May 1, 2008           Among the many items revealed on March 1, 2008 from the verified Raul Reyes computer treasure trove- a Who's Who in the criminal underbelly of statehood- narco-statehood that is- installing activities is the shocking truth that two governments- Venezuela and Ecuador - are deeply and formally in bed with global criminals and that their governments must be denounced and replaced.
 
For the past 4 years, most Ecuadoreans held a generic disgust with their own corrupt government and seemed helpless to perform any meaningful return to democracy after Lucio Gutierrez was exposed for his own incompetence, corruption and complicity with the FARC and the Hugo Chavez governmental- political management teams. Earnest Ecuadoreans watched helplessly as Lucio's tawdry rule was replaced by the always aggressive Cuban-Venezuelan masters of deception, initially encouraged by former president and Chavez political advance team member Bucaram, who never met a dirty contract he did not jump for. For the last three years, Ecuadoreans in general were silent- passive as the downward slide away from Lucio's incompetence worsened daily by the increasing lack of governance under then replacement president Palacio and his successor Rafael Correa. And still Ecuadoreans do nothing meaningful about this usurper to power and this debaser of freedoms. Today Ecuadoreans are so brain dead that none criticize Rafael Correa's total corruption and actively collude with the fiction, as seen on the U.S. Department of State's country web site about Ecuador, that all is wonderfully well in Ecuador under Correa. Nothing is wonderful and nothing is going well in Ecuador, unless of course you are living off of someone else's money and lead a life of pretending that your life has meaning because you suck off of others/live through someone else because you are too selfishly lazy to live meaningfully on your own. The U.S. Department of State is also lying about Ecuador and its shockingly dishonest that its advice leads Americans to lose their lives, their wallets and their investments in this land run amuck.
 
There is no respect for American investors, any businesses, and human safety any more under the Correa regime. State Department's soothing and incredulous misinformation campaign about Ecuador which is almost as bad as Correa's current propaganda campaign. Sounding more like the American Council of Churches, itself not representational of actual American churches but flush with George Soros's infiltrating  cash to elevate their activities to promote socialism and communism, gushes that Cuba is a tourist paradise also...on Castro's safely guarded oases of tourism, far from the prying eyes of Cuban hunger, depravation and undereducation. Luring innocent victims to Ecuador, the globe's murder capitol, and businesses to Ecuador- today at the highest percentage of American corporate theft- is a nasty bit of work by the incredulously dishonest U.S. Department of State's game of liars. They call this development: we call it luring innocent victims in to a ponzi scheme which the U.S. government is supposed to prevent for its own tax paying citizens but does not- not any more because it is too busy selling the notion that neo communism under the Chavez-Correa iron fist is glorious as long as the narcozone - so desired by their mental strategist in general George Soros- is accomplished.  Apparently, State Department prefers to believe its past reports, lazily not updated in years and mostly recycling past information, on Ecuador and rely on fake information about Ecuador generously provided by dishonest overpaid political operatives called NGOs from the Soros family of narcostate builders. In the last two years, nothing- nothing honest at all has been written by the U.S. Department of State about Ecuador. Currently, the public can review their claims at the U.S. State Department's public web site that Ecuador has strong anti money laundering laws and thus is praiseworthy. This is a seminal lie: there is no meaningful money laundering law in Ecuador and certainly nothing exists about enforcement.  Ecuador did once round up a sleazy, corpulent styled local mafia type money washer but has assiduously failed in every sense to apprehend or prosecute any money launderer. Indeed, Rafael Correa has rolled out the welcome mat to all global terror groups and FARC actors for money laundering and every bank in Ecuador is known for its dirty banking habits.
 
While the U.S. Department of State's goofy pay outs to dishonest goofy politically-motivated NGOs and contractors is rightly seen as complicit with the Correa-Chavez take over of democracy while implanting geo political narcozones, no one from the local citizenry has done one thing to denounce or decry this utter abandonment of Ecuador by the global community or by themselves. The primary actors in this terrifying tale of how an almost functioning nation can slide in to the horrors of utter depravity and dysfunction of the failed state that it is today- abandoning all principles and rule of law- is because its own citizens collude with the fiction that criminal behavior, manipulative business dealings and dishonesty serves them best. And look where this manipulative living has gotten Ecuadoreans: self delusional about their own status as the world rejects their repulsively naive criminality and their own refusal to stand for anything...except their right to go shopping whenever they chose as long as this relies on someone else's money. These are not freedom lovers. Protecting and defending freedom means more than choosing which shopping mall to visit but to Ecuadoreans that is the sine qua non of meaningful liberty: where to shop today and which Game Show on TV to watch. Nations of undereducated, manipulative and self serving families do not stand for anything meaningful. Colluding with fiction is ethical communism. Ignoring reality and the world around us -while rushing to manipulate the facts and collude with the Chavez-Correa fictions- reveals a current end game of debauched, terror-supporting lives.
 
