest or honorable soul at Montecristi: all have sold out to Chavez and Correa for their higher purpose- money that is.

In fact, with no open media- Correa has banished free speech and open media- and not one independent observer and not one international constitutional authority in sight- for they too are barred by Correa and Sr. Viciano Pastor; Ecuadoreans have finally performed their own coup de grace in this ridiculous one dirt road trailer park town called Montecristi. Insulza of the OAS claims this is democracy in action. Insulza lies. This is not democracy but a for-show-only of dupes, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces who are manipulatively swearing allegiance to fraud, racketeering, communism and Iran's mullahs of deceit. In short, these fools are surrendering common sense and liberty for a more delicious future of ruin, disgrace and national suicide. Seemingly sincere and surrounded by paid bus loads of protection from the bussed-in day workers called indigenous protesters but are in fact paid by the Chavez-Correa pay rolls of mestizo protest rolls of alcoholics, addicts, unemployed, one can only ponder the sanctity of this unholy ground. Should any dare break with their Correa-Chavez allegiance in Montecristi's hallowed halls, they will emerge from their self entombment inside the assembly rooms and find themselves stoned and beaten by the paid Chavistas surrounding the complex performing their boozed up paramilitary watchdog role. This is Correa's assembly on cheap booze and cheaper yet governability. It is theatrics on a Moped and is about as fake as Correa's economics background, which is not real....not at all.
 
Never one to defend democracy and always one to manipulate, deceive and commit fraud, Rafael Correa has isolated his hand picked team of Chavistas to install the Chavez plan for Ecuador. Depending cynically on the support of the U.S. embassy in Quito and hundreds of overpaid NGOs to never once report the facts of his descent in to dictatorial criminality, Correa succeeds mostly because we let him. It is not helpful any longer to lazily and irresponsibly blame the United States for its abandonment of freedom and democracy in the Andes. It is not helpful to pretend that anyone else is responsible for Chavez and Correa, who do bear the lion's share of fault in this tawdry tale. No indeed- it is "we the people" who are failing to stand united to protect and defend...the people.

To be sure, Castro and Chavez and Correa would have you believe that democracy is their game and freedom is its name in Cuba, Ecuador and Venezuela. Were this so, the simple act of holding democracy's banner would not be stopped, arrested and deported. To those who tell you that democracy lives in Cuba....and Venezuela and Ecuador...we advise ...the facts. As in Cuba, Venezuela and Ecuador, the "leadership" can run away, can prevent truth tellers from appearing and can spend a lot of time and effort on manipulating lives, but sooner or later the facts will out. We can hardly wait. Who stands with the Ladies in White? Who stands with the Catholic Church in Caracas? Who stands with truth tellers? Who, indeed.
 
Alberto de la Cruz reports [ read it all here ]  on the phenomenon of the new age man of no real belief and only state paid thuggery for a job, as created by the Chavez-Castro-Correa machinations: "They lurk throughout Cuba, hiding in the shadows of its dysfunctional oppressive society. Feeding on the misery of others, these Kafkaesque hoodlums fear only the end of the meals comprised of human suffering that the Cuban regime has provided for them. They have no ideology, nor allegiance to any one man or entity. Like animals acting instinctually during a feeding frenzy, they will rip the flesh from one of their own to satisfy their hunger. Thugs such as these are found throughout the world, not just in Cuba. But they can only thrive in the dark worlds of tyranny where they become the willing accomplices of despots that have much higher aspirations, and much higher levels of intelligence. This thug is the “New Man” promised by the Castro dictatorship, and he has served his creator well. But like all things that start off new, in time they become old. And soon the dark clouds that have hidden the savagery committed by the master and his sinister creations will part and allow the light of freedom and justice to shine down once again on Cuba. On that fateful day, the thugs, along with their masters, will scurry for cover like cockroaches, but they will find few places to hide. Free societies offer little refuge to these scourges of humankind."
 
Cuba is a founding member of the Venezuelan-Bolivian-Iranian -Cuban-Ecuadorean axis of evil. Iran still seeks to dominate the known world. The WASHINGTON TIMES tells us that the current USA Intelligence Report on Iran, which the Iranian leadership and Chavez and most known anti USA actors are celebrating as PROOF of life/justification for their hatred of Bush as a liar, was.....written by paid contractors with current USG staff. Why o why would the USA permit biased political hacks known as paid consultants and NGOs to tamper with formal US Intelligence Reports? Who are these minions of mischief and mayhem? If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Especially if you are a defiant Hugo Chavez and determined to have your way. Venezuelans will get plenty of opportunities to vote for the "correct" outcome (i.e., if Chavez has anything to say about it. He'll just keep making them vote until they get it right left:

"Did I make a mistake in choosing the strategic moment to present [the proposal for sweeping Constitutional changes]?" Mr. Chávez asked on state television Monday. "It could be. We still aren't mature enough to adopt an openly socialist project."

