December 16, 2007     Bolivians reject the narcocommunism of Evo Morales. But Bolivia's Evo Morales screams, "Death to the Yankees" as he claims to be a legitimate democracy-building peace lover. Evo Morales is a failure whose communist-socialist government is also a failure. Today four provinces reject the Chavez constitution for Bolivia and its restructured communist plans for domestic government, also called intense internal controls based on the Cuban model of serfdom for all. Today freedom lovers in Bolivia note that Evo wants to transplant Cuban Communism to Bolivia and that they are prepared to resist that project.
 
Ecuador's constituent assembly is replicating the same Cuban-Venezuelan-Bolivian domestic take over plan by Chavez in a less disorganized fashion. With the support of the U.S. government secured with its tacity pull out of pro freedom support with not one whimper against the Chavez bloc in Ecuador [ or Bolivia or Venezuela for that matter] , Rafael Correa has hood winked a nation and bound their fortunes to the same fortunes as Chavez and Iran.
 
In Argentina, la presidenta Kirchner exposes her alliance with Hugo Chavez by not once- not ever denouncing Chavez's claims regarding her presidency-ending illegal cash gifts from Chavez.  She says she is angry at the USA for not letting her know about the pre-arrest details of the case against the various criminals now behind bars in the USA for bribery, extortion and death threats made by Chavez's government to cover up the cash bribes moved to the Kirchners.

President Kirchner calls the U.S. government as evil. We do not know on what basis Sra Kirchner makes this claim because she is looking just like Morales and Correa who declare the same lies. What the U.S. government calls Chavez's agents is "nefarious."
 
Why is it that these Latin nations- Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua all have problems with criminal cover ups and why is it that every one of them have broken with normal and operational applications of integrity, looking dirtier and dirtier by the day? There is only one answer: they are dirty and they rely on nothing to succeed by more lies, more thuggery and more NEFARIOUS, criminal adventurism. These are not leaders: they are criminals.
 
Unless and until Kirchner, Correa, Morales, Ortega and the dead or alive Castros return all their Chavez extortion monies, they are locked inside the Chavez bloc.

Unless and until Insulza resigns from the OAS, he perpetuates the Soros-Chavez agenda to dumb down what little remains of democracy in Latin America so that he, Insulza can get lots of money to be elected the next Chavez leader in Latin America. Chileans are correct to insist that the OAS toss him out. The only tool that Insulza uses is called....surrender of what little honor remains in the OAS and across Latin America. Spain's EL DIARIO EXTERIOR out of Madrid here reiterates what we have been saying here for some time...that the OAS under Insulza is aiding and abetting the Chavez bloc as it is formed now. Not once denouncing the corrupt constitutional ploys in 4 nations now, we do credit EL ENIVERSAL- although the 3rd and effective "choice" is Chavez's bribery, with this:

In any illicit road to narcodemocracy [which is not democracy] - be it by the illicit/opaque/secretive constituent assembly or pre-rigged direct vote....or racketeering/extortion/bribery...Chavez gains and the OAS does nothing.
 
 
Today - read it here - EL PAIS correctly reports that Venezuela today is a FARC sanctuary state, a "narcosanctuary." That means.... a state sponsor of narcoterror. Ecuador today is crawling with Chavez's state sponsored FARC thugs. President Correa tells us all that we must be "neutral" about crime, murder, mayhem, money laundering, extortion, bribery and kidnapping because...as he explains...these poor criminals just ` need he money' and we must in all things help these poor criminals make money...even if this means murder, extortion and terror. Rafael Correa is a chronic joke when it comes to law and order for he is consistently defending criminals even as his own nation is awash with murder, rape and dirty money. What a nation is the murder capital of the world and its own president delegitimizes crime to welcome his criminal pals, one has only to look no further than Rafael Correa and his crime spree to understand Ecuador's plight.
 
