March 13, 2008   Ecrisis does not commend the U.S. Department of State's ongoing plan to roll over and join the rising Greek Chorus of criminal enablers for the FARC and its state sponsors of terror called Venezuela, Ecuador, Cuba and Iran. This is heralded as "diplomacy." We call it irresponsible cowardice and unbearable. It is time for the facts about the criminal cartels running Ecuador and Venezuela to be readily available- not delayed, not hidden and not buried in "worrisome" warnings and unending mazes of obfuscation whose end game is to pretend that these cartels do not exist when they do.
 
There is a small ray of hope in all this multi-effort hopelessness, called U.S. foreign policy in Latin America, brought our way by the same fools who sold the USA on the current politics of hatred. Today, Secretary of State Rice is showing her true colors in South America to denounce the criminal cartels running the continent. And Tom Shannon is at her side to prepare to commence truth telling by the long vapid, literally missing in action, Latin team under his watch. Our prayer goes with Secretary Rice that she will finally upend her well paid contractors of complicity with criminality and commence resolute and resounding responsible responses.
The time is now for this mess has gone on for far too long. Rather than enabling structural defaults in Latin America, Rice holds the tools to reward what few good men and women who stand ready to assist, if she but would. Her voice, contrary to the mavens of Be Ye Silent about Criminality and Never Say its Name, is desperately needed. We predict that Rice will find her voice. We believe that President Bush is instructing his own to find that voice and use it.
 
Claiming it is "too early" and that "shock" and "Surprise" was beheld by the U.S. Department of State on March 5, 2008 at U.S. Congressional hearings in a statement to grant a free pass to all U.S. Democratic Party members currently taking Chavez and Soros pro-FARC monies, which claims it had absolutely no earthly idea that Chavez and Correa were state sponsors of terror - along with the numerous Soros backed operatives from various U.S. Embassies and US AID funded NGOs meeting with FARC, Chavez and Correa leaders in the Andes and in Nancy Pelosi's hide away offices and that we must patiently wait for the OAS and its non-forensic team to delay, obfuscate and confuse the other legitimate U.S. agencies which it has denounced all along such as the U.S. Armed Forces, the FBI and DEA, both Rice and Shannon cry off and soothe the savage ostriches by telling us that they have no interest in the facts already on the table and will instead defer to the OAS "investigators"- their own unique paid reporters from the Soros family of NGOs who will once again tell the world that Colombia must legalize drugs. Legalize the FARC and of course reinstate a Soros-backed president in Colombia to help Colombia become another narcostate along with Venezuela and Ecuador, under the U.S. Democratic Party-Soros nation building plan to legalize everything that should not be legalized.
 
The OAS has already revealed its true nature once again and denounced the Colombian facts about the 3-1-08 take down of a global criminal.

More to the point- we ask if President Bush knows what his own team is doing to counter him by applying such anti-law and order mischief? It serves nothing to state the facts and then claim that the facts have no relevancy.
 
Even more to the point, we ask: why in the world would anyone have to put up with Bush-bashing jokesters like Insulza who is beyond recognition as the so called head of the OAS? Why would anyone actually trust a person like Insulza who makes his career pretending that his anti USA jokes are funny and a valid substitution for real diplomacy? Today's world needs adult attention- not sloppy functionaries from Chile. Alvaro Uribe and his team look like they are facing a future complete with the perils of knowing well that the USA backs liars, sends in fake analysts from the OAS to counter the facts and debases the truth. Ecuadoreans have seen this before since about 2002 and today can only depend on the USA to lie some more about the take over of their nation by pro FARC activists, also called the Soros family of US AID funded actors, also commandeering- thanks to liberal Democratic Party supporter /populist John Maisto and Insulza- the OAS, having already implanted their value-less agenda across the U.S. Democratic Party which also controls in main the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Congress.

To understand what is going on here, we advise two background activities:
 
1. Watch the old movie called The Mission and pay attention to the excuses made by the then Vatican envoy for supporting Portugal and Spain through Brazil's vastly enriching slavery trade in the 1770s- and all the money making excuses for killing Christianity and hapless locals;

2. Watch every word uttered in defense of Elliot Spitzer from U.S. Democratic Party operatives as they explain to us that it was "too soon" to denounce Spitzer and that he must not leave his post as Governor of New York. Pay special attention to the soothing words that all are "shocked" and "surprised" and that because this is a "private matter" it must be left up to the intra-family discussions between Mr. and Mrs. Spitzer.
 
Sound familiar yet?
 
Instead of calling responsible adult behaviors to state the facts as `giving ammunition to Chavez' to denounce the USA and make more political gamesmanship, we remind that the free world cares nothing- nothing at all- about the tender mercies and fake truisms sent daily by Chavez's off the books oil traders, also called unregistered lobbyists and advisors to the USA's NSC and U.S. Democratic Party actors.
 
