Chavez-Correa's War to Defend Themselves is a Deception
 
March 7, 2008        The president of Ecuador Rafael Correa stated- according to Castro's PRENSA LATINA- many untruths again, among them:, "Uribe and his `clumsy, warmongering speech' are a threat to Latin America, the Ecuadorian president declared....This is not just a problem between Ecuador and Colombia, but a regional matter in which Colombia represents the United States, the president said. My homeland was raided by the Colombian military for no reason, said Correa during a joint press conference with his Nicaraguan peer Daniel Ortega."
 
Rafael Correa needs to consider that Ecuador- what he calls his "homeland" has been turned in to a lawless FARC zone, a narco state "for no reason" other than to aid and abet greed and crime by Correa and Hugo Chavez and those who profit financially and politically [ as paid propagandists, traders/speculators and so called NGO activists- thousands of them now] from this cottage industry called the Hugo Chavez/Rafael Correa government which is not a governmental entity but a new cartel which is already operating. They call this "alternative democracy" or "sovereign wealth entities." We call it criminal cartels in operation now hiding like 14 year olds run amuck, like adolescent and badly educated and manipulative children behind the curtain of legitimate governance which is not legitimate and is not responsible.
 
Ecuadoreans actually believe that adolescent 14 year olds who are badly educated, morally inert and functionally vapid are primary leaders in their homes, their businesses and now their government. This recipe is a disaster and has brought low what good remains in the hearts of freedom lovers in Ecuador, today in small numbers and deeply co opted by their own  irresponsibly lazy, vapid and over manipulated communities large and small. Ecuador today is a failed state, a narco state where useless behaviors, now called criminality, runs the show and only lies by the "leaders" are permitted. In other words, lazy and irresponsible persons bring us the criminality that has overtaken Ecuador and pursues its own cover up to pretend that Correa is a responsible world leader when he is a fraud and a dishonest, mentally unhinged man-boy and dangerous one at that.
 
Contrary to the lies spread by Rafael Correa to cover up his crime capitol called Quito, there is no war underway with Colombia except Correa and Chavez's own political propaganda war to aid and abet global socialism and crime rackets, sometimes one and the same. Fortunately, the world's crime fighters accessed the important data from the Raul Reyes computers already and brought down Viktor Bout, wanted by Interpol since 2002 for weapons and drug running. Bout is remembered for his role in assisting Peru's Montesinos in airlifting weapons to the FARC through a joint money maker in the late 1990s for Montesinos, Venezuela and the FARC. According to the U.S. Embassy in Peru at the time, Montesinos as acting head of state and formal head of SIN/intelligence operations was already active in weapons and drug running with the remains of the Shining Path-FARC cartel and Russian weapons dealers as well as serving as a paid agent of the CIA for over a million dollars a year.

Montesinos, while pretending to fight drugs and weapons openly performed both drugs/weapons running and supposed drug curtailing services as he remained one of the most ghastly double agents ever to run a nation. We have seen this story before.
 
In what can only be described as a text book case of a fake border war by Peru to ensnare Ecuador in a fake border war, which did have its origins in real border disputes, Montesinos and his CIA manager for almost 30 years pretended that Peru was really engaging in a border dispute with Ecuador in 1995 when in fact there was no border war- only a massive cover up by both Peru and the pro drugs Soros teams populating the Clintonite administration that the CIA had cut the deal to permit Montesinos to act to both run drugs and pretend that his military and operatives were not running drugs while 1/2 the time applying US-backed counterdrugs AWACS in drug surveillance. The USA's number two diplomat in the Peruvian embassy of the USA during the time of the Montesinos cover up by the USG will now come to Quito as the next USA ambassador in a bid to make happy her old Clinton friends Luigi Enaudi, Ivonne Baki, and Peter Romero in a most unacceptable diplomatic position or....what do they call it-? "smart diplomacy?" Such an appointment is neither smart nor appropriate unless one is none other than Soros's own Chris Dodd and Bill Delahunt of the US Congress. We urge the USA, for its own sake, to rescind this ridiculous appointment which carries all manner of historic baggage and will never successfully carry the face of fresh, impartial/non political/utterly non Leftist aligned/non Soros promoting USA positions especially today because the Montesinos-FARC agent Bout is now in handcuffs. At last. We also remind that just because someone speaks Spanish, in no way does this confer capability to hide past mistakes and presume leadership capabilities which the US CIA had overshadowed in the 1990s with a now known string of major gaffes and miss steps called the consequential Montesinos drug running scam hidden behind a border war of no consequence. A redux of this historic and monumental mistake by the Clinton-Soros team need never be repeated.
 
