Andean Nations Prefer Instead to Pretend that Correa-Kirchner-Chavez-Castro are Healty, Legitimate Dictatorships.

December 27, 2007  This is what Correa and Chavez's new formal partners in crime do in Iran: they use portable justice....portable hangings for maximum....justice, as they call it.

Iran also calls itself a democracy. Hugo Chavez co owns Iran's media propaganda business and Correa encourages their media market take over in Ecuador.

In fact, in Iran no Santa Claus is permitted...no Three Kings and no democracy, no freedom, and no justice.
This is what Iran-Correa's partner- calls democracy...Ahmadinejad calls this practicing peace. We are not deceived as so many now are: we call it drive in terror:

Venezuela and Argentina, like Ecuador and Bolivia hide their illicit Chavez-Iranian-Russian bloc monies which has inserted the new communist rhetoric and lawlessness called alternative democracy in to Latin America, ripping the continent in half. Currently Chavez and the Kirchners expose their utter ignorance and willful, disgraceful urgency to lie when speaking of the USA. Rallying to the defense of the Kirchners illegal money making from Chavez were none other than Argentina's Communist Party members, their state labor unions and paid protesters from the ever handy Fora de Sao Paulo marching bands for hire. The never allied with the USA Rafael Correa says that calling President Bush the devil...hurts the devil. U.S. ambassador Linda Jewell in Quito calls Correa a "best friend" and "ally of the USA." We do not know why Jewell says this for she speaks not for the U.S. government for whom she is supposed to speak but does not. Americans do not believe that Bush is evil but apparently Jewell agrees with Correa and Chavez. She needs to be retired back to Little Rock with her Dodd and Clinton friends. The fact remains that Correa, having completed his self coup and turned Ecuador in to a narcodemocracy which is now Marxist, is helping Chavez and Castro's left overs create harm to Peru and Colombia in a naked war of words which edges closer day by day to a Chavez-backed war of attrition. Recently FORBES Magazine ran a puff piece to assist the desperate exporters, sometimes called U.S. businessmen, inside Ecuador who have sold their integrity to Chavez and Correa and work hand in glove with Chavez and Correa's propagandists, also called Fenton Communications. Many corrections are due this piece whose sole audience remains the U.S. Congress. The FORBES piece, notably badly researched, claims that Correa quit Palacio's government. It does not state the facts that Correa had long worked toward seizing OCCIDENTAL's assets even while serving then President Palacio. Correa had thought this a very good idea even under the Gutierrez regime.

But Correa was fired by Palacio. He did not quit- he was fired for lying to Palacio about the World Bank. Correa has been fired, sometimes called let go, from every job he has ever held. He needs to be fired from his current job as dictator for Ecuador. The FORBES piece calls Venezuela a lost cause and wonders aloud if Correa is also a lost cause for Ecuador. A simple audit and a standard analysis of Correa, his money movements and his dictatorial insertion of common Marxism by law will confirm that Correa has plunged Ecuador into a failed neo Marxist state.

The only thing standing in the way of any factual analysis is the embarrassing, glaringly inept so called Reports on Ecuador conjured by lack luster paid anti Colombia actors as championed by US AID and the US Department of State, by comments made repeatedly by amb. Linda Jewell and by the failure of Ecuadoreans to cut their own complicity with Correa's racketeering. Further, the FORBES piece calls PetroEcuador incompetent. As the sole source now of over 1/2 of Ecuador's GDP, PetroEcuador is no longer just incompetent: it does not exist. Correa has seized this state entity for his own gamesmanship and pathetically handed his new toy to the in name only management of....Ecuador's Navy to better safe guard Correa's real cash....illicit transshipments up the Pacific coast to Venezuela and toward Mexico. Soon these transshipments will be further protected by Chavez's new fleet of nuclear powered, missile carrying capable deep water submarines which we continue to hear will be operational out of Manta in 2009. This is an act of aggression. Vladimir Putin and his pals in Belarus and Iran need to cancel all arms and war machine sales to the Andes. But Linda Jewell still calls Correa "her best friend."
 
