September 14, 2008            ECrisis pays attention when socialist narcostates, running today like a criminal cartel, funds, feeds and fuels frivolous law suits against American companies for matters that never occurred. Such is the case today in Ecuador- the cartel capitol- fueling one of the USA's most reprehensible team up of Paul Reichler, Steven Donziger and Mr. Barnes- not to mention the entire pass through accounts to paid propagandists and fake lobbyists through the current Embassy of Ecuador in Washington, DC to jigger the outcome of the phony plaintiffs case against Chevron Texaco for something it did not do.
 
But Chevron Texaco is guilty of many things in this company bankrupting matter. Chevron is guilty of ignorance and being willfully unprepared in the face of an onslaught of astroturffers, propagandists, plagiarizers, and government corruption unseen outside Putin's Moscow where journalists and opposition leaders are still murdered.
 
Chevron retains the globe's most incompetent, arrogant and frivolous Ecuadorean counsel which has padded its own wallets while delivering no legal value whatsoever to defend Chevron, as is the custom of most Ecuadorean counsel. Chevron completes this foolishness by hiring lobbyists across the USA to impact the USA's Congress to bar an ATPDEA extension for Ecuador, stupidly believing that Rafael Correa actually cares one bit about the future of Ecuador when he does not. The MIAMI HERALD here states that the USA knows well that the entire Chavez machine is one of corruption and criminality. To this we add Bolivia and Ecuador.
 
Chevron's guilt is this: lazy, incompetent Ecuadorean counsel plus failure to perform functional due diligence regarding the entire situation. Chevron looks as if its corporate headquarters actually believed the last US ambassador from the USA who opined often that Rafael Correa is wonderful and a true friend to the USA when the facts were clear that he was not. For its part, Chevron funded its own counsel to act before the courts of Ecuador which are kangaroo courts, run by Correa and fueled by hatred while not once- not ever delivering what was and is essential in this case- forensic audits.
 
Chevron is so pathetic that it did not even figure out that the U.S. Department of State is helping the Correa regime....to hurt US businesses, especially their corporate holdings, which will see a Chavez-Correa receivership if Correa and Chavez have their way.
 
Chevron has failed to be responsible, has failed to perform its own due diligence, has failed to work with decent legal counsel and has failed its shareholders with a stunning lack of preparedness and forensic analysis. Chevron's crime is to function like most Ecuadoreans whose own mothers instruct them in ways best to deceive and manipulate from birth: willfully undereducated, knowingly unprepared, ridiculously greedy and intellectually laughable while living large off someone else's money.
 
But the Correa plan to destroy Chevron Texaco is nefarious and is a Sherman tank rolling through the hallways of non-justice and has become a massive game of liars poker where no justice is permitted, pitting willful ignorance against massive propagandists. Chevron's counsel and most all Ecuadoreans believe that this is a fair fight. But here is what this "fight" looks like and what this fake "crisis" is all about... It is about bolivians trying to save their country.

If Chevron Texaco does not immediately alter its course, it will soon enough be hoisted on its own petard and lose everything it holds and no one will cry for their self inflicted loss because they alone can turn this disastrous plan around.
 
Here is BLOOMBERG reporting that Ecuador has indicted counsel for Chevron. While the USA continues to lie a lot about Ecuador and Correa- plus pour millions in to a fraudulent support for this criminal, rogue state currently converting to a communist Cuban style government which legalizes all that should never be legalized, we are loathe to defend Correa for his craven attacks on any company or person....and Correa has done many. But Chevron Texaco refuses to pay attention to the very thing that is destroying them and ignores the facts. For his part, Correa wants no part of the USA's laws, treaties or even an ambassador which he refuses to credential while lying a lot about that, too.

This is what is noted, "Thousands of citizens are suing Chevron over claims pollution left by Texaco caused cancer and birth defects. The cleanup wasn't properly performed and certificates releasing the company from liability weren't properly obtained, according to a translated version of the Aug. 26 indictment provided yesterday by Chevron. The indictment also names seven other defendants, including Ecuador's former Minister of Energy and Mines. In April, an environmental consultant in the pollution lawsuit said Chevron should pay as much as $16 billion to clean up the contaminated land in the Amazon region. A judge hasn't issued a final ruling on damages.

