July 20, 2008   ECrisis has studied Rafael Correa's mixture of Sr. Viciano Pastor EU-REDS constitutional language which mixes the Cuban communist pueblo plan with the framework of an autocratic Bolivarian state, a la Chavez, for a criminal's paradise called Quito. Words cannot express our revulsion at the massive amounts of time, political will and money wasted on this utterly unacceptable adolescent neo communist screed. And these words are polite where nothing polite describes this canard, this fraud and this road map for installing the Alfaristas-Shinning Path-FARC plan for the nation once known as Ecuador which is now known as a joke.
 
Yesterday the U.S. Ambassador from the United States, Linda Jewell stated that Ecuador is closer today to the USA than ever before and that there is no evidence that Correa has co mingled his support with the FARC nor that the FARC paid his team any money. Linda Jewell lied and is a disgrace. She deserves swift retribution from his senior management for lying on the job. We expect to see her shortly working with the Soros NGOs who were her real bosses to install this fake constitution and not the American people who paid good money for democracy and rule of law programs in Ecuador and got instead from the USA nothing but lies, theft, denial of integrity and refusal to follow even basic US contracting law. Linda Jewell deserves all retribution.
 
But it is the people of Ecuador who deserve the most retribution for this scam which they brought upon themselves. Linda Jewell just helped and then told the people of Ecuador that the USA approves these crimes when indeed it does not. Nor should any Ecuadorean.

Here is the 400 plus article constitution which creates a fascist state under one president who holds full powers.  If you want to lie some more and call this text a democratic charter, please complete studying it as we have done and make your case, for you will not be able to.
 
Indeed, this Bolivarian-Cuban text as it stands will see Ecuador not only booted from the OAS but also from the UN if any were honest about this fraud. But Ecuadoreans will tell us that they are too busy: lying to themselves, their families and each other to focus on what is honest and what is important in their life. And because of these individual family values of deceit, you get a full blown whopper of deception: Correa's latest erection to fraud and deceit. Ecuadorean madres love it! They have been enshrining these identical tricks for deception in their own homes for years and now it is the national constitution, placing every madre in the Hall of Shame, along with Linda Jewell and Correa's cartels.
 
Besides the fact that this is not a constitution but a manifesto [and very badly written at that], the over riding point of this take over by Correa-Chavez and Iran in Quito is the simple feature that one politburo will run the nation and make all relevant decisions.
 
Study this text. Read it. Know it.  Prepare yourself with plenty of Pepto Bismol because this so called constitution throws out all tenants of common law [and common sense] in favor of communal law run by one dictatorial statist cabal.
 
While Ecuadoreans are too busy being angry about the fraud of this effort, we advise that they cease and desist their excuses for failing to do something about this fraud, claiming childishly that there re no leaders left, and return this land to a place where We the People are the Democracy. Stop waiting for lazy diplomats who want drugs legalized to save Ecuador: they will not. Stop waiting for the USA to bomb Quito: they will not. Stop waiting for Chavez's military to march through Manta: they are already there by remote control and their plans in perfect unity with Iran and Quito are already written. Besides, Ecuador just destroyed any honest relations with the USA and does not simply lie that the two nations are allies when they are not.

You do NOT have to be one of the Three Stooges. You do NOT have to accept this situation: you are still men and women who have brains, hearts and souls: use them or you will be one of the greatest Stooges on Earth. And deserve what you get.
 
Your nation has just presented you with a fake constitution that debases all liberties and denies justice except at the point of Correa's gun. The short shrift given to so called human rights protections is meaningless- as is the entire embarrassing document. This is no constitution: this is a road map for disaster, written by deceivers of evil and adolescents who are too lazy to stand up for what is right and good in this world.