But Chávez's acceptance of the results has strengthened his democratic credentials, and analysts say he'll use that to push his socialist "revolution" just as fervently as he has been.

`It is striking how quickly and shrewdly Chávez turned the defeat to his political advantage, claiming the high road and retaking the initiative,' says Michael Shifter, the vice president for policy at the Inter-American Dialogue, a Washington think tank. `He remains determined and resolute in pursuing his revolution, but the vote means he will encounter growing resistance, not only at home but throughout the region. The loss reveals seeds of decay that are likely to intensify over the next year or so.'

Maturity? Socialism indicates maturity?... From a psychological perspective, promoting envy as the most elevated moral position is actually, rather...infantile, to say the least, and appeals to the worst aspects of human nature. If we learned anything at all from the lovely socialist "paradises" of the 20th century, it is that "mature" socialism is just another way describing societal decay and dissolution, a hell on earth--so much so, that people willingly will risk their lives to try to get out. To show how `mature' he is, Chavez has already ushered in some typical progressive changes in the Venezuelan economy that have had the effect of flushing the economy down the toilet. But it is such a caring and compassionate toilet, and I'm sure many Venezuelans are more than happy to live with Chavez' sh_ _. "
 
Castro and Chavez's form of communist-socialism, coming to more nations than the 6 already impacted, does more than hurt a little. It hurts the poor- those wretched huddled masses they so ardently claim to want to help but instead abandon at the first sign of yet another party...Chavez and Correa's unique brand of government is more than an "up yours" teen age romp in defiance of responsible adult leadership. Its costs already hurt more than a little:

 

You can continue to take this iron fist in ways unthinkable. And it will hurt you more than you know. You can continue to pretend that, like your own mother/ your own family advises you, that to lie and manipulate the community around you, that your dishonesty will protect you from the Chavez-Correa communist-socialism. Or you can reject the iron fist of socialist communism for what it is. There is a reason that over 30% of Ecuador's total population has run away from Ecuador now. It is a diaspora of unending proportions. Why, we ask, do Ecuadoreans...almost 1/3 now run away and pretend that by running away from their problems that all will be corrected? There is only one answer: they are trained from birth to run and hide from life's unpleasantness and refuse to tackle any unpleasant problems head on. This is childish, lazy and dysfunctional. This is ruining Ecuador where unity of purpose and actual community regard must replace the vapid adolescent and self absorbed ennui of the selfishly self absorbed. To fail to act has its effects: the iron glove of the Correa-Chavez socialist communist manifesto from Montecristi. You can run but you can no longer hide. This then is the end game of the ridiculously self delusional: national suicide.

Contrary to the selfish lies your mother teaches you in Guayaquil, all Ecuadoreans are connected just as we are all connected to the global world writ larger. To fail to reach out and better ourselves locally and on a larger scale is crass, selfish manipulative thinking at its worst. It exposes the core of the adolescent who seriously pretends that the globe revolves around him or her. We are taught the high art of the selfish manipulative to create envy and cause fake problems to self justify our refusals to be as adults.  Like Chavez and Correa, we create fake envy and fake facts to insure that the cult like behaviors we so adore serve us only and none others. This is the essence of why we allow the Correas and Chavezes to run our lives. We no longer care about "We the people." We only care about the "ME" and what is in it for me. This is a cult of the selfish and it has created whole cults of idiots. These idiots want to tell us that all problems in the Andes are due to the USA and all problems with our children are simply because our children are so highly evolved spiritually that they have blue auras and are never to be questioned or treated as less than avatars of the most deceptive New Age cult that we can only imagine that soon enough Morales and Correa will be selling more fake New Age crystals and phony Chinese feathers across Quito. Running and hiding from common sense to justify lazy, dishonest and vain activities never helps anything except the only thing growing in Ecuador today which is...deceptive performances. But reaching out to agents of harm and ridiculously deceptive cult like agents of propaganda is an even worse sin of commission and duplicity. As we see this week, when Correa and Joe Stigletz inform us that free trade is evil and only "fair trade" with no contract/ no rule of law must be perpetuated to assist even more asset thefts, we denounce this. And when Chavez's paid propagandists work with Fenton Communications to wreck havoc on accountable governments and their governmental fiscal realities, we denounce this. Here is a short take on Chavez and Soros's own manipulator named Mark Weisbrot who works closely with Correa's main lobbyist Paul Reichler and Fenton Communications to further the Soros-Chavez agenda seen here as the author notes of the 12-2 vote in Caracas, "One very amusing item came for a rather bitter Weisbrot, notorious Chavez lobbyist...having made a career of more than 5 years explaining to the world why Chavez is such a great stuff... On the other hand The Economist has published an excellent review on why Sunday result was against Chavez. Contrary to the "studies" of the Weisbrot hack team, the Economist dig into actual examples of corruption and incompetence. Anyway, the good thing about Sunday result and Chavez despicable reactions is that from now on we should read a much more critical press outside of Venezuela. The Weisbrot and other assorted hanger on will have a hard time pushing their stuff, when not fired outright by Chavez..."

