September 13, 2008   ECrisis is, like all our readers, watching the opening salvos of the new Russo-Iranian cold war. We know this because the NEW YORK TIMES today runs a puff piece presenting the kinder, gentler Putin of Russia whose art of deception has risen to an all time high. But we consider the time and money Putin has plowed in to building his false face of munificence. What we do not know is why Putin would squander what little reputation Russia has left in order to help cover over the Hugo Chavez-Rafael Correa-Evo Morales cartel activities which are touted to be at hand. We believe that Putin should cancel his weapons sales and energy monopoly cartel deals with these....criminals...and end this Cold or Hot war before it begins.
 
We watch as the pieces move today for all matters are in motion now. We read in amazement as a professor in Caracas soothes that Hugo Chavez is a hot head and really does not mean it when he publicly sends the USA to the devil, in words so appalling that one wonders what trash talk will emerge from his mouth, which is a mirror of his soul and confirms Chavez's current position as proxy state leader.
 
Evo Morales and Hugo Chavez have just broken relations with the USA. Of course they broke relations long ago and are indeed today like the little boys that they are when a High School Teacher is about to hand them a failing grade in school....for Morales and Chavez are indeed failed leaders [as they were in school] and have cast their nations in to failed state status. But rather than tackle their domestic problems, which they created, and make strides to turn their failures in to more success, both presidents storm off, muttering ` you cannot call me a failure...I quit.' And so both Morales and Chavez, who should be stewards for the common good, storm out, slam the door and act like the spoiled rotten aberrant adolescents that they were raised to be...and they look like delinquents. And they are that too- dishonest delinquent adolescents who hold no honor whatsoever. And the world is better off isolating and ending its enabling of these tyrants of neo-communism and tastelessness. Problem is....their own citizens adore the manipulative- calling it virtuous- and praise the lack of honor. This prevents any restoration of integrity and gives rise to the current Andean climate which is of course Hugo Chavez and Vladimir Putin's rescue effrontery to jack back up global oil prices and save their real hearts of darkness for whom they work: Russo-Iranian spot oil traders, who have themselves been quite busy of late telling the world that Russia has no part  in Chavez's behaviors and the current oil trades, complete with Russo-Iranian military presence, to expand their life blood- global spot trades.
 
ECrisis knows well that Russian-Venezuelan spot oil traders, who sometimes call themselves investors or businessmen when....they are not, are about as dirty, lawless and corrupt as can be. They like to tell the world that they are today from the pro West opposition to Chavez- a string of complete and utter lies. They prefer to lie about one and all to cover up their own activities. This is how they act. Andean folks call this normal. We call it...the face of deception, untrustworthiness and fraud. In Miami today, some of these "oil executives" are on trial for extortion and racketeering. Our Venezuelan friends call this "normal." We call it carrying a ten year prison sentence. We also know that these infiltrators have crafted a cartel machine that is the backbone of the resurgence of the Russian hegemony across the woefully willing Andean idiots who are ripe for the plucking. We advise that each and every single government kick out all Venezuelan so called global citizens who are aligned with the Russian oil trading criminals...and watch law and order rise to sustainable levels.
 
More bizarre is the current pack of lies from these paid oil trading infiltrators from the Andes and Moscow that Putin's Russia really hates Chavez and really really really is a relationship of no consequence. These useless lairs, also called leaders of truth from Venezuela, are so incredulously deceptive that we can only ask....if their analysis is so honorable...that Russia is NOT really involved in Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia....then WHY is their fear behind their eyes? Because there sure is fear behind the eyes of millions of regular souls across the Andes today. That is...if they think about anything these days.
 
Putin tells the NEW YORK TIMES Friday that he actually adores President Bush. We know that Putin is the new heart of darkness. If Putin likes the USA so much, why has he spent millions to help Hugo Chavez and his minions last night to proclaim loudly, backed up of course by his manhood enhancing Russian military presence, that "los Yanquis de mierda se van para el carajo!" or as Chavez says, "The shitty Americans can go to hell."
 
So as Putin's puppet- backed by Putin's military- feels his manhood, thanks to Putin's prowess, Hugo Chavez sends the art of the democracy promoters to hell and back, while in the USA many were weeping afresh sad memories and honoring the victims of unbridled hatred fueled by replicating mantras today seen in co-conspirator Iranian Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's own harbingers of hatred called the AL Qaeda terrorists of 9-11. Clearly, the Russo-Iranian apologists littering the NEW YORK TIMES, the FINANCIAL TIMES, the hallways of the Dodd-Biden effrontery in the US Senate, who are Chavez apologists, currently whispering that even the political opposition leaders in Venezuela are today on Chavez's take and while busily trying to ingratiate themselves as friends of the USA reveal their own Cuban-infiltrators prowess. But the fact is: Vladimir Putin coordinated all that takes place today in the Andes as surely as he coordinated the disgustingly dishonest assault on Georgia while blaming Georgia for the grand mistake of walking in to his baited trap. There are no leaders in Latin America that Putin can accuse of walking in to his baited trap...because the Foro de Sao Paulo lobbying team has already aligned with the old KGB actors and Putin pals, currently writing constitutions for Bolivia, Ecuador and mandating whole chunks in Venezuela without popular vote since the last December vote for Chavez failed. But Chavez cares nothing about this. 

