Correa and Chavez Act to Support the criminal cartel FARC while Colombia Does the Right Thing
March 2, 2008 While the rest of the world pretends that Ecuador's president Rafael Correa has distanced himself from the criminal underbelly of the FARC-Venezuelan/Hugo Chavez "sovereign wealth club"- also called money laundering, drug running criminals commandeering both the governments of Ecuador and Venezuela now, we commend the military of Colombia which acted appropriately to defend their own citizens against the expansive and horrific narcoterror group the FARC.
The only surprise in all this is that Rafael Correa formally revealed his true intentions to always/consistently align with Hugo Chavez in defense of the FARC and its masters of evil while selling out security and law and order inside his own nation, which he today controls with an iron fist. Correa, ever the adolescent and always the dishonest manipulative failure, at first seemed to take the news that Ecuador had been sheltering well known FARC encampments- command and control centers- inside Ecuador with some calm. But soon enough, he took the clarion call from his Venezuelan paymasters in Caracas and sent the world a message of unity with Chavez and the FARC that Ecuador will continue to warehouse and enjoy the fruits of its hard labor to protect and defend the criminal empire known as the FARC.

While this should be a great embarrassment to the always naive and irresponsibly lazy Ecuadoreans who believe any pap handed to them by Correa's phalanx of liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces- also called his inner circle of Chavistas, Cuban spies, lobbyists, propagandists, and paid provocateurs, Correa shrugged off the obvious glare of his own complicity in the money making adventures called his own protection rackets with Chavez and the FARC and instead declared that Uribe's military was wrong to kill the FARC command leaders in Ecuador who had been busy attacking Colombians and global sensibilities.
We do not mourn the death of Raul Reyes and his mistress.
We condemn the unbearable and illicit position of Rafael Correa and his mentor Hugo Chavez to protect and defend the criminal FARC and all its monstrous megalomania.
We applaud the team from Colombia who are deservedly proud that they acted appropriately and join in commending their acts of bravery:

Meanwhile, Correa and Chavez have launched a war of attrition against Uribe's Colombia and the USA. Indeed, both denounce Colombia's formal statement about the end of the evil Reyes, -read it here.-
Not to be outdistanced, the U.S. Senate's Pat Leahy and his money man Tim Reiser have declared that all so-called union leaders in Colombia have been harmed by Uribe's war against the FARC and that the battle to bring to heel the FARC must end in preference for their ridiculously dishonest ploy that the FARC are only hapless union members who deserve immunity while they continue to rape, steal, imprison innocents and create havoc. This FARC-as-innocent victim ploy deception has gone on for far too long. Leahy, Reiser and their entire funding stream called the pro drugs Soros contractors from the USA and the OAS needs to enjoy a full budgetary review and cancellation of their misleading, fraudulent funding. As the media correctly points out, even this master of evil Raul Reyes hid behind the union label and claimed innocence while busily enslaving, running drugs and slitting throats. It is long past time for the USA to take back the night and review the ridiculously incompetent funding for the "union label" in Colombia which is nothing more than a front group to deceive and promote "human rights" for the FARC who never once gave one human right to any of their thousands of captives and the tens of thousands they have maimed and killed. The FARC calls normal citizens as collateral damage in their criminal world. We call the FARC a narcoterror group which must be stopped and any who support the FARC as supporters- aiding and abetting known criminals.
The governments of Ecuador and Venezuela are state sponsors of terror.
We hope that a full review of all Soros and US AID monies to assist in defending the FARC be completed immediately and that a full reinstatement of real money for real work with law and order return to the present picture. There is no known plan to do this but common sense dictates that because Chavez and Correa have both revealed their true selves this day, that the USA must act to prove its own integrity and cease and desist its love affair with the FARC and the Chavez-Correa team which warehouses, protects/defends and profits from this criminal cartel.
Truly the people of Ecuador are today so complacent and so reprehensibly complicit in their own addiction to manipulative living that they cannot even see their way to condemn their own cartel boosting, self enriching drug running president Correa. This is a dark day for Ecuadoreans who, like Correa, have just revealed their own complicity with the FARC and have yet to insist that their own nation remove such criminals from their midst. Busy as Correa's team has been to inform the U.S. government that it is a trusted ally in the war against drugs, there can be no doubt any longer as to the breadth and depth of this nasty game of deception and frontal lies to protect the FARC inside Ecuador. We remind again that Ambassador Gallegos and his crew at Fenton, with Paul Reichler, have apparently been lying- knowingly- to the U.S. government for over a year and today have no place left to lie to but themselves and their Soros groups who do also move as NGOs to ensconce the myths that the FARC are nothing but hapless labor unionists seeking a better life for you and me, which is a lie.
