Heritage WebMemo Correctly Identifies Challenges in the Chavez Andean Bloc:

Venezuelans and Ecuadoreans Reveal Pathological Addiction to Criminal Machinations

February 3, 2008  The Editors of ECrisis commend the Washington, D.C. based Heritage Foundation for its current piece regarding the need to report factually on the massive propaganda mill being run by Hugo Chavez's money men to legitimize much that should never be legitimized. Read it here. Correctly noted by the head of SOUTHCOM in recent weeks, this major propaganda initiative by Chavez's cartel is desperately in need of definitional analysis. The Heritage correctly lays it out below. In recent posts, we criticized the head of the USA's SOUTHCOM for wobbly, wimpy US AID unhelpful program-depleting applications of definable next steps to the massive propaganda outlays by the Chavez-Cuban regimes. It is our hope that both SOUTHCOM and the Heritage will land with their feet on the ground to build support for definable responses/next steps, having identified the non democratic efforts at hand. Clear, concise next steps to restoring democracy in the Andes today fall prey to poorly managed efforts and loosely coordinated goals which cannot hope to suffice in any truth telling against the massive propaganda machine underway except by appropriate truth telling building blocks toward restitution of democracy.

It is our hope that all readers will come forward and delineate follow up plans and next steps to this massive disinformation juggernaut to legalize the illegal which is well underway across the Americas in thousands of "consolidations" also called alliances for deteriorating democracy and diminishing even handed law and order.

To understand the effects of the anti-USA billions being spent today across the Americas, it is essential to analyze the core commitments of the actors in this unprecedented string of paid political actors to sell us all acts of hatred and generic dishonesty. And it is essential to follow the money trail and complete due diligence regarding the cause and effects of public acts to debase progress, steering whole swathes of efforts towards the debased and away from the stronger commitments of ethical governance for the good of the hemisphere.

Here is the GUARDIAN, itself typically soft on drugs and Chavez, remarkably putting forward some analysis on Hugo Chavez's propulsion of the narcoterror group, the FARC which has installed narcodemocracies in Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. Any who stand with Chavez to encourage the FARC or refuse to stand united to stop the growth of the FARC are themselves aiding and abetting the growth of narcoterror. Where Chavez and the FARC are concerned, matters are truly black and white. As we all know, where crime and narcotics are concerned, there is no grey matter. Venezuela is today truly a cancerous narcostate and must be defined for what it is.

Venezuela today is a narcodemocracy [itself an oxymoron]  in co-governance with narcoterrorists under an economic fascist economy ruled by one debauched man who has all hands on all levers of government, as is exactly the case in Ecuador, which is fast being overcome by his own cartels who will soon enough run the region. In other words, the cancer that exists in the Andes is about to overcome their persons which have become the progenitors of the disease.

Two weeks ago, John Walters spoke truth to power about Chavez and the FARC. He noted that Chavez  Any who refuse to stand on principle with the truth, fail themselves.

REUTERS reported on January 19, 2008  that ..."U.S. officials say Venezuela's role in the cocaine trade has expanded to make it a major drug shipment route. `At a point where neglect becomes complicity, it is an active policy not to engage and deal with this problem,' John Walters, director of the U.S. Office of National Drug Control Policy, told Reuters in Bogotá. `I think it is about time to face up to the fact that President Chavez is becoming a major facilitator of the transit of cocaine to Europe and other parts of this hemisphere.' Walters estimated annual cocaine shipments through Venezuela were now more than 200 metric tons. Colombia produces at least 600 tons a year, most of which goes to U.S. and European markets. `He is making Venezuela into a haven, he is making a haven that is being used to victimize not only this hemisphere but Europe and Africa,' Walters said."

Today, we hear from numerous Andean agents, paid propagandists, unregistered lobbyists in Washington, D.C. and infiltrators of the Chavez bloc and the FARC enthusiasts that Director Walters must be denounced and that freedom lovers are instructed to turn away from his truthtelling.  We note that Walters gave confused Andean souls a light- a beacon in their deeply befuddled and cheerlessly manipulated world view: he spoke the truth and handed a lifeline to all in the region. For his trouble, he is shunned and abandoned by far too many who should know better but obviously do not.

We say this because Walters is utterly correct to state- read it here - that when neglect of issues becomes complicity in crime, the government itself and its peoples are known for what they are: complicitly not dealing with crime, such as the one third of Latin cocaine that flows through Venezuela now. When nations are complicit in crime, no amount of manipulative rhetoric or excuses for failing to stand for even handed law and order is acceptable. By not denouncing Chavez's complicity with the narcoterrorists, Andean citizens are indeed complicit themselves as their leaders are. By not standing with Walters against narcoterror, we stand with narcoterror.

Do you know what your positions are regarding narcoterror?

Do you know what your company, your schools, your family and your paid agents do and say about narcoterror? Ask. Make research.

Monday, February 4, 2008 will see many dozens of marches in major cities around the world in solidarity against the FARC.

Guayaquil and Quito will both host anti-FARC marches. No Mas FARC has more details. Even though Rafael Correa has ordered all employees to stay home on Monday and Tuesday [supposedly for paid extra holidays], there is every reason to join the global movement and just say...No Mas FARC.
Entonces...see you there!