The AP on Friday writes, "Russia warned again that its ballistic rockets could be aimed at the proposed U.S. missile-defense system, which would involve installing tracking radar in the Czech Republic and 10 interceptor missiles in Poland. Russia fiercely opposes the plan, saying U.S. military installations in former Soviet satellites pose a threat to Russian security. Washington says the system is designed to protect Europe and the United States from potential missile attacks from Iran and is not directed against Russia." This is what it looks like:

We at ECrisis are not Russian experts. But we know some who are. And we know that there is fear in the eyes of these Venezuelan-Russian spot oil traders/ liars and drug runners from La Paz, Caracas and Quito. And we know with a solid certainty that these paid infiltrators have been lying about a lot of souls for a very very long time and need to go.

To keep Chavez-Putin foot soldiers in money, the world's oil market needs fake price hikes. Putin's quite hungry price hiking oil traders want this too and their mafia/cartel of dark criminals play for keeps and will go to any lengths to maintain their rackets....oil trading rackets which also runs drugs and weapons...as is the case today in the narcostates previously called Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia but today are known as narcostates running drugs, fake oil trades and contraband.

What the US AID and Soros advocates in the Andes and across London, Brussels and Washington, DC- pushing this mayhem, are doing still taking US tax dollars to lie some more and tell us all that life is wonderful under Putin-Chavez is too bizarre for words.

One of the most appallingly dishonest articles we have ever read appeared, as if on cue, in Friday's MIAMI HERALD to tell us all "Analysis: US relations with leftists leaders sour:   The [Bush] administration says it wants to get along with the growing number of leftist leaders in the Western Hemisphere, but Bolivian President Evo Morales and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez are having none of it, essentially responding with the time-honored insult: "Yankee, go home."

Of all the lies about the US-Latin relations perpetrated by enormous armies of the night...this is one whopper which cannot do unremarked. The face of the USA has concurrently been building support for the Chavez-Correa-Morales team up with Iran and Putin for years and still does so today. To pretend that the USA has not built this triad with partial support is a liars game.

While Latin citizens foolishly continue to tell us that the French had it right during the Nazi onslaught and that the Vichy government of teaming with the Nazis was brilliant and thus they intend, so they tell us, to ignore history and go right on enabling death, dishonor and destruction inside their own neighborhoods. We remind these lazy and aberrant enablers of crime that the French Vichy government was repulsively aberrant- a stain which blots the French psyche to this day. Enabling and appeasing criminal cartels helps no one- certainly not "the poor" whom they claim....just need the money.

Enabling evil does not work. President Bush instinctively knows this but his own team members lied.... a lot to him...and crafted much of this disastrous dishonesty that their work promotes freedom when it is busily selling freedom out the back door...which has led to this moment when dishonesty has gained the upper hand in South America, enabled by dishonorable persons and actions. The US Department of State has been on a trajectory of enabling evil in South America, agreeing that it is better to surrender values than to stand for much of anything. We do remind that there have been some few tepid memorable visits to honor democracy's travails by Rice, Shannon and Negroponte but these events are too few and far between to be worthwhile even as their entire team at State Department daily slams the door on truth tellers and normative strengths from both Americas. And that is a fact. Indeed, their paid roster of advisors, also called political infiltrators, is a hall of shame and of them, most as shameless self promoters and liars. They have run off anyone decent and refused to consider that appeasement, deception and enabling was not truly a brilliant strategy when....it was not.

In the USA, the MIAMI HERALD writes, "South Florida Venezuelans are joining a sweeping petition drive to protest 26 decree-laws recently issued by Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez that critics are calling an unconstitutional power grab. The measures make significant changes in property rights, the military and the president's power over regional governments."

Behind Chavez's Potty-Mouthed Rant is a matter raised today by TIME magazine.

We care nothing much for TIME's analysis- they are as useless as feathers on a fish. What we do know is that TIME claims Chavez insider informants telling them, "Regarding [U.S. ambassador] Duddy's expulsion, one Miraflores source points to the upcoming U.S presidential election and says, "We're taking these actions in large part because U.S.-Venezuela relations can't support the election of another adversarial government in Washington in November."
 
So much for TIME magazine and its Obama-Soros apologists, who ARE part of the problem...the paid propaganda problem. Ambassador Duddy may be many things, but like far far too too many US diplomats, most of them despise President Bush and co enable supports- also called real dollars - to boost the Chavez-Correa-Morales-Soros actors now carving and crafting narcozones. Removing Duddy however will not change the support the USA has been giving these Andean tyrants, although it should. In fact, some might claim that Chavez and his cohorts are doing the USA a favor because....the illicit enabling and funding of these neo communists by the USA has gone on for far too long.

