And while Ecuadoreans dither, expand their already failed reputation overseas and pretend that being lazy and dishonest will gain them a front row seat in the oligarchy Hall of Fame, we have no use for deceptive ploys. But do not look to the EU for any functional leadership. The EU just met for two days and the only thing the haphazard functionaries could accomplish was a fake advancement for the horror that is Cuba by deeming EU diplomats worthy of reinserting "diplomatic dialogue"- also called lifting the EU embargo- on Cuba by deceit. So now Cuba is free to receive the beneficial benefits of EU diplomats to save Cuba from being Cuba. As if.  Today Cuba is not what propaganda advises. Cuba is a living serfdom of badly uneducated and unserved individuals who have no freedoms. But the EU's diplomats fail to grasp the concept that the only thing Cuba is doing is exporting its own citizens in forced work loads such as serving Venezuela's DISIP as hemisphere wide spies, particularly noxious in Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. There is no reason for anyone to travel to Cuba except cheesy Spanish-invested hotels for third rate tourists from Europe and Canada who want cheesy vacations at discounted rates in this gulag while pretending that Cuba is great. Cuba is not great: it is a disgrace. The only reason anyone goes to Cuba today is for sex tourism- pedophilia, homosexual and group sex is on the travel menu, as the state desperately grows more and more soul dead automatons, also called Cuban collateral damage. This is called caring for the poor by the Chavez-Castro-Correa team. We call it one of the most debauched and irrelevant places on earth where true evil sells its children to the highest bidder and good men languish in dirt holes in the ground because they refused to give up their religious faith. But the EU diplomats, who cannot perform anything functional in their own continent, tell us that their diplomats, who are overpaid and overstaffed and rudderless, will help correct the soul dead dysfunctional communist Cuba today. As if.
 
We are astonished that the EU's head of  trade Peter Mandelson's self revelations are reprinted in EL UNIVERSAL here in Caracas on June 18, 2008 as he beseeched the USA to join Europe as- what did he call it?- the New Progressive Movement. The EU trade leader lectures to the USA to become....more like the empty hollow shell that is Europe where nothing meaningful in general takes place. Mandelson lectures, "Progressives in the US and Europe need to revive the New Deal case for governments that help people engage with open economies, rather than leave them exposed."
 
Mandelson and the EU, besides trying to find some sort of busy work to keep their overpaid and extremely dysfunctional job operations making more meaningless busy work, need to pay attention to the facts. The facts are this: Cuba is a criminal, outlaw and now outsourced zone of convenience for all the world's morally debauched provocateurs where everything is nothing and nothing is honorable. Cuba exists because Venezuela feeds its depraved communist politburo while failed preside4nts like Rafael Correa of Ecuador continue to promise the Cuban people total solidarity with their misery on earth, denying that Cuba is living hell and continuing to create a second Cuba inside Ecuador.
 
But the EU's Mandelson lectures the United States and lobbies hard in an extraordinary and utterly compromising fashion to advise the USA to become more....like the nanny state EU and serve the godless, meaningless so called Progressive religion of the New Age USA Democrats called the Soros funded "Progressives" in what they call "new democracy" which is not new and is not democracy. The New Deal of the 1930s USA was state socialism which temporarily jump started a job corps inside the USA but was unsustainable, ending only in real jobs/real employment which tragically came as the whole globe went to war- totalitarian wars.

Mandelson has no right to admonish the USA to lower its standards to those of the EU nanny state and abandon the human dignity found in liberty.
 
The EU itself just enjoyed a stunning roll out of its own propagandists and lobbyists from the George Soros funded EU  "One World under squishy UN socialism" mandates. Instead of being honest about the deeply flawed and badly written EU constitution, these Soros-fueled actors do today denounce the inherent right of any people, in this case the Irish Republic, to reject the EU nanny state of creeping socialism. With an exercise of its real right to reject the EU foolishness, the Irish voted NO to the EU nanny state.
 
But Mandelson wants the USA to replicate the EU nanny state and subvert to the whims of the undefined "Progressives" whose only intent is selling power- their own power, which they proclaim as necessary "for the people- for helping the poor" when the reality is that it only aids their own selfishness and their own wallet.

The poor are aided by more democracy- not less.
 
The EU lost its legitimacy to exist on June 12, 2008 in Ireland with a large NO vote. The Irish, feisty and stubborn as ever, do not want to give up their hard won "progress" to the fake "progress" of socialism where current Irish employment and living standards- after thousands of years of repression- have seen growth.