In fact, Ecuadoreans today live a lie.
 
The highly acclaimed freedom advocate Alexander Solzhenytzin wrote that `the worst part of communism is being forced to live a lie.'

And that lie includes living the lie that failed nations are wonderful and that the end of liberty is actually desired. Ecuadoreans are not forced to be liars and manipulators: they are taught today that these are family values- virtues even. Moreover, Ecuadoreans are now so imbued with these family virtues of deception that they care nothing that the land is now converting to a communal narcostate where no liberty is protected at all, except the bizarre so called human rights protections self legislating out of Montecristi today. While busily being addicted to being manipulative, Ecuadoreans as a whole fail to see that they are already being forced by the Correa-Chavez regime in Ecuador to live their own lies.
 
On April 30, 2008, Goldman Sachs  in its Emerging Market report said this of  ECUADOR:

"Government will Not Renew Mexico’s America Movil Local Telecom Concession

The government will strip Mexico’s America Movil operating concession off the largest local telecom company, Porta; which controls about 70% of the local mobile telephony market.  The government will gradually take over the company’s concession, and a government commission will conduct an operational, technical, and financial audit to determine the value of the assets (compensation is expected to be below book value).  The government is also accusing the company of underreporting past tax liabilities by about US$150 million.

The very difficult negotiations from the outset between the government and Porta failed, and this is an indication of the tough stance being adopted by the government towards large international companies operating in key sectors of the economy, and the desire to give the State a larger role in the economy and significantly tighten the regulatory grip over important sectors (e.g., mining, oil, banking, telecommunications, etc). 

America Movil will be the first large company to leave the country, due to the nationalist, and at times market-unfriendly, policies being pursued by the government.  The government plans to auction the concession at a later stage, but America Movil will not be able to participate in the bidding process.

Some local analysts are of the view that the ownership of the company might have mattered in the negotiations, as the government was able to reach an agreement to extend the concession of the smaller local telecom company (Movistar), operated by Spain’s Telefónica.

Government to Buy Fighter Jets from Brazil

The government seems ready to buy military equipment in order to modernize its armed forces.  In that regard, the local press reports that the government could buy 24 Super Tucano fighter jets from Brazilian manufacturer Embraer.

This is likely to somewhat appease discontent within the military, following the handling of the conflict with Colombia over a strike at a FARC guerrilla military camp inside Ecuador, followed by President Correa’s accusations that the military agencies were infiltrated by the CIA."
 
To be sure, Correa wants you to believe his lies that Ecuador is a peaceful nation, is in need of global charity, and that his government is clean and honest when the Correa regime is a dizzying array of some of the most perverted and dishonest manipulators Ecuador has ever seen- and they have seen a lot. But this team, imbued as they are formally with Cuban and Venezuelan DISIP actors and political overseers- are the sine qua non of dishonest narcozone creators. And still none speak truth to power.

To repeat: the worst part of communism is being forced to live a lie. Ecuadoreans are so ethically drained by their own volition today that they do not even grasp the reality that they are now forced, by their federal governmental regime, to live lives of lying and deceit. Ecuadoreans are so dishonest about their reality that they do not even analyze their own dishonest and criminally corrupt cartel government, communist as it is today. This is no longer the fault of the lazy and aberrant non-truth tellers from the U.S. Department of State, recycling old analyses of Ecuador while refusing to be honest about the current realities, but is truly a result of Ecuadoreans living lives of dishonesty to themselves and their nation. The U.S. Department of State is simply helping Ecuadoreans do what they do best: be manipulative and dishonest.

Correa has teamed with Hugo Chavez to lie a lot while both are busily preparing their lands as militarized offensive states perpetually unstable and dishonest.

While Ecuadorean family values mandate that all homes are rampantly unstable and dizzyingly manipulated in every sense, the government itself benefits from constantly manipulating the public and keeping tensions high by lies and machinations, sounding more like a screeching and unhappy wife while playing the hypochondriac victim of phantom diseases and dishonest slights to "sovereignty" while not performing one single task to warrant or deserve respect or affection from anyone or anything, demanding selfishly that this is a god given right when- as in all matters moral and of the heart- must be earned and sustained.

