Willful Naïveté Killing Ecuador; Willful Lying by "amb" Gallegos is a Crime
August 24, 2008 Recently Ralph Peters said of the EU and USA's pathetic response over the attacks on Georgia by Putin's Russia: "While it may be unhelpful to be an alarmist, it's even less useful to be willfully naïve." We agree and note the identical truth of this that applies to Ecuador in its irresponsible and dishonest attack on all that Western Civilization stands for even though no one- no one at all- except a few disorganized groups stands up and tells the truth about Ecuador. Indeed, most Ecuadoreans whine and act the neutered girlie girl telling us that there is "nothing they can do" to stop the overwhelming socio-economic destruction of their nation by the pathological liar, also called the face of Ecuadorean dishonest, manipulative family values, current dictator Rafael Correa.
It is not useful to be willfully naive. That means- no one is helped or furthered by- what does the USA's Tom Shannon call it- throwing in the towel over Ecuador-? and ignoring reality. No one will stand for rebuilding democracy in Ecuador nor stopping its inexorable march toward ruinous narcostatehood unless and until Ecuadoreans stop whining, stop hiding, committing willful irresponsibility [also called laziness] and stand up for their beliefs.
Here is a small snapshot of reality while no one as of yet lifts one finger to inspect Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa's preferred drugs transport carrier- TRAFIGURA, lately incorporated in Ecuador and Venezuela, ostensibly located in a random mailbox in Curacao for ease of offshore deceptions.

In this image released by the Dutch Navy, bales of seized cocaine are displayed on the deck of a merchant vessel inside which they were hidden by smugglers, in the Caribbean Sea, south of Puerto Rico, Monday, Aug. 18, 2008. A combined U.S. and Dutch counter-drug operation netted 4.6 tons (4,200 kilograms) of cocaine, seized from a Panamanian flagged freighter that had set sail from Venezuela. The Dutch Navy said Friday that it was the largest haul of cocaine it has ever intercepted. (AP Photo/Dutch Navy)
Meanwhile, Ecuador's "ambassador Gallegos" continues to need to have his credentials stripped for incessant lying to the U.S. government, although every word out of his mouth comes from his paid propagandists coordinating with the Soros NGOs, Fenton Communications and US attorney Paul Reichler- all of whom should have their credentials stripped. Ecuadoreans are paying a lot of money for the Correa-Soros narcostate building crews to erect a wall of lies to perpetrate their false reality. Of course Ecuadoreans today call this "family values"- lie a lot and put on the false face.
In this, Correa-Ecuadoreans have been caught in their own death spiral of dishonesty. Gallegos lies when he writes cheerfully that Chevron-Texaco faces only a simple claim by local indigenous. This is not true. Rafael Correa is now co funding a string of class action suits against this company and has co mingled all Ecuador's lobbyists in an unending fight to tell the world that what it does not know is so. This is a sovereign fraud.

Give Ecuador the Credit It Is Due
August 23, 2008; Page A10
Your editorial "Banana Republic Behavior, Cont." (Aug. 18) accuses Ecuador of a "multibillion dollar legal shakedown of Chevron." In fact, the Chevron case is a civil lawsuit brought by indigenous communities represented as private plaintiffs by an American attorney.
Of greater concern is the omission of Ecuador as a key partner in the war on drugs. Ecuador's role in this fight has been applauded by President Bush, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Department of State and the Department of Defense. Ecuador is the only country in the Andean region with zero coca cultivation. President Rafael Correa also remains resolute in combating irregular groups. Our troops have destroyed 47 irregular encampments in 2007 and 54 in 2008 along the Ecuador-Colombia border, including training facilities and drug-processing laboratories.
Ecuador spends blood and treasure to keep narco-traffickers out, with a full quarter of our armed forces dedicated to the border and more than $140 million spent annually. We are hopeful that the U.S. Congress values our success enough to renew the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act.

ECrisis reminds that Gallegos, himself a Chavista, is a known liar. There is no data- no one shred of data- to back up his paid propaganda before this USA newspaper. In the last 3 years, there is not one piece of evidence that Ecuador "spends blood and treasure to keep narco-traffickers out."
