April 27, 2008  Just in case our readers had any doubt that Rafael Correa's government is one of the world's most corrupt, we suggest reviewing the state monopoly racketeering plan of the Hugo Chavez-Rafael Correa regimes, posing illegally as governments but in fact are criminal cartel rackets for self enrichment.
 
None of the previous examples indicates this more than the case of the so called Constituent Assembly which has acted as the overpaid government action team for Correa's installation of the Cuban-Venezuelan -FARC government plan, also called Ecuador's new constitution than the revealing information confirming what we knew all along: Chavez and Correa's planted agents have controlled the so called Assembly  by design from  its outset and have taken over every operational aspect of the fake assembly in Montecristi, read it here. It says, "Some of the documents, obtained by The Miami Herald, indicate that a leading member of Ecuador's constitutional assembly, charged with reshaping that country's political landscape, may have been a longtime supporter of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia. María Augusta Calle -- also the head of Venezuela's Telesur TV network in Ecuador and a supporter of President Hugo Chávez -- let the rebels use her bank account for at least one transaction and helped promote their ideas through another news agency she directs, the Colombian official said." While the HERALD stupidly fails to note that Calle clearly engaged in illegal money laundering, none can deny that this is not prima facie evidence that the Correa regime is not totally and inextricably linked- as is its corrupt and illegally mandated and illegally elected and illegally operating so called Constituent Assembly.
 
For their crimes, Correa wants you to agree with the Chavez-Insulza-Correa plan to shift the facts about their own state sponsorship of terror to what they call support for political "irregulars" also called the bloodthirsty FARC, well managed as this illegal campaign is today by the Reichler-Fenton team, also called lying to the U.S. government to assist their friends in the Soros club. Correa believes that the newly united under the Lisbon Treaty European socialists will agree with him and stand against what he and Chavez call the "Evil Empire" of the USA and will bless the FARC. Correa who forgets that his own mother lives off of the largesse of the American people [while she should be living off the tender mercies of the Correa-Chavez criminal cartels] and that the USA is neither evil nor an empire. The FARC is truly evil and Correa-Chavez and Iran are building an empire today with no democratic rights for anyone in their state extortion rackets, substituting today for what used to be called governance.
 
The HERALD story notes that Calle laundered FARC monies through Banco del Pichincha, which like every other Ecuadorean bank has no system whatsoever nor any laws or regs to stop illicit bank practices, paid no care to laundering FARC monies for Calle. We can only hope that the U.S. Department of Treasury and importantly its FIN CEN unit plus the U.S. FBI stops hiding behind the sheltering arms of the U.S. Department of State's refusal to state the facts about Correa-Chavez and the FARC and run the numbers on the Banco del Pichincha money laundering teams for the FARC. This bank needs to have all its USA operations shut down, along with all other Ecuadorean banks operating lawlessly inside the USA, happily well known to the useless canyon dwellers on Brickell Avenue in Miami inasmuch as  the sting is over and refusal to comply with USA laws offends.
 
And while you ponder this, know that Paul Reichler and Fenton Communications, working directly for Correa's government using Ecuadorean tax dollars through a hidden/secretive pass through account laundered through CORPEI  [also called lying to the U.S. government about foreign agent activities]  have waged several specious law suits and false claims that Ecuador is fighting against narcoterrorism when in fact Ecuador has hastily installed a narcostate which is neither democratic nor functional.
 
Having removed Chavez's preferred pay master at the Venezuelan Embassy in Quito for his notoriety as Sr. Bastardo, a new pass through money laundering adventuress now runs that slush fund, incorrectly called an "Embassy" of Venezuela. The government of Venezuela criminally has been coordinating and funding, along with the anti Alvaro Uribe actors from the U.S. Embassy in Quito, a string of anti-Alvaro Uribe activities in Ecuador. None are more compelling than the take over of private media, itself profiteering from its God given right to free speech which Ecuadorean media companies do not hold so dear as to protect or defend by selling out their bank debt and advertising time to the overarching Correa-Chavez buy ins while the Chavez-Correa monopoly takes over increasing prominence and air time, essentially shuttering free speech which no one in Ecuador seems to care about because no one stands to stop these global rackets from conspiring to end that which God gave all humans: the right to free speech.
 
Ecuadoreans clearly care nothing about preserving and defending their inalienable rights as long as they can manipulate their rights for some self enrichment or some psychological gamesmanship, often interlinked. This is not helpful.
 