No one with a brain should believe that the Correa-Chavez regime running Ecuador to ground today deserves on bit of respect. In fact they all belong in jail.

Furthering the string of irresponsible, non factual analyses, so enjoyed by lazy sycophants and functionaries from the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Democratic Party, called the Soros family of myth making, comes this shallow blogger review by someone from the leftist anti Uribe actors guild called "boz":

"The International Crisis Group released a report yesterday that analyzed Colombia's recent military success and recommended several non-military strategies for creating and sustaining peace. Their main four recommendations are:

• devising strongly conditioned political incentives to advance the hostages-for-prisoners swap with the FARC, including either internationally monitored demilitarization of Florida and Pradera municipalities or another area of similar size that would serve as the site of negotiations for 45 days on the basis of a prior agreement with the FARC that the hostages and prisoners would be released during that period;

• engaging Ecuador immediately and Venezuela subsequently in order to reinforce border cooperation and prevent the use of sanctuaries, including by enhancing the communications and helicopter mobility of the new OAS monitoring mechanism;

• redesigning the role of the group of friendly countries by giving it a limited mandate specifically for the hostages-for-prisoners swap and calling on Brazil to assume a leadership role; and

• expanding considerably investment in infrastructure for rural development so that economic alternatives to coca cultivation, better governance and rule of law can provide the basis for sustainable security in territory freed from the FARC.

Overall, the report gives a good summary of current conditions in Colombia and is worth reading."
 
Reviewing the Crisis Group Report is useful for a few reasons: it is useful to understand how U.S. tax dollars are illegally misused. It is useful to grasp how Colombia and Peru will die if these recommendations are installed, as is the current political hackery. And it is useful to apply intentionally in the exact opposite if and only if Andean souls seek a restoration of sustainable living which would mean that they would have do the opposite of what these horrifying communist narcostate builders would have us do. We completely disavow any abuse of U.S. tax dollars for this reprehensible political screed to aid and abet crafting an entire Andean narcozone, always and evermore the goal of the Soros family actors, themselves also on parade in the 4-28-08 U.S. Senate Report on how to install Plan Ecuador for narcozones while destroying Plan Colombia with legalized terror and drug running.
 
Anyone with a brain can see that Uribe's government already has a bona fide plan for releasing the more than one thousand criminally held hostages by the FARC. To grant political concessions for these perpetrators of horror is the core of moral depravity, as wrongly paid to this contractor group once again. While we understand that State Department's Arnold Chacon never met a Soros contractor to sell us the aberrant CIA-style notion that all lands should be free to be criminally engaged and lie a lot about the abuse of U.S. tax dollars, John Negroponte should be more in tune with the laws and regulations of the USA, long avoided by the welter of the 1990's CIA cabal of actors who really do not like the USA and seriously believe that they know what is best. What they know is how to aid and abet the demise of the Andes- not how to build it up. We know this because they keep funding the Soros teams to claim "democracy work" while busily working to legalize all that should never be legitimized.

The height of lunacy by these propagandists is to pretend that somehow the government of Brazil has the moral backbone to serve in any "leadership role" regarding the FARC whatsoever while Brazil is busy running dirty money and protecting its Market speculators, also called the Brazilian bourse and PetroBras. Lula, himself a card carrying member of the Fora de Sao Paulo for communists, Chavistas, Correa camp ground crooners, and Cuban money- such as it exists- is a drunk and dishonest little man. The U.S. government knows this but pretends that Lula is the next Moses or worse-Solomon-  when Lula himself is incapable of anything having to do with anything ethical or sober.
 
To be sure, the Soros-backed Crisis Group is in lock step with the horrifyingly dishonest "Carl Meacham" Report of 4-28-08 to tell us all that the USA must fund a new FARC zone between Colombia and Ecuador, run by the pro drugs NGOs as listed in the Meacham Report as interviewees in what can only be called circular masturbation by the anti Uribe contractors who have recycled the same position not only by the irresponsible Soros groupie Meacham but the Soros group called the Crisis Group and of course the initial Insulza Report. All three: the OAS, Meacham and the Crisis Group are notable for their failure to include real time data and statistics. All three sell the notion that more USA money to recreate another drug zone is needed because this legitimizing of the terror groups, also called the FARC, they tell us disingenuously, will "help the poor," and "restore peace." What the OAS, Meacham-Soros and their parrot called the Crisis Group sell is the legalizing of the illegal and will insure a more perfect cartel for Chavez, Correa, Iran and the FARC. We know this because in all their specious and overpaid reports, not once will law enforcement be permitted to enter the new holy realm of criminality they do design today.
 
