June 5, 2008    Complicit is as complicit does. Criminality- a legal and human definition is of course today in Ecuador and Venezuela considered legitimate only for the defenders of law and order- is what these states do: deliver criminal profits for criminals and by criminals. This is called legitimate business in Ecuador and Venezuela. These two nations are indeed state sponsors of narcoterrorism and are essentially dictatorial cartels. Anyone who tells you differently is a liar.
 
Like PdVSA, PetroEcuador has been taken over by one man- Rafael Correa- with his FARC enriching compadres called the FARC and Hugo Chavez's narco-enhancing agents, also called DISIP which runs just about everything as far as the eye can see in the Andes, except for now Peru and Colombia. The U.S. Democrats call Ecuador and Venezuela wonderful and good allies under the Soros plan for enhancing Microstates. We call them filthy communist criminals.

The Washington Times was called in under a special grant through a special foundation for NGOs to try to tell us all that Ecuador is counter and that the government of Rafael Correa and Hugo Chavez, running Ecuador is wonderful. They could not accomplish their goals but the article did exhibit some of the oddest machinations of reality....because everything about Ecuador is stubbornly manipulated to increase the odds that no one gets the real facts. But some facts do slip out even as the U.S. Embassy in Quito tried its dead level best to prevent anything but a cheery glowing picture of the wonderful narcostate which the current team is promoting as a wonderful, criminal zone. The current articles note that PetroEcuador is corrupt and will not talk to anyone: "PetroEcuador was contacted numerous times by e-mail and telephone but did not grant an interview for this article. The problem of white gas smuggling is not new, but the scope is. The State Department's annual International Narcotics Control Strategy Report mentioned as far back as 2003 that white gas `has long been trafficked from oil fields in Sucumbios to neighboring Putumayo Department, Colombia, where it is used in cocaine production. ‘The same report in 2007 stated that Ecuadorean security forces had closed `the principal diversion points,' seizing 32,445 gallons of the white gas in the first 10 months of 2006, while `traffickers found other vulnerable points in more remote oil fields near the Colombian border.'"  This article by Ms. Hern states that the drug cartels steal white gas to sustain cocaine processing. She forgets to state that the drug cartels are today de facto the government of Ecuador in any real sense.

Of course this full-of-holes  "article"  here forgets to report that the U.S. Department of State has reported that drug trafficking of and by the government of Ecuador has steadily increased to a whopping, eye popping level since 2003 and today is a massive drug, contraband and human trafficking trans shipment center. More importantly, this article forgets to write that PetroEcuador is now run by Hugo Chavez and his agents plus Rafael Correa under the fake face of the Ecuadorean military which knows nothing about much of anything except in this case how to lie, deceive and manipulate all facts about anything, especially Ecuador's major source of revenue- oil and gas and its sub contracts to the FARC and Chavez's pet cartel members, also called spot oil traders and sometimes called double agents for Chavez and Correa.

In the Northern border of Ecuador with Colombia, some claim over 300,000 living there are tragic refugees from Colombia: 9 out of 11 are from Colombia. The United Nations states that about 60,000 are genuine Colombian refugees from Uribe's efforts to crack down on the FARC narcoterror. US AID is building, it claims, water purification plants and health clinics. We can do basic math and are left pondering what in heaven's name are the 240,000 Colombians doing in Northern Ecuador where there are no jobs, no services and no future while living off of someone else's money while claiming refugee status from the UN and soon to enjoy the largesse of Ecuador's free health care system and free education, reprehensibly corrupt as it is? Why are these people there and why does the United Nations claim this jungle patch an asylum for these hundreds of thousands who do nothing except live off of someone else's money? And more importantly- why would anyone live inside Ecuador which is a failed state with over 70% hard poverty, horrific crime with no protection and no law and order under the Chavez-Correa dictatorial plan and why do they not return to Colombia where jobs, services and a real chance to live await them? Could it be that these so called refugees are not really refugees but called to live subsistence lives inside Ecuador because they can once again live off of someone else's money? And why would the UN and US AID support such a preposterous notion, again using someone else's money?

