PdVSA, now partnered with PetroEcuador, and its Dirty Oil Traders on Trial in Miami
September 17, 2008 Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa are merging many things- governance, shipping, militaries and energy business. Petroecuador and PdVSA are essentially co-managed today and both are open wallets, unaccountable, mismanaged pass through accounts for bribery, malfeasance and monies for cartel behaviors. If you do not believe this, just try- try very hard- to review their merger deals and secure an independent forensic audit on these cartel fueling oil giants, also called sole source of state finances along with narcotics running.
EL UNIVERSAL writes, "Trial for suitcase scandal is a `trash operation,' says Chávez
The head of state [Chavez] explained that he did not talk about it with his Argentinean counterpart Cristina Fernández de Kirchner during a recent summit [ that would be...the UNASUR confab] in Chile...On August 4th, 2007, in Buenos Aires, Antonini was caught in possession of a suitcase containing USD 800,000 in cash. According to the evidence produced at the courthouse, the money coming from state-run oil holding Petróleos de Venezuela was set to finance Kirchner's presidential campaign, AFP quoted."
To be fair....Hugo Chavez is not alone is saying that the Miami trial is meaningless and will not affect his criminal outfit called PdVSA, now partnered with PetroEcuador and teaming with PetroBras. And indeed it should. Today, scores of paid spot oil traders, Russian operatives and Venezuelans are littering the USA with their stories, also called propaganda, that the USA's court actions against the criminal activities performed by PdVSA in concert with Hugo Chavez and his DISIP agents...means nothing. They also cheerfully tell us that Chavez is not the perp who should go down for his crimes but that it is the Kirchners instead, preferring to protect their own oil trading adventures while selling out their cocktail party ready Kirchners. They also tell us that Chavez and Correa- and all their criminal malfeasance- is meaningless....they are just trying to "help the poor" like Evo Morales is helping the poor by creating his state narcozone.
What we do not know is how long it will take our friends in the USA and in Ecuador to stop listening to these dirty Russo-Venezuelan oil traders and boot their lying, manipulative little DISIP-backed bodies out of Ecuador and out of the USA's Congress, its media infiltration efforts and its systemic infiltration of the White House and its Department of State.
We at ECrisis have posted the "suitcase scandal" trial materials for months now as publicly available. This story is dramatically followed across the Andes with real interest. In the USA, the MIAMI HERALD and the NEW YORK TIMES cover the trial. No one- no one with a brain or any reason- cannot but conclude that this trial regarding millions paid by Chavez from stolen PdVSA funds to bribe and extort the always cocktail party ready Kirchners of Argentina is of course a criminal trial against Chavez's PdVSA which of course must be barred from any presence inside the USA.
PdVSA criminally bribed many a government and it is PdVSA and the government of Venezuela which is on trial in Miami. But Chavez does not want you to know this and he is spending lots of money to mislead on the facts to protect....his own crimes. Even the most shallow analysis of this trial reveals the facts: Chavez's henchmen using dirty, stolen PdVSA money and its racketeering hit men in Florida are on trial. Our cocktail party-ready friends the Kirchners, who have not the gravitas or the wisdom God gave a dead toad, are not on trial in Miami even though they possibly should be. Hugo Chavez's entire governmental extortion rackets are on trial in Miami, also called Chavez's dirty spot oil traders or PdVSA-which is a nefarious criminal global racket, and well they should be.
But wait you say- numerous paid lobbyists for PdVSA and the Venezuelan Bankers swear under oath that they are truth tellers [when they are not] and are hyper-frenzied to inform Andean residents and the USA media, its government functionaries and elected U.S. Democratic Party officials, plus Wall Street that Chavez's dirty oil dealers and bribery and money laundering and drug running and spot oil trades and oil derivatives swaps dealers, often seen in London and Moscow or...behind a computer anywhere on this planet...are not part and parcel of the problem. No- they advise soothingly- it is the Kirchners who are guilty here and not anything remotely connected to Venezuela's vast banking network of dirty oil traders- none of whom ever barely emerge from their shadows and their shadowy pasts. Russian oil traders, also called PdVSA, sell out ...fast to protect their own cartels.