An analysis of the oil wells cited in the indictment ``found that they indicate work as having been performed when in fact it was not performed or not completed.'' `We will certainly defend our attorneys,' Chevron spokesman Kent Robertson said yesterday in a phone interview. `They are honorable men. We will not allow them to be persecuted.' “And what, we ask, will you do? Take the advice of the US Department of State and abandon your post, your presence and your holdings in Ecuador- as Tom Shannon has said about Ecuador [while flooding the nation with US money to help Correa] advising that one and all must throw in the towel- do nothing about Ecuador? This is craven and willful dishonesty. And is every bit as dishonest as the current dishonesty going around the USA that Russia actually despises Venezuela and its presence with Putin power will do nothing to boost Chavez and Correa's Iranian polygamy and polytheism, also called their new populism and their new alternative democracy, which is not new and is not democracy.
 
The governments of Bolivia, Venezuela and Ecuador follow what REUTERS said about Chavez on Friday, "typical Chavez strategy... he shifted a diplomatic dispute into a conflict that hurts U.S. companies."  We know too well that current diplomacy will always save its diplomat-employees in an unending job corps for overpaid contractors and will always abandon company interests, a policy commenced in the waning years of the Bill Clinton times and remaining yet in dire need of repair.

US businesses are never assisted or backed up by US diplomats. Indeed they act to cause harm to American businesses. Just review who and what are being paid by the USA/ US AID today and stop lying to us all.
 
While we commend Chevron for not throwing their ridiculously incompetent local Ecuadorean counsel under the bus and enjoying seeing them swept in to jail, we are convinced that the Chevron counsel are guilty of nothing more than incompetence, selfishness, failure to develop a comprehensive legal approach, greed, self enrichment, ignorance and all the charming attributes of most Ecuadoreans that are loathsome and manipulative. Chevron cannot sustain what is coming their way.
 
On 9-12-08, the U.S. Department of State correctly stated," `The only meaningful conspiracy in the region is the common commitment of democratic countries to enhance opportunities for their citizens ...the only overthrow we seek is that of poverty.' " We agree but the problem is....they forgot to inform their own employees to stop enabling the undemocratic cartels taking over Latin America, also assisted by State's own Soros, all in the name of helping " the poor."
 
Weekly, we hear in the media that Chevron is fighting back and that Chevron's plan to win against fraud, corruption and governmental scams will succeed.

We wish this to be true but to date, Chevron has lost, is losing and will lose some more. Chevron sadly has no winning strategy because its key actors in Ecuador are liars, are lazy, are irresponsible and genuinely manipulative. All that Chevron has and holds can be lost because, like the kingdom that fell for want of a nail for one horse shoe, Chevron has failed to stand for responsible justice, due diligence, integrity and forensic auditing- believing it can succeed without this when it cannot. Of course the Ecuadoreans want to throw Chevron's staff in to jail- that is what Correa does because Correa is a dishonest adolescent thug. And he has made plenty of room for the Chevron team by releasing Ecuador's drug runners from prison. But Chevron's allies across the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations do not want you to know this and actually promote the Plan Ecuador for a new narco safe haven. Chevron thinks that Ecuador can be lawless as long as its lawlessness does not afflict them. It is all a set piece and the pieces are in motion now.

And without so much as a by your leave, Chevron failed its shareholders in every aspect which leads us to conclude that its stock holders can sue Chevron Texaco for its illicit abandonment of self defense, also called business as usual by Ecuadoreans. Chevron is staring in to the abyss of bankruptcy, asset forfeiture and its special gift to the American people of increased loss and rising unemployment because....Chevron Texaco was, like most Ecuadoreans, so lazy that it acted irresponsibly and foolishly and has sold out its own best interests.