Regarding counter-drugs expenditures, the USA does act against drug running and Colombia does but Ecuador makes lots of money running drugs. Ecuador is currently known as one of the largest drugs trans shipments nations in the world and hosts scores of cocaine labs while it allows hybrid heroin poppies to flourish in Ecuador and welcomes money launderers and grants Ecuadorean state sponsorship of the FARC. Currently, the ridiculously incompetent OAS and pro Obama wing of Senator Lugar's wonderland called the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee supports the pro drugs Plan Ecuador to gift the globe with yet another FARC zone, this time protected by the USA and regional militaries in Northern Ecuador. This is of course seditious. But Ecuador has de facto legalized narcotics already and has loosed the dogs of hell, releasing drug runners from prison. Ecuador's fake constitution will see all narcotics participants- and every other global vermin welcomed- on 9-28-08 with the new Stasi-Cuban-DISIP co authored so called constitution of Ecuador, currently promoted by USA monies through the US Embassy in Quito to feather the do drugs groups.
Here is Barack Hussein Obama's addelpated VP pick for the DNC presidential sweepstakes:

Biden has served more than 35 years in the Senate, where he has emerged as one of the leading voices in the Democratic Party on foreign policy matters. He is also a two-time presidential candidate. (Photo: AP)
Joe Biden also recently wanted Iraq to be carved up in to three zones and broken apart. This of course would have handed the Russo-Iranian cartels a win win.
Biden has approved the US Senate Foreign Relations bag of lies, called support for Plan Ecuador, to benefit and pay back the Soros donors who ardently seek a new narco highway from the Andes, also called the ridiculously incompetent USA support for Ecuador and its drug kingpins from the Russo-Iranian cartel, now serving as de facto comptroller generals of Ecuador. Like US Senators Schumer, Durbin, Dodd, Leahy and Reid, plagiarist Biden has no cohunes or veracity and is committed to serving not the global span of human values but instead his money choke hold called the Soros team now running Obama.
The AP on 8-23-08 reported [reprinted here] that "The U.S. drug czar appealed to Venezuela's government on Friday to take action against the flourishing flow of cocaine being smuggled through the country. White House drug czar John Walters told The Associated Press that Venezuela has shown no willingness to cooperate with U.S. officials against drugs. “Cooperation’s gotten worse and the problem's gotten bigger," Walters told the AP in a phone interview from Washington.
The flow of Colombian cocaine through Venezuela has quadrupled since 2004, reaching an estimated 282 tons last year, he said.
"The flow is increasing as dramatically as it is because it is operating in a condition of impunity," Walters said. "The failure of the Venezuelan government to go after this is a failure to be serious."
Venezuelan officials argue they are taking drug trafficking seriously and point to large seizures in recent years. President Hugo Chavez and his foreign minister, Nicolas Maduro, have suggested they would be willing to work with the U.S. against drugs on terms of mutual respect.
But Walters said his attempt to restart cooperation has been stymied as Venezuelan officials have yet to agree to his request for a meeting, and a visa request for him and other American officials has been held up for more than a week.
"Frankly, this has gotten to the point where they're playing games," Walters said. "Usually drugs is beyond a lot of other political differences. We have a cooperative relationship with Cuba."
But in Venezuela's case, he said, "there just has been no willingness to establish that cooperation or re-establish a working relationship."
There was no immediate reaction from Venezuela's government. Its top counter-drug official, Nestor Reverol, did not immediately return a call to an aide seeking comment.
U.S. law enforcement officials have detected repeated flights by planes that take off from Venezuela, drop large loads of cocaine off the island of Hispaniola and return to Venezuela, Walters said. Other multi-ton loads are moving, largely by ship but also by air, from Venezuela to West Africa — a way station for shipments to Europe.
In the latest bust, Dutch and U.S. officials said Friday that the Dutch Navy and U.S. Coast Guard seized 4.6 tons (4.2 metric tons) of cocaine last weekend aboard a freighter in the Caribbean that had set sail from Venezuela.
The Dutch Navy said it is the largest haul of cocaine it has ever intercepted.
