Correa's Constitution was Written by REDS Before Assembly Met
September 1, 2008 ECrisis was the first to report that Rafael Correa agreed to work with Chavez's communist constitution writers to create a more perfect narcozone for communist cartels in the Andes. We have reported that Sr. Viciano Pastor of the Spanish -Euro Reds, many trained by Stasi and overly connected to Tony Negri and the anti-western civilization thugs such as Chavez's friend Carlos the Jackal [still in jail]. This gang of old Euro reds is currently operating out of Caracas along with their gal pal Marta Heidegger. This is no conspiracy theory- just the facts.
Here is a picture of the very state system homelife which Chavez-Correa revere from their merger with Castro's failed state called Cuba:

Cuba, finding itself in the path of Hurricane Gustav, had neither the presence nor the legitimacy to give a Tinkers Dam about its residents, looking more like the Mayor of New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina last visited...he took a private jet out of his state and resided in luxury in Dallas to ride out the storm in complete and corrupt abandonment of his obligation to his citizens, who prefer dishonestly to "blame Bush" for what their Mayor and Governor at the time refused to do which was to provide for the common good. But Correa adores Castro as does Chavez and Putin of Russia. Will the Catholic Church of Venezuela and Ecuador....and Russia send charity to the near dead Cubans? What will Correa do for his sworn pater familias? And what will happen to Correa's constitution writers from the Castro-Chavez team of communists? Are they working the soup lines in Havana or hiding yet in Caracas or Spain?
You do not believe that Chavez prevailed on Correa to "contract" these friends of Castro-? Of course he did. Sunday's EL COMERCIO here reports on the tip of the iceberg....and of course forgets to state that Correa's March 2007 expenditures even to hire these thugs under an even more fake so called foundation was a crime. To be sure, their "cover" - their front group in Quito was the communist payroll at Simon Bolivar University, itself a conduit or front for much of the vermin crawling across Ecuador today and none of it any good. Of course Sr. Viciano Pastor also jets in and out of Spain's university safety of neo communists to maintain his "credentials"...as if this justifies what he is doing.
Why the USA's intelligence chiefs have not cried off, with facts and data, about the Heidegger-Negri-Viciano Pastor-Chavez-Castro-Correa constitutional writing team of hard communists, who call their actions a "foundation" is mystifying because each of these criminals has a long history of terrorist supports all in the name of communism, about which they are quite willing and able to lie, steal, cheat and in some cases murder to promote.
But Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa were busy last week merging more and more of PdVSA and PetroEcuador, insuring that PetroBras- which itself is now more commonly known as an oil derivatives trading house, will be the energy warehouse for all the Russo-Venezuelan-Iranian oil traders. The MIAMI HERALD here writes of Chavez's total control of the civilian militias and military of Venezuela, also called subcontracting in January to Ecuador, "Under new regulations decreed by President Hugo Chávez just three weeks ago, Venezuela's military will undergo the most ambitious restructuring plan in more than a century, remodeling itself in many aspects on the Cuban military. The new legislation enacted by Chávez places the '`popular Bolivarian militias' directly under the command of the president, promotes the role of social intelligence networks similar to the Cuban revolutionary defense committees and gives the president unprecedented powers over the armed forces. The measure also allows the military to take on civilian functions from the previously banned, such as the intelligence network that will now operate through the thousands of community centers around the country.
`'The new legislation governing the armed forces militarizes the society and puts citizens under military order,' explained Rocio San Miguél, a military expert that heads Control Ciudadano, a watchdog group that monitors the Venezuelan military. Chavez has justified the changes and recent acquisitions of more than $4 billion in weaponry, primarily from Russia, by arguing that Venezuela needs to be prepared for an invasion by 'imperialist' forces and that the population must mobilize to defend the nation in the event of an attack. But Control Ciudadano notes that the legislation requires the military to be the 'organization, planning, management and control of a national intelligence and military counterintelligence system,' without establishing guidelines or limits that restrict the activity. ‘The military will have no restrictions or limits on obtaining information about all sectors, public and private, other than a threat against national security,' said San Miguél."
Hugo Chavez is a fascist dictator and must be called for what he is. Hugo Chavez is also, along with Rafael Correa, a state sponsor of terror in every sense of the word. Here is the Chavez-backed spin team for Correa once again lying a lot about their highly vaulted fight against the FARC, which is so laughable- as is the fake news reporting- that even Correa's own propaganda team could not keep out the important descriptor:" Yet not a single rebel has been captured in these raids."
Here is the full story.
"Documents found in Reyes' laptop detailed close ties between the rebels and several prominent Ecuadorean leftists. They also indicate President Rafael Correa's 2006 campaign received $100,000 from the FARC.
