Holding Hands with Iran and Calling it Stewardship of Nature
September 2, 2008 EL UNIVERSAL tells us yesterday that Venezuela e Irán envían urea a Ecuador here. The article goes on to report that Iran will send 50,000 tons of Iranian urine to Ecuador and Correa has taken 12,000 tons of Chavez's national urine. AS it remains, there should be no exports of Ecuadorean food stuffs or products anywhere unless and until the actual safety is determined of these food items after applying Iranian urine by the tens of thousands of tons across Ecuador. We say this not to discriminate against Correa's brothers in the global war in support of terror, also called Iran, but to question the public safety of importing untreated and uncertified wastes from Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, also called building "cultural friendships." Some might call it building more diseases but we cannot be sure. Like the Venezuelan Boeing 737 jet, also of questionable flag bearing origins, which just mysteriously went down outside Latacunga, one must also review the actual cargo inside that plane- rumored to be replete with drug money, narcolab equipment and so on. Again- this is a rumor but Ecuadoreans are not told the truth anyway so we hope that the facts will out. But the whole thing smells like a drug plane in for servicing for the drug running Correa-Chavez team. Or was the jet also serving Iranian imports also? We do not know.
But a long time Latin watcher, Doug Farah writes regarding Hezbollah's advances in the Andes: "This should particularly resonate for those looking at Hezbollah in Latin America. In an interview that he gave just before his death, and which was published afterward, [Hezbollah's] Mughniyah was quoted as saying the following: `The Americans are making up stories about me and hold me responsible for a lot of attacks against them that happened around the world,' he told Ibrahim al-Amine of Lebanon’s Al-Akhbar. `Sometimes they think of me as if I have the key to the universe. It is difficult for them to understand that I am part of an institution that patiently plans and designs its moves.' Yes, that is what is particularly difficult for U.S. policy makers to understand.
The several billion dollars of promised Iranian investment in Latin America, the careful cultivation of Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, the outreach to Bolivia, whose president, Evo Morales, arrived in Tehran yesterday, the opening of embassies across a region where it has no historical and few commercial ties, is not just a random desire by Iran to spend money. There is a carefully thought-out plan, visible in the intelligence training Iran is offering, the banks opening in Venezuela to bypass international sanctions, and promises (often empty) of massive aid.
It is easier to personalize a problem and demonize an individual than it is to try to look for the broader and more dangerous issues in terrorism and other security-related topics. This was true in the drug war in Colombia. The thinking in the 1980s was that if Pablo Escobar were eliminated, the cocaine empire would crumble. When it didn’t, the mantra was that the trade would collapse when the Cali cartel was eliminated. Then, the Northern Valley cartel, the FARC. Now, the Northern Valley folks are in US prisons, as are most of the Cali people. The FARC is in disarray. What has not changed is the amount of cocaine being produced in Colombia. An interesting conundrum we would rather not examine. Because of this tendency to personalize a problem, the wider issues are often missed.
I have sat in discussions with senior government officials on the security threats from Latin America where neither Venezuela nor Iran is ever mentioned. Where Daniel Ortega, the gatekeeper to much of the Central American criminal/terrorist pipeline, is not mentioned. The reason, according to a friend who has been in meeting where Latin American issues are discussed, is that it is an article of faith, believed zealously by many policy makers that 1) there is nothing unusual going on in Latin America; 2) if it is going on, it isn’t serious; and 3) if it is serious, we can handle it. In other words, mutually reinforcing, false assumptions"
The present day war of attrition- that is a well funded battle launched by committed communist cartel liars like Castro's Cuban agents, Correa and Chavez depend on manipulations, propaganda and ....lies. Ecuador is spending millions today to promote its unique prestige as one of the globe's most dishonest governments, now fully partnered with liars, ninnyhammers, dimwits and dunces- also called the Russo-Iranian liars club of nations and off the books oil traders. Bolivia's Evo Morales, following Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa's Greek chorus, is in Iran and "Morales said his visit to Iran is `a symbol of unity and solidarity among the Iranian and Bolivian nations' in opposing imperialism..." Morales is here before he trotted off to suck up with Iran's Ayatollah, following in Correa's footsteps:
Evo Morales (izquierda) y Mahmud Ahmadineyad, ayer en Teherán- EFE
One of the worst examples of paid propaganda by Correa's expensive team, also called Fenton Communications among other paid liars, in one of the most shallow claims to date in today's LOS ANGELES TIMES tells us that Lo and behold- by caveat the great Correa is a steward of the environment and of course the Dali Lama, Archbishop of Canterbury and of course the Vatican praise stewardship of nature. While stewardship of all of man's surroundings is laudable and a needs-must endeavor, the president of Ecuador's so called constitution, which is touted as an environmental protection masterpiece in not but a fraud. Correa's so called constitution is not in any way installing environmental protection laws but is instead installing a polytheism for animal worship, shaman practices and weird, kooky garbage.
