Rafael Correa Remains Active as a Liar

September 9, 2008   President Rafael Correa continues to reveal his personal ignorance, his incompetence at being president, and his addiction to manipulating every single task in his current job...as he has done all his life. In short, he is precisely a mirror of the excellence in humanity as every Ecuadorean mother hopes their child will become: dishonorable, dishonest, and with a zest for living off of someone else's money.

Among his many public whoppers- guaranteed to engineer non-facts and even more confusion across this very confused nation of willfully and cheerfully idiotic undereducated, Correa lies about the Catholic and protestant church: " `The Church is meddling in political matters, like saying that the Constitution is statist,' said Correa on August 2. He also said that `the Church can't do what it's doing.' “To Rafael Correa we say: you, sir are a liar. Of course the churches can say and do as they do because God granted them open capacity to speak on behalf of moral living- a state of grace which Rafael Correa cannot stand and willfully takes away, with zest, envy and greed. Church leaders across Ecuador receive disgusting Death Threats and phone calls signed- cynically of course- by Salvador Allende, the presumably dead Chilean communist who apparently is not dead yet to the rabid hate mongers across Ecuador, led by their new king Correa in Hate Crimes.

Even though the OAS and the overpaid NED-Carter Center have been littering the Ecuadorean landscape for weeks to bless this electoral fraud, no one is honest enough to state that with 90% of Ecuador's "base" as they call it Catholic, serious issues arise when a president installs hate crimes in place of open media and free speech.

"I believe that the threats are part of an unfortunate way of doing politics in the country, threats of various kinds. I can't deny that they are always fearful," said Antonio Arregui Yarza, Archbishop of Guayaquil.

"One isn't accustomed (to this) when one has a peaceful vision of the world, but it is painful to confirm the aggressiveness of some people who anonymously dedicate themselves to intimidation," he added.

Archbishop Arregui is a brave and decent man. Who stands with him in honor and integrity? The answer lies in the unmanned fashion of Correa's state sanctioned goon squads, liars' dens of paid propagandists, death threats, DISIP boys and Cuban intelligence actors, joining with the OAS, the Soros-backed US AID actors to promote a more happy narcostate and the Carter Center to tell us all that Ecuador is wonderful when it is not.

Arregui calls Correa's death threats "unfortunate." We call them unacceptable by any standards, including Ecuadorean non standards of hit and run, where whole societies facelessly unman themselves to craft harm to honesty. There agents of dishonor cannot even bring themselves to reveal their real persons in Ecuador, hiding behind their highly revered state emblems of CHE! Castro! Allende! and of course the Alfaristas who are the sisters to the FARC. If this be manhood as defined by Ecuadorean intelligentsia today, we suggest VIAGRA for a return to some sphere of something or other but....not this.

"Elected" president Correa states loudly, "The Church is meddling in political matters, like saying that the Constitution is statist," said Correa on August 2. He also said that "the Church can't do what it's doing." In this, Rafael Correa is a bad liar- snarky to be sure but a very very bad liar. Of course the Catholic Church can and must do what it is doing in stating the truth. And no president of what used to be a republic should lie about this, as Correa is doing.

A former asambleista from the cartel-crafting cabal in Montecristi reports, "The Saturday before last he [Correa] told the people who go to Church to rise up and call the priests liars, that the Constitution is not abortionist, etc." We remind that the soon to be  voted on Correa constitution, if one can call it that, totally hands total powers to Correa and legalizes all that should never be legalized, including sex changes and abortion on demand.

Here is one of Correa's illegal efforts....Socialism of the 21 Century casting state backed hate crimes against pro life leaders in Ecuador:

And if you agree with the U.S. Embassy in Quito and Hugo Chavez's loons that state backed hate crimes, which go against all bonds of fellowship and international jurisprudence, is a good thing, then you must vote YES in a few weeks. But if you believe that a statist cartel of communists running a narcostate in Ecuador is a bad thing, then you must vote NO this September.

Here is a free and easy way to read this proposed constitution.