Walters, head of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, recommended a list of actions Venezuela could take to cooperate. They include:
_ Chavez directing government leaders to facilitate cooperation with the U.S.
_ approving pending visa applications for seven agents from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, since there currently are just two in Venezuela.
_ re-establishing Venezuelan law enforcement units that are approved to work with the DEA.
_ allowing access by U.S. law enforcement personnel to Caracas' international airport in Maiquetia.
_ begin using U.S.-provided equipment for scanning cargo in Puerto Cabello, the country's largest port. Walters says a state-of-the-art X-ray machine is just "sitting there."
DEA operations have been restricted since Chavez suspended formal cooperation in August 2005, accusing the DEA of being a front for espionage.
Walters said that hasn't changed: "there has been no willingness to cooperate with DEA."
Still, counter-drug efforts were one of the topics discussed by Venezuela's foreign minister and U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter on Friday as the Pennsylvania Republican visited Caracas, the state-run Bolivarian News Agency reported.
Maduro said the meeting was cordial and addressed topics from the upcoming U.S. presidential election to baseball. Details of what they discussed about drugs weren't immediately available.
Walters said the U.S. is ready to provide Venezuela with photos of planes that have been repeatedly shuttling drugs out of Venezuela, including images showing their tail numbers.
The traffickers, Walters said, are clearly "buying people" and "compromising government authority."
"You've got to go after the criminals and you've got to go after those who are in positions of authority and are criminals," Walters said. His message for Venezuela, he added, is: "Just do it. It's in your interest to do it."
ECrisis notes that this story made no headway in Ecuador or Venezuela where now about 80% of all media is heavily censored.
Buying people and compromising government authority may seem wonderful to many Ecuadoreans, whose own lives are chock full with the same identical ethics of self destruction and dishonest living but we note that there are penalties for dishonest living that are evident sooner or later. Like a family that pretends that the drunken spouse in the living room is of no consequence, sooner or later the full truth is revealed and all who enabled this disease of dishonesty are known as co addicts. Ecuadoreans herald and cherish their right and joy to be co addicts. We remind that it is embarrassing and has led to the ruin of this country.
The USA's John Walters is right about Venezuela but he has failed abysmally to override the lies spewing from Ecuador and has yet to even state the facts. Ecuador is a narcostate and is the arm pit of the Russo-Iranian cartel arm, currently re-arming communists' armaments of self destruction.
In Ecuador, Correa just legitimized all criminal acts, including rape, pornography, paedophilia, narcoterrorism, polytheism, state education insertions, transgender sex changes [ courtesy of Cuba's new cottage industry], abortion, state funded suicide, all facets of illicit money and contraband running including money laundering, bond market fraud and patent thefts. Correa has merged with the Russo-Iranian cartels and is now a state sponsor of terror hiding behind- what does Fenton-Paul Reichler and Gallegos call it-? Ecuador's non growth of cocaine- to prove its phony justification for ATPDEA recertification which it does not deserve.
Traditionally Ecuador does not grow drugs- it has not the arable farm land. But it does run drugs, does bank for drug cartels, and does process drugs and now it does grow heroin poppies and it does now legalize narcotics. There is no way that Gallegos should lie before the world to sell the notion that this utterly debauched and dishonest narcocartel regime under Correa carries one iota of integrity and is worthy of USA free trade.
Gallegos is a liar and he debases the US FBI and the US DEA and the US military intelligence which knows that he is a liar but are so overwhelmed by the Sorosites running the girlie girls- also called neutereds- inside the US Department of State that none speak truth to power. Ecuadoreans call this normal. We call it debauched. So too is the entire Correa coordinated team of liars. We remind that it is a crime to lie to the US government and suggest instead that the Gallegos lobbying team reveal instead actual verifiable data to support their claims. They have none. But Walters is far too tepid when it comes to speaking the truth about Ecuador and should instead publicly state about Ecuador that the US is ready to provide photos of planes that have been repeatedly shuttling drugs, including images showing their tail numbers. And add to this the release of hardened drug criminals by Correa, his refusal to stop money laundering, bond market fraud, state theft of budgets, media control with his new corporatist media partners called Iran and Chavez plus his incessant white slavery trade and you get the picture.