Russian press, still state controlled, reports this week that Chavez inked another multi-billion buying spree with Putin for more attack weapons and enhanced technology, Broad Band installations- all to be run by Russians plus Russian managed oil swamps. This might as well have said "oil derivatives swaps" which are the swamps of the Russo-Andean cartels, which they now call UNASUR style or alternative democracy- of the cartels, for the cartels and by the cartels. If you do not believe us, just follow the DISIP-Cuban-Russian agents around. Oil swaps- their game in main.
What we have here is yet one more massive criminal extortion racket, also called PdVSA or more appropriately the entire government of Venezuela, which of course has merged with the previously independent governments of Ecuador and Bolivia, for a regional bloc cartel. Every time we are informed that the Miami case is a waste of time, we know that the speaker is a perp- a double agent for dirty Russian oil swaps and dirty PdVSA. We know this because law and order is always important. We care nothing about that trial's formal outcome. We do care very much about the facts. And the facts are that Antonini Wilson turned states' evidence voluntarily for protection for his family from Chavez's governmental murderers, assassins and extortion rackets, also called PdVSA, which sells most of its oil across murky, dirty global off the books trades while insisting that the USA's oil remain well above $140 a barrel de minimis even as Venezuelans are subsidized with almost give-away oil refined inside the USA.
And what, one may ask, are these Brussels events achieving? Today's BOSTON Globe reports on Soros's $400,000 - what does he call it-? philanthropy- aka lobbying money- to legalize marijuana in Massachusetts in the USA. Here is Soros yesterday in Europe; These One Globe revisionists look about as productive as....UNASUR and about as honest, even as Soros dispatched his preferred so called economist for socialism Jeffrey Sach's partner Joseph Stiglitz to craft and support Banco del Sur and ALBA:

Financier... George Soros arrives at the European Roma summit as European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso (rear) delivers a speech in Brussels September 16, 2008.
And what we ask does UNASUR achieve?
Our new favorite- UNASUR- the latest kindergarten for communists in Latin America- headed out of session in Chile with mandates to serve...to serve duplicity and mischief and help enshrine Bolivia as a narcostate. There were no profiles in courage in Chile on Monday and Tuesday this week- only manipulative teen agers trying to look serious as they broke all bonds of fellowship under law. LA RAZON has the story here of UNASUR's accomplishments, which are....more delays, more faked/ginned up propaganda- also called Reports- and not one call for any return to any form of human rights or due process even as pres. Morales tossed opposition leaders in jail, citing genocide without any facts. As in Ecuador, the genocide is against democracy and rule of law as communism rolls through.
We continue to ask also why the USA's opaque lobbying arm for neo communists, has teamed up with Soros to install these narcozones? Here is the face on last night's BBC, also the face of major land and commercial holder in Argentina and Brazil's PetroBras- currently teaming with the military for more nuclear power and possible bombs- telling us that all this current oil price decline is like the Depression Era crash. And what was Soros himself doing them? Selling his fellow Jews to the Nazis for bounties:
George Soros: Is worried the world could collapse in a 1930s style depression
And while Chavez calls the U.S. justice system trash, we ask: Who is the Trash here? And when will someone act like an adult and take out this trash? We do not need more global turmoil and instability....only to promote this pathetic plan to enshrine more global socialism. Stand up, we suggest, and take out your own trash. Stop waiting for some underpaid hireling to do it for you. This article asks who stands against the growing trash odor billowing from the UNASUR nations, united to avoid common sense and functional democracy:

Who'll Back Monroe Doctrine?
By INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY | Posted Tuesday, September 16, 2008 4:20 PM PT
Geopolitics: The Black Sea-Caribbean chess game continues. The flight of two Russian bombers to Venezuela raises the possibility of the next president, or even this one, being forced to intervene in our own hemisphere. There are enough definitions of the Bush Doctrine to make it a separate category on the game show "Jeopardy." Gov. Sarah Palin was grilled on it by ABC's Charles Gibson as a test of her competence for higher office. But there's another doctrine no one remembers that may prove critical in the next four years.