What is wrong with these people and why are they paid to say what they say? What is wrong with Andean souls that refuse to stand on principles and formally request that the U.S. government stop aiding and abetting criminals? We would like to know.
 
The CRISIS Group cynically and dishonestly soothes that it is wise to take the successes gained under Plan Colombia and cancel/abandon these successes with a full return to legitimizing FARC zones under the tender mercies of the Correa-Chavez military bloc, also called criminal cartels. This document "Colombia: Making Military Progress Pay Off"... Latin America Briefing N°17  29 April 2008 is a roadmap for anarchy, rape, murder, torture, drug running, child enslavement and unending cruelty, also called Plan Ecuador.
 
What we do know is that Ecuadoreans are today irresponsibly lazy and self delusional while serving their higher calling to manipulative living. No one is willing to say one word about these Americans running U.S. foreign policy in Ecuador to enshrine criminal deviancy because, as we all know, fearfulness rises: the fear that they will be excluded from the highest living honor known to Ecuadoreans which is to be invited to the U.S. ambassador's residence on July 4 for the annual cocktail party. To not attend is to be seen in Ecuador as being irrelevant and a cocktail party circuit nobody- the penultimate disgrace in a manipulative society whose own family values tell us that cocktail parties are more important than living lives of actual, accountable meaningfulness. We are sure that this year's annual event will once again show the U.S. ambassador fawning and preening over every socialist and criminal money launderer available while real Americans no longer exist in Ecuador, having been run off by the Chavez-Correa cartels who lie, steal and cheat from American persons to- what does that Embassy call it-? to help the poor and destroy the oligarchy; their mission. We remind: the poor keep getting poorer with no jobs and no useful education, rising alcoholism, murder, rape and street crime and there is no oligarchy- just new rich in Ecuador who have no manners, no charity for anything, no wisdom and no courage to do anything but exhibit road rage and a self serving vapid addiction to manipulative living. The U.S. Embassy calls these hollow, fake personages their "friends." We call them...unwelcome anywhere, any time.
 
While the Soros-U.S. Democratic Party team is busily selling the dishonest notion that Plan Ecuador is to replace Plan Colombia, we hope that you will simply insist on the inalienable right to review the money trail in all this, the paid political and legalizing that which should never be legalized contractors and the stunning abuse of trust and diplomacy to achieve criminal money making.
 
Today, BLOOMBERG news tells us that the U.S. taxpayers also had to spend about $30,000 to relocate Mr. Antonini Wilson and his family.

And that is not the total expense to the USA for this corpulent sub denizen of the criminal cartels from the Andes. As much as we grasp the concept that witness protection is now due him, one must ask and answer honestly: why would this man and his family fear for their lives from the evil hand of Chavez's DISIP, operating as it does under direct orders from Chavez himself and the Cuban intelligence community? Honestly answering this question- and not thinking dishonestly about how to self enrich as all Ecuadorians do now- gives insights as to why it is that the myth- the Correa myth that by abandoning law and order and creating safe havens for criminal cartels- also called Correa's family dreams where fathers like Correa's Shining Path drug running father- can operate outside any laws- and where they will be self contained if only we would all just help the poor and give these criminals their own nations.
 
Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro gave these criminals self havens and taught them, as was Correa's own Cabinet member Larrea-called "Juan" by his assigned FARC code name-, to be good terrorists and how to lie even more than they lied before. Deception is the game and DISIP is its name. But the OAS wants you to foolishly denounce history and common sense and believe that these Chavistas and Cubans will stay put inside their happy new criminal compounds called Northern Border zones and that the USA must spend hundreds of millions so that the pro narcotics USA NGOs will keep them there and not waste more U.S. dollars as they come to the USA. Just how long to do you think this deviant plan of ineptness will last? The USA's Tom Shannon has been preaching the gospel of "throwing in the towel" about Ecuador and Colombia and Venezuela or....what does he call it-? realignment- for over a year now. Abandoning law and order and creating a zone run by criminals for criminals is not a self styled penal colony but a free pass to enhance their criminality and is the height of debauched thinking.
 
