February 11, 2008  Never one to be honest about anything, except his geo political aspirations to install a Cuban paradise in Ecuador, Rafael Correa only succeeds by extortion because.... Ecuadoreans are so addicted to manipulative complots that they let him get away with his criminal adventures. In another bizarre example of ruling by extortion, Correa claims to be a guardian of the environment and wants oil companies and environmental groups to deliver annual gifts of cash to him to NOT produce oil from Ecuador's fields even as the nation is desperately in need of oil revenues.
 
 
REUTERS reports here that "President Rafael Correa, a former college professor who taught environmental economics" wants to wall off about 2 million acres of oil rich lands as a preserve. Any guesses how long that will last with Correa's full faith and warranty, which is....Correa's refusal to act under any rule of law and Correa's true complicity with Iran and Hugo Chavez's Venezuelan overtake of Ecuador.
 
Correa, himself a fraud when it comes to economics, refuses to release a credible national budget and has refused to release any facts about PetroEcuador, claiming sovereignty over transparency. Then again, Correa has kicked out Congress, has kicked out any independent judge or court he cannot control and now controls the media. But because Correa has aligned with the George Soros-backed NGOs to actively campaign against Alvaro Uribe's positions of principle and has teamed financially and politically with Iran and Chavez's Venezuela, the U.S. Democrats seek to reward this criminality to boost the do-drugs crowd of crowing rights to cast harm to Peru and Colombia's vibrant economies even as Ecuador and Venezuela's falls while oil prices are so high that they should be in high cotton when in fact their common man is under essentially house arrest, fearful to walk outside, fearful to stock household supplies, and fearful to open their foolish mouths about their own self inflicted reigns of terror.
 
We are not afraid but everyone else around us is these days because they have forgotten to train themselves to act as truth tellers and to enact self control to cease flooding their emotions with crippling fears and debilitating self imprisonment. Ecuador, unlike Colombia and Venezuela, has refused to review the strengthening opportunities offered under a vibrant Vatican message of pro growth for the spirit and person to combat the communism under which they live. Failing to coalesce with freedom lovers globally has cost Ecuadoreans not only their capacity to sustain global financing but the needed support base for launching its return to common sense.
 
Ecuadoreans, like Venezuelans, have more than enough crime, disease and failed communism in their midst to do the right thing and begin to tell the truth about Correa and his criminal government gone wilding. Daily, Correa's government is leeching good money and causing an economic down turn, cheerily masked by dollarization and inflated global oil prices plus the ongoing trade with the USA, which Correa will soon lose and rejoice over because at heart Correa stubbornly acts on policies which not only harm Ecuadoreans but harms honest U.S.-Ecuadorean relations. Correa's latest gambit to flood the U.S. government with his teams of propagandists, sometimes called lobbyists, with the sole intent to lie and mislead the USG thus far has worked, thanks to the U.S. Democrats mirrored in Harry Reid, Delahunt and Dodd who want to help Ecuador in its cause celebre to hurt Colombia and unite with Cuba and Chavez. 
 
No president of any nation can thrive with an extortion ring of dirty money movers, drug runners and debauched leaders provided by Chavez and Castro to run the day to day operations of a nation. It is past time to get out of the way and state the facts. Covering up Ecuador's crimes is not helping and impedes a return to the global marketplace. In fact, all tellers of lies are actually causing more economic harm even as they insist that lying will build Ecuador's economy. This is not diplomacy. This is laziness, ineptness and dishonesty.
 
Today we hear that Ecuadoreans pretend that they are not aware that Rafael Correa has been in bed with Hugo Chavez and the FARC for the last year.

Ecuadoreans irresponsibly pretend that this is a USA story that needs to be told. We say that Ecuadoreans know too well that their nation is a money laundering center for the FARC, they see the FARC communities around the nation, they know that by calling Ecuador "neutral" on the FARC that this means that the FARC are not deemed as a narcoterror group and as such, will not be prosecuted by Correa's team of Chavez-Castro managers- ever. Ecuadoreans have their own story to tell.
 
We are told that Ecuadoreans are frightened to tell the facts about the FARC, fearing reprisals from Correa, aka Chavez and Castro. We are told that because the U.S. Embassy in Quito which over the last year so pathetically embraced the crime capitol called Correa's front work for Chavez and Castro and lied about it, that Ecuadoreans cannot feel safe to report the facts to the USA, previously known as their ally and today known as their enemy and a place where no truth telling transpires.
 
Today BLOOMBERG news reports that, "President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela accused the U.S. of selling cocaine and weapons to his country's poor in a bid to destabilize the nation. Chavez, a longtime U.S. adversary who has used Venezuela's oil wealth to promote his vision of ’21st century socialism' in Latin America, said today the U.S. was acting in concert with factions of the Colombian government." Sounding more paranoid delusional than most drug users, Hugo Chavez also sounds like his script writers are now coming off past pages of the pro drugs lobby in the USA, many of whom already work to boost Chavez. In fact, the U.S. Black Caucus tried this pro drugs Soros-backed phony ploy some years ago, notably by Maxine Waters [D-CA] who whined that the racist whites were conspiring with freedom fighters in Central America to sell crack cocaine to create harm to America's blacks. To be sure, no one is forced in to drug addiction and Congresswoman Waters went on to insist that space aliens are also among us and that the USA was again harming the Black Caucus by denying space alien adventures. Currently, Maxine Waters is engaged in her campaign to help elect Barack Obama, another Soros adventure for controlling the U.S. White House.
 