Apparently, weapons and drug runner perp Viktor Bout will soon be deported from Thailand to stand trial in the USA for his complicity with the FARC and other terror groups such as Iran's Hezbollah, the Taliban and Liberia's diamonds for terror efforts. Bout is but one of many servicing the tender needs of the Chavez-Correa-FARC triad which Rafael Correa calls "humanitarian needs." We call it drugs and weapons running. 
 
But the head of state for Ecuador, Correa is also on the wrong side of history as were the criminal adventurisms which brought about the fake border war as cover up for Peru's 1994-95 drug and weapons running called the Montesinos Plan for self enrichment. Correa is replicating the same Montesinos play book with Hugo Chavez in the most perverse and illegal abuse of not only history but is actually like Montesinos now fully engaged in criminal cartel protection rackets. And when we say protection rackets, we say this because of course the Venezuelan and Ecuadorean militaries, sometimes called in Venezuela their National Guard, are dispatched to their own borders with Colombia to protect and defend not Ecuadoreans and Venezuelans but their very well paid FARC camps and training centers.
 
Rafael Correa, more than Hugo Chavez- who has himself been quite vocal about it- is a state sponsor of terror and simply lied more and with more of a fresh face that has Chavez.
 
To the numerous claims that Hugo Chavez's military has abandoned him, we have no proof that Chavez is ordering court martial for his troops, which he alone controls as a dictator since 2005, but we do have proof that his National Guard and conscribed irregulars are at the border towns to protect what many call Sure Shot's home base for FARC crime inside Venezuela even as the military of Ecuador, itself about 1/2 fully corrupted today, makes only law enforcement efforts merely for show and tell and never substantively or verifiably. The lawlessness and unaccountability of the Chavez-Correa duo render them impossibly illicit and unaccountably criminal.
 
To claim, as many of Chavez's double agents and confused students of financial consulting do across Washington and Latin capitols that Chavez and Correa "need" the OAS to step in and craft a "diplomatic solution" to the criminal situation engineered and sustained by the Correa-Cuban-Chavez-FARC team is the height of hypocrisy and foolish denial of reality. The reality is this: the FARC's global criminal cartel is supported and enriched by and through Correa and Chavez.

The pathetic OAS has no interest in fact finding and no commitment to anything legitimate except their own complicity to avoid stating the facts.

The chief statesman for the OAS, as publicly described by the elected head of the OAS Insulza, also called George Soros, is none other than Barack Hussein Obama's funder in chief, also known as the Clinton family funder in chief and is also known as funder in chief of most all anti Alvaro Uribe efforts for the last 7 years as Soros's own paid minions march onward to debase the good that Uribe compels. What we do not yet know is why the USA helps co fund these minions of mayhem even as their own perps such as Bout and all engaged with the FARC are indefensibly criminal.
 
The DEA just brought in Viktor Bout who is a horrific weapons and drug runner with the FARC, Chavez and Correa. Communications with Bout to assist the FARC's criminality, along with Correa and Chavez, were detailed in the Raul Reyes computer and cannot be diplomatically dismissed nor manipulated.
 
But Correa, who has been exposed for the drug running criminal that he is, wants you to believe that he is an honest man when he has never once in his career been honest nor mentally stable.
 
One cannot love crime and love honest behaviors at once. One cannot manipulate reality for long and remain productive.
 
As for Viktor Bout- score one for the DEA. Score zero for the CIA of the 1990s and their sometimes active carry-overs currently salivating about their upcoming return to glory under Barack Obama, as certified in their current pledge to the FARC that all will be happy under the U.S. Democratic Party's plan for global socialism which of course omits law and order. We remind that Soros's own paid activities include his personal drive not only to craft a HATE USA propaganda plan but also to remove/take out the US DEA. What we do not understand is why the Soros/US AID/shadowy aberrations inside the Soros-embracing, also called pro global socialism, political actors of the US CIA gaggle, continues to pretend that they support the USA when indeed they are helping the do drugs efforts. Like agents gone wilding, these over paid U.S. employees have no allegiance to the USA and instead are allegiant only to cynical, manipulative agendas to further some vision they have and hold called generically loathing their own nation and its vibrant democracy which they themselves agree with Soros warrants "new" constitutions such as the EU, Venezuelan, Ecuadorean, Bolivian and Kosovo pro nanny state compacts which are not worth the paper they are printed on.