The campaign for the NO vote to defeat the mighty Soros-backed EU socialism plan won because of one truth: the Irish refused to be hoodwinked/lied to and manipulated by untruthtellers who told the Irish that each man would be more free under more government with less transparency and less freedoms than before.

The Irish refused to be lied to in general. To be sure, state functionaries, labor unions and NGOs support the EU constitution. But the rest of Ireland- small to large businesses who do not make their living off of someone else's money- rejected this. Moreover, the simple act of actually studying and knowing what the language of that constitution included was the only tool that turned off support for the EU constitution of hundreds and hundreds of pages of bizarre constitutional language- and rallied with the simple notion that if one could not know and understand what exactly the constitution was saying, then it must be rejected.
 
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW, YOU MUST VOTE NO remains the slogan of truth seekers everywhere, not just in Ireland.
 
Indeed, the ridiculous cabal warehoused and overpaid in the sheltering gaited community of Montecristi which sees no light of day or open debate or open media or open democracy is selling more socialism and less democracy today. Every Soros backed so called NGO is championing this foolishness, called citizen referenda which are not of the people or by the people or for the people except as manipulative window dressing- more- what does Barack Obama's campaign director call it- astroturfing- manipulating thousands of persons for show, for background, for theatre and calling these staged shows as...real when nothing about the content is real except for the fact that they exist.
 
Montecristi does exist and so too do the Asambleistas in Bolivia. Here is the same foolishness from the Soros, US AID and OAS funders telling us about Bolivia's constitutional fraud, which they call not fraud but....democracy. 
 
We suggest you study this shallow and generically fake report. Note that this effort is based on about 14 days of "on the ground" interview in February and March 2008 as well as rumor and insider gossip, which of course the Crisis Group is privy too for reasons unknown to the common intelligence. With regard to Bolivia, the most astonishing factoid is seen in their Footnote 97 and 98 which states, " [1] For instance, Gabriel Dabdoub, president of the Santa Cruz business organisation CAINCO, declared that Insulza could not ignore the controversial way the constitution had been adopted and that the OAS had lost credibility. Departmental prefects, who had been received in Washington by the OAS in October 2007, also requested that the secretary general send an official mission to Bolivia to review the new con­sti­tution. Insulza rejected the proposal, although he named a special envoy, Argentine Raúl Alconada, in charge of coordinating observation of Bolivia’s electoral process. According to Crisis Group sources, he also urged Morales to adopt a more democratic stance, Crisis Group interview, diplomats, La Paz, 7 February 2008.

When in April 2006, Chávez said Venezuela would withdraw from the Community of Andean Nations (CAN), Bolivia defended the organisation. More recently, when Chávez promoted creation of a gas equivalent to OPEC, Bolivia expressed reservations. While Chávez rejects the UN mission in Haiti, Bolivia has contributed 288 troops. All this is to say that Bolivia is a communist cartel of the Chavez-Cuban-Ecuadorean troika. THe OAS refused to assist legitimate democracy pleadings from Bolivia and sent instead a dysfunctional band aid to Bolivia in the person of an Argentinean who, the Crisis Group wants to tell us, "urged" Morales to be more democratic.

Evo Morales will never ever be "more democratic" because Evo Morales is not sincere about being honest or functional. Without honesty and integrity, there is no functional democracy.

Ecuadoreans received the same treatment from the OAS. Its own congresspersons were removed from duly elected office at gun point under direct orders from Rafael Correa [ who should be in jail for this seminal act] over a year ago. They appealed to Insulza for help. Insulza gave them more dirty and offensive jokes about George Bush and the USA, calling this diplomatic friendliness, and refused to take the Ecuadorean victims seriously, dispatching the same plan as he has done with Bolivia- send in the Soros-US AID  Crisis Group for vapid reporting and pretend that democracy is alive and well in Ecuador, Venezuela and Boloivia when it is not. The CRISIS GROUP's Report on Ecuador had even more massive factual errors than their new Report on Bolivia, which at least admits that much of its "fact fuinding" comes from whispers and listening at key holes for gossip and rumor which is of course the substitute for real living in the Andes today anyway. We note that this is objectionnable and as such, warrants no paymentf or such scams to pretend to be deserving of payment as a factual report when it is not.

Here is the best of what  US AID and the US Department of State Sorosites have to offer the true victims of the Chavez-Castro-Correa-Morales end of democracy gambits, this time on Bolivia:

"The only conceivable way to overcome the crisis is for all parties to engage in a truly constructive dialogue, giving priority to resolving the autonomy issue by amending the not-yet-adopted new constitution accordingly. The government should step back on its IDH-financed pension fund (Renta Dignidad), and the Sucre debate should be postponed. Both sides should also seriously consider postponing the recall referendum until after the new constitution has been amended and adopted; they should call on the OAS, the EU and selected European countries and the Group of Friends to offer good offices and financial help.