Correa calls the documents bogus. But shortly after they were made public, he replaced most of the armed forces high command and stepped up military operations along the 400-mile border with Colombia. `We will not tolerate an armed presence — regular or irregular — on our border,' the new defense minister, Javier Ponce, told The Associated Press in an interview. The government is now promising to establish police posts in previously neglected border areas by year's end, and to buy pilotless drones to patrol where officers can't. So far this year, Ecuador's security forces have seized at least 34 FARC bases and five drug labs and made 26 arrests. They have found 66 firearms, 150 pounds of dynamite, and a crude mortar factory. Yet not a single rebel has been captured in these raids. Ecuadorean officials say the rebels are so well entrenched that they are tipped off before soldiers show up. A midlevel FARC commander named Olbany who recently deserted says the Ecuadorean army typically radioed advance word to the rebels. The regional Ecuadorean intelligence chief, Col. Javier Perez, told the AP that an Ecuadorean officer was prosecuted and imprisoned in 2001 for passing such information to the rebels. But, he said, `we have since adopted greater security measures.'"
Of course, like all good and disgusting Ecuadorean leaders today, the Correa spin club goes on to make excuses as to WHY they cannot quite capture one single FARC person in Ecuador. Correa's team lies about their marriage with the FARC and are so discredited that only the Soros team through US AID, the US Department of State's discredited analysts and the pro FARC members of the U.S. Congress believe Rafael Correa's lies. All one has to do is ask: and how many FARC have been arrested in Ecuador over the last 3 years? Answer: zero. And the place is crawling with them....now called Hezbollah to assist in hiding the facts.
Besides merging with Venezuela and the Russo-Iranian nexus of evil, Correa's so called constitution also mandates the removal of western civilization and promotes polytheism, as we have said before. This is a fake state religion intended to destabilize socio-economic norms. The only schlubbs who benefit from unstable societies are spot oil traders, Hezbollah and all of Chavez's extortion rackets, currently running Quito. Vote YES on September 28, 2008 and this is the state religion you will get rammed down your throat:

But Correa is spending a lot of money today to rig the September elections and tell you that you have no need to study what you are about to vote on and also he is forcing TV and radio stations to run his forced propaganda on his so called constitution which he calls education for the masses. Rafael Correa is a pathological liar and his new constitution is a disaster of unending schemes to legitimize all that should never be legitimized.
On August 29, 2008, Clarice Feldman wrote in Pajamas Media about the USA's democratic party rhetorically asking about the failed John Kerry presidential campaign of 2004 [deep sixed by lies spewed by one and the same hirelings of Rafael Correa's new pet propagandists and Barack Obama pal] and the current Obama campaign, "Do Democratic presidential campaign committees think we are all stupid or do they suffer from some sort of group delusion? In 2004 they tried to peddle a man who made claims about his military career that were easily proven to be lies (Christmas in Cambodia, outrageous charges about war crimes by his fellow soldiers) as a war hero 'reporting for duty.' This time around they are trying to take a man whose entire career has linked him with far-left anti-American characters, political agendas focused on redistribution of wealth, and racial spoils and pawn him off on us as a man who transcends race and partisanship."
What is it with these idiots who think that neo-liberalism is evil and banish the very concept of accountability, transparency and law and order from their mandates, also called constitutions? What is it that George Soros finds so appealing that he teams with neo communists to install narcostates in the Andes while praising the removal of common sense law and order. Moreover, why o why would the OAS's Insulza call this man a great statesman? For what?
Here are the frontmen for the Andean Russo-Iranian cartel supported by Obama's own money man George Soros:
Petroecuador, dueña del 8,35% del campo Onado

Con la declaratoria de Venezuela de la cesión de acciones a Petroecuador, el mediodía del viernes, la petrolera estatal pasa a ser propietaria del 8,35% de las acciones del campo Onado, que fueron adquiridas a través del fideicomiso Solidez por el cerrado Banco Popular
And if you think that president Correa's petroresources are fueling Ecuador's budgets, guess again.
On August 28, 2008, REUTERS wrote, "Ecuador has lowered its 2009 overall oil production target by 8 percent to about 480,000 barrels per day, Oil Minister Galo Chiriboga was quoted...Chiriboga, who didn't say what the country's output forecast for this year was, told El Comercio daily that a lower target in 2009 was due in part to the natural decline of oil fields in the OPEC member nation...A private investment slump in the key sector this year, due to the government's drive to rework foreign oil deals, has also harmed private companies' output...Oil exports are by far the nation's main source of income."