Meanwhile, the USA's President Bush seems to be telling us once again that Latin America must chose between the terrorists and freedom. We fully agree. But Bush has- for 7 years- forgotten to tell his own Department of State that one cannot love the terrorists and love the truth at the same time. And of course the Andean mothers of manipulation, exemplified in the mother of all motherly examples of lying, manipulative victims of abuse, Rafael Correa's own mother- currently hiding out in the USA for....what does she call it-? a better life with law and order, while her own son defends the criminal adventurism of his own father. Sra. Correa either needs to go and live in Cuba, which her son deifies or return to Ecuador and enjoy the reign of terror her son has crafted. Mothers need to be held responsible for the lessons they teach or better yet: start teaching true values and cease instructing their families on how to profit from manipulative living, considered the highest value today by these family leaders. Sra. Correa may well regret her unexemplary living, full of cowardice, fear and criminal enabling.
 
Fundamentally justice delayed is justice denied.  And this is exactly what the pro Chavez/pro Correa actors seek: delays, obfuscation and enabling tactics to hide the FARC crime complicity by two nation states sometimes called Ecuador and Venezuela. Others call this cover up effort `Hands Off!' Others call it....patient bureaucratic delays. Others want to tell us that President Bush is "busy- he is distracted." And still others tell us that the USA must never ever be honest about the criminal state of affairs in Ecuador and Venezuela because, they explain, this will hurt the innocent people who take money from the criminals and refuse to be honest about their own complicity with criminal adventurism called state sponsoring of terror. They advise us that it is correct to never ever even mention the criminal state of mind of Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa because to do so feeds their megalomania [which appears to us to be doing just fine on its own]. Still others soothe that nothing regarding law and order should be discussed because, as they cheerfully tell us, ` it is an Election year in the USA and all issues of gravity  must be postponed/delayed for a year- another year when supposedly a new U.S. approach, also called the legalizers of that which should  never be legalized [also called Chavistas or Sorosites or populists, sometimes called socialists or one world UN-socialists] will supposedly take over in the USA under Soros's candidate Obama.

And still others tell us that Chavez must never be known for his malfeasance because this would drive up the price of world oil, which has already been doubled thanks to global oil speculators. To all these Tokyo Roses, to all these soft on crime and FARC legalizers we say: NO. No no no no no: your lies, propaganda, and political firewalls are known for what they are. You are either with the criminals, using one or several of the above listed excuses or you are not. And worse yet is the unfounded advice that the USA must never ever call Ecuador and Venezuela as state sponsors of terror because...because the people of those failed zones will magically return their dictatorial police states, where there is no law and order, where there is no democracy and where there is no free speech or open media, to some restoration of mankind's normative governance, if only Bush would never ever try to help. To these double agents, liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits, dunces, agents of global oil dealers, actors for Soros and the UN one state theory....we say no mas.
 
And denying justice while Correa's foolish "expert" team, thanks to the ridiculously justice hating, Bush-hating and very dishonest Insulza, wants to tell us all that there was no way that Raul Reyes was killed as described by the Colombian military because the tree cover surrounding his in ground hidden home in the jungle fell one way and could not have possibly fallen the way they fell when the Reyes killing blast hit.  To be sure, Rafael Correa is engaging in a scam, a series of lies and additional criminal adventurism to cover up and make excuses for his rampant criminality. Because Ecuadoreans are from birth now so imbued with the self righteousness of manipulative living- instructed as they are by their own mothers as to the proper care and tending of manipulative living- all Ecuadoreans believe that Correa is justified to lie some more and manipulate his criminal adventurism.
 
Tom Shannon claims that nothing about the Chavez-Correa-FARC complicity was known to him on 3-5-08. We cannot comment on his truth telling here. Shannon is either deeply in need of a new staff to replace his old staff who have been lying to him for years or else he was ridiculously trying to give false cover to the liars in the U.S. Democratic Party, busily taking Soros and Chavez political monies while trying to pretend that they do not. Either way, Shannon has some answering to do. What was he thinking? He either has the dumbest staff on Earth or he is lying to help the U.S. Democrat friends as sponsors of Chavez and Correa.  We prefer to pretend, because we see no evidence to support this, that Shannon has a crack staff of honorable men and women who are always honest. Today Shannon says, with some justification and gravitas, that the USA must complete its review of the facts and this will take a very long time, he tells us.
 
The USA has been lulled in to some parallel universe since about 2003 regarding Latin America for a variety of reasons most of them vain, foolish and incompetently perverse to instruct that the USA must never ever say the word "Chavez" nor give credence to what he says. This has created a Venezuelan style of double morality which is anathema to first world nations and is ultimately repulsive to freedom lovers, restraining them as it does. It is dishonest to pretend that Chavez is not worthy of fact based analysis and it is irresponsibly vapid to pretend that Chavez's broken nation can magically self restore itself to some operational mechanism. Like Ecuador, the people and their government have been left to drift and have existed as criminal cartels with no democracy, no law and order and nothing to recommend them. The self congratulating plan of silence about these Andean nation criminal cartels itself encouraged more criminality in the Andes and brought about stubborn mechanisms to elevate the cartel behaviors as is the case. We denounce all who eschew this 2004-08 plan for the Andes and hope that they will be deported soon to a life richly enjoyed inside Cuba or Zimbabwe, where they will feel right at home, first among equals...equals as cockroaches that is. The reality is this: by insisting that enabling silence about criminal terror cartels is the best course of U.S. foreign policy has exposed its own overpaid Venezuelan morality which is anathema to common law. If the USA and Europe are to enjoy the same non-justice which exists in Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela, then the Bush team and all its Venezuelan paid infiltrators should go right on pretending that silence is the best policy when fact based behaviors with a moral guide in our opinion should replace the immoral silencing which has of course been replaced by silence in Ecuador and Venezuela...at the point of a gun. The USA must never be known to deliver silence just so murky offshore oil traders can profit wildly and run up the price of oil or elevate some mythical political agenda that if the U.S. Democrats succeed, legalization of all that is illicit will be their reward in these infamous narcostates in the Andes.
 