In a companion article to help Rafael Correa staged by the US Embassy in Quito - read it here - this intrepid ace cub reporter writes, "Carter Beasley, an oil manager with 25 years of experience working in Ecuador and other parts of Latin America, reviewed photos of illicit pipeline taps provided by the military. `I have never seen such a brazen example of product theft,' Mr. Beasley said of one photo that shows a smuggler's line running from an uncoupled tap on a production manifold, a gathering point for lines from many wells.

`This seems to indicate either a complete lack of surveillance or complicity on the part of oil company operations people,' he said. Mr. Beasley said the tactic requires smugglers to have inside information about the timing of white gas flows, but that it is impossible to know how far up the company chain the complicity reaches. `There could be a dozen people at one pump station who know or could find out when the line was flowing with white gas,' he said.

The U.S. Embassy official said PetroEcuador's failure to upgrade security could be a financial issue.
`For PetroEcuador, it could well be a money issue,' he said. `There are lots of things you can do to beef up your basic security or infrastructure, but they are very costly.'

The leftist government of President Rafael Correa appears to be responding to the problem.

In February, the country's Hydrocarbons Ministry restricted shipments of refined gasoline - which is also bought and smuggled for use in cocaine making - to Orellana and Sucumbios border regions. In March, the ministry requested that soldiers be posted at service stations in the border provinces to determine base-line needs. `It was done out of concern over contraband in those provinces,' said Patricio Peñaherrera, a spokesman at the ministry.

Mr. Correa also has made PetroEcuador the target of an anti-corruption campaign."

As we have gathered our wits after the laughable statement proffered up for our eyes by that ridiculously dishonest U.S. Embassy in Quito [and yes- we hope they will issue a retraction for their claims] that poor poor Rafael Correa is only encouraging corruption across his entire government because he just needs the money and by helping the FARC with its drug labs he can successfully bribe his entire national infrastructure- but HEY! That's OK! Correa just wants to make some money because Ecuador is poor and they are helping kill the oligarchy and supplant democracy with what Ecuadorians really need: the Soros Plan for Socialism and Crime. The U.S. Embassy in Quito needs to have their heads examined and their credentials reviewed. Ecuador does NOT need to rob, steal, cheat and aid and abet the FARC, Chavez, Cuba or Iran to make money. Ecuador could be a tidy and self supporting nation if it had law and order and ended its manipulative game with regional and international cartels.

The government of Ecuador does very well today in its own pursuit of sustained crime and does not need the U.S. Embassy or anyone else like Paul Reichler and his Soros-enhanced Fenton Communications lying to the U.S. government any more: Correa's Ecuador does a good job of it on their own. So why the puff pieces- why the yellow journalism and why the outright lies that Ecuador is fighting hard against drugs when that is a joke? Because liars always lie and manipulators always manipulate to cover up their selfish acts and further  what they believe as their right to live off of someone else's money.

PetroEcuador is no target of any anti-corruption campaign by Correa. Like the entire government of Correa's Ecuador there is not one thing accountable, legitimate or honest about that open sewer of crime, also called the state budgets of Ecuador now run by Hugo Chavez's minions under the cover of....the Navy of Ecuador. "Concern over contraband" in the Northern Provinces is a joke. This government running Ecuador is a joke and anyone who tells you that the Correa thugs are cleaning up anything have no data and nothing verifiable to back up their claim: they are liars and propagandists.

The leftist government of President Rafael Correa is in no way- in no meaningful or demonstrable way- responding to the problem... the problem of aiding, abetting, profiting and supporting the criminal cartel that is the combined and aggressive bloc of the Correa-Chavez corridor. And anyone who tells you differently is a manipulator and a liar. Rafael Correa runs a massive cartel for crime and about crime and he is a criminal and needs to go away. The UN and US AID teams may have kindness in their hearts for these woebegone schlubbs who do nothing and knowingly live off of other people's money, but they are in fact building yet one more failed state within a state for criminals and perps and massive dependencia, called the Plan Ecuador Zone for welcoming the FARC and other International Vermin in the Northern Border Zones.