Read this again because you will see this over and over. You will see the boilerplate/exact words again when Ecuadoreans refuse the upcomining communist manefesto cum September 2008 constitutional vote, so highly praised by US AID NGOs and the OAS and every Chavez-Cuban-DISIP coordinated propagandists. Instead of actually studying transparent facts and performing functional due diligence, the Crisis Group wants you to adopt the Bolivian Constitution forst and they will help you with the details later, just as they do with the EU constitution, also called the Lisbon Treaty. Note their words that thet will bring in selected "friends" from the EU to soothe the vanquished democracy builders...to offer "good offices and financial help" after the nation has converted to communism under the Chavez plan. These deceivers will help with all diplomatic resolutions as you discoiver what you already know that Correa and CHavez will take all your liberties and give you nothing in return. But wait! The OAS and the EU and "selected European countries" will offer their good offices after your property has been nationalized, your assets seized and life has no future.

The OAS's Jose Miguel Insulza is not serious about growing functional democracy in South America but he is very interested in living off of other people's money, mostly in this case the U.S. tax payer, while manipulating anyone with ears to hear. We think it is time for Rafael Correa to declare Insulza an Honorary Citizen of Ecuador for his stunning success at living off of other people's money while performing nothing functional in his own undereducated  life of any relevance as the world collapses around him. Insulza is getting very good at making fun of others and selling propaganda while hiding behind the irresponsible lie that well....you just do not understand how it is down here in South America. We understand  very well how it is...as one after another fall prey to the tender mercies of dishonest living called their own private addictions to manipulative living while honesty and integrity die. Insulza cannot even bring himself to state the facts that the FARC are truly a narcoterror organisation of criminals. No indeed- he still calls them irregulars while pretending that the UN and the OAS have functional counterterror accords which he goes about ignoring. Today the FARC is correctly called by Chavez and Correa to give up their name and their acts. Tragically, Correa and Chavez have done nothing meaningful or honest about this proclamation. No indeed- both Chavez and Correa are aiding and abetting in the conversion of the FARC in to Hizballah terror fighters with new names, new weapons and new missions. While pretending to be criticizing the FARC cartels, both Chavez and Correa are expanding that same base in to one of the most unholy of alliances with the Iranean-Syrian-Lebanese Hizballah front groups for crime with no punishment, only state sponsorship of their terror. Yes, we know. We know. Chavez and Correa deny that they are state sponsors of terror. Just ask anyone- anyone at all who is not directly on the Chavez and Correa state dole [ which today are most] and they will say that as regular citizens they are themselves terrorized by Chavez and Correa as liberty has left their lands even as no one lifts one finger to reinsert functionality. Treasury Targets Hizballah in Venezuela. Washington - The U.S. Department of the Treasury today designated two Venezuela-based supporters of Hizballah, Ghazi Nasr al Din and Fawzi Kan'an, along with two travel agencies owned and controlled by Kan'an.

"It is extremely troubling to see the Government of Venezuela employing and providing safe harbor to Hizballah facilitators and fundraisers. We will continue to expose the global nature of Hizballah's terrorist support network, and we call on responsible governments worldwide to disrupt and dismantle this activity," said Adam J. GHAZI NASR AL DIN

Ghazi Nasr al Din is a Venezuela-based Hizballah supporter who has utilized his position as a Venezuelan diplomat and the president of a Caracas-based Shi'a Islamic Center to provide financial support to Hizballah. Nasr al Din served until recently as Charge d' Affaires at the Venezuelan Embassy in Damascus, Syria, and was subsequently appointed the Director of Political Aspects at the Venezuelan Embassy in Lebanon.

Nasr al Din has counseled Hizballah donors on fundraising efforts and has provided donors with specific information on bank accounts where the donors' deposits would go directly to Hizballah.

Ghazi Nasr al Din has met with senior Hizballah officials in Lebanon to discuss operational issues, as well as facilitated the travel of Hizballah members to and from Venezuela. In late January 2006, Nasr al Din facilitated the travel of two Hizballah representatives to the Lebanese Parliament to Caracas to solicit donations for Hizballah and to announce the opening of a Hizballah-sponsored community center and office in Venezuela. Of course Chavez and Correa call INTERPOL dishonest too and they demand that Alvaro Uribe of Colombia forget that the Raul Reyes intelligence command and control center inside Ecuador to aid and build while sponsoring terror's growth in the Andes was real.