In addition to this mess, the Soros team at the UN, the OAS, the U.S. Democratic Party and US AID is already hard at work in the Andes with yet another string of "helps" to further what they have been doing for years- more destruction of law and order in the name of rebuilding law and order, restoring justice and bringing forward the thousands of criminals responsible for the overwhelming criminal cartels that are Ecuador and Venezuela. These stubborn insiders have grasped the concept that their past tactics to appease criminals [what do they call it- by their silence?]  is now exposed by Raul Reyes's death and that they must now join the chorus of law and order advocates, most of whom would not know law and order- like functional democracy- if it hit them on the head and will instead carve out yet another constitutional effrontery to protect and defend their own cartels. This is, they tell us, alternative justice, alternative democracy, alternative law and order under their new populism. We remind: this dishonest manipulation is not law and order, it is not new, and it is not democracy: it is one more machination to legitimize that which should never be legitimized. We do not praise the Elliot Spitzer dual morality and its inherently corrupt message. Advocates of law and order in the Andes have been passing out too many Free Pass Cards to essentially illicit actors for too long. Bifurcating ethics in our homes or in governance is not helpful, no matter what "statesmen" or our own mamas tell us: it never works and only sustains criminality.
 
President Bush of the USA is right: one is either with the criminal cartels also called terrorists or not. We would do well always and everywhere to remember that we do not encourage laws for some while granting unlawful acts to others, as is the case today in Latin America.
 
Ten minutes is about all one needs to review, corroborate and justify as authentic the Raul Reyes motherlode of facts and to fact check/corroborate the materiel regarding Ecuador, the FARC and Venezuela. We concede that this might take three weeks total to perform due diligence to check what was on the U.S. Embassy in Quito's visitor logs on the very days when Reyes, assisting as he was the Correa and Chavez governments, was entertaining Barack Hussein Obama supporters from the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Democratic Party in Ecuador. Yes indeed- that might take some time- about five minutes. Indeed, this open door policy to the pro FARC/anti-USA actors in the U.S. Embassy in Quito has been de rigueur for many years now, even as Rafael Correa has rolled out the welcome mat to the FARC in Ecuador.

We remind that while Chavez publicly proclaimed the death of Reyes a national tragedy, so too did Rafael Correa. For this, Correa gets an Honoris Causa from a Chilean university and the praise of Ecuadoreans. For now. It is also notable that just as Rafael Correa says about all FARC drug runners...that we should "help the poor," embrace them...they just need the money, so too has the now well known whore, politely called a "poor" prostitute for New York's Eliot Spitzer also said, as criminals in every land say whenever they are caught, ` I just needed the money.' This particular "poor person"- the paid whore also claims she needs the money as she is involved in drug abuse. She wants to go shopping also. So the next time someone tells you they are `helping the poor' one should perform basic due diligence and find out exactly what that means. Governor Spitzer faces jail time for his criminal plans to "help the poor" and may well have his law license yanked, along with his lawyer wife [who lived separately anyway "for the children's sake"] and who did not want to lose the perks and status attendant to high office holders.

Hugo's own Emperor's Club

There is a serious side to this club of liars and cartel runners for deception. Today in Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has snuffed out the nascent efforts to attempt a toe hold in reinserting democracy. All gone now, they say.
While we are confident that somewhere, somehow in Iran, freedom lovers- long abandoned under the Jimmy Carter Plan for Communists- will one day again make efforts to try to survive, for now the state has brought down the Marxist-Iron curtain on its own. The above featured friends of Iran and friends of Correa and Chavez are whores for criminal cartels. Today they are being reminded that nation states are either on the side of law and order against the FARC or they are with the terrorists. Contrary to the lessons learned from most Venezuelan and Ecuadorean mamas, the world writ large has figured this out. Ignoring the march of history will get Latin American nations in the same deteriorated economic and political zone as most lands in the African continent where freedoms are wholly snuffed and corruption rules. A side by side with quality of life indicators shows that South America is beginning to  resemble the now badly deteriorating Africa and the dead zone called Haiti, led by criminal cartels also jokingly today called the Emperor’s Club of nation cartels. Most Africans today honestly want a better life and we may live to see the day when Africans manage their nations better than Latins. Latin American governments are taught today to believe they can manipulate, lie, cheat and steal their way out of their problems. They call this family values or diplomacy as exhibited in the phony Rio Group club of foolishness.