Meanwhile, Correa's cartel government has no interest in any forensic audit of anything and no intent of cleaning up his own theft of all state assets. But Correa is set to craft a new lawless zone in the North with Colombia and a new system of government as extortion racket, which is what he and Chavez do today. This is insufferable. More insufferable are idiots who lie a lot to report that Correa is worried about contraband in the North. Correa is not worried: he and his minions of mayhem are making money off all criminal enterprises. The UN and US AID call this...a zone which needs their protection and their money. Ecuador has money if they would stop stealing from themselves. Ecuador should be swimming in state oil money and looking like Switzerland today. But Ecuador cannot stop its own addiction today to living off of someone else's money and manipulating everything and everyone, including the USA and the UN even as they try desperately to manipulate Uribe's Colombia, having succeeded with Jose Miguel Insulza's pathetic OAS and the U.S. Embassy under the departing Doddite Jewell. $40 million from the USA and a partially built water treatment plant for the Northern border which geo physically should never see so many "aliens" who are there for one purpose only and should not be there anyway- the physicalness of the region cannot and does not support much of anything except more disease, prostitutes and dengue fever, not to mention amoebas and vermin.  There is no reason for these people to exist in this zone except their political protection to craft a narcozone, protected by a narcostate, to influence more crime under the protection of the ridiculous UN and US AID teams who have not got the common sense god gave a dead dog.
 
And when we state here that the U.S. Embassy in Quito is complicit with the Soros drug legalizing actors, crawling in and out of that last outpost of political insanity to cover-up the crimes of Correa and Chavez, as they are, and that the US Embassy in Quito is dishonest, we say this with a heavy heart and because we continue to read such lies as this one:" The U.S. Embassy official said PetroEcuador's failure to upgrade security could be a financial issue." COULD BE A FINANCIAL ISSUE" is a stunning blow to fact based analysis and a primary example of some of the dumbest talk ever delivered by some pretty stupid enablers of crime. PetroEcuador is a sewer of crime, intentionally acting to steal money from Ecuadoreans to aid and abet the criminal cartel; of the Correa-Chavez team. The refusal to be honest about Ecuador's government, also called PetroEcuador, is a known fact. the refusal to deliver forensic audits of all that is the regime of Correa and the refusal to stop aiding and abetting criminals and terror groups, including Iran's major money launderers, is not in the realm of COULD BE and long ago passed in to the fact that the government of Correa, who acts as a dictator, is a criminal enterprise. "Could be a financial issue" that PetroEcuador refuses to audit, refuses to report, refuses to do what oil companies are supposed to do and steaks every second of every day....is not because PetroEcuador has no money: it is because PetroEcuador has stolen its own monies and there is no excuse for this. We are stunned at the level of hypocrisy coming from the Embassy of hypocrites who fail in the essential obligation they have and hold which is to never cover up crime but report crime.
 
