April 18, 2008   When a nation rolls out the red carpet for the FARC and does nothing meaningful to stop terrorists, the nation, as is the case of Ecuador, becomes known for how it acts: a narcostate. When families teach one and all that their highest family value is the high art of lying and manipulation, whole communities become known for what they are: manipulative, deceptive and undependably selfish shells. And when an entire nation- example being Ecuador and Venezuela- is a narcostate populated by lying, manipulative persons with no backbone and no commitment to integrity, the ugly truth comes out.
 
Ecuador is today a nation of shake down artists- a whole land where manipulations so huge act to steal profits from others on false grounds. This shameful greed comes from a land where values hold no meaning and what little rule of law existed was chased out in 2005 by consent of the governing cabal.
 
In one of the most compelling tales on record, Jose Miguel Insulza, having lied assiduously to the U.S. Congress regarding the total complicity of the criminal regimes in Ecuador and Venezuela to develop a stronger terror group called the FARC, comes now to insist that Correa's government be handed over major electronic surveillance materiel from the U.S. taxpayers supposedly to defend Ecuador from the FARC but as we all know- will assist Ecuador in its unending crime spree of running drugs and supporting all known terror groups meandering their way across the Andes for under the table pay. Insulza meets with Correa today to force Correa to denounce the FARC, who are his friends and  allies, and will soon enough announce a $30 million debt forgiveness for Ecuador called a bribe if Correa lies some more that he will actually use electronic monitoring against the FARC, which we all know will be used to assist all criminals because no one and nothing will oversee what, if anything, the wildly criminal and aberrant cartel called Correa's government of Ecuador- itself fully aligned with Iran and Venezuela- will do about anything except make more criminal efforts, as is their habit.
 
Insulza claims he is set to cut the deal with Correa today to hand over exquisite technology which Correa in turn will use to defend Ecuador from any who seek law and order, claiming deceitfully that he is fighting against the FARC for once in his life and will be sweetened with a debt forgiveness plan. Insulza has no interest or capacity to monitor any cost-benefit analysis of this massive give away. Indeed, Correa wants the U.S. backed surveillance equipment to create more havoc. Correa has already run out any and all noticeable American companies, has removed Ecuador's courts and Congress, has acted under his lawless self coup and is a dictator whose very allegiance is to the FARC and to Hugo Chavez. Correa in short is a drug kingpin who does will take sensitive technologies to defend his own criminality while lying to the globe that he will stand against the FARC. Meanwhile, not once in his life has Correa ever spoken the truth so we can only insist that formal Agreements with factual reporting and cost benefit analysis be installed from the origin of this agreement. The USA must insist on total MOUs and contracts in this nation where contract law is meaningless to the thugs running Correa's government and where the USA is already kicked out unless of course backed by the proMarxist operatives inside the U.S. Embassy, called overpaid NGOs typically from the “Soros family” of anti Plan Colombia fame. The WASHINGTON POST today writes that, “ The subprime mortgage mess that caused massive losses for [American] homeowners and banks was a little kinder to hedge fund manager John Paulson. Betting subprime mortgage securities would sour, Paulson personally earned $3.7 billion last year…He wasn't the only one with Titanic-size profits. Two other fund managers, George Soros and James Simons, who are notoriously secretive about their investments, earned $2.9 billion and $2.8 billion…Paulson's feat was even more astonishing…He amassed his winnings by "shorting" securities linked to subprime mortgages. In a short sale, the investor borrows securities -- in this case, subprime mortgages that were widely held by banks, brokerages and other investors -- and sells them to another buyer. Later, the investor must buy those securities back and return them to the original lender. As the subprime market collapsed, the value of the securities fell, and Paulson was able to pocket the difference. The lenders were stuck with the losses.” These short sellers call themselves new global capitalists. Capitalism, in order to succeed, relies on an inherent transparency and a sub set of behaviors based on ethical performance. These offshore betters are not new and they are not capitalists as the phrase is defined. But Insulza calls Soros a :global statesman” and he is not.

Indeed, Insulza offers a high stakes game of Liars Poker to the world and comes up short on transparency, accountability and property rights- contract law in a place where rule of law has been abandoned.
 