If there are any lingering doubts about Rafael Correa's support- as president and as national policy- that he has rolled out the welcome mat for the FARC, all doubts ended last evening when Correa joined Chavez to proclaim sovereign rights of the nations to protect, defend and grow the FARC. This is not to be born and must be condemned.
We do not reward nations which protect, enable and expand criminal cartels of terror like the FARC nor do we reward them with free trade and U.S. taxpayer give aways. Moreover, we do not lie and tell the public that two nations named Venezuela and Ecuador are making "progress" against the FARC when they are not. We do not lie to the peoples of the free world and inform them that the FARC are nothing but victims of labor union abuses when indeed they are not.
This is not up for negotiation. However, inside the USA even the incredibly successful NAFTA free trade agreements, itself denounced with jiggered and pre NAFTA data by the president of Ecuador Correa in his phony Ph.D. thesis on why NAFTA creates harm while extolling the virtues of Marxism, are under fire by candidate Barack Hussein Obama. Recently, Obama stated, "I will make sure that we renegotiate [NAFTA] ... I think we should use the hammer of a potential opt-out as leverage to ensure that we actually get labor and environmental standards that are enforced." Clearly this tactic to retreat from common sense and further enable criminal adventurism, also called sovereign trust nations who have no credibility and certainly no known trustworthy apparatus, pretend to defend the environment while enhancing the criminal as we have seen in the unendingly ridiculous claims that aerial spraying against heroin poppies and cocaine producing coca plants is "bad" for the environment. We remind that "bad" for the environment is a useless phrase unless applied with fact based review of all elements involved. In the case of the FARC drug production, there is no question that the drug labs are fully polluting whole swaths of Andean nations with their by products and chemicals, not to mention pollution of the moral sort by expansive criminal cartels.
What Obama, Chavez and Correa call " the hammer of potential opt out[s] as leverage" is a well known tool to enhance instability and deny the sole tool of diplomacy which must rest on integrity- and never destabilizing gamesmanship. International and domestic instability helps no one but global speculators. When dealing with failed states, third and fourth tier nations like Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador...and Iran we find that the sole product on their negotiating table- the only thing they offer- is more duplicity, more extortion, more deceptions and more instability. This may in the short run financially benefit their own governments which are not much more today that offshore derivatives clubs for Russian money men, disgruntled communists, true believers and paid rackets but in the long run it does nothing whatsoever to enhance quality of life for the locals who continue to enjoy reduced quality of life to the point where one can easily observe that Correa and Chavez have indeed accomplished their goals of perverting their once vibrant nations in to replicas of Cuba's gulag. Never one to overstate, we note that the so called relief from this harsh life sentence of peril and penury brought to these hapless lands has existed for almost 50 years across Cuba with no relief in sight. Like Iraq under Saddam Hussein, there is no pendulum that swings because the state itself is so harsh and so criminal that nothing swings on a normal sense, all is skewed. To all who tell us that honest people can reform such massive corruption enjoyed by the FARC, as with the Iranian Hezbollah foot soldiers, we note that these are never candidates for rehabilitation. With hard work and clear commitments, some FARC foot soldiers might be rehabbed but the cartel leaders of these criminal rackets will cut your throat before abandoning their careers in running humans as slaves and serfs, running drugs and weapons, and running dirty money. These are not union members and warrant no pity.
What we are watching is the ridiculousness of foolish ignorance to try to negotiate with global criminals. Not unlike negotiating with the grim reaper when death is on the line, these fools called Chavez and Correa apparently believe that when handed a diagnosis of death bringing cancer, that this too should be lied about and "diplomatically negotiated" under "sovereign" terms- that is, their terms to obfuscate the facts and pretend that evil itself can be bartered, can be beneficial for their wallets. Like death and taxes, hard crime is non negotiable in its primary state. Moreover, Chavez and Correa are fully aligned with the FARC and other global actors of terror. Their responses reveal their complicity and there is nothing left to do but finally - at last- start stating the facts about the troika that is Chavez-Correa and the narcoterrorists.
