Ecuador and Bolivia Disqualify Themselves for ATPDEA: Formal Revocation Necessary
March 24, 2008 Corrective behaviors are deeply needed. The Raul Reyes FARC transcripts already show a criminal pattern of illegally funded and illegally elected presidents, local politicians and criminal business/governmental cartels across the Andes and the USA plus Europe. The magnitude of the information is overwhelming and the scope of what needs to follow indicates corrective steps must be prepared.
It is no longer appropriate for U.S. Democrats to pretend that they had no idea that Piedad Cordoba- the Soros pro FARC spokeswoman and FARC moll- was actually working with Chavez and the FARC. They tell us that they only wanted to help with "conflict resolution." We call them liars. Came State Department's Tom Shannon and President Bush of the USA to tell us that they had no idea that the FARC was so complicit in drug running, murder, mayhem, kidnapping, extortion and weapons running. We say that they have either been duped by the most incompetent staff ever- all of whom should be fired for withholding evidence- or else they are playing a game to deliver protection rackets themselves to aid and abet the U.S. Democratic Party not so well known agenda that legitimizing that which should never be legitimized by constitutional rewrites, by jurisdictional avoidance and by denouncing the globe's common sense approach to law and order.
It is long past time to bring up U.S. Congressmen who are, like the FARC, in bed with Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa and review their sponsored and direct activities. Key to this question is why any would call FARC sponsor Correa “an ally" and why the USA deemed in useful to sponsor Correa in all things, including USA monies, in avoidance of U.S. laws and regulations as it did for too long with Hugo Chavez? Nancy Pelosi needs to authorize this investigation and censor these so called neo populists who are today seen with their socks on- thigh high black socks known to the "populists." That would include Senators Dodd and his cronies plus Congressmen Serrano, Delahunt, Engle, McGovern, and Schakowsky- all of whom are on the take [politically or financially] from the pro drugs Soros, the pro Chavez actors [sometimes called the Soros donations] and the advocates for humanitarianism with the FARC, also called more Soros monies which replicates the Soros adventures in Iran, with Hamas and the PLO plus the anti USA campaigns sweeping the globe. It is time to analyze the precise roll of the Fenton Communications team which obviously co ordinates the entire neo socialist juggernaut currently driving Latin America off the cliffs and in to the sea of insanity where crime is rampant, trust has dissolved and government means sovereign/alternative/manipulative dictatorships, sometimes called economic fascism as long as the state funded labor unions are paid a lot of money and do nothing of any consequence except lie allot. What we do not know is why Shannon and Bush have been knowingly denied real time intelligence about Venezuela and Ecuador. This is a matter of grave concern which indicates that significant repairs are needed to stop the brownout of real time information, which is itself a crime.
Today the USA correctly calls for the swift passage of the Colombia FTA -read it here- authored as noted by Barbara Bowie-Whitman is former trade policy coordinator in the State Department's Western Hemisphere Bureau.
However, authors such as this one are utterly wrong to pretend that Ecuador and Bolivia were correct to work with the Chavez propaganda teams to over ride economic and law enforcement data to secure their current ATPDEA extensions which are U.S. tax payer give aways. Neither Ecuador nor Bolivia are in any way honestly fighting to stem narcotics transits and are disgustingly dishonest as governments in all ways. But the U.S. Democrats and George Soros, in order to build more perfect narcostates do not want the facts known both to the local citizens nor the free world. They want us all to believe that the FARC are not terrorists and that they can be "handled" by the Obama-Pelosi Democrats called the do-drugs actors of the Soros minions. this is bad politics and is a cartel building fraud. The USA has no need to assist in covering up these criminal rackets just to aid and abet the Soros-US Democratic political party and cause harm to Alvaro Uribe's positions of principle. This is called "fair trade" where the US businessman is told that these nation states are legitimate and that contract law will be upheld when Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador actually steal from U.S. businesses and lie a lot about this. The State Department employees think this is great and worthy of rewards even though their refusal to report honestly has cost U.S. businesses billions and billions of dollars...because they lied to American citizens, lied to the U.S. Congress, lied to the media, lied to themselves. The ready complicity of the U.S. Department of State employees to refuse to state the facts about these lawless narcozones has cost U.S. citizens lots of time and money. Maybe they will recant their foolish reports that all is wonderful and happy in the Andes today. Maybe. Or maybe at some point they will wake up and realize that hiding the facts about crime makes them look complicit in the crime.
