The Illegal, Dishonest Acts of Moral Relativism

Practiced to Expand Crime by FARC Promoting and Enabling Soros-US AID, UN and some EU-backed "NGOs" Serving Cartel Nations Ecuador and Venezuela

January 2, 2008   ECrisis revisits the Ecuadorean protection racket under current president Rafael Correa by highlighting a Swiss piece on the role of European, North American, UN and Soros family of NGO actors- idiots all, the complicity of the UN to protect the FARC and the active support of the FARC from Chavez and Correa to run drugs and manage protection rackets. The FARC's operations manager Raul Reyes died in the wee hours of March 1, 2008 after darting on to one of his own thousands of hidden land mines in Ecuador- his well protected intelligence center which illegally flourished under Lucio Gutierrez, Alfredo Palacios and Rafael Correa- for fees and for protection. Reyes died, in other words, by his own hand so to speak- on his own weapon of terror: land mines, and was not "blown up" by a bomb. Rafael Correa knows this and has been lying about it for almost one year.

No one should not disregard the invaluable shut down of Reyes's intelligence operations inside Ecuador. Reyes was able to command and control a multi million dollar terrorist group with almost 20,000 terror actors and oversee the global political and propaganda efforts from his land mine protected multi-year, multi-hectare plantation in Ecuador. On the night Reyes died, there existed not one bomb crater nor any bombing raid effects- no trees burned, no humans torched, no computer losses- only the dead from falling on their own swords- their self installed land mines. Reyes played a courtly Prince Hal to numerous U.S. Congressional Democrats, safely guided to his person by paid employees from the U.S. Embassy in Quito, along with emissaries from the George Soros FARC support actors guild of U.S. taxpayer funded liars and a panoply of global enablers of crime. This gifted Reyes with a larger than life command center even as he was promised by these North American liars that Barack Hussein Obama as U.S. president, in order to help pay back his overwhelming gratitude to George Soros for his election fees, would protect and defend the FARC also and help carve a narcozone in Ecuador just as the Clinton-Soros team had done in Colombia before Uribe in 2001. Nations divided against themselves do not last long and....the Soros/US AID liars know this but carry on with their plans regardless of human sufferings. Karl Meacham of the Soros-Schumer upbringing, now serving the embarrassingly vapid and mentally vacated U.S. Senator Lugar, should have learned this. Ecuador has made itself safe for terror.

The entire Swiss article here called HELPING THE HOSTAGE TAKERS [that is- how Europe helped the FARC], details numerous Soros-infused NGO actors working in partnership with the UN to promote and expand the FARC. We still do not understand why the Bush team in Washington under Secretary Rice enabled this crime spree by NGO crime builders to run roughshod for so long in the Andes. The article is well worth studying and is an eloquent reminder of what happens when good men and women do nothing...or worse- what happens when women and men make the best the enemy of the good.

This author correctly notes, " Founded in 1964, the FARC have long since left behind any aura of Robin Hood style heroism – supposing they ever had any. The leadership of the organization is controlled by orthodox Marxists in the Soviet mold. At the latest in the 1980s, the FARC developed into a kind of criminal syndicate that by way of kidnappings, “protection” rackets, and drug trafficking generated several hundred million dollars in revenue per year and has been responsible for tens of thousands of dead. On the pretext of pursuing the class struggle, they send children into battle, mine large areas of the Colombian countryside and do not hesitate to spread terror through bombings. Thirty one countries, led by the United States, Columbia’s neighbors and the EU states – but not Switzerland – classify the FARC as a terrorist organization in the same league as Al-Qaida.

The death of Reyes was just one of many important setbacks that the Colombian government has inflicted on the narco-guerilla in the last months and years. The success of the military operations has led to a marked fall in acts of violence and contributed to the ongoing popularity of the government of President Álvaro Uribe, as even Uribe’s opponents admit. But the strike against Reyes was, nonetheless, something special: in his camp, Colombian troops seized three laptop computers, on which, in effect, the entire electronic memory of the FARC was saved. Over 11,000 documents, e-mails, photos, and strategy papers provide investigators profound insight into the inner-life of the gangster syndicate...Switzerland has played a central role in the Colombian hostage crisis as a supposedly “neutral” mediator. But the e-mail correspondence of the FARC, extracts from which are available to Die Weltwoche, shows that a solution of the hostage crisis was never in fact a priority for the FARC. The “negotiations” as such, which provided an international stage for the militarily beleaguered guerilla, were from the start an end in themselves for the FARC. The Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs (EDA), under the direction of Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey, took on the role of helpful courier in the cynical game of poker being played by the guerilla and often neglected to take even the slightest distance from the FARC extortionists. "