But that Embassy currently works with their former Executive US diplomat Susanna Cabeza de Vaca, who walked out with no debrief , claiming to be a U.S. citizen [ although we are not aware that she reports annually to the US IRS because that is between her and the Embassy of the United States as to her refusal to report US taxes and none of our business] and breezed over literally across the street [ if she breezes at all] with no debrief and turned states evidence from her overpaid career  with full diplomatic status inside the US Embassy and flipped for a cabinet post as right hand handmaiden to Rafael Correa of the Hugo Chavez DISIP stream of criminal consciousness. What is our business today is how the USA could allow its own overpaid diplomats to flip in less than two hours and become agents of Chavez-Correa's criminal empire with no internal review? We ask this because we are weary of building the criminal cartel by all actors and hope that soon enough real actors will stop building these cartels and start reinstalling law and order, which does not exist in Ecuador. Moreover, we are stunned that this team up of the U.S. government and the Correa government, which is a criminal cartel, are actively and knowingly luring victims like spiders to flies by deceiving so called investors to their tender ploys that Ecuador is  a great place to invest and a great place to offer business. Ecuador is not a great place to do anything anymore except run crime cartels off the books and there is no protection under any laws in the Chavez-Correa corridor. Just ask OCCIDENTAL Petroleum how that Embassy supported their search for justice. And then ask them how they felt when that Embassy supported Roger Noriega of Tew Cardenas lobbying firm  to make lots of money  from the Palacio-Correa government  to sell the very notion that stealing from U.S. companies was just all right when it is not. Noriega has been replaced, as you know, by Paul Reichler and Fenton and all the US AID funded Soros actors, also called sub contractors for OAS and Rafael Correa's narcostate plans.
 
Today no Ecuadorean trusts the U.S. government at all except to trust that they are helping Correa and Chavez install narcostates for criminals and by criminals inside Ecuador. These creeps have no respect because they have served badly and deserve no respect. This is no laughing matter. If elected president of the USA, one and all know that the Augean stables of pervs, perps and pimps will not be cleaned out either- it will only get worse. Obama keeps pledging his Christianity like the readily available prayer card ads he distributes but he forgot one major part....he forgot to reveal who and what he is and all his very debauched money men and incredulously depraved actors who do indeed manage his agenda and will have their pound of his flesh, for all he wants to promise CHANGE. Change, as we know, without the facts is meaningless. Obama sells meaningless change so far.

If he is to be honorable, he must start to state who and what his agenda really is.

The head of the cow has joined with the body of evidence that these cartel builders are liars. Neither Chavez nor Correa want North Americans in Ecuador unless they lie, support their extortion plans and abandon rule of law. These are not serious governments and their plans only enhance more crime and instability which may be good for hidden derivatives fund speculators and offshore spot oil traders, assisted as they are today by US AID contractors called Correa and Chavez propagandists and enablers, but they do nothing at all for the common man and stubbornly refuse to reinsert functional living. And the USA will not support law and order in any meaningful way in the Andes as long as Barack Hussein Obama's minions keep going around rejoicing in his name that Plan Colombia will end and the criminal cartels, which they support, will succeed. If elected in the USA, Obama can also be removed from office for crimes against the United States for anyone rejoicing in treason or if they care. We care a lot because Obama claims to be the last great hope for mankind and his hope is an empty cauldron of NGO activists fully funded by Soros and his do drug propagandists with whom he is in their pocket, has not given back their money and has not denounced their activities. Nor will he. He is theirs and they are his...in all their astroturfed show stopping circus maximus embarrassment of riches adulation.

The only thing we know about Obama is that he has pledged to double the Peace Corps and all US Department of State functions. The Peace Corps staffers come pretty cheap but "diplomats" do not: they claim hardship pay and their total pay package is often per person well over $250,000 per person per year, not including drivers, tuition for kids often over $22,000 a year per kid at private schools, their food and underpaid cooks and cleaners and gaited communities, not to mention paid memberships at the Swissotel work out rooms and lots of restaurant meals for these schlubbs who do nothing and deliver even less while living off of someone else's money- claiming that it is OK to take someone else's hard work and funds and apply it to hidden embassy accounts for tuition, meals, hotels, travel, domestic care givers and bullet proof vehicles while paying others to lie about this profligacy. Ecuadoreans themselves call these "family values" and revere the skills of these Embassy staffers.

Here is Obama writing in - natch- the Soros-backed FOREIGN AFFAIRS magazine about how he will deal with Iran: 
“We will offer incentives like membership in the World Trade Organization, economic investments, and a move toward normal diplomatic relations. If Iran continues its troubling behavior, we will step up our economic pressure and political isolation." 

