April 5, 2008   We post this message today so that no one- even Congressman Engle of the USA nor US State Department's Tom Shannon nor even President Bush will once again tell us that they had no idea and were completely shocked! that Ecuador and Venezuela were up to no good. And we sincerely post this for all Ecuadoreans who pretend that life is best served by being manipulative, deaf, dumb and blind- the accent on dumb.
 
Venezuela is amassing as fast as it can take out loans a mighty arsenal of offensive weaponry [being a poor credit risk now due to incompetence, unaccountability and a flood tide of unaudited cash outpourings to sustain the Cuban debt holders and numerous political consolidations] also called political bribes- as Chavez and Rafael Correa continue their criminal extortion racket-style governments.
 
REUTERS news tells us again that Bill Richardson is off next month to pal around with Hugo Chavez next in another Oliver Stone moment to campaign for Chavez, the FARC and to gloss over the crimes committed by numerous American operatives for the FARC, for Chavez and the "Let Us Make a New NarcoState in Colombia" political party movement called the US Democrats cum do drugs Soros party. Richardson tells us that it takes lots and lots of time to gain the trust of the FARC so that they will release their hostages even though the criminal FARC is adamant that they want their operatives released from US federal prison in exchange for Ingrid Betancourt. This is a non starter unless and until the FARC drops its demands that the USA empty its jails of their pay pals. Richardson could have and should have and indeed must rescind his visit unless and until the FARC abandon their hostage for prisoner demands. The USA's Tom Shannon tells REUTERS in an exclusive that he thinks the Richardson promo for Chavez, Obama and the OAS is a great idea, lending heft and the imprimatur of a naive and dangerous US policy to aid and abet sedition while throwing even more cold water on the trained professionals who are actual hostage negotiators and functional teams from the US-Colombian law enforcement branch. Such abnegation of sound professionals is a disgrace by the USA and a preferred boost to the FARC loving Chavez-Correa bloc not seen since the March 2008 US Congressional hearings when Mr. Shannon opined that he had absolutely no earthly idea that the FARC was so deeply infiltrated across Ecuador and Venezuela until the Reyes FARC tapes were released to the media. This is what Mr. Shannon's team calls the "new" diplomacy. This is not new and it is not diplomacy. It is however aiding political campaigns underway by the do drugs warriors of the Soros-US AID types to sell us all on the new narcostates of the Andes while denouncing the principled positions of patriotic U.S. and Colombian professionals.
 
Tom Shannon told REUTERS that Richardson would have a lot to offer the FARC hostage release program with Chavez. Tom Shannon is utterly wrong in this. Alvaro Uribe, backed by President Bush, has an awful lot to offer the FARC in a legitimacy not known to the Richardson paid performance which is to boost Obama and not legitimate law and order. Richardson has a lot to help Obama and the FARC-Correa-Chavez team but nothing to boost operative law and order.
 
Here is Richardson who is also paid by the OAS, and who - contrary to the Clinton-Carter-Albright propaganda- is not a skilled or trained negotiator- his track record is abysmal [unless working to place Bill Clinton's mistresses and interns in to USA paid jobs qualifies as skilled negotiating] with Obama, who some say will pay him also, appealing to the Jennifer Lopez hair stylists from the LATINA voting types with his new double chin hiding goatee:



Somehow we are confident that WOLA and Piedad Cordoba will prepare and deliver the Richardson talking points with Chavez. This same group enjoys the Chavez-Alvarez Talking Points to tell us all that Chavez is the only honest man in the Andes, along with Correa, and that Uribe is a liar. Tom Shannon, who should be doing the talking himself, apparently will not insert anything substantive.
 
Today, Rafael Correa wants us to know that he has cut off his military and intelligence officials from any support and contact from the USA, claiming the US CIA was working with Ecuadoreans, providing them weapons and tools. Indeed the USA has given Correa's thugs some of their best equipment and some of the CIA's best support efforts for Correa and Chavez's wanderlust because these CIA operatives firmly and positively agree with Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame, formerly of CIA styled behaviors, that the USA is awful and must be harmed in any way possible. We have yet to see one- not one- CIA operative in the Ecuadorean corridor from the USA act responsibly nor even uphold US laws and regulations. Suffice it to say this is not said lightly and of course we follow this with an appeal that the CIA IG review all its own. We do not need to know their black box efforts....we do know however the acts and the results and these define precisely our claim.