The FORBES Magazine piece, read it here, also wants you to know that Americans in Ecuador fully support the Correa plan to join the Chavez bloc of nations, will do nothing meaningful to stop this as long as they are rewarded by Chavez and the USA with free trade for doing nothing, and will insure that Correa does not replicate Chavez in any press-related instance but instead simply convert Ecuador in full to a Cuban style paradise as Correa has consistently promised- as long as no one notices. This will serve the duplicitous gaggle of paid propagandists currently populating the U.S. Ecuadorean Chambers of Commerce [also called AMCHAMS] and the Chambers of Industries and Chambers of Commerce. All these so called commercial support groups should instead be turning states' evidence as to how many times they and their companies have been threatened by the Correistas with loss of business licensing, loss of freedom and threats of false tax assessments.

Were Ecuadoreans honest, their numbers in extortion gambits by Correa would expose the significant political and economic graft underway in Ecuador by the Chavez-Correa managers. Instead of being honorable and exposing the manipulative current state of affairs, Ecuadoreans are paying for lobbyists such as Fenton and Paul Reichler to lie to the U.S. Congress and assist in building the anti-Colombia, pro Chavez bloc of nations under the fake claims that Ecuador is not supportive of the FARC, when it is, and that Correa supports free trade when he does not.

Read EL TIEMPO here reporting on U.S. Congressional democrats' work to expand the FARC; all in an apparent co ordination with Soros, Chavez, Correa and Fenton Communications to whom they give lots of tax payer monies. In fact, Correa only supports his personal right to manipulate and lie a lot, and his dictatorial rights to abuse all powers and create a financial slush fund where a semi accountable government used to stand. No one- especially not the U.S. government or FORBES- should buy this baloney from the Correa propagandists. Ecuadoreans are never ambivalent about free trade because 1/2 of their GDP and about 60% of all non government jobs stem from free trade with the USA. What they are ambivalent about is that they have been sold a fake plan that they can have free trade with the USA while converting in to a non rule of law, undemocratic marxist-Chavez bloc nation as long as they can successfully lie about what transpires in Ecuador.
 
Correa has not only swindled his own people but he loathes and despises free trade, hates the USA and has long been a Cuban style Marxist, personally pledging to Castro that he will convert Ecuador swiftly in to a Cuban style colony. Unlike all other promises made by the completely dishonest Correa in his life, this may be the sole promise he keeps. There is nothing to defend in Correa. The FORBES writer wants to tell us that Ecuador deserves an ATPDEA extension when nothing could be further from the truth. The author also forgets to include that Correa has mysteriously lost over $2 billion in governmental monies in less than one year and has failed to do anything but repulse the global communities, plunging Ecuador which still has no meaningful anti money laundering laws, in to a ruinous place where it is the murder capital of the globe and the largest drug transit nation in Latin America.
 
Correa announces today, read it here, his so called pardon of drug runners. We are also told that the new laws will better serve Ecuadoreans. If you believe this, you are delusional. Here is a nation about to legalize drugs under the guise of reducing U.S.-backed counternarcotics laws. On the theory that this will help the poor- the mules, etc. It is a pretext. We vehemently disagree with the expression/claim that Ecuador has anti drug laws because the USA pushed this. Ecuadoreans know well that they have a drug and alcohol problem. Family abuse problems are huge. One need only walk down any street to see that this is the case. Most drug-related crimes are rarely punished/prosecuted anyway. Most crime is never punished there any more. We know this because Ecuador is now the murder capitol of the globe and its crime rates under Correa are huge.
 
At such a time when crime and murder are at an all time historic high, this is not the moment to legalize drugs or even soften drug laws. Ecuador is considered a major transshipment nation because it is. But the pro drugs activists are strong in Ecuador and have a perfect patsy in the bribed and Chavez-funded president Correa. Historically, Correa's father worked for a sub set of the Shining Path [it is not known if he was connected directly to the Alfaristas but we can assume that his drug running was Alfarista in to the Shining Path out of Guayaquil's regional drug running] and he was an abusive and debauched person by all accounts who later shot himself. Padre Correa was so prized by the Alfaristas/drug runners that after a short prison stay in the USA, he was extradited back- at the insistence of the Ecuadorean military government under the promise that he would be imprisoned correctly in Ecuador....only to be released by GOE to run drugs again.  In front of Correa, it is said that padre Correa shot himself. We do not have the facts: Correa keeps changing his sad tale of domestic abuse and violence often. It is not hard to check the records on all this.  Correa's mother lives inside the USA. We do not know when she came or why she is inside the USA. We do not know how she makes a living or who pays her way in the USA or why she refuses to return to Ecuador. We do not know if she is a legal citizen but assume she performed some sort of immigration performance. As president, Rafael Correa actually loathes the USA and holds no regard for USA laws and norms.
 