This is a deal, read about it here, to pretend that the FARC's relationship with Ecuador did not happen. This is a deal to buy off the enormously corrupted military of Ecuador. This is a deal engineered to deceive and further solidify the Bolivarian Axis of Evil.
 
Insulza, himself a liar and himself a man who openly makes fun of the USA and its president and wittingly lies to the U.S. Congress while stumbling around with some of the world's most untraceable activists on behalf of legalizing Latin America's illegal activities, is himself well aware that Rafael Correa is a sociopathic liar. But Insulza thinks that a deal whereby Correa pretends- with no accountability and no due diligence in this land where nothing is honest any more- will really define his claim that he is "against" the FARC when we all know that every law inside Ecuador today protects and defends the criminal FARC and its dirty money, even though some of it has already moved to Chile and Brazil for "safe keeping" until the FARC scandal calms down. Insulza knows this.
 
But Insulza's deal is this:
        Correa is to publicly lie that he will kick out the FARC from Ecuador
        Correa will get exquisite electronic surveillance equipment from the USA- a land he loathes plus
        Correa will magically get $30 million in global debt forgiveness because Correa's regime has no clue where about $4 billion from their first year and a half in office has gone and has no interest in detailing its own criminal involvement with Chavez and the FARC.
 
Supposedly this USA-OAS-Ecuador defense deal will wash away Correa's criminality and give one more false face that Correa is a man of honor when he is a sociopathic liar in bed with Iran, Venezuela, Cuba and all forces of evil.
 
Insulza wants us to believe that this massive surveillance system- a gift from the USA- will turn Correa to the right side. With no due diligence whatsoever and not one scrap of legitimate evidence that Correa will return Ecuador to a law abiding ally of Western Civilization, Correa is himself on record as busily this week selling the very thing that is itself evil: a Latin American hemisphere wide military alliance under the Cuban-Chavez-Iranian control. Insulza calls this “confidence building." Bloomberg News reports, "Ecuador will also set up electronic surveillance equipment to monitor the border in a bid to reduce the toll on its own security forces, Correa said.  ...`Development, rather than military action, is the best way to combat the rebels', he [Correa] said. Foreign lenders have said they will forgive $30 million in debt if Ecuador invests the money in border regions, Correa said. During an official visit to Mexico last weekend, Correa recommended the creation of an organization of Latin American states to help resolve security disputes. The body should eventually include joint armed forces, Correa said today. "
 
For any paying attention- and they should- Rafael Correa has been caught red handed breaking all known laws by not only taking illegal campaign monies from the FARC and from Hugo Chavez but he has been providing protection by the government of Ecuador to the FARC for almost 18 months. His criminality is so deep that he must abandon his job and surrender to state authorities, except he now totally controls the police, the military, the courts and his so called government- hidden away and unaccountable as they are in  Montecristi where with the collective wisdom of a state brain trust exhibiting the preferred educational levels of 14 year olds and a collective IQ of about 14 by design, there is no one left for Correa to surrender to. He is a dictator in bed with Chavez and the FARC and Iran.
 
Insulza has no legitimate authority on behalf of the OAS  to cut a deal with the FARC backing Correa and proffer multilateral debt forgiveness and the installation of U.S. donated surveillance equipment to protect and defend Ecuador from any law and order and to enhance the new Chavez-Correa military junta sweeping over Latin America by caveat. By lying a lot to the USA, Insulza has just offered something the USA can never accept: an open ended contract for services with no accountability and a certainty of contract fraud by a man who has never once met a contract he respected and has no intention of respecting today.
 
Insulza has no legal right to ignore the facts regarding Ecuador and lie some more that Correa will act responsibly now. Insulza must be booted from the OAS for his illegal willingness to defraud the U.S. taxpayer. Why ambassador Linda Jewell seeks to build up the Chavez-Cuban -Correa military junta in the Andes today remains one for the IG of the U.S. State Department to review for her unending sedition and refusal to uphold U.S. laws, which of course begin with due diligence, demand contract law and accountability and end with relationships built on trust- not found anywhere in Correa's Ecuador at all.
 