But the "committee" head of the Acosta-Correa Constituent Assembly to govern Ecuador is a Chavez agent and a FARC agent, also called illegally self enriching to prostitute all freedoms in Ecuador to the unbearable lightness of criminal cartels. The MIAMI HERALD reports, Maria Augusta " Calle also is president of the Constitutional Assembly's commission '`Sovereignty, International Relations and Integration,'' which, she said, recently finished drafting an article that will ban the presence of foreign military bases on Ecuadorean soil...” Pay attention here: working for Chavez and ALTERCOM.org, this pro FARC mouth organ operating openly to oversee all activities out of that godforsaken, illegal communist backed cabal in Montecristi [hastily legalizing all that should never be legalized] calls itself the official press organ for the government of Ecuador. Rafael Correa calls this wonderful. We call this criminal.
 
Rafael Correa's political pay pals, the FARC nicknamed his Cabinet rank Chavista [also trained by Stasi-DISIP folks in Cuba and Caracas, Gustavo Larrea as "Juan." The FARC code named their own agent Calle as "Alicia." This is no Heloise and Abelard romantic duo: these are cold blooded racketeers who intend to rejoice on the day that Colombia falls in to their scissors plan and collapses in to the ruination of the end of democracy in the Andes. It was so easy for them to take over Ecuador- not one whimper from any who defend liberty was heard as Ecuadoreans remain mired in their own selfish complacency and addiction to manipulative living, wrongly assuming that by doing nothing....money just keeps rolling in as society dies from its own failure to do anything or represent anything meaningful, living as most do off of someone else's money and never contributing to the common good of anything.

While FA's gang of five notably includes Hugo Chavez, they forget to include Ecuador's Rafael Correa who has notably exceeded Chavez is his winner-take-all power grab and does now run the land with a complete iron fist.

It is impossible to take a drug developer like Evo Morales seriously except for one thing: he has the full faith and warranty of Hugo Chavez's military muscle and Castro's Cuban intelligence plus the old Stasi team operating fully in Bolivia and Ecuador today. As Rafael Correa sees the world as non communists versus communists, or more precisely as he was raised by his own family to see the world as the narcoterrorists as good guys like his father who ran lots of drugs versus the bad guys who are called common sense law and order adults, we watch Correa revealing more and more of his personal lunacy -read about it here- as he continues to run Ecuador in to a communist nation.



Ecuador: Patear la inversión

More specifically, as Rafael Correa blatantly exposes his own criminal adventurism and formal ties viz full state sponsorship of the FARC and state-backed money laundering with global cartels, Correa wants you to pretend that the FARC never murdered, robbed, raped, extorted, mutilated, kidnapped nor took over one half of Colombia and has never been the classical definition of a terror group. Far from it, the badly undereducated and manipulative Rafael Correa wants to pretend that the FARC are only belligerents and have never raped, tortured, mutilated, kidnapped and murdered tens of thousands. Correa demands that the global community accept his whining, little stamping feet and his screeching and yelling tirades of a spoiled adolescent....because it works at home in Quito. What Correa has failed to realize- and what almost every Ecuadorean fails to realize....and precisely WHY Ecuadoreans refuse to demand that Correa go away is that this tactic of manipulative behaviors is normal now to all Ecuadoreans. Problem is- it is not normal nor is it accepted by the adult population across the globe. What makes Ecuadoreans feel normal- and why they stay locked inside their self imprisoning fortresses- is because they do not want to grow up and lead a better life. And so it is that Correa neither understands why the world does not fall fawning at his little feet and succumbs to his overpaid manipulations while he uses other people's money. Indeed no one in Ecuador wants change nor do any seek liberty or justice because to do so would mean that they would actually have to alter their own addictions to living life in a manipulative fashion. Rather than exert their morals and ethics as all normative nations do, Ecuadoreans are too lazy and too addicted to lying to move forward. And that is why Correa continues: No one- no one at all- declares that the criminal Correa is a disaster- when he is.
 
No one, that is except Alvaro Uribe of Colombia who knows well that Rafael Correa has every intention of destroying Colombia just as he has destroyed Ecuador and his own domestic life. It follows as day follows night.
 
What we do know is that character and core beliefs are revealed by how we respond- as a person, as a family, as a community, as a nation. Clearly Ecuadoreans are coming up so short that they look like dead people walking- with no honor, no vitality, no capacity to reform the lines of honorable living so quickly collapsing around them. Their own manipulations have ill prepared them to stop the Chavez-Correa -Cuban manipulations as the nation dies. Correa calls the global media as liars for stating the facts about his criminality. He calls these truth tellers as seditious and as "distractions." However it is Correa's responses- his lies- to truth tellers and facts- his distractions- which are the very things that most reveal Correa's core beliefs and character. Our responses to Correa's incessant manipulations and sociopathic lies reveal much about our own persons.