Rafael Correa is a liar and an extortionist. Here is another wild eyed abuse of integrity from today's MIAMI HERALD:

"Ecuador says a multinational force of 'friendly countries' should be invited to verify security conditions on its border with Colombia and to prevent incidents like Colombia's attack on a rebel camp in Ecuador last March. Ecuador Security Minister Gustavo Larrea says the force would verify each country's security assessment of the border region and help restore the neighbors' `mutual confidence.' Larrea proposed Monday that Ecuador and Colombia choose 'five friendly countries' for the force. Ecuador has pledged to crack down on Colombian rebels that have used Ecuador as a refuge for decades. It cut diplomatic ties with its neighbor after Colombia attacked the rebel base in Ecuador."

Why would we call this a Correa cabinet lie? Because it is. Gustavo Larrea is the FARC-DISIP-Correa go between. He was trained and remains central to DISIP and Cuban operatives freely co-managing Correa's cartel. In fact, Larrea is so beloved by the FARC, they gave him secret codename "Juan" for his work with Chavez and Correa. And this "Juan" calls for friendly nations to monitor/disavow the facts from the US-Colombian reports. This is a standard KGB-Stasi ploy....claim that truth  tellers are discredited and demand "friendly" monitors to monitor, that is lie about the facts. We remind: Larrea is a bald faced liar. In no way did Ecuador hide the FARC for the past many decades nor did the government of Ecuador, until very recently, provide protection rackets to the FARC as it does today. As is known, today Ecuador is a well known haven for FARC narcoterrorists. Ecuador is a massive narco transshipment zone and assists drug lab productions by choice.

Moreover, Correa and his paid DISIP thug Larrea call Uribe and the USA as "enemies" when in fact the USA pours untraceable political support money directly in to Correa's team to enable him and Correa's pathetically nondemocratic regime because its actors actually want Ecuador inside a narcozone. But Correa loathes and despises law and order and wants to further the narcozones. Obviously, US AID and the Soros minions agree. We do not. But Colombia and the USA are already friendly nations. The USA and Colombia, with the exception of the ginned up political Reports paid by State Department and the OAS and US AID to enhance Correa's enhanced criminality with false faces, in general are entirely credible. Thus, Larrea-Correa calling for friendly nations- as opposed to credible, friendly nations such as the USA and Colombia- sets up a polemic that is nasty and dishonest.

Larrea wants to confuse the facts in order to garner support for his ridiculous Plan Ecuador to legalize a new narco zone, patrolled, he urges, by "friendly" nations. Today, outside of the US Embassy's paid pro drugs actors, the only other nations friendly to Correa remain Zimbabwe, Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Russia and sometimes China. Will the OAS and its unendingly naive allies in the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee of idiots such as Karl Meacham promote this? They already have but no one was paying attention. This is an aberration which must end now.

Yesterday, the DOW JONES wire story noted, "If the oil price falls...and we don't have enough resources we will stop paying the debt," Correa said during his weekly radio address.  Correa added that should oil prices fall, the government's variable will not be funding for social programs, irrigation projects, health or education, "but the external debt servicing and the pockets of creditors."

Correa, a left-leaning economist who took office in early 2007, has said several times that Ecuador's social needs should come before spending on external debt, especially that which his administration considers "illegal" or "illegitimate."

Last year, Correa named a commission to audit the country's external public debt issued between 1976 and 2006.

The commission will determine which series of debt should be considered illegitimate and illegal.

The commission is auditing the agreements, contracts and other forms for contracting funds from other governments, multilateral lenders, overseas commercial banking and private sector investors, especially during the administration of former President Leon Febres Cordero, who held office between 1984 and 1988.

The commission is to release its final report this month, and its recommendations could include setting up a renegotiating process or an even outright refusal to pay.

Last week, in an interview with Dow Jones Newswires, Finance Minister Wilma Salgado said Correa will make the final decision on servicing Ecuador's sovereign debt after the report from the special commission.
Commission member Franklin Canelos, meanwhile, said the commission is reaching the conclusion that there were usurious interest rates, especially for Ecuador's global bonds, and that apparently Ecuador's debt is structured only to benefit creditors.

Ecuador has three outstanding global bonds: $510 million of bonds due 2012, $650 million due 2015 and $2.7 billion due in 2030.

Correa said that the country has been paying external debt because there are funds to do so.