BLOOMBERGs also notes that "Colombia has said that computers captured in the raid revealed ties between the Correa administration and the rebels, known by their Spanish acronym as the FARC. Yesterday, it published a video showing Reyes congratulating an absent Correa on his electoral victory in late 2006." Pay attention here: Correa is caught red handed chatting away with Raul Reyes in a video. Correa tells us he never met him. Correa of course has sent his Cabinet officers, such as Larrea, to work face to face with the FARC. It is possible that BLOOMBERGs reports the news of this video teleconference between Reyes and Correa incorrectly: this could be the now famous and well known teleconference tape of Correa and Reyes congratulating each other of duping the world of the  fraudulent Constituent Assembly election success of September 29, 2007 and not the as-reported November 2006 presidential win, which other accounts indicate was co funded by the FARC and Hugo Chavez to secure Correa's illegal winnings. We know that Chavez and then VP  Rangel of Venezuela are complicit with the FARC in every sense. Correa wants to lie some more and claim that the video evidence of him with the FARC mastermind Reyes are "meaningless" and are to be ignored. Insulza and Linda Jewell agree. However, the evidence cannot be ignored and however much our favorite little princeling- the ever foot stamping and screeching harpy named Correa demands that he `did Not Know that Man' - mimicking then President Bill Clinton's famous lie that he `Did Not Know that Woman' whom he did indeed know in every sense that is meaningful- whether or not it was legitimate or ethical- is still a lie. Rafael Correa is a sociopathic liar and a very good one at it. He has been trained since infancy, as are all Ecuadorean children now, by mothers to preach the gospel that the entire world is better by their adolescent manipulation and deception of the globe while demanding that liars always win and undereducated selfish tirades secure the day.

Correa knows this to be true: it works for him all across Ecuador. It does not work for him in the global community which today considers Correa as all Ecuadoreans as morally vacated liars, manipulators and so debauched that Ecuador today is known as a narcostate where law and order does not exist. Law and order does not exist in Ecuador: crime and murder is the highest on the planet but Ecuadorean families are so addicted to the unending manipulation plans that they care nothing that their society is known for what it is: a disaster run by criminals.
 
Insulza wants us to believe that an illegal contract to install USA intelligence monitoring equipment will make the false appearance that Correa is a friend to law and order. Correa is no friend to law and order and Insulza's New Deal is as dishonest as his lies before the U.S. Congress on April 10, 2008. Insulza knows, as Correa knows, that there will be nothing honest about this theft from USA donors and that Correa will use this equipment as soon as it is installed to aid and abet the FARC and the Chavez-Iranian-Cuban-Correa military junta running these lands today. This is fraud on a massive scale and the U.S. government must act immediately to stop assisting Insulza in his efforts to build this military take over of Latin America for neo Marxists and criminal cartels. It is a shake down- a deal made in hell with unending implications, born of deceit and crafted in the perversions of Insulza's paid advisors who do seek to legitimize in the Andes that which should never be legitimized. The 4-17-08 EL COMERCIO article "Los Acuerdos con EE.UU., bajo Estudio" details the deceptive ploys of Correa to remove all traces of law and order, also called U.S. alliances, in his unending efforts to legalize criminal cartels in Ecuador.

Correa has just announced again that he will not allow such disgrace from any truth tellers, also called fact based reporting and geopolitical analysis of his own rampant state crimes to fall on Ecuador. To be true, Ecuadoreans by their own vapidity and irresponsible laziness have ushered in their own doom which Correa now defends: the Ecuadorean national psychoses is to defend and encourage more manipulative sociopaths who have no interest nor make one effort- ever- in their lives to build an honest nation. They are "too busy" avoiding adult responsibilities now. Castro's lying PRENSA LATINA reports today that, "There is an international campaign against Ecuador, denounced the head of State [Correa]  saying that he won't `allow other countries to destabilize this sovereign process with lies and disgrace, to impose on us an agenda void of national interests.' The statesman denied all attempts of a government of the region to involve Ecuador in the Colombian Plan and reiterated that whoever wants this `is wrong.' "
 
In other words, Rafael Correa just stated that he will never support any activities to stop the  growing spread of the FARC-Chavez criminal terror cartels and he stands firmly against the law and order acts of Plan Colombia. For this, Insulza of the OAS today will illegally give away sensitive intelligence gathering equipment to a criminal cartel to aid and abet the growing criminal terror cartel run today by Iran, the FARC and the Chavez-Correa team.
 