Ecuador's hastily cobbled so called constituent assembly has no legitimate rights to craft or pass any laws but this entity of cobbled together kangaroo actors, with a collective IQ of 14 and even less experience, will claim that they act to replace the courts and congress. It is a travesty. These so called asambleistas are paid lots of money- lots of it- and allow no open media, no rapporteurs and no advice and consent and certainly permit no actual constitutional scholars or advisors to their cabal. They are guided by a man from Caracas and Spain named Pastor who is a true old school Euro Marxist-Red. Any who claim falsely that this Constituent Assembly is legitimate is a liar. Any who claim that Correa is a responsible president is also a liar. Correa has been fired from every job he has ever held and this one should be the same. Correa's so called income tax plan, while seemingly semi benign on the surface, on review reveals a fulsome income redistribution scheme, normally called Marxist-socialism. You can review this on your own and make your own conclusions. It is made in to law with no advice and consent and is a scam.
 
Were Ecuador to de dollarize, their inflation would be well in the double- if not triple- digits. We would advise that none take comfort in their low inflation as a mirror of sane economic policies as price controls- and many other objectionable economic plans- are going in to effect. With no acting accountability and all hands on all government functions by Correa, he should be held to either delivering a full forensic audit on Petroecuador and the government's budgets and holdings are see an end to dollarization which masks his state thefts.
 
Ecuador is today a narcodemocracy....that is....a previously known Republic which is now over run by Chavistas and the FARC and the goofiest US AID and OAS-backed NGOs and Russian-style money movers/launderers. Ecuador is not a democracy any longer but a failed state acting under the rule of one....that is Correa under the iron hand of Chavez's directorship/monies, propped up by sloppy anti democracy NGOs who claim falsely to be building `democracy.' We are vainly hoping that the USA had no role whatsoever in helping fund this pro drug silliness even though it helped fund the ridiculous Plan Ecuador which promoted ending de facto Plan Colombia. Ecuadoreans need to insist on transparency and remove these pro drug NGOs and pro FARC actors littering their country.  A quick review of the Correa drug laws will confirm this analysis.
 
A quick review of Correa's dictatorial activities will illuminate this assessment. This is not about drug running mules who are poor women trying to feed a family. This is about releasing FARC activists, enhancing money laundering services, and eliminating what few normative counter narcotrafficking norms exist.

Unless and until this entire mess is analyzed and turned around, there can be no enabling and no ATPDEA extension/free trade give aways  for the pro drug /anti USA Correa who does truly act like a dictator.
 
Please feel free to counter this with facts. Moreover, should you feel compelled to defend the Chavez-Correa-Cuban Marxist bloc in Ecuador today as it is a failed nation, please state factually three arenas where Ecuador is acting legitimately with even handed law and order under a semi  normative democracy.

From my perspective, we will know that Ecuador has returned to functionality when all paid Correa kangaroos cease their paid fake roles, when OCCIDENTAL is fully restored from its position as victim of  Ecuadorean state theft, when Ecuador's congress [ however unpopular] is returned and the so called Chavez assembly in Montecristi permits legal and open proceedings, and when Correa returns to full transparency and releases actual deals with Chavez and Iran and....Trafigura to name but hundreds of opaque dirty deals. 
 
Correa's Ecuador, like Argentina, Bolivia, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba is an unaccountable slush fund for Iran, Chavez and Russian money movers. There is nothing legitimate about Correa and anyone who says differently is a liar. A quick check of the hundreds of paid Chavez minders all across Ecuador today will expose the Chavez-Cuban intelligence-Correa gambit. It needs to be stopped. Even as Correa exposed himself by accepting a $ one quarter million bribe from the Saudis, Correa needs to return his bribes [and Chavez operators] whenever he takes them and apologize. He has yet to so do.
 
Should the U.S. democrats reward Correa with yet another ATPDEA extension [which- contrary to the lies spread- does indeed cost U.S. taxpayers money], they will be known as the Chavistas that they are and utterly repulsive for having accepted whole cloth the dishonest Soros party machine which contains nothing verifiable and is without any basis in reality...except their on going effort to insure that democracy ends and the Chavez-FARC plan succeeds. Last we looked, the USG is not supposed to reward this insidious treason. Steve Forbes should know better than to accept this silly account on Ecuador with no fact checking after the first 4 paragraphs.
 