"Our diplomacy should aim to raise the cost for Iran of continuing its nuclear program by applying tougher sanctions and increasing pressure from its key trading partners."

We are also told that Obama will change and grow in the job, moving to replicate Bush's 3rd term. We do not for one second believe this. What we do know is that anyone who publicly tells us that Iran is an honest and honorable government which can be dealt with honestly is himself a liar and up to no good. Like Venezuela and Ecuador, Iran has no interest in the WTO, the OAS or any FTA or even the UN except as they can try to manipulate these entities to cover up their own crimes. Iran is not buying integrity: it is selling crime. The same is true for Chavez and Correa, Iran's formal bed mates in crime. More reprehensible and disgustingly dishonest is Barack Hussein Obama's pledge that Iran's partners will bring pressure on Iran to come clean. That would be....North Korea, Libya, Venezuela, Ecuador, Russia and Sudan. Obama is an idiot and a very good one at that for all his glib and very pretty skills to sell us the Soros agenda, from whence he came and to whom he owes his allegiance. So called liberals swoon and dogs lie down...and yet....will soon enough wake up with Ecuadoreans and know that they have fleas. Meanwhile, Iran- formal partner as it is with Ecuador and Venezuela, funds the HAMAS terror group in Palestine, funds Hezbollah and now co funds with Turkey its bombing raids over Iraq's northern zones plus some raids even in to Iran against Iran's own freedom fighters. Iran almost completely co funds Syria and both have pledged full death to Jews. Doubling the US diplomatic efforts to stop Iran and all its proxies is a fools errand. Like Venezuela and Ecuador, these cartel leaders by any other name, can never be diplomatically corrected because they have no respect for diplomacy, let alone law and order or rule of law or honesty- all essentials to diplomacy.

Have you checked Ecuador's Central Bank lately for analysis of how much Iranian money is flowing through Ecuador's coffers and its so called private banks? How much FARC money? How much of Chavez's hidden assets and any other Lebanese correspondent banking enterprise, sometimes called Ecuadorean remittances which is actually mostly drug money laundering and fake VISA, work permit and Green Card scams run by former "diplomats" from Ecuador?
 
Once a vibrant and proud nation, Argentina under the criminals called the Peronist Kirchner clan has run Argentina to ground....Correa and Chavez style that is. Out of 127 nations surveyed, Argentina is at 124th - almost zero- for businesses trusting its own government. That is because no one acts to build trust in their homes or in their workplaces and before their government...it is all of a piece now.

Have you asked Chavez just how much he and Iran work together now? Go ahead and ask. Your answer will be revealing...revealing of the utter depravity of these agents of crime. We are often told that the world will be a happier place if Barack Hussein Obama is elected the next president of the USA. Of course we were told this about Fidel Castro, the Ayatollah of Iran in 1979, of Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa. Washington DC's Bob Novak wrote today of Obama, "[Hillary] Clinton [presidential election] backers who will now declare full support of the nominee in public take a different position when promised that their names will not be used. They frankly question whether Obama should be president. I asked one Democrat, a longtime political worker and sometime candidate for public office, whether he actually would vote for Obama. He paused, then replied: "Let me put it this way. I would sleep better if John McCain was president."

Yes- the world sleeps better knowing that criminals such as Chavez, Ahmadinejad and Correa are at the helm. Yes indeed. And we are joking of course. And they and they alone will sleep better with Obama guarding their crimes. The question is....will you sleep better or will you admit that your sleep and your days are over run by faithlessness from your country and fecklessness abounding?
 
Ecuadorean pollsters tell us that Ecuadoreans are so lazy that they have failed themselves and their communities by refusing to look outside their own propaganda, called Correa and Chavez news, to see what the real facts are and because they refuse to look at any facts and grow up, they actually believe that the FARC are great and that Correa is fabulous as is Chavez. And they are supporting the new communist constitution coming out of Montecristi which calls for the legalizing of all that should never be legalized, including property confiscation by the state whenever it wants lands.