It is past time for President Bush to stand up and defend U.S. laws and regulations clearly abnegated by his own criminally negligent activist employees in the Andes who trumpet the false face of "peace" while building a warlike criminal zone. Under the fake guise of assisting Ecuador in fighting against the FARC, Insulza fraudulently will deliver sensitive American technology in to the  hands of the Cuban-Chavez-Correa-Iranian military junta to aid and abet the new narcozone of terrorist states called the new Bolivarianism. This is fraud and Insulza has no legal right to do this. Due diligence, accountability and contract law must first be enshrined. Neither Insulza nor Correa have any interest in this. The deal must be exposed and cancelled for the fraud that it is: a giant hoax.
 
As all major media outside of the Andes have recently declared, the U.S. Democratic Party is doing all that it can to lie a lot about Colombia to aid and abet the regional slide in to the Chavez-Correa-Castro neo Marxist narcozone. Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the U.S. House may yet see her smelly little tricks backfire on her for all her lies and double crossing dishonorable deal making. The world sees that any assistance to Correa and Chavez is assistance to the FARC. Correa and Chavez run criminal rackets and their illegal money flows between them. This is what they call Free Trade: lawless bribery and dishonest racketeering for self enrichment. Free trade continues between the FARC and the Correa-Cuban-Chavez cartels:



Here is another giant hoax by these criminal shake down artists, also known as racketeers for profit, also called the Correa cabal. This superb article from Investor's Business Daily -read it here- correctly states, "To let failed, rapacious governments like Ecuador's pursue companies like Chevron is surely an incentive for other radical tyrants. It's nothing but a $16 billion shakedown." This article presciently reminds that Ecuador is overwhelmed with radical, lying NGOs. We call them "Correa's advisors" for they are and these dishonest activists overpopulate Quito and the U.S. Embassy these days, literally helping to run the show, which is of course commandeered out of Caracas and Havana today.

Ecuador is a failed, rapacious government today. The author honestly writes "Correa, a socialist, can no longer attract capitalist investment and relies on handouts from Hugo Chavez's Venezuela." Correa joined the law suit on behalf of the people of Ecuador on the advice that one of Barack Obama's best friends would help jigger the case and swing the U.S. courts their way. This is of course graft although we have no evidence that Obama knows what his best friends do in his name. What we do know is that Latins seriously believe that law and order can be jiggered by the  U.S. Democrats to "fix" their crime and extortion rackets. Insulza tells them that this is true, too.  Another shake down of the Pentagon is underway to transfer sensitive global monitoring to these socialist armed forces build up efforts on behalf of global terrorists. Insulza's offer, however illegitimate, is a pre emptive political move to make Correa appear as if he is as clean as the U.S. DEA when he is not. Insulza wants the world to believe the lie that Correa and Chavez are honorable men when they are anything but.
 
These are self enriching neo Marxist criminal racketeers and deserve not one penny from the USA, certainly not this fake U.S. defense bribe which will do no one any good at all- no one that is except the criminals. The U.S Pentagon has laws of disclosure, equipment monitoring and transparency which must never be suspended for "political" advantage to outlaw nations who support terror groups. Secretary Gates has  a lot of explaining to do unless he is, like USA's Department of State Tom Shannon also `ignorant' and `stunned and shocked' SHOCKED! by the real facts about the criminals called Correa and Chavez. Willful denial of the facts for major intelligence equipment transfers in to criminal cartels cannot be hidden by floozy functionaries who deceive their bosses and the U.S. taxpayers.

If this deal goes through, the real SHOCK!! will be the unending sound of the USA rebuilding criminal cartels in the Andes. It is a sound which will last  for decades and give new meaning to the ever false moniker "Alliance for Progress."