Here is what Chevron is up against: the face of pure evil: `We don't have a dog in this fight,’ said Steven Donziger, a New York-based lawyer representing the Ecuadorian plaintiffs. `Our intention is to win a recovery in the civil case.' Donziger said there was a `sufficient legal basis to bring indictments based on a fraudulent remediation.'  

How does one company fight evil? It must be done the old fashioned way: with honor and with the facts.

How does one fight this juggernaut which is a criminal cartel, a racket? Certainly not inside Ecuador where life today is cheap and lawlessness is rampant.

To Chevron, we advise: wake up.  Donziger is a known liar and your judge in that one room dirt shack hearing the so called case has just converted to Sharia law even as Hezbollah goons are flooding in to Ecuador. Stop reading the U.S. Department of State's cheerful web site that Ecuador is a democracy with rule of law. Stop pretending that the Ecuadorean American Chamber of Commerce is made up of anyone or anything other than liars and Correa propagandists. We read in newspapers that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce notes that it seeks justice in Ecuador for Chevron but the U.S. Chamber's own incompetence fuels local Ecuadorean Chamber members who are astonishingly dishonest, duplicitous and corrupt that while agreeing with Washington, go right on acting to promote the dishonest claims against Chevron. The U.S. Chamber forgets to clean up its own at its polluted AMCHAM and this has cost Chevron a strategic loss. And soon- a lot of money. Due diligence is Chevron's obligation and forensic audits of PetroEcuador are mandatory and still missing. Chevron's own team has failed Chevron which is being seen as the poster child for a $16 billion loss from a Correa-judge who is today a Sharia law advocate in a one room hut in the jungle. Chevron needs to add up the list of pending claims against itself and the number of cases pending on the same false charges. Some say this is heading toward $60 billion and more. We say- any of these specious and baseless claims against Texaco-Chevron exist only because Chevron acted irresponsibly, has the most incompetent legal defense teams and has failed itself.

That Ecuadorean AMCHAM encourages Correa's corruption, lies as a whole to all American businesses and the U.S. Congress and is so deeply corrupted that it must be shut off. That AMCHAM has never lifted one finger to help anyone or anything in general while instructing USA businesses that all problems can be solved with justice inside Ecuador's halls of non justice if only....if only Americans give in to their law firms' and Correa's extortion plans. this is reprehensible.

To Chevron, we counsel: do what no man and no company has done before about Ecuador: state the truth. Stop blaming everyone else. Stop whining. Stop pretending that life in Ecuador is honest when it is not. Ecuadoreans have sold themselves out to the unending and ruinous marriage of dishonesty with addictions to manipulative reality. This is no way to have or hold justice.

Although Chevron debased itself by aligning with the ruinous Russian-Iranian capo called Chavez to denounce contractual integrity, Chevron must decide whether to go bankrupt now or reform the lines. Chevron tells its own to back off...to pretend that they can manage Correa's cartel and satisfy justice. They are delusional.

What Chevron really needs is a dose of integrity and a call for all hands on deck. It will lose if it does not. And it will definitely lose everything it holds by pretending that the US Democrats, in particular the law suit jiggering  US Senators Barack Hussein Obama and Patrick Leahy who support Ecuador's cartel capo Correa, will lift one finger to undo their already massive lawfully aberrant support for Correa's fraudulent lawsuits against Chevron Texaco.

But Chevron has, like so many, made its bed. Chevron loves Barack Hussein Obama and Pat Leahy- the very ones who sold them out and stabbed them formally in the back by supporting the unlawful and case-rigging non facts against Chevron. But Chevron is so afraid to state its truths, that is represents nothing. And it will win....nothing. Just ask Dan Fisk of the NSC for a print out of what the USA's behaviors to encourage, prop up, defend, promote and fund Correa's unjust, unlawful polytheistic narcostate are. And ask yourself what Chevron can do against the Soros-Correa juggernaut of liars and propagandists currently and desperately promoting Correa's communist constitution and the election of Barack Hussein Obama in the USA.