As it remains, the government of Ecuador served to further the extortion and criminal profiteering rackets which delivered murder, kidnapping, slavery and unspeakable atrocities- all under the name of running drugs for the blessings of Cuban style communism, called the FARC. Indeed. Rafael Correa is, as is Hugo Chavez, a drug king pin. It is time to stop revering Correa, a string of dishonest acts not unlike the disgusting veneration of another terror enhancer named Ernesto Che Guevara. Moreover, this article traces a small part of how the FARC stayed in power for so long: global enabling, also called negotiator's GETTING TO YES or shallow, empty diplomacy, also called criminal enabling:

At the beginning of 2003, the Swiss Federation allocates some 240 million Swiss francs (roughly $240 million) to “the promotion of peace.” Colombia is declared to be a pilot project, which is supposed to demonstrate how a conflict can be resolved through dialogue. The EDA also contributes some 500 million Swiss francs a year to SUIPPCOL: the Swiss Program for the Promotion of Peace in Colombia. SUIPPCOL is a coalition of aid agencies that are active in Colombia (including Fastenopfer, Heks, Swissaid, Amnesty International, the Working Group Swiss-Colombia, and Caritas serving as lead agency).

As clearly expressed in its communiqués and events, the attitude of SUIPPCOL to the FARC guerilla largely coincides with that of the EDA: the criminal acts of the FARC are, of course, broadly condemned, but at the same time they are relativized by reference to the attacks of the civilian paramilitary forces, which latter are described in great detail and treated as far more serious. In keeping with the doctrine that is widespread in Europe, the core of the problem is supposed to be social injustice. This formula presupposes that the guerilla enjoys substantial support among the population – a premise that Uribe’s popularity disproves – and it inverts cause and effect. The undoubtedly brutal and corrupt paramilitaries did not give rise to the guerilla; on the contrary, they are themselves clearly a consequence of the guerilla’s rise.

After his predecessor was led around by the nose for years by the guerilla over the course of fraudulent negotiations, Alvaro Uribe decides to use force. In the final analysis, he is simply trying to uphold Colombian law. (In Colombia, it is against the law even just to pay a ransom.) But the Europeans – who cling to their third-worldist dogma and insist on “dialogue” with the extortionists – put pressure on Uribe, and in spring 2004 he declares his willingness, nonetheless, to give Switzerland, France, and Spain a mandate to conduct negotiations with the FARC. Colombia is seeking to sign free trade agreements and it is important to maintain good relations with the old world.

Although the UN's Kofi Annan approved much UN funding for the dishonest so called FARC peace talks....in Havana...gifting even the FARC with UN diplomatic status- Annan clearly enabled the FARC's crimes and conferred often with his #2 man Mark Malloch Brown at the UN after departing a ruinous career at the World Bank, also a Soros operative now in dis-service to the UK's PM Gordon Brown of all the foolishness. Here is the Swiss government's UN-FARC go between in Cuba speaking with the FARC, telling them that Ingrid Betancourt's former lover Dominique du Villepan of France [previously revered for his personal role in enabling Saddam Hussein's oil for food money making scams] can help prolong her captivity to expand sympathy for the FARC, once again using Ingrid, apparently following the same plan seen across her entire life of numerous persons close to her who simply....just used and abused Ingrid, always manipulating her and incessantly manipulating everything about her life. Betancourt was herself existing in a self made prison long before she was a FARC captive which may be the only time in her life she was actually honest about her self made captivity: Shortly after Uribe’s election, Professor Gontard meets in Cuba with Juan-Antonio, a high-ranking representative of the FARC, in order to discuss the situation. The Swiss professor tells him that UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan is very open toward the FARC, Juan-Antonio’s reports to his superior, and that he thinks nothing of Uribe.

According to the e-mails of Juan-Antonio, the professor displays unabashed sympathy for the FARC and offers his advice on how optimally to use the hostages: “The new Minister of France, Dominique de Willepin [sic!], has been a personal friend of Ingrid for many years now, Gontard says, and it is the perfect time to play political games [jugadas politicas], in order to increase the rift that exists vis-à-vis the USA insofar as Colombia is concerned. One adequate measure would be to signal to France the possibility of a solution in Ingrid’s case that would deepen the contradiction and could have political benefits...