Touring journalists captured the outline of a Russian Tu-160 "Blackjack" nuclear-capable bomber in August at a military base south of Moscow. Two Tu-160s landed last week in Venezuela as part of Russia's attempt to meddle in America's hemisphere.
In President James Monroe's Annual Message to Congress on Dec. 2, 1823, he delivered what has come to be called the Monroe Doctrine.
The United States sent a "keep off the grass" message to the powers of the Old World that the Americas were no longer open to European colonization, and that any effort to extend European political influence into the New World would be considered by the U.S. "as dangerous to our peace and safety."
The Monroe Doctrine figured prominently before and during the Cuban Missile Crisis as the Soviet Union tried to establish a permanent military base in Cuba and extend the Warsaw Pact into our hemisphere.
At an Aug. 29, 1962, press conference, President Kennedy warned Moscow: "The Monroe Doctrine means what it has meant since President Monroe and John Quincy Adams enunciated it, and that is that we would oppose a foreign power extending its power to the Western Hemisphere, and that is why we oppose what is happening in Cuba today."
Oppose Moscow we did, blockading Cuba and forcing the removal of Soviet bombers and missiles targeted on the United States.
The Russian bear is back in our neck of the woods, and a foreign power is once again trying to extend its power to the Western Hemisphere. Moscow has found willing accomplices, reconnecting with its old ally Cuba and finding common cause in the anti-U.S. regime of Hugo Chavez's Venezuela.
After the breakup of the Soviet Union, Moscow bided its time, watching as NATO expanded well into the old "Evil Empire."
Now, flush with energy revenues and a rebuilding military, the empire is striking back, starting with NATO wannabe Georgia. The presence of U.S. and NATO warships in the Black Sea delivering supplies to the Georgian port of Poti, led by the USS Mount Whitney, has not amused the reborn czars.
A week ago, a pair of supersonic and nuclear-capable Russian Tu-160 "Blackjack" bombers landed in Venezuela, ostensibly to conduct patrols over neutral waters in the Caribbean and the Pacific.
The planes, which were escorted by U.S. aircraft all the way, were scheduled to stay a month. Defying expectations, the planes are now due to leave Thursday.
Still, the potential presence of Russian bombers in the Caribbean if and when that phone rings at 3 a.m. seriously complicates things.
So do joint military exercises scheduled for November, perhaps Russia's most provocative move since the Soviet Union supported Marxist guerrillas in Nicaragua and El Salvador. The chief of Venezuela's naval intelligence, Admiral Salbatore Cammarata Bastidas, says a flotilla of Russian warships, along with 1,000 Russian soldiers, will be headed to Caracas this year.
"The Russians are clearly signaling to the Americans that their presence in the Black Sea will be met by a Russian presence in the Caribbean," said Stratfor analyst George Friedman.
The Russian armada will include the Kirov-class "Peter the Great," a nuclear-powered heavy missile cruiser, one of the largest warships in the world. It is armed with SS-N-19 Shipwreck long-range anti-ship missiles. She will be sailing in an area where nine of every 14 barrels of imported oil, even some Alaskan oil, must transit.
Earlier this year, the U.S. Navy decided to re-form the Fourth Fleet to patrol the Caribbean.
The fleet, disbanded in 1953, is said to be needed for drug interdiction following the flood of trafficking from Venezuela after its 2005 cutoff of cooperation with the Drug Enforcement Administration. We suspect it will also keep an eye out for Russian heavy cruisers.
JFK thought the Monroe Doctrine still meant what it said. Do we? In a confrontation, who will blink this time?
-------------
Once again, we ask: why would Russia want its asset class/its speculators exposed by so publicly promoting their workshops in Caracas? Are they really so desperately afraid that Chavez will implode and take their dirty businesses down with him? Having failed to erect a fully operational lawless regime inside the USA to date, their success at cartel creation in South America may be unpopular but....when did that stop these folks and when did wishful thinking ever end dictatorships?
Just ask the Cubans or the North Koreans....they do not even know WHERE their Waldo-style hiding leaders are....but they know one thing: they have no way out from their national policy of dishonest hide and seek gamesmanship, which their governments call transparent democracies but we call dishonest buffoons- serious weirdos:

And so we ask....do you know what WEIRDO is in your community today?