More honestly than any U.S. Democrat who seem to be engaged in a wholesale struggle to be the most pathetic when it comes to truth telling about South America [claiming to "help the poor" and of course create market havoc to financially reward their buyers cartel called inside investors], the Center for Security Policy today reports, "Chavez has strong influences on the several Latin American countries Venezuela is financially supporting, namely, Argentina, Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador and Nicaragua."
 
That is right: Chavez financially supports Ecuador.

You surely are not so stupid as to believe that the brilliant Correa, an "environmental economist" fired from every job he ever held and who is an avowed Cuban Marxist, has any clue how to build Ecuador's economy except through graft, narcotrafficking, rackets and reliance on Chavez's money?

And surely you are not so pathetic as to actually believe the bull hooey that Correa is independent of Chavez and his political control of Ecuador?

Obviously Blasco Peñaherrera believes that it is far more beneficial to sell out Ecuador's once vibrant commercial sector to boost his familial client relationship with Chavez's pet monopoly for transporting many illicit goods along with oil called Trafigura. Blasco tells us that he alone cut the deal with Harry Reid to cover all this over. But at the heart of all this manipulative crime remains one stubborn and irrefutable truth which neither the U.S. Embassy in Quito and its friends at Fenton Communications to boost their Soros-pro drugs world view can erase: Correa is beholden in every way to Hugo Chavez today and Ecuador has under his guidance succumbed to its status as narcoterror sponsor in league with Iran, Castro's Cuba and Chavez's Venezuela. What Harry Reid and his U.S. Democrats are doing to pretend that this reality does not exist is pathetic. For their part, the U.S. Democrats need to detail why they reward Marxists who shatter democracy at the point of a gun just because they help the FARC and are in full alignment with Hugo Chavez. Details are needed.
 
Why in the world the U.S. Department of State wants to pretend that Chavez does not financially support and co-govern Correa's Ecuador also bears serious review and corrective behaviors.
 
Why in the world the U.S. DEA and John Walter's ONDCP has yet to over ride the tender mercies of the Soros clubs, sometimes called the U.S. Democrats, and state the facts that Correa continuously encourages the FARC terror actors in every definable action is quite the question today. We can only hope that Walters will soon enough state these facts as he did a few weeks past regarding the Chavez-FARC home base, called the Chavez government which of course is replicated in Correa's government [but without the cocaine chewing theatrics.] Simply put: Correa's Ecuador is a state sponsor of the FARC and the U.S. Democrats want to help them continue to encourage the FARC and their dirty money and vast criminal empire. We do not know why the Democrats want to do this but we suppose it has a lot to do with...what do they call it-? their "donor base" which is of course littered with the overarching pro drugs Soros money and labor union give aways and no doubt plenty of hidden Chavez monies, sometimes called lobbying and propaganda expenses.
 
Chavez's Venezuela is no longer separable from the FARC today. Correa's Ecuador is no longer separable from Chavez and the FARC today.

This means they are inseparable and bound by ropes and lashes of their own making.
 
Because there is no clean, clear light of political leadership in either Venezuela or Ecuador today [they are all shopping in Miami or else vacationing from adult responsibilities to freedom] an alternative to the debilitating mess can be had. The situation is so grave that both nations should go in to receivership under a three month International Panel to restore governance, law and order and accountability, none of which exists in these lawless, Marxist states.
 
There is precedence to this due to the removal of independent courts, legislatures and accountability which of course has obliterated free speech, human rights, due process and freedom of religion in these two lawless lands called Ecuador and Venezuela where justice is denied at the point of a gun. Ridiculously, the very polluted OAS calls Venezuela and Ecuador "vibrant democracies" while nothing could be further from the truth.
 
To further his role as liar in chief, Rafael Correa wants us to believe that the incompetent US CIA masterminded the 2002 coup against Hugo Chavez. We remind that at this time, the Clintonite and Soros-imbued US CIA and its Department of State adored Chavez and sought no ouster/no coup of Chavez. But the fact that the USA did nothing about Chavez's ouster because he was shooting at innocent civilians is another story. But the fact is: Chavez was not booted by anything from the USA. But Correa wants to tell us that this is the truth when it is not. We remind that Correa's block of stoolies and chumps in Montecristi are also crafting diplomatic ties with space aliens to complete their portfolio of inanities. Here is EL UNIVERSAL today: "Correa endorses Chávez's stance regarding the US and Colombia: Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa Thursday backed the Venezuelan government's suspicions about a likely military attack from the United States and Colombia, and stressed that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) "played a direct role in the coup d'etat" against President Hugo Chávez in 2002.`What is so surprising about these questions and interrogations in a country like Venezuela that has been attacked in the past?' wondered Correa during an interview with a number of regional radio stations, AFP quoted." Correa may be confused but his confusion is part of his pro Chavez propaganda script.
 
And surely such support for Chavez's lunacy comes as a relief to numbed Venezuelans who surely must be glad that someone- anyone- stands united with their ridiculous Presidente. Of course Correa stands united with Chavez and wants to tell you about it.
 
Time to replace these deceitful tyrannies run by adolescent dictators whose very souls are committed to the Faustian Bargains with Iran to further greed, avarice, deception and manipulation. Time to send in adult values of accountability, free education which is not restrictive Marxism, and reinsert integrity, transparency, competitive open markets and jobs.
 
Why would anyone make the best the enemy of the good? This Chavez-Correa plan is not diplomacy, it is not new and it is not democracy's calling.