To Chevron and to all Ecuadoreans we note: one cannot love evil and irresponsibility and succeed for long. One does not win while making the best the enemy of the good. Who are Chevron's friends in Ecuador? Do they even know? Indeed, we are not speculators but if we were, we would suggest that Chevron's stocks be sold today for its incompetence to self defend in the face of this massive juggernaut. Indeed, one can easily say that Chevron's willfulness to refuse to fight back on the merits warrants a claim before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for irresponsible handling of its own securities. And we know too well that at the heart of this is a fact that Chevron's ridiculously incompetent team has failed to grasp: Ecuador destroyed rule of law in 2005 and under Correa, has banished rule of law for the foreseeable future. No one can have justice in a place which holds no justice and where rule of law is laughed at and is considered useful only insofar as Ecuadoreans can manipulate it for self enrichment, for greed and for furthering corrupt cartels- which is the rule of lawlessness in Ecuador today. Chevron, perhaps unwittingly, will bring this utter abandonment of rule of law right inside the USA's courts, setting precedents untenable and unthinkable a decade ago. This is disgusting to any who believe that justice should be blind to politics and must stand for rule of law.

And finally to Chevron, we suggest you review what Insulza's dream state called Chile is up to these days. Here is a small piece on what is to come. Chile now is part of the cartel behaviors for Ecuador, taking on all comers for what is an alternative capitol for criminal cartel communists. Chile is now representing what Chile calls arbitration courts for the Chavez-Morales-Correa criminal empires and replaces common law, also called rule of law or contract law, in the Andes. Chile this week is hosting an alternative OAS, an alternative UN to decide what to do about Morales-Chavez-Correa's civil strife over their communist constitutions or presidential decrees without constitutional back up. Chile is the new handmaiden for non justice and alternative diplomacy, leading the so called populist forays, also called new alternative democracy which is not new and is not democracy. It is certainly not justice and is certainly not acceptable. The USA is not welcome in this parallel universe which blesses the Soros/Insulza vision of narcostates and totalitarian central states to elevate the cartels while destroying Western Civilization. Chevron Texaco is unprepared and irresponsibly ill suited to defend itself against this machine unless it reforms its lines and responsibly does what it should have been doing for the last 7 years.

South America's 12 UNASUR nations today comprise an extortion racket in full. 12 nations want you to believe that there is an emergency- a crisis over Bolivia and Venezuela. There is no crisis and no emergency. But there are criminal cartel governments that should be shut down and do now lie a lot that Chile and alternative justice will save Morales, Correa and Chavez from their own craven criminality.

Brazil wants to be its alternative banking and hedge fund headquarters under UNASUR and ALBA. Venezuela wants to be its alternative military command post. Bolivia wants to be its alternative agricultural leader- for cocaine and hybrid heroin, also called the FARC. Chile wants to be its alternative diplomatic and arbitral center for socialists and put the OAS and the UN out of business under UNASUR. Argentina seems to demand some bizarre form of political justice, claiming it wants to be primary Tourist Destination so we are not clear what role they seek but we do note that Sra Kirchner is always ready for any recycled cruise ship adventure or cocktail party event that may come her way  daily. Ecuador is partnered with Chavez and Iran to head up the total take over of all media in the region called TELESUR. Religion is also warehoused under alternative religion, also called shamans, polytheists and new age fake Christianity.

Note well that the EU and the USA- aka western civilization-  has no role in Soros's new world called carteles del sur, also called UNASUR.

To all our Venezuelan paid infiltrators and spot oil traders, littering the countryside and currently claiming to be directly advising Senators Dodd, Leahy and Congressman Delahunt and also the USA's Tom Shannon [ while claiming to loathe Chavez and his now departed amb. Alvarez] by soothing that none of this matters, these UNASUR acts mean nothing, their constitutions and denial of all of freedom's rights mean nothing and that Russia's application to bolster Chavez, Correa and Morales's reputation as alternative defense builders in this alternative democracy mean nothing....we say- wrong. We also said WRONG when these actors went around claiming that no one but a Venezuelan could know or understand Venezuela except....their own special breed even as they set about to lie to and about anyone who ever did understand these special double agents of discredited malfeasance.  It will be a very very long time before truth telling will be allowed to flourish in these lands, currently under a crisis of rampant criminality of their own making.
 