You can, like most idiots, pretend that Latin constitutions are of no consequence- they come and go and carry the value of toilet paper. Currently in Washington, DC numerous paid Chavez propagandists and oil traders are telling this tall tale...as if Chavez's communist manifestos are meaningless and will be altered very very soon when....there is no proof whatsoever that this unnatural laws of full force majeur, once set in motion will not be at play for a long time. Or you can pretend that the same identical language seen in the Bolivia-Ecuador-Venezuela constitutional texts do not exist- whether by decree or by de jure/so called fair vote. These are all of a piece- a set piece. And these are not mere toilet paper scraps...just ask the Cubans about their "constitution."

Treasury Targets Venezuelan Government Officials Supporting the FARC

Washington, DC--The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today designated two senior Venezuelan government officials, Hugo Armando Carvajal Barrios and Henry de Jesus Rangel Silva, and one former official, Ramon Rodriguez Chacin, for materially assisting the narcotics trafficking activities of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), a narco-terrorist organization.

"Today's designation exposes two senior Venezuelan government officials and one former official who armed, abetted, and funded the FARC, even as it terrorized and kidnapped innocents," said Adam J. Szubin, Director of OFAC. "This is OFAC's sixth action in the last ten months against the FARC. We will continue to target and isolate those individuals and entities that aid the FARC's deadly narco-terrorist activities in the Americas."

Hugo Armando Carvajal Barrios is the Director of Venezuela's Military Intelligence Directorate (DGIM).  His assistance to the FARC includes protecting drug shipments from seizure by Venezuelan anti-narcotics authorities and providing weapons to the FARC, allowing them to maintain their stronghold of the coveted Arauca Department.   Arauca, which is located on the Colombia/Venezuela border, is known for coca cultivation and cocaine production.  Carvajal Barrios also provides the FARC with official Venezuelan government identification documents that allow FARC members to travel to and from Venezuela with ease. 

Henry de Jesus Rangel Silva, the Director of Venezuela's Directorate of Intelligence and Prevention Services or DISIP, is in charge of intelligence and counterintelligence activities for the Venezuelan government.   Rangel Silva has materially assisted the narcotics trafficking activities of the FARC.  He has also pushed for greater cooperation between the Venezuelan government and the FARC.

Ramon Emilio Rodriguez Chacin, who was Venezuela's Minister of Interior and Justice until September 8, is the Venezuelan government's main weapons contact for the FARC. The FARC uses its proceeds from narcotics sales to purchase weapons from the Venezuelan government.  Rodriguez Chacin has held numerous meetings with senior FARC members, one of which occurred at the Venezuelan government's Miraflores Palace in late 2007.  Rodriguez Chacin has also assisted the FARC by trying to facilitate a $250 million dollar loan from the Venezuelan government to the FARC in late 2007.  We cannot confirm whether the loan materialized.

On May 29, 2003, President George W. Bush identified the FARC as a significant foreign narcotics trafficker, or drug kingpin, pursuant to the Kingpin Act. In 2001, the State Department designated the FARC as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist pursuant to Executive Order 13224, and in 1997 as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

This OFAC action continues ongoing efforts under the Kingpin Act to apply financial measures against significant foreign narcotics traffickers and their organizations worldwide.  In addition to the 75 drug kingpins that have been designated by the President, 460 businesses and individuals have been designated pursuant to the Kingpin Act since June 2000. 

Today's action freezes any assets the designated entities and individuals may have under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibits U.S. persons from conducting financial or commercial transactions involving those assets. Penalties for violations of the Kingpin Act range from civil penalties of up to $1,075,000 per violation to more severe criminal penalties. Criminal penalties for corporate officers may include up to 30 years in prison and fines of up to $5,000,000. Criminal fines for corporations may reach $10,000,000. Other individuals face up to 10 years in prison for criminal violations of the Kingpin Act and fines pursuant to Title 18 of the United States Code.

Here is more from the HERALD which gives rise to some small hope that at last some Venezuelans may be thinking less about their addiction to selfishness and to a more genuine commonweal: ..."The South Florida drive is part of a larger effort organized by unions and professional trade organizations in Venezuela, with a goal of presenting a million signatures to the Organization of American States as part of a complaint about the decree-laws. `'We don't feel that democracy exists in Venezuela now, and the OAS must protect democracy,' Yvett Lugo, president of Caracas' Lawyers College, said by phone from the Venezuelan capital. `We want people on an international level to know what is happening here.' "

Then again- none can know if this is not some fake union-backed propaganda again. Like all other so-called Opposition actors from Venezuela in the USA- many of whom are well trained spies and should be kicked out- we cannot know who is who without functional due diligence although we do commend functioning freedom lovers. Tragically, this petition drive is being run by union members who are in bed with the communist Chavez, although recently Chavez has made efforts to cut their powerful unionist domestic greed, lately of real use to Chavez as useful idiots to lie a lot about the FARC and help bar Alvaro Uribe from obtaining a US-FTA..

We should all join in ending these communist constitutions from Chavez-Morales-Correa. Ride out to join up- sign joint petitions to defend that nascent liberty which is being taken forcibly on 9-28 in Quito. There is strength in standing together, no matter what you are told. Hope breeds hope.