While George Soros is indeed the perpetrator of many horrible political activities such as Hate Israel efforts and global funding for paid euthanasia for the weak and infirmed, he is not alone at all in his immoral acts and political persuasions. In fact, today Chavez and Correa are doing a good job of helping him out, including protecting agents for the U.S. Democratic Party wing of Soros backers to conspire with the FARC and Correa-Chavez for monetary and political alliance.

While both Clinton and Obama can pretend that they know nothing about this, they do know very well what it means to be in George Soros's hip pocket. Instead of conspiring with Soros as they do, both Americans would do well to return his money and desist all pro drug movements with Soros because everyone knows that this is what Soros stands for.
 
Of course Chavez and Correa have ramped up their show that war could be imminent. This is their game plan to force a fake "diplomatic solution" by threatening war to press the OAS to give them cover and provide the escape from prosecution that they seek. The OAS and the U.S. Democrats, also called the U.S. Department of State, imbued as it is with their Soros-backed operatives today, demands OAS diplomacy and they will have their wish.

The OAS is only too happy to use U.S. tax dollars to provide a fake report on the FARC crimes while pretending that diplomacy can save us all from border wars by Correa and Chavez which are not border wars at all but military protection rackets to hide their own complicity and direct support for the FARC. The OAS calls this diplomacy. We call it yet another fake border war, this time crafted by Ecuador and Venezuela and not the Peru-CIA drug running racket. Rather this time it is the Venezuelan-Ecuadorean-Soros actors ploy to assist these Andean criminals to escape honest law and order while promoting their political agendas.
 
For its part, the USA is neither "stuck" in Colombia nor is it "stuck" in Afghanistan or Iraq. The USA has chosen to be militarily active or supportive in these places because of the failed/flawed/dishonest policies of the Soros-Clinton-US Democrat years when crime was ignored, the FARC given 1/2 of Colombia to grow its terror and grow its narcozones until like Afghanistan and Iraq, the obvious criminality was simply too much to tolerate any longer. Colombia, unlike the years under Cesar Gaviria, etc. today has a decent and committed president. Venezuela and Ecuador do not. Diplomacy begins with the facts- not lies. Indeed, one is a liar and a manipulative operative to ignore the facts that as in Iraq and Afghanistan, the forces of evil- once encouraged to run rampant, are as in Colombia, being run down.

No one today cannot state that Uribe's Colombia, and many nations in the Middle East are not today far more hopeful than they were when the CIA's own paid operative Montesinos of Peru was working with Viktor Bout to airlift weapons to the FARC so that they could terrorize and kill innocents. This was not "smart power "  and today is not "smart power" and those of speak of such are debasing the millions of decent men and women in all walks of life who strive to remain good global citizens.
 
We at ECrisis want you to know that there is no crisis in the Andes. The only crisis is that Correa, Chavez and all lovers of crime and the FARC were caught with their pants down on March 1, 2008- literally.  The current tensions are sustained by lazy, arrogant souls who refuse to do their own due diligence. The fact is...there will be no wars at the border with Colombia because Colombia's president Uribe has in no way sent tens of thousands of his troops to counter the bluster staged by Rafael Correa and Hugo Chavez to cover over their own crimes. Uribe, who has done nothing wrong in all this, has no cause to mobilize his forces because he has created no military wrong and as such will be fully defended by the entire Latin nations who may still have a conscience.
 
Uribe knows, as we know, that the overblown response by Correa and Chavez is a ploy/ a trick to claim military tensions when there are none. To date, their nasty trick has worked. They engineered, with their overpaid Washington tacticians and U.S. Democrats a series of fast action plans, rolling out within 24 hours of the raid on Raul Reyes.
 
By the bust of dawn on Monday, the still asleep U.S. Congress pushed an URGENT demand that the entire matter be handed over to the "competent" OAS for adjudication. This was the first pro FARC tactic engineered by the Soros-backed Congressman Engle. His first mistake was to claim that the OAS is competent to do anything but distribute hot air. The final OAS resolution got what they sought: a cover up report written for the world, aka the OAS, performed by the award winning inner circle of OAS-US AID contractors already working hard to tell us all some more lies. Insulza was handed the right to select his own liars, also called contractors, on this upcoming Oliver Stone made for fiction analysis of the criminality called the FARC which the OAS this week once again refused to formally denounce.
 