Even President Bush knows that a few truth tellers exist across South America. he knows some from Uruguay, a few from the Peru of the late 1990s, many from Colombia and from assorted efforts across the hemisphere who are of course unwelcome in Washington, D.C. But Latin truth tellers, like American businesses [if they are honest] have had the door slammed in their faces by Bush's own teams across too many embassies and of course by State's Tom Shannon, Arnold Chacon and the NSC's Dan Fisk who apparently still find value in co funding the useless lies inside Soros's CRISIS Reports and WOLA's supports for helping the poor through the FARC. These so called leaders prefer to let their own reputations be sullied not only by Soros infiltrators of pro drugs dishonesty but also their double speak about what really transpires in these alternative democracies, which are no longer democracies.
 
Although Chevron Texaco cares nothing about anything but its own self, following all good instructions by selfish and irresponsible Ecuadorean mamas of manipulative living off of someone else's money- always a recipe for disaster, we urge Chevron to pay attention to parallel cases against other innocent parties, such as the Isaias family, the Pinto manufacturing businesses, media companies, scores of simple, singular citizens and today the Bishop of Guayaquil. Correa's paid DISIP pals are setting about, as they did in Caracas, to plant fake Ecuadorean mothers of manipulation with their babies to accuse Arregui of fathering bastards.

This timely effort is to coincide with Arregui's open mass for prayer today. With no due process, no forensic material, including DNA and not a chance that Arregui- an avowed celibate- is guilty, Correa cares nothing...except to win. This Ecuadorean commitment to DISIP and its nasty rule of terror is non negotiable with Rafael Correa whose credo is to stubbornly never negotiate anything when his own interests are on the line, also called no honor among thieves.
 
We are past weary of lies telling us that "all is under control" to assist Bishop Arregui, to help Chevron Texaco, to help the Pinto people attacked for no reason whatsoever except greed or the incompetent Isaias family and any pro liberty persons left standing in Ecuador. We are quite put out by liars telling us that Russia's presence in Venezuela means nothing and that no one understand this except Venezuelans and that Chavez is falling apart. We disagree completely. We also disagree strongly with their lies that the USA must never ever designate Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador as state sponsors of terror because truth telling will "hurt the poor or may cause their banking houses to suffer some losses of remittances to the region" which are also called money laundering ploys. We have heard this excuse too many times....that narcoterror exists only to help the poor. We think that instead of listening to their sworn testimony to distract from truth telling, their paid Reports, their Plan Ecuador, their dismissal of Western Civilization...they may well want to listen today to John Walters. He seems to have the right of it. Why then does the US and its officials seem to spend more time with double agents of dishonesty and malfeasance than with its own truth tellers and like minded souls from Latin America? Why indeed.
 
What we still do not know is why Russia's Putin throws his towel in with this sorry lot of terror supporters, narcoterrorists and dirty Russian oil and dirty money movers from Venezuela, its banks and its Bolivian and Ecuadorean backers. Does Putin really need to protect and defend his dirty money and dirty oil traders that badly? Is he so dependant on these criminals that he exposes his own corruption? There is no legitimate reason to throw one's lot with Iran, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia....except dirty money movements and support for more terror proxies. Some believe this gives the necessary disequilibrium- that is unbearable instability- that helps jack up global oil prices which benefits only dirty spot oil traders....from Venezuela, Ecuador, Russia and Nigeria.  ECrisis will be watching. Today they are making their own laws, their own militaries and their own alternative democracy narcostates within this hemisphere...to fraudulently claim to protect and defend their right to crime, also called helping the poor. Last we looked, the "poor" are only helped with more democracy and more freedoms- not less.