And if you believe Galo Chiriborga and Rafael Correa, you are clearly a delusional and irresponsible fool because Correa is a pathological liar and has been for many years- a man who never ever tells the truth. We all know what Ecuador does not deliver on oil income: it is all mismanaged and clearly sold on the spot oil market, not because of dwindling reserves or mature fields. Nothing that comes from Rafael Correa's team- his mouth organs is honest at all except for his avowed hatred for integrity and his avowed promise that all narcoterrorists are welcome inside Ecuador to make his family feel "normal." We do not normalize criminals and terrorists just because someone will feel better.
Today's AMERICAN THINKER notes, " While some may be impressed with superficial accouterments of royalty such state ceremonies, titles, parades, military reviews, crown jewels, colorful uniforms, horse-drawn coaches, etc., I am much happier that my daughter is not an aristocrat. She can look forward to growing up in America where her individual exertion and character, personal and professional interactions, and educational, career and family accomplishments will alone distinguish her life, allowing her to bolster her already-strong and well-earned sense of happiness and self-worth. She has access to ever superior technological and economic resources in a society with ever increasing realms of opportunity without any need to ever deem anyone else to be a social inferior; these American-made resources and her American values magnify her life, health, education, well-being, skills, creativity, and abilities.
Despite this long history of market-born Yankee ingenuity that enhances the living standards of all, providing unprecedented economic gains and social-mobility, liberals constantly seek to deride Americans and divide us into classes. Illogically liberals also compare Americans unfavorably to Europeans - many of whom are not citizens but royal subjects in a continent still quite steeped in true class divisions, social inequalities and aristocratic titles. Liberals' transparent motive is to foment political unrest among the less astute with the hope that such dissension will propel their ascent to power. Democrats obsess over class distinctions. This betrays a psychological need to consign others to second-class status in attempts to assign themselves the role of America's hereditary nobles - condescending to attend to the wants of their commoner-constituents while on campaign to recapture Camelot-on-Potomac.
But while most Americans consider today's true Royals to be a species of celebrity whose lives and antics are, at times, worthy of attention and gossip, we would never look to them for governance. We place our faith in self-made men and women of accomplishment."
In today's world, there are no functional class distinctions. No one is barred from making a success except in their own minds. This is a huge distinction which Ecuadoreans appear to keep forgetting: the world is at your doorstep if you but stop listening to the manipulative and irresponsible family values taught you at home which serve as the cradle of besting your days to achieve absolutely nothing of value. However, Correa has just slammed the outside world on all Ecuadoreans by making them known as irresponsible, lazy uneducated liars and cartel operatives and second by refusing to grow up and operate with honesty and core honor. By stripping common sense "neo-liberalism" as he calls it and denouncing this as evil, Correa consigns all self made persons of accomplishment in to the category of criminals.
Think about it. Go to Correa's website for whatever version of his human liberty killing constitution he has posted today and read it. Know what we are talking about. You can also call up the U.S. Embassy in Quito tomorrow and ask for an official English language version of this text if you prefer. You can also call up Sr. Viciano Pastor in his offices in Caracas and ask for a special version, autographed by him. Or ask Marta Heidegger- sure to be a collector’s version soon.
Go ahead- exercise your freedoms under transparency guaranteed by "law" - while you still have it. The responses should be interesting.
You can also review the US federal case here to read scanned 8-27-08 DOJ's Southern District Court Motion against Chavez's agents who consistently extort, threaten with death and bribery, also called the Suitcase Scandal but is more correctly called the Bolivarian Extortion Cartel, also called the Chavez-Correa-Kirchner governments. This PDF file is the most recent US justice Motion of August 27, 2008 in this case which both Chavez and Kirchner deny and claim that US justice is politically rigged in this matter. Clearly the US case is only about the facts- not politics. Indeed, if the USA's Department of State had its way, there would be no Suitcase scandal and of course all is promised to miraculously go away, like all FARC prosecutions, if Barack Hussein Obama is elected. WOLA tells us of these side deals which of course is illegal and should land WOLA and Congressman McGovern and all his State Department drivers, also called aiding and abetting criminals and sedition, at best as censored and fined for USA moneyed contract abuse and fraud....to enable the DISIP-FARC written Plan Ecuador to supersede Plan Colombia, as they promise. This is a book end move to shore up the DISIP-backed Correa constitution to insure that Ecuador, like PetroBras, becomes the agent of change in the Andes to run Russo-Iranian cartel activities for years to come.