The next step was to quickly host a Congressional hearing under the boring topic of Cuban transitions, by now hardly a hot button issue because there is no Cuban transition. However, the hearing deceptively was crafted to abuse the U.S. Congressional system to give full faith and warranty to protect and defend Hugo Chavez's paid party boy named Rafael Correa and his complicity to aid and promote the U.S. Democratic Party's operatives maneuvering inside Ecuador to establish formal relations with the FARC in January 2008. This Congressional Hearing was a sham to stage a fake claim that the entire USA had no knowledge that Fenton Communications, the government of Ecuador and Paul Reichler had been lying to them and that the U.S. members of Congress had been duped by State Department's own operatives inside the U.S. Embassy in Quito to mislead U.S. Congresspersons that Rafael Correa is a full ally of freedom lovers, when of course he is not and never has been. Our intrepid team on the job forced a public statement that no one- no one at all- had any knowledge inside the U.S. government that Correa is a criminal and a liar.
 
For this, Congressman Engel tells us that the USA must continue to work with Rafael Correa and State Department's Tom Shannon agreed.
 
The third deceptive ploy was to insist that the US FBI permit the U.S. State Department to manage the materials inside the Raul Reyes files, to protect and defend the U.S. Democratic Party members, fallen angels from the CIA, and various US embassies who have been complicit with their Soros-US AID funded activities in politically supporting a war of attrition and paid propaganda to enhance the FARC. This must stop. But it has not stopped even as Chavez and Correa celebrated their victory over common sense and their own lobbyists' success with the ridiculously stupid looking U.S. Congressional Democrats who handed them cause to rejoice Wednesday evening at Miraflores Palace in their victory inside the U.S. Congress to cover up their criminality.
 
The last step in this horrific lobbying scam is now publicly noticeable. The same group: Fenton, Soros and Paul Reichler brought us the person of their other client Daniel Ortega to stand united with these global criminals and claim unity of purpose with crime.
 
Why this tawdry tale of crime with no punishment ensnares previously known as good men and women remains unanswered and a human dilemma as old as the hills. What we do know is that we are deeply saddened when good men and true become polluted and overcome by greed or laziness or some Faustian Bargain sometimes called pragmatism or political expediency. This is not "smart power." It is the alternative to morality, also called alternative democracy.
 
Like all the Chavez and Correa agents of varying money making stripes, they all want us to know that all of this is the fault of the USA and that if Bush were not such an easy target, currently hated actively- already himself the victim of billions spent in anti Bush hate campaigns by....what does Insulza call him-? the world's leading statesman, Soros, then Hugo Chavez would be bereft of someone to blame and would not be doing what he does.  This is of course second hand activism to help Chavez and his criminals. We call this soft porn. We also call this flat wrong. While Chavez might hate the USA and Rafael Correa absolutely hates the USA and always has- it is in fact a pathetic thing to hate law and order and love crime. The original crime of joining with the FARC is the decision making by Correa and Chavez and is not the fault of the USA or President Bush. To imply that once Bush is gone that Chavez will have no one to kick any more should lead a decisive thinker to ascertain what foolishness, such as destroying law and order and democracy in Colombia, is intended next.

Unlike Congressman Engel {D-New Yrok}, we are NOT CONVINCED that Rafael Correa is someone the USA can and should work with, unless of course the USA wants to become identical to the FARC and its nation states called Venezuela and Ecuador where poverty is above 70 % and where murder is the #1 item they are known for. Ecuador today has no courts and no legislature. It is also a place where U.S. businesses are stolen from and where no protection under any law exists today.  Engel was just inside Ecuador and walked out with a full string of lies about Ecuador and no facts, thanks to the incompetent U.S. Embassy which is of course in bed with Correa and his FARC promoting friends. We repeat: Ecuador is a lawless land. It is a dictatorship in a place with no democracy and only criminal protection rackets. Engel needs must retract his statement before God and country of 3-5-08.
 
While Engel and Shannon give Correa and Chavez cause to party for their lobbying win in the deceptive and dishonest lobbying round for helping the FARC, called the U.S. congressional hearings of 3-5-08, we note that the minority of the U.S. Congress calls Correa and Chavez not allies/not ones to work with but indeed factually what they are: state sponsors of terror, read it here. 

Having seen this before in the 1995 Peru-Ecuador Border War, Barry McCaffrey tells us that Venezuela and Ecuador are one miss step away from launching war.

