Rampant Real World Consequences of Correa's Crimes
December 23, 2008 ECrisis no longer considers valid any of the misleading and disgustingly dishonest reports about Ecuador from the United States government which is only aiding and abetting Rafael Correa's crime spree and his installation of an Iranian paradise in Ecuador for his cartel masters of terror. As we have said before, we are past being worried about Ecuador and Iran and now we are repulsed by the enabling of Correa's masters of terror, however small or large. Correa has been operating fully in a world of lies and his actions do have real world consequences, whether anyone wants to be honest about this or not.
Ecuador is financially bankrupt. Every give away you take from Correa comes from either very dirty money, forbidden by international norms, or is stolen from some innocent business or person. You need to get the point here that taking stolen money from a drug runner is called being an accomplice. Ecuador is bankrupt and Correa bankrupted this nation. You are driving his get away car. You need to get out now and stop enabling Rafael Correa's crime spree. Tell him to grow up and be an honest adult or get out. Stop cowering and enabling his temper tantrums and manipulative ploys that he is your one and only. He is not. His charade is killing all integrity that ever was.
As for the shady, unaccountably aberrant world of Rafael Correa's cartel government, Correa depends on the rampant, activist support of willfully manipulative and manipulated Ecuadoreans whom he does now lead like a giant Ponzi scheme with all the due diligence of a Ponzi Scheme, which is precisely the Correa economic model, also called fraudulent economics by intention. Ecuadoreans are so easily seduced that they have leveraged their own future through gleeful irresponsibility in to a doomed future. Correa's real life politics are crafted in deception and lies which Ecuadoreans preach revere and practice now. Correa may operate in a world of lies, but his actions will have consequences in the real world.
If you prefer to be known as childishly inept and incompetent, you will continue to pretend that Correa is not a drug king pin when he is and you will continue to pretend that merging with Iran is of no consequence when it is. You may also try to believe that Russia's deliverables of surface to air missiles to Iran is of no consequence also but in this, you would also be very stupid. Rafael Correa, who has not one enemy but his own dishonest and manipulative self, wants you to pretend that he is honest when he spends billions on weapons of aggression which he calls defensive to commence a militarization scam against the USA's ally Colombia.
The TIMES of London writes today about Bernie Madoff's $50 billion + Ponzi fraud: "Not everyone fell for the Madoff mystique. The [US] SEC now admits that it has been receiving formal complaints about Mr Madoff's methods since 1999, including a 2005 report entitled The World's Largest Hedge Fund is a Fraud. The report was shelved in 2006; no action taken. The SEC, under its new management, must find out why. It must establish why feeder funds, from Connecticut to London and Paris, were so relaxed about investing vast sums without even a semblance of due diligence. And it must ask Mr Madoff's sons awkward questions about how they could have known so little for so long. “How indeed did Madoff's children live off his money for decades and claim to know nothing of his crimes?
As with Madoff's children who pretend ignorance of their father's acts that kept them well funded, we must ask how do Ecuadoreans live off Correa's ill gotten handouts and know nothing of his crimes? All Ecuadorians are taught to never ever ask about where the money comes from as long as the money keeps rolling in with no accountability and no transparency. Ecuador's money today comes from jiggered gifts from the CAF, money from Chavez and money from the FARC and money from Iran and money from selling fake passports and drug running plus protection rackets. Ecuador's money also comes from stealing from legitimate people and companies. Ecuadoreans need to grow up and stop acting like co-enabling children and find out where Correa's dirty money laundering funds come from. We know that Correa spends some of this money to buy your silence, to buy more lies and propaganda and to buy influence and to extort more people.
We should rewrite this piece about Madoff and note: " The World's Funders of Evil are Frauds." Rafael Correa is a fraud. He is no US trained economist. No one can ever be called "US trained" who attends a shopping mall university, paid for by US donors, for 18 months and gain both a Masters and PhD in under a year and a half and claim to have learned much of anything- certainly not an academic reward. Rafael Correa did game the USA's generosity and gamed a dual degree which he neither deserved nor learned much about. We know this because his ridiculous so called theses are political scrum to sell the idea that capitalism is evil and free trade hurts the poor. Correa fraudulently games the U.S. educational system as he has been manipulating everything he has ever touched. Ecuadoreans call this blessed and proclaim their natural right to scam everything they can while delivering nothing toward any common good. Ecuadoreans have even created whole cloth a new religion to proclaim their blessed religion of manipulations, called he cult of the manipulative adolescent narcissist, also called the state religion of Pachamama deification for metrosexuals.
Ecuador has no transparency, no legitimacy, no democracy, no law and order, no advice and consent, no legitimate money, no Congress, no honor, no validity, no accountability and no future. Ecuador likes it this way because all Ecuadoreans from birth revere the fake and worship the unholy and dishonest, calling these true relationship building tools when they are not. Ecuadoreans need to work very hard to remove manipulative living from their lives. In so doing, you may yet get a leader whose values are clean and transparent and non-manipulative. Tragically Ecuadoreans today are so addicted to manipulative thinking that clear and clean thinkers are considered suspect, laughable, non-players and dupes. This is a true tragedy born by addiction to manipulations.
But the TIMES notes, "Before writing new rules for a new financial era, the old ones must be enforced on any who broke them." We agree. Before creating new alternative democracies, new alternative financial scams and new alternative ethics, best to enact and enforce the ethical rules and laws that significantly better mankind instead of enabling more crime.
Today's WALL STREET JOURNAL writes of Barack Hussein Obama's appeal to narcissistic, manipulative undereducated voters. Correa has a whole nation of them called Ecuadoreans. By gifting Obama Man of the Year by CNN's TIME MAGAZINE, we see"...fundamentally an appeal to our narcissism. This year's choice of Mr. Obama is of the same piece. `We are the one's we've been waiting for,' `We are the change that we seek,' and `Yes we can' -- among his campaign's more memorable catchphrases -- are merely three solipsistic, dimly oracular, weirdly empowering tautologies neatly suited for this Me-We age...That monument will be to a presidency we already know will be great, because its greatness rests fundamentally on how it makes us feel about ourselves -- intelligent, broad-minded, good-hearted -- and bears only an abstract relation to whatever objective results it might achieve. It is a monument to a cult of personality in the making, a personality that will bear the name of Barack Obama but whose central character is -- who else? -- you. Imagine an interior space, with lots of mirrors, and you've got the basic design." That is to say that you get the leaders you think best reflect you. Cults of personality are always manipulative and always dishonest. As we have said before: unless you are honest, you refuse to see that your great leader is a failure. As to Obama, there is always hope just as there is always hope that Obama can pull off a cut off of his backers and possibly lead the USA honestly without being the hollow puppet that he is today and there is always hope that Correa will cut off his cartel criminal pals. There is also the application of free speech and a drive to better your life and your family. That is not taken away- yet but unless you act on it, it will wither and die. Use it or lose it.