For too too long these Soros imbued CIA officials have needed a recall to come in from their cold, mostly spent supposedly infiltrating to encourage law and order but actually lobbying and lending functional support to the Chavez-Correa regime's wanderlust run amuck, also called narcostates.

Correa completely supports and encourages the FARC. Correa has fired any Ecuadorean officer who has had anything whatsoever to do with truth telling or any functional relations with the USA or Colombian crime fighters. The USA's soon to be gone lady ambassador Jewell incomprehensibly soothes that all are still best friends. What she needs to do is secure the USA-donated intelligence materials because all has just been handed over to the Correa-Chavez totalitarian bloc to create havoc and sustain crime. Nothing is left for the USA inside Ecuador except the last remaining vestiges of a former USA alliance, corrupted now to the pro FARC, pro Chavez and pro Correa operatives from the USA. You can read about it here from EL COMERCIO. Please pay attention that the Ecuadorean military and police are no longer permitted to work with the USA to protect and defend the area- any caught with US contacts, materiel or any liaison for the good with be treated as....criminals by Correa's edict formed as it has a more perfect narcostate.
 
Also coming up in May, Chavez is slated to be with Vlad Putin in Moscow to press for billions in Russian loans to subsidize his deep running and very very silent- untraceable new weapons carrying Russian class submarines. We continue to hope that Correa will deny that he has promised safe harbors at the Manta Port for Chavez. Why Putin would agree to loan the almost bankrupt and profligate Chavez more billions for attack subs, able to carry nuclear bombs, is only partially understood through the lens of greed- financial and political.
 
Chavez and Correa screech like the little self-absorbed and irresponsible teen aged manipulators that we know so well, living with their behavioral clones daily that we do, that there can be no peace- no peace at all in the Andes unless and until Colombia's Alvaro Uribe and the USA stop telling the truth and cease using the truth as a weapon against their own criminality. Meanwhile, both nations have effectively kicked out all US companies not in their pockets and have barred any sensible US-Andean officials while moving ahead to amass a mighty offensive weaponry. Abandoning core principles to the demands of these manipulators always gets normal human beings in to trouble and persistently ends up in a ruinous of unhelpful, dishonest zone. Such is Venezuela and Ecuador today.
 
All of this- every last step- is part and parcel of the current efforts to obfuscate, delay and keep throwing the FARC reality of criminal evidence and state sponsorship of terror acts by Correa and Chavez into further planned delays. The plan is to use the OAS to contain all FARC criminal issues under the soft as Jell-O rule that this is a political matter and not a law and order matter. The JELL-O that the Chavez-Correa propaganda team continues to throw on the wall [preferably at the OAS] to hide their own core criminality is strong now. Like the first baseball pitch of the season, they are warming up for the throw: JELL-O splattering on the very receptive narco state promoting Insulza-Soros maligned OAS. This is not to be born.
 
Correa wants to lie some more and mislead to pretend that he has no part of the Chavez -ALBA military bloc. This is of course a lie. Just start counting how many Venezuelan agents from DISIP and the Cuban intelligence are crawling all over Ecuador and add to this the Venezuelan military and political operatives, running the cabal of 14 year olds in Montecristi who act illegally and are illegal. Correa does not need to publicly state he is with the ALBA defense bloc- he is part and parcel of the ALBA defense bloc. But he will not so say until he resecures another fraudulent ATPDEA extension and sees the safe passage of his neo Marxist narcostate constitution this September. We sincerely hope that Linda Jewell stops misleading US authorities about Correa and sending him more and more U.S. technology ostensibly to fight crime but is indeed now in the hands of criminals, the FARC and Chavez.  Correa, simply put, is kicking out the USA- its CIA, its DEA and its military without so much as a by your leave. "Ambassador" Jewell soothes that this is building better relations with the USA- better that is for the Americans who enjoy helping Ecuador becomes the criminal narcozone that it is.