Putting "nature in Ecuador's constitution" is not what Correa's communists have done, as the LATIMES here tells us. Indeed, this entire puff piece is a lie. Read that constitutional language for yourself, which obviously that newspaper did not and clearly accepted whole cloth the cheerful promo from Correa's paid liars. At the heart of this, Correa's paid communist script writers from Caracas, by way of their Euro communist training, have indeed delivered a huge trick- endowing the environment with so called inalienable rights while concurrently denying any rights- such as free speech, freedom to work, freedom from total state controls- any and all actual inalienable right endowed by the Creator.
Among all other whoppers in this bizarre propaganda puff piece, the scribes tell us that "Ecuador is codifying this shift in sensibility. In some ways, this makes sense for a country whose cultural identity is almost indistinguishable from its regional geography -- the Galapagos, the Amazon, the Sierra." the fact is that less than 7% of Ecuador's population is "indigenous" and historically, Ecuador did not ever sustain large populations due to the extremes in its geophysical terrain so needed for pre Colombian societies or hunters and gatherers or farmers. This is nothing more than a lie that the so called indigenous "must" have their communist constitution that destroys western civilization, law and order and legitimizes all that should never be legitimized.
What Correa-Chavez-Soros's pet PR propagandists do NOT do is tell the truth such as...what or where are the contracts between Iran, Venezuela and Ecuador-PetroBras? All is hidden now. And that is what should be revealed if anyone had one ounce of integrity, which clearly they do not. Ecuador is not putting nature in to its constitution- it is putting fraud, deception and the destruction of legitimacy in to its so called constitution and anyone who tells you differently, even with a cheerful enviro-labor union spin is a liar. The TIMES calls this a codification of sensibility in Correa's constitution: we call it a legal fraud and a lie.
Last week, the WALL STREET JOURNAL reminded us that all the Raul Reyes FARC materials are still waiting adjudication and noted, "Since March, intelligence analysts in Colombia and elsewhere have been poring over the thousands of documents recovered from the late Mr. Reyes's computers. The documents indicate a wide network of support for the guerrillas and a close alliance between the FARC and Mr. Chávez, who emails indicate offered the FARC money, arms and diplomatic support. At first, Mr. Chávez [and of course Correa] said the documents were fabrications, but he soon changed his rhetoric and called on the guerrillas to disarm. Interpol and U.S. intelligence services said the documents are genuine.
The FARC computer documents, reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, include an email written in September by Iván Márquez, the guerrillas' main contact with the Venezuelan government. In the email, Mr. Márquez says he met two Australian arms dealers "thanks to Ramiro (Salvador).""The friends of Ramiro," writes Mr. Márquez, "have everything we need at very favorable prices: rifles, PKM machine guns, Russian Drugunovs with sights for snipers...and missiles. Everything Russian and Chinese made....They have a thermobaric grenade that destroys everything in closed spaces, (like the bombs the gringos use against al Qaeda hiding places) for $800." Also available, according to the email: the latest Chinese ground-to-air missiles, at $93,000 each. It is unclear whether the weapons deal, which was to have gone through Venezuela, was consummated. The email did not name the Australian dealers."
And none have yet begun to analyze Correa's protection racket, also called the "new" Plan Ecuador" in all this.
But we see today here that Correa is now preaching the glories of communism, also called liberation theology in his bastardized version which is not theology, is not Christian and is- like his so called economics doctoral thesis- nothing but self serving political propaganda for more and more Marxism which Correa aberrantly believes is mankind's salvation. Salvation is NOT found in Marxism nor in anything preached by Chavez or Correa and their cult of fools and criminal cartel runners. Just as Correa's propagandists lie about the Vatican in the LOS ANGELES piece- taking their words entirely out of context- so too does Correa in his talks about religion... telling us about the devil :""Presidente reitera los ataques a la Iglesia
Indeed- Correa tells us to throw off our fears of his "new" communist constitution and reject the religious robes of past priests- like Lucifer today- and recall he urges Correa's goodness to bring Ecuador roads, schools and medicines. And if you believe that Correa has brought you a better life, better medicines, schools and roads- do please send us actual photos and data ....because real progress by Correa's team is woefully inadequate and lacking, just as his pledge that he alone is your savior. Holding hands with cartels and even Iran ...more Communism and corruption by Correa... saves no one.