While the Antonini Wilson case in Miami gets underway, is it any wonder that Hugo Chavez broke the Vienna Conventions last week by claiming to be too busy with his boy toy pal Rafael Correa and barred a US cabinet rank official from visiting Venezuela, thus leaving the USA as incumbent to terminate for once and for all its diplomatic relations with Venezuela? Chavez also threatened ambassador Duddy that if he but opened his mouth about Chavez's lies, he too would have to depart. Extortion breeds extortion. But Chavez, caught in his lie that his illicit deals with Correa last week was not enough justification to end reciprocity between free states and so resorted to Rafael Correa's preferred diplomatic position: lying and calling other people names. This childish behavior is heavily ingrained in Correa and his nation state of fools as is also the case with Hugo Chavez, more known for his pathetic and dishonest bluster.
Sunday's MIAMI HERALD reported, “Chavez responded angrily to Walter's comments, calling him "stupid" for suggesting that drug smuggling through Venezuela has increased. Chavez also took issue with recent statements made by U.S. Ambassador Patrick Duddy, saying the diplomat is risking possible expulsion from Venezuela and would soon be "packing his bags" if he's not careful. Duddy told reporters on Saturday that deteriorating diplomatic relations between Caracas and Washington are giving drug smugglers the upper hand."
And Ecuadoreans repeatedly have the chutzpah to actually believe that Hugo Chavez is more brilliant/is more honest than John Walters and just love Chavez's lies...as if diplomacy is some dirty athletic game like cock fighting. Truth telling is not the same as cock fighting. And Ecuadoreans should have a care to agree with Correa and Chavez that such a man as Walters is "stupid" when anyone with one ounce of honesty knows for certain that Chavez's Venezuela is of course running more drugs and helping the narcoterror actors than ever before. What is impossible is to read, as above, the weak-willed silly comments by Duddy who says that Chavez's breaking of relations with the USA is giving the drug runners the upper hand. Of course Correa and Chavez utilize the old Stasi-trick of accusing their "enemy", confusing the public through lies also called Fenton communications paid propaganda to assist Soros and Chavez and the FARC. denial of any wrong doing to divide truth tellers- also called paid infiltrators crawling around Washington DC masquerading as spot oil traders and 'investors' whose sole aim is to conquer the last remnants of freedom loving ethics in favor of one world socialism, a la the Obama-Soros global tax to legitimize and fund the utterly corrupt UN global socialism. What does Duddy possibly think this is all about? It is about legitimizing all that should never be legitimized. Look soon for the pro drugs Soros and US Democratic Party of Soros activists to team with their foot soldiers of misinformation, also called US AID paid contractors, to denounce Walters as "hard line" and insist that Duddy will soon be replaced by some Obama-inspired idiot.
The adage that THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE is invaluable. Today in Caracas and Quito, we are taught that there is no truth and there is no freedom.
Any observer of current events knows too well that the current plan to expose two or three criminals from Venezuela and Ecuador under U.S. Justice is pathetically incompetent and only exists as an anticorruption effort to appease the smallest fraction of normative law and order while enabling the vast billions of cartel crimes to expand while enshrining all anti law and order cartel activities across Latin America. While such inchoate and irresponsibly criminal empire building events expand, this may insure some future Barrack Hussein Obama job future security for some but for the rest of us, we prefer our justice swift, honest and comprehensive- not a replica of some metrosexual girlie girl who carries the non- morals of a gay man's bath house where anything goes, currently replacing all western civilizational values and ethics. Meanwhile... the off the books money just keeps rolling in.
Trying to report the truth today in Venezuela, Cuba and Ecuador against the state owned AL JAZEERA in partnership with Iranian News and GRANMA [also called Pravda] media, is pathetic. The MIAMI HERALD is trying to help spread tales of hundreds of thousands who lost their homes, schools and all state services in Cuba, which were not good to begin with and of such pathetic Russian era utter garbage quality that their loss was going to happen no matter which winds blew their way. But the HERALD notes today, "This article [on Hurricane Gustav] was reported by a Miami Herald correspondent in Cuba, whose name is being withheld because the journalist did not have the journalism visa required by the Cuban government. Miami Herald correspondent Frances Robles contributed from Miami." There you have it. The truth does set you free....and also is a good friend to have when your whole province and cities are blown away by a hurricane or any other naturally occurring disaster. Cubans call their remains "the Ruins." Indeed. But Rafael Correa, calling it `the blessed end to the neo liberal night', wants all your nights....and days...to be as dark, dirty and hopeless as Cuban and Venezuelan lives. There will be no relief, no relief at all from the communist cartel of unnatural acts. It is no coincidence at all that this season- the end of September to the first part of December 2008 sees all chess pieces moving. Things are in motion and it is your obligation to know what your world- and your choices- bring you. For Ecuador it is a choice between a government run by criminal cartels or a choice of hard work to re open democracy in daylight.