We at ECrisis denounce the Correa-Chavez paid propaganda team of Joe Stigletz-Mark Weisbrot, Paul Reichler, Fenton Communications and every single paid Soros actor in the Andes because their works and activities are not accountable and are laced with political agendas which render their works compromised and ultimately illicit while costing a lot of money. We do not support nor respect those who sell us false data and even worse politics. We despise those who tell us that rule of law is too burdensome and that democracy and common sense/law and order is too difficult and must be stripped away to assist and enable the illegitimate to be the legitimate. This is rather like 14 year olds taking over the White House in Washington by telling us all that the U.S. constitution is too tough and therefore must be changed to their sadistic and childish demands to legitimize all that they- the politburo- want and seek to self enrich by any means.
 
We have reported already on the Weisbrot-Soros-Stigletz-Correa - Fenton-Chavez team of economic miscreants who sell us this new fake religion of greed, selfishness driven in to unaccountability which Soros calls "transparency" and which Weisbrot calls honest democracy. Their composite message is not transparent, is not honest or accountable and is not democracy but is instead self serving and self enriching pap that makes each of them lots of money. Like the NEW YORK TIMES which recently told us that Chavez is more democratic that George Bush, Weisbrot and his paid propagandists cover for Correa and Chavez's grand thefts and nation ruining crimes. Does Soros and his sub prime money men co own McClatchy or is McClatchy simply so greedy that they will take anything that Fenton and Soros sends them?  Weisbrot tells us that following Chile, Venezuelans are the most satisfied with their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor under Chavez's reign of terror. If Andean sacred honor is so easily bought and manipulated, its value is empty. For our part, we reject Weisbrot's lies and note with enthusiasm the return of morality and principled positions to the Church in Venezuela, after a long ignorance which is about to cost them their livelihood if Chavez has his way. We believe that Chavez will debase the Church more and in so doing, lose his war on common sense.
 
As to Chavez's stoned flights in and out of Bolivia, reports emerge now that indicate Chavez was shipping about one quarter of a million in cash- part of a one million they say coming to Bolivia- to Morales, also called suitcases of bribe monies, which Morales calls "development funds for the poor." Chavez says the money comes from Venezuela's "development bank" With no accountability/no ledger books; we know that these are slush funds. Also claimed are shipments of uranium and lithium from Cochabamba through Caracas and on to their allied nuclear bomb building soul mate Iran. Read the update here.

Increasingly it looks like Chavez is using his unaudited slush funds with the Chavez bloc of nations to aid and abet the Iranian terror build up. We can only ponder if the pro Chavez dimwits who enjoy telling us that Iran and Chavez are not problematic at all are not really helping bar fact based reporting of the Venezuelan-Bolivian-Ecuadorean-Iranian weapons building terror gang?

Furthering a more concise line of analysis,WESTERN HEMISPHERE here carries this today: "The people of the Americas love freedom. As clearly demonstrated by the recent small action in Bolivia, just tell them you will support them, inform them, and they will do the rest. There is a lesson here for those of you that follow events in Cuba too ...Another interesting note from the story, what does Venezuela portend with uranium shipments from third countries if not to store it, hoard it, or export it to the Iranian mullahs? There was not a word about Iranian adventurism in the Western Hemisphere in the publicly released version of the National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) and, we suspect, not much in the 150-page classified version either with respects to Iranian acts in the Americas."
There does appear to be a dishonesty in all this which dishonors our persons. If you seriously believe that dishonesty and manipulative behaviors further your cause, please check yourself in at Montecristi or the closest FARC camp. We are sure that you will be among your own kind which you have chosen for your spiritual suicide and self imprisonment. Better yet: check yourself in to rehab.

But if you know, as we do, that lives are in the balance, stand to reject the Chavez axis of evil however it comes to you.