Here is Rafael Correa....stealing a child's savings and his future- as he is doing for all Ecuadoreans...ostensibly helping take money for the "poor":

To understand the Chavez-Correa racketeering with Russian money men and mobsters, one needs to understand Chavez's pet transport monopoly called the unaudited, offshore Trafigura which has infiltrated Ecuador by hiring the Peñaherrera family law firm and inserting itself geo politically inside Ecuador's Chambers of Commerce. As Correa directly extorts his own people, Chavez's money men buy and infiltrate whole swathes of what used to be a vibrant force for liberty.

The collapse of freedom lovers has been swift in Ecuador by these two elements at play: extortion and threats to create a more perfect Chavez union of racketeering, which is what Bolivarianism remains for it is not a government, it is not economic freedom and it is not honest. Trafigura and Wilmer Ruperti, read it here, are currently being sued in New York for fraud. We can only hope that at last a full forensic audit is ordered regarding PdVSA and Trafigura and its open wallet for the Kirchners, Morales, Correa and Ortega, among many others. No one from Ecuador wants the truth on the table...just as no one in Caracas or La Paz wants the facts either. We urge them to turn states' evidence and act honorably.
 
ANALYTICA is surprisingly more honest than most in their latest report on Correa's malfeasance, read it here. Basically, this Report tells us that the U.S. Democrats will confer to Correa this Spring, for no reason whatsoever except to try to look as if Ecuador has not gone Chavista when it has gone further than Chavez himself, another ATPDEA extension of U.S. money give aways. This validates the Fenton-U.S. Democrat paid propaganda club which always ignores the facts. ANALYTICA correctly says that Correa is not Chavez, whatever that is supposed to mean- as if Michael Shifter's profundities actually mean something when they do not.

Harkening to an old play, I'm Not Rappaport, Correa is not Rappaport either. Of course Correa is not Chavez, but he is fully combined with Chavez and Iran in all meaningful and ruinous arenas toward ends that are not supportable and are not honest. All else in the ANALYTICA report is senseless and reflects the confused/manipulative excuses populating Ecuadorean real politik think, except the correct analysis of the ridiculousness of Ecuador's incompetent and ill equipped Navy of safe passage to illicit shippers qualifications now running PetroEcuador, which their report also glosses over. However, the closing paragraph in their Report is correct that Correa is, as we call him- Chavez on a Moped- is closing down Ecuador and while "not bound " by forces of democracy or the market, does truly pose more dangers than he is known for. What we wonder the U.S. Democrats reward for this end to Ecuador as a sovereign nation and why the U.S. cabal of Sorosites think this Ecuadorean money racket and malfeasance game should be funded is a just question.
 
Again- stop the hand wringing, stop the lies, stop the propaganda, cease refusing full forensic audits, stop making excuses, stop the extortion, end the financial  rackets, deliver fact based- not NGO sympathizer written- factual analysis of Ecuador, terminate all life ending justifications for stupidities unending, quit refusing to organize with global supports just because manipulative domestic mavens selfishly say that this cannot be done, and cease the prattle that as long as one thinks that they can manipulate Correa and Chavez for fame and fortune that they will succeed, as the nation goes to pieces.
 
Unless Ecuadoreans really believe that life under Chavez -viz his rackets such as Trafigura- are a boon to their lives- then stay focused and stay alert.
 
Start in your own home. Ask how much each is bribed, sometimes called monthly salary or Ecuadorean state/Chavez union labor payments, to vote the Correa sweep in Montecristi? Ask why no reporters or rapporteurs are allowed and ask why none perform comparative constitutional analysis on the Pastor-Chavez-Correa plan for Ecuadorean Cuban-Marxism? Ask what is being done about this. And ask yourself what took you so long.
 
The Three Kings come bearing gifts. The USA just gave Ecuadoreans a gift... a model of responsible performance based justice, exposing the Chavez-Correa-Kirchner money rackets. Will this, as justice, too go begging for validation because Ecuadoreans remain too selfish and too cosseted in their own manipulative greed?
 
We know what Ahmadinejad and the Chavez-Correa-Morales bloc  are asking for Christmas this year: more aggressive weapons to expand their slush-fund dictatorships and assist their drug running friends at FARC who will gladly use and abuse the Bolivarian bloc weapons of real  harm.