McCaffrey knows what he is talking about. He himself watched as the CIA's own Montesinos supposedly fought against drugs 1/2 the time and then ran drugs and weapons 1/2 the time in Peru at its Northern Border. The CIA blessed this mess in 1994. But the Ecuadoreans noticeably unsettled by the then very active Peruvian troops movements, flying in and out and running around, asked for answers and got none, assuming incorrectly that Peru was preparing military activities. Their mistake was not to grasp the concept that the Peruvians were actually using the CIA's clandestine so-called black anti drugs base near Ecuador to run drugs and assumed that the military was well, being a military, not a drug cartel and they assumed this because it was a USA base. For reference, all one need do is ask those who ran the U.S. Embassy in Peru at the time and failed to stop this scheme, preferring instead to wrongly claim as they did that Ecuador somehow attacked Peru in a border war.
 
The Ecuadoreans learned their lessons well about the honesty of the Clinton-Soros years. They also learned how to abuse border build ups for decoys, ploys and artificial wars to hide their drug running, as is the case today in Venezuela and Ecuador. We are sure that Luigi's baby boy Montesinos does not feel lonely any more. In fact, we hope he is joined soon by his parroting drug running puppets and perps called Correa and Chavez. Like Montesinos who ran Peru for a decade and made lots of money with the FARC, Chavez and Correa need to go and join another Paul Reichler [still lobbying for Correa, Al Qaeda and Ortega] success story named Haiti's drug running Aristide. Now, Before Correa and Chavez dance even more over their win-win before the U.S. government notably on 3-5-08 thanks to Engle's finely crafted lobbyists' hard work and Shannon's overarching willingness to "throw in the towel."
 
We do not throw in the towel over the truth or the facts just to make some lobbyists feel like their donor money to U.S. Democrats was successful. But Correa and Chavez noted that their money has been well guided and well spent. And they still have free trade with the USA for nothing whatsoever but criminality in return.

Engel and Shannon need to review the facts and formally/officially retract their foolishness which enables the FARC crimes as noted on 3-5-08.
 
While Ecuadoreans today are too lazy and too irresponsibly childish to responsibly care about their own future- and they have their own mirror like image in Correa to prove this, it appears that Alvaro Uribe's slender shoulders responsibly care very much about his own nation's outcome. This is a credit to the region which is rife with irresponsible and selfish do-nothing/care nothing boobs, also called liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces.

But if we are to see a redux of the Montesinos-US CIA fake border war to cover up drug running crimes, know this: history has already judged that scam for what it was and noted that lives lost in deceptive drug running cover ups are not to be born. We will not suffer another Montesinos gambit. Besides, the US DEA heroically just brought down the Montesinos-FARC-Chavez-Correa pay pal, Viktor and finally overcame the lawless tyranny that prevented such actions before now, sometimes called protecting the CIA's "assets" like Montesinos and sometimes called assisting in- what do they call it-? enhanced human rights to help the poor. Why anyone would want to recycle these same deceptions and herald the return of this team is inexplicable.
 
There is a spectre of war today: it is called the fake war mongering of non crimes against Ecuador by Colombia to hide the fact that Ecuador today is complicit fully as a FARC sponsor state with Venezuela. Sometimes this also called border incursions. We call it a recycled drug hiding ploy. What Daniel Ortega will really do about this as he signals his allegiance to the FARC sponsor states Ecuador and Venezuela has yet to be known. Correa insists, as the spoiled little adolescent he is- always succeeding by throwing temper fits, that the OAS must give him the lies he seeks or he will quit the OAS. We can only hope that the debauched OAS helps him and Chavez out the door.

Besides, neither Ecuador nor Venezuela contributes to the OAS in any way except with more useless hot air. This is not diplomacy and is not democratic. It is adolescent manipulative behaviors, well known to Ecuadoreans from birth. Call in the adults before Ecuador and Venezuela find themselves staging a fake border war, bereft of free trade with the USA, bereft of law and order, bereft of a future which they do not have now, bereft of sanity, and bereft of any capacity for legitimacy due to their own illegitimate behaviors. Both Ecuador and Venezuela have led themselves to this cliff of insanity by their own actions. These are not responsible actors and the USA has no business aiding and abetting narcoterror groups. None benefit from extortion, the end of all freedoms, mayhem, protection rackets, state mandated monopolies, crime and murder: none that is except offshore murky oil speculators and derivatives traders, sometimes called backers of NGOs. Welcome to Sorosville.