Rewarding narcostates like Bolivia and Ecuador with U.S. tax giveaways is not a "necessary step" unless one is encouraging these criminal cartels. Rewarding the FARC is like Congressman McGovern lying a lot to tell us that he is just doing "conflict resolution" with the FARC for humanitarian purposes. this wholesale Soros-backed lunacy is also called an excuse for enjoining the FARC. Were the FARC serious at all about humanitarian dialogue, they would quit murdering people- tens of thousands of innocent people. But we are told this is "necessary" to engage/dialogue/reward these saviours of the FARC. Then of course it is necessary to reward criminal behaviors as their state sponsors busily craft criminal regimes. This is not necessary and should be stopped now. For its part, Venezuela still benefits under US duty free standing under the GATT. All trade preferential rewards to these narcostates are counter U.S. law and are necessarily in need of revocation. Ms. Bowie-Whitman is wrong: we do not reward criminals.
Ms. Bowie-Whitman is delusional and factually incorrect regarding the appropriateness of the ATPDEA awards of late to narcostates, exemplified in full by Correa's Ecuador as she notes that the USA was right to give away lots of money to prop up the FARC imbued criminal rackets called the governments of Bolivia and Ecuador which still warrant a full fact based report by the U.S. Department of State written independently of the Soros NGOs that they currently use for pro drug propaganda and non fact analysis. such as the recent report telling the USA that Correa's Plan Ecuador is a great plan. It is great all right- it aids and abets drug running. The USA should rescind all its ridiculously non fact Reports and instead reward truth tellers, who currently are still shut out by the U.S. Department of State, most all U.S. Embassy personnel, and US AID unless any actors plead that the USA only rewards neo socialists and pro drug supports as they move inexorably toward crafting narcostates in the Andes, as is the case today where 3 nations are now narcostates. It is morally repulsive that the USA refused to state these facts and does now come forward with no plan at all to correct their illicit co mingling support of narcostates in the Andes while encouraging Colombia to work with paid lobbyists and representatives who loathe and despise Uribe's positions of principle. The USA has called itself a friend to democracy. Like the governments of Ecuador and Venezuela, the USA also just got outed for its double speak, its assistance to these FARC states and its dual nature to lie a lot. This matter is grave. Happy for Dodd's Andean embassy coordinating agent staffer that she took her U.S. Senate retirement pension and fled the scene before her chickens came home to roost, also called the Raul Reyes computers.
Currently, there are many many excuses- also called lies- as to why the USA must continue throwing its money at criminal empires in the Andes. Typically this is called trying to help Ecuador build its democracy and assist in development. This is one of the crudest lies ever. there is no democracy in Ecuador and the only development there is to assist the self enriching plans of the criminal cartels running Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia today, currently redoing their constitutions to provide full legitimacy to the illicit. By hiding these facts, the USA enables more crime.
We remind U.S. Congressman Elliott Engle that Rafael Correa is no man that the USA can "do business with" unless of course the USA only wants to do business with criminals and FARC agents as the Soros-backed NGOs would have it. Correa has no respect for the USA and certainly has stripped Ecuador of all governance regarding anything to do with law and order in his failed, lawless country. It remains that Engle and others have been sold a string of propaganda buy the do drugs gang from Fenton Communications, on the Soros do drugs payroll, the pro Sandinista track record and the Rafael Correa paid liars payroll, all coordinating with "ambassador Gallegos" to lie a lot and misinform. Engel looks like a fool for claiming as he does that Correa's Ecuador is a strong ally of the USA. Correa is a strong ally of Hugo Chavez and criminal cartels. The USA's Tom Shannon looks like a fool for agreeing with Engle that Rafael Correa is a full partner with the USA and must be rewarded with the USA's money and complicity to help him legalize all crimes and for not delivering to President Bush- and the real world- the real facts in a seriously job debilitating game of Hide-the-Data until it can no longer be hidden.
Ms. Bowie-Whitman remains very wrong. It is not necessary to reward Ecuador. What was necessary is that this former U.S. Department of State employee needed to detail WHY this was necessary. But she does not do this. She leaves us to the tender mercies of Fenton Communications which tells us a lot about the state of WHY- the misleading, factually craven lies to tell us that Rafael Correa is a staunch ally in the global war against drugs because Ecuador does not grow drugs. Ecuador never grew drugs. Ecuador is a state sponsor of terror and drug running. Ecuador runs a lot of drugs. Ecuador launders drug money, even as a lot are quietly moving their Ecuadorean bank accounts to Peru for safe hiding today. Ecuador warehouses, hides, shelters and benefits financially from its sponsorship of the FARC. Ecuador's police and military never apprehend the FARC because they are busy making money helping the FARC escape. Ecuador's courts never prosecute the FARC because there are no courts: Correa controls all their pro FARC courts now. There is no Congress- there is the pro FARC cabal in Montecristi now which is busy legalizing the FARC.
No- the U.S. Department of State and the US AID operatives inside the USTR are wrong- dead wrong. It remains not necessary to lie to the U.S. government about the Correa sponsorship of the FARC and terror.
Yes- Colombia alone warrants a full FTA for its principled positions. There is no valid reason to not do so except that the Soros members of Congress and their paid mouth organs love the FARC and hate liberty. They need to get out of the way and stop committing treason.