What is more appalling is exactly how few actually see through this cocktail mix of  propaganda and really bad politics- fueled by greed and extortion rackets now- brought by these marxist thugs who promise everything but deliver only more crime, more poverty, more misery while taking away all  liberty, earnings, and replacing  pride with dishonor. As Rafael Correa tells us, his "wife" is married to the state and therefore the 1/4 of a million in jewels given to her as a bribe from the Saudis must be turned over to the state...the state of Correa that is which has already looted the Ecuadoreans of at least a cool couple of billions in the first year while driving any sane investor away. Of course once Correa has sold off the jewels for the "state" he will seize the money for his own anyway once again proving his enthusiasm for laundering bribes. Correa today is making a large show of placing his wife's bribes on display while failing to refund all the other bribes he has accepted. How many bribes has Correa accepted? Even his "wife" does not know. And what we wonder was Correa doing accepting this bribe from the Saudis in the first place? Why not disclose and return it on the spot, declaring for once that Correa does not do bribes, when of course we all know that he does, following closely his "Gucci Socialist" comrades in Caracas proving once again that socialism is for the masses while the politburo enjoys champagne, caviar and Luis Vuitton as conspicuous consumers more like the Eurotrash and Russian mafia thugs that they are.
 
As to our bribe taking friends inhabiting far too many capitols in Latin America, Oppenheimer today tells us -read it here- that Sra Kirchner started her new job on the "wrong foot."
 
Wrong foot? She just exposed her bribe taking form Chavez. Nefarious, according to WEBSTER's means `villainous and wicked.' The Kirchners are exposed for what they are: on the take from Chavez unless and until they give back Chavez's monies and his bribes. He writes about the FBI matter against Chavez's DISIP agents illegally delivering death threats, bribing and extorting, “Fernández’s knee-jerk reaction to a Miami court's indictment alleging that Venezuela contributed money to Argentina's 2007 presidential elections was a textbook case of political inexperience, bad advice, greater-than-expected ties to Venezuela's petro-populist government or all of the above. Instead of applauding the U.S. investigation ... Fernández responded -- in tandem with the Chávez government -- by blaming the whole case on an alleged U.S. government conspiracy against her country...rather than reacting with statesmanship, she played the anti-American card, creating needless enemies among Republicans and Democrats in Washington. Without jeopardizing Venezuela's financial aid to Argentina -- Chávez has bought more than $4.5 billion in Argentina's foreign debt bonds -- she could have taken the high road. "
 
Although not one- not one U.S. Democrat has yet to condemn the Kirchners and Rafael Correa for their crass, illicit buy ins and bribes from Hugo Chavez, it can be said that any who want us to believe that bribery, extortion and death threats are "normal and happy parts of manipulative living in Latin America" need to see a shrink soon. There is no excuse for manipulative, criminal behavior. Argentina is a dead beat country and Chavez's bond buys started the controls he holds over the Kirchners in yet another illicit Faustian pact that creates his so called Bolivarian pact. Faust learned that selling one's soul to the devil for greed never works. The Kirchners failed to learn their lesson and their fate, like Faust's is sealed.
 
Chavez, as our readers know, controls everything in Venezuela and runs a Los Vegas style open wallet for any unaccountable thing he wants. As such, his "enabling law" does just that. Read about Chavez's manipulative government here, which has been enabled by his co-addicts in manipulation. “Under these circumstances and despite the foreseeable arbitrariness in dealing with the legal framework, the enabling law, as a substitute of the referendum, could unwind a political storm in the face of the new ratio of electoral forces which emerged on December 2nd." Arbitrariness- that is no rule of law- is how criminals operate and that is how Chavez, Correa, the Kirchners and Chavez operate- arbitrarily to their own benefit.
 
As for Rafael Correa, he is way ahead of Chavez in the race to be the most Cuban of the Cuban guided bloc now. Ecuadorean resistance has decided to collapse and instead pretend that thy all enjoy being manipulated by their manipulators. No resistance stands there yet and all have sold out to the highest manipulators.

Contrary to the failed Stiglitz and failed Correa, these so called economists are doing, as a former successful economist Sr. Hinds from El Salvador reminds us, not much more than playing monopoly with the devil. Thus far, because no one stops their gamesmanship with the devil, the devil is winning in Ecuador.