All functioning nations should be weary of these manipulative thugs from the Andes pouring in to Europe and the USA, just as Antonini Wilson did.

All three Andean Reports, such as one might call them, tell us that resolving the FARC issue is the most serious political crisis in the Andes today and must be resolved politically. This is a lie. The facts revealed by the Raul Reyes roadmap of criminal involvement is a law and order issue and can never be solved by Latin politics nor is there one independent nation of any moral surety outside possibly some few from Chile, Peru or Colombia today and certainly none from the NGO family of paid political advisors from the Soros-US AID family of narcostate creators, also called development specialists who do throw in a nice word or two about broccoli farmers and small farm roads now and then for good measure, not that we do not support the 4 hectare broccoli farmer who is misled by US AID to believe that he can feed his family from a 4 hectare broccoli farm, if only the state would kill the oligarchs and hand over state funded giveaways it cannot afford..
 
To be sure, the USA could have refused Wilson and "thrown in the towel"- abandoned him just as the USA is abandoning law and order plus democracy in Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela, having failed to do one demonstrable thing for this in the last two years. As such, Ecuadoreans, Venezuelans and Bolivians are run by their own leaders who loathe and despise the United States even as Ecuadoreans, Venezuelans and Bolivians who come- by the thousands each month- to the USA want you to know that they feel warmly toward the USA while never once- not once ever- lifting one finger themselves to demonstrably exhibit their fake patriotic fervor for American values, which of course are only noted for manipulative selfish ends. But the US FBI- long hated by diplomats and criminals- saw matters differently and refused to send Antonini Wilson back to the tender mercies of the Chavez cartel. What did DISIP say would happen to Wilson- certainty of death for him and his family. That is the long arm of the lawless Chavez-Correa family values of drug running cartels, which they are. Not one- not one Venezuelan or Ecuadorean objects. The silence is deafening, reflecting the hollow emptiness of their morals so boldly exposed today.
 
Today Ecuadoreans, like Venezuelans and Bolivians, live lives of lies. It is clear that the majority want it to remain this way: dishonest, discredited and disgusting.

We know this because their multi tiered manipulative and deceptive gamesmanship, called family values, do nothing and deliver even less. They care nothing about the deteriorated lives they live and do even less to protect and defend what liberty they had and held. Like Antonini Wilson, they deserve what they get: to be abandoned and suffer the same fate they promote: to throw in the towel....throw them out with the trash that they are for all their uselessness in the face of disaster.
 
For now, we are paying attention to the THREE AMIGOS, more like the horsemen of the apocalypse: the Crisis Group, the OAS and the so called Meacham Report. All three are sneaky refashionings of a new FARC zone plan, are Soros-backed- practically ghost written [ no doubt with the assistance of the Fenton Communications coordinating committee for How to Lie to the USA and take more money from inept governments and Soros to Create new NarcoStates]. All three look almost like the ridiculously corrupt Clinton Era plan, blessed by the OAS under the deviancy of Cesar Gaviria, for the FARC when Arturo Valenzuela [currently also financing Michael Shifter at Georgetown University] was running the Latin show for Bill Clinton's Soros  laced officials, to give away about 1/2 of Colombia to the FARC. Yes- these three so called Reports are recycled replays of the give away of Colombia to the FARC: same actors, same plan, slightly different texts but replays of the same stupidity. It did not work then and it will not work now no matter how much or how many times these unsubstantiated propagandists want you to believe them. They were wrong a decade ago and even more wrong today due to the growing inclusion of Iran's money and Hezbollah-styled political intrusions to the Andes. If you do not believe that these goofballs are not dreaming of new found powers under some mythical Obama presidency in the USA, then you have not read their political plans notated in the Raul Reyes computers. Partnering with the FARC, Chavez and Correa by the USA under Obama, as suggested by an agent for Soros, Obama and the OAS named Bill Richardson last week end, will insure that freedom's end is hastened like the wind over Cotopaxi. And there will be no one left to rebuild this repulsive rabble from its own rubble.
 
And just yesterday, these Three Amigos celebrated their lobbying success to pre empt any fact funding of the FARC criminal empire building across the Andes as the U.S. Department of State told the world that the USA could not decide if Chavez is or is not involved with the FARC because their internally paid contractors never provide real time information and because politically these functionaries believe that doing nothing and saying nothing will further the cause of freedom and help grow U.S. businesses about which they care nothing and craft harm.
 