Read the Correa proposed "constitution." Study it. You cannot pretend that Correa is fighting against drugs when you study his real intentions inside that so called constitution. You can only conclude that hefty propaganda and fraud and deception are underway. And Gallegos leads the way. He needs to have his credentials cancelled for lying, much as the Soros-DNC find him useful. Useful idiots who lie do not build nations.
And after you have studied the entirety of this fake constitution, ask yourself WHY Rafael Correa is paying these so called supporters to support that which should never be supported? Here is REUTERS telling us yesterday "Ecuador's Correa backers march for new constitution... Thousands marched on Saturday to back Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa who polls show is inching closer to winning a Sept. 28 vote to pass a new constitution that would expand the leftist's authority. Correa, a former economy minister who took office last year, is widely popular for his spending on the poor and his pledges to fight powerful elites he blames for the political instability that toppled his last three predecessors. The new constitution would bolster Correa's sway over the oil-producing country's economy and political institutions such as Congress and the top courts. “We will crush the old country ruled by elites and mafia groups," Correa told cheering supporters waving the lime-green flags of his political party in the hilly capital, Quito. "We are not going to return to the past ... we will win this decisive battle.” Three polls this week showed support for the new constitution is nearing the more than 50 percent majority Correa's needs to pass the document. Correa, a U.S.-trained economist, said a feeble opposition planned to resort to violence during the referendum campaign as a way to destabilize his government. Tens of thousands of supporters from poncho-clad Indians to coastal peasants in wide-rim hats sang and danced at the afternoon event."
REUTERS once again has it all wrong: Correa is not and never was a US trained economist. After 18 months in a drive through shopping mall degree program, pumped up by the essential University of Illinois accessed US AID-parallel Fulbright efforts, Correa was never ever trained as an economist. His own so called theses reveal that he learned nothing and spewed fake data to justify his personal pathological drive to justify Cuban Marxism as the planet's savior. Why he was permitted a graduate degree evades us but he was never trained and only enabled to take USA monies to bolster his own flawed stupidities in his unending march to heading up the Hall of Shame for Latin Idiots. You can study his thesis, chock full of nuts, fake data and political jiggerings to denounce free trade as a global evil.
REUTERS does have it right that Correa applies rampant astroturffing to present false adoration for his Marxist constitution. But REUTERS is one -sided and fails to report the facts that there is no functional opposition in Ecuador and there is no oligarchy and has not been since the early to mid 1990s. The only mafia operating in Ecuador today is Correa's own Russo-Iranian-Chavez mafia and they will hurt you, while the fake shamans and polytheism being inserted before your very eyes will hurt you and cause you to deify the fake life you have been leading of late which will now be mandated by the fake constitution.
Living La Vida Manipulative as Ecuadoreans have done for the last 5 years gets them the gods they want- Guinea pigs and makes all Ecuadoreans about as smart and useful as the very thing they do now worship: guinea pigs. In fact, all Ecuadoreans look like this today [and about as smart]:

Globally, the animal rescue teams take care of real guinea pigs better than Ecuadoreans take care of themselves.
Far better are Ecuadoreans to take victim-ending, integrity caretaking lessons from the world's animal shelters before supporting Correa's YES vote. Ecuadoreans are all Guinea Pigs now. We at ECrisis are not alarmists and we would not be, as our neighbors are, irresponsible. Read that so called constitution in its entirety and act. You alone can stop the guinea pigs in your living room and end the idiotic lies ruining this land before you are forced to bow down, under Correa's state polytheism, and worship Guinea Pigs again.
Just ask Correa's fake shamans of historic revisionist pseudo religious mandates [also called their new laws] what they revere about guinea pig deification. And act.
Call in the global Humane Society- they take care of animals better than the communists do. You will need them as your life will hold no meaning under Correa's new criminal cartel. Besides- if Correa's fake constitution was so great, why is he illegally spending so much money to sell fake stories about it and why, we ask, is there still fear behind his eyes?