We all know that Carl Meacham's so called Senate Report, as did Insulza's from the OAS, did not use any forensic data, rejected any data from the US FBI, US DEA and the US Southcom. No indeed- it rejected these truths about the FARC, Correa and Chavez. What the Meacham Report did was to install about 2/3 of his U.S. Senate Report with language- real language- as if the unvarnished truth- as written by Correa and Chavez's DISIP and Cuban intelligence trained Sr. Larrea. Meacham inserted Larrea's FARC Plan as if it were valid. Not only is this seditious but it is the height of irresponsibility from a brash and callow young man who should be fired immediately- not rewarded by the USA as the US ambassador to the OAS, as Insulza and Soros wanted. What the Senate Ethics Committee will do about the abuse of its offices by inserting Raul Reyes's partner in crime- Larrea's- actual text and calling it.....good...is not yet known. Certainly Dan Fisk of the USA's NSC needs to tell his President of this...and at last, the whole story of why these three amigos are highjacking Bush and Alvaro Uribe, lying to the US government while using US monies and why he has not reported on this problem- ever. Living lies helps no one.
 
Today the United States pretends that its incompetence is rampant [maybe it is?] and prevents the USA from telling the truth about the Chavez and Correa sponsorship of terror. More foolishly, they tell us that they have to wait to verify the Raul Reyes materials before assessing the crimes that are already known to any with eyes to see and ears to hear.
 
Ecuadoreans are so lazy that they pretend that the USA will repair their non democracy and will save them from themselves. The USA does not have enough money to do this nor would it if it could: that is a job for every Ecuadorean to do, if they but would. But Ecuadoreans are so manipulative that today they actually believe that the newly minted communist cartel run by Correa will save them from having to do anything while stealing from one and all.  And when we say that Ecuadoreans ridiculously believe that their new criminal communist cartel will make their lives better- just review Montecristi's crowning achievement to date: Ecuadorean federal law giving women rights to sexual orgasm because their relationships are so phony and so manipulative that no real affection exists between these failed partners in failed unions in failed states and only the nanny communist state can give Ecuadoreans what they want when they want it, like some television On/Off device- only used when one is not out dizzyingly shopping or cocktail chatting or driving about endlessly to show off one's manly road rage- an addiction now in Ecuador. It really matters not if this teen aged cabal at Montecristi's orgasm law is ever enforced- it matters that these power-addlepated adolescents running Ecuador are so lazy and so vapid that they actually believe that the new communist state can do for them what they refuse to do for themselves: that is to grow up and build real lives of purpose and meaning. Like Chile distributing free VIAGRA sex duration pills outside Santiago, claiming that because 'an active sexuality improves the overall quality of life,' Ecuadoreans want their state to help boost meaning to their lives under communism and manipulative, dishonest lives because they refuse to hold any meaning themselves or act responsibly. This then is the self revealing proof of the manipulative Ecuadorean: make no honest effort to improve your own life, manipulate all others and use or take/steal their money in your new narcozone and the state system will guarantee that you have an orgasm. Because the criminal communist state promised you that they would fix your life which you refuse to fix yourself as this in one of the most historic Faustian bargains with evil we that have yet to witness. You can pretend that you are stuck in the bed of lies - that works for a while. But soon enough that bed of lies will hold you as your own prisoner with no way out in an unending justification of deception, manipulation and lies. Just read PLAN ECUADOR- it is all there, like a dishonest manipulatively bad marriage grown cold with its own dishonesty and with no way out except...truth telling protected under functional law. Abandoning truth telling gets you...failed people/failed nations operating under Plan   Ecuador [also called the FARC Restoration Act to Build a Better Chavez corridor of nations] and the overarching narcostate. What the errant Carl Meacham and Jose Miguel Insulza were doing to promote this criminal destruction of humanity, also called Larrea and the DISIP-FARC Plan Ecuador, is another matter. Did no one - no one at all- tell them that what the DISIP-Cuban-FARC agent "Juan," Fenton Communications and Paul Reichler are selling is contrary to U.S. laws and regulations and is actually also unconstitutional, such as it is, yet in Ecuador? And why, pray tell, would anyone take "Juan" our homegrown DISIP-FARC man on the job acting as he does for Rafael Correa- for anything other than a perp?
 
If there is any wisdom to emerge about the new criminal cartels and their mouth organs, we hope it comes forward- soon.