Here is the Swiss diplomat- acting on behalf of the Swiss government in partnership with numerous Soros groups- in his communiqué to the now dead Sureshot, titular head of the FARC on the evil " integrity" of the FARC and subsequent analysis: The United Nations is a symbolic organization to which no one attaches much importance any more, but it will present itself as neutral toward us and it will help us, in order to improve its image. .. From the standpoint of the FARC, Switzerland has served its purpose and can leave now. In summer 2007, the EDA withdraws from the negotiations. The Venezuelan caudillo Hugo Chávez takes over. His aims are by no means humanitarian in nature, as Chávez wants to make the world believe. The correspondence on Reyes’s computer shows that the Venezuelan president promises the FARC substantial arms shipments and financial aid on the order of some $300 million. Hugo Chávez wants to integrate the guerilla force into his “Bolivarian Revolution,” which is supposed to transform the entire subcontinent from the Rio Grande to Tierra del Fuego into one big socialist paradise according to the well-known recipes of Karl Marx and Fidel Castro..

The Swiss report soothingly concludes its tale by telling us of the illicit deal between Chavez and Uribe:  as many have noted already, Chavez agreed to publicly denounce the FARC and in return, Uribe would never release the contents of the Raul Reyes FARC intelligence. It remains completely unclear with the government of the United States of America would promote this cover up and it remains even more stunningly clear that Hugo Chavez may have publicly promised to end his money making with the FARC but as he always does, had no intention of actually making good on his word. Fools make deals with manipulators and liars....or criminals. In this case, it is both. The author notes:  The military strike against Raúl Reyes on 1 March 2008 represented a turning point. After the initial cries of indignation, all the governments involved – and first and foremost, Hugo Chávez – quickly took their distance from the FARC. On his TV program, Chávez, who is known for his sudden changes of opinion, declared the FARC to be “a relic of the last century that no longer has any sense nowadays.” The evidence was too glaring to be covered up by mere bluster. In exchange, Colombia refrained from making public further details from Reyes’s computer.

We maintain that like Rafael Correa, Hugo Chavez is a drug king pin. We also maintain that the utterly illicit deal to bar review of the Reyes trove of FARC materials, as long as Chavez said once for show that he did not love the FARC is a deal that should have never been made. Indeed, Chavez never intended to stop running drugs and the deal was broken long ago. It is time for Colombia and the USA to reveal the Raul Reyes FARC materials- or at least the first 20,000 pages. Do we care that Soros's own U.S. Congressman McGovern is mentioned prominently, along with U.S. Embassy of Quito enablers? No- we do not. We care that the drug king pins called Chavez and Correa- and all their terror enabling backers, buffoons, profligates and criminal cartels cease and desist. Anyone who stands with the FARC and Chavez and Correa stands for criminal cartel building.

The only crime building effort standing between the factual release of the Reyes FARC materials and honest transparency remains....the George Soros family of criminal cartel supporters, sometimes called sovereign wealth derivatives enrichment. This report lists but a few from the FARC-Correa-Chavez protection rackets, called the Soros family of NGOs a few listed here which served as proxies for numerous Soros funded pro FARC NGOs from the USA active in the Andes: The EDA also contributes some 500 million Swiss francs a year to SUIPPCOL: the Swiss Program for the Promotion of Peace in Colombia. SUIPPCOL is a coalition of aid agencies that are active in Colombia (including Fastenopfer, Heks, Swissaid, Amnesty International, the Working Group Swiss-Colombia, and Caritas serving as lead agency. The fake deal that Chavez would stand against the FARC was long ago dropped by Chavez. It is time to stop protecting Chavez, Correa and the FARC. There is no valid reason whatsoever to not be honest about the FARC except that Barack Hussein Obama has been in the pocket of his money man George Soros for too long and will not easily give up the Soros monies even as Soros owns the feckless, spineless hollow Obama anyway. Long ago Soros bought and sold the Clintons anyway, even arranging for the New York manse financing through Virginia senator wanna be, Terry McAuliffe, listed in 1992-93 as Soros's own lobbyist before running the Democratic Party.

As to Soros, we remind that it is not all NGOs that are evil or dirty or duplicitous. And the same can be said of hedge funds and derivatives funds- on paper or in theory at least- are not necessarily evil. It is what one does with the tools at hand that matter. Or, better said- it is not the size of the brush but the school of the artist that matters most. For our part, we say that the Soros family of actors does now promote evil and inhibits the truth.

ECrisis hopes the world will drop the Soros protection racket now and release the FARC tape transcripts. We care not if much is redacted or blacked out. We do care that justice delayed is justice denied and we care a lot that these drug king pins- Correa and Chavez- are being protected now by the Soros family of activists, soon to be expanded under Soros's own Obama and his stoolie Hillary Clinton who has long toured the globe promoting Soros. If the dead died in vain in Colombia at the hands of the FARC, it is to this refusal to tell the facts. Worse- two nations now promote the FARC and their cartel crime spree. Why would any sane nation enable the Soros groups to serve as proxies for criminal cartels such as the Correa-Chavez FARC, now running with Iran, just because their dirty sovereign investment derivatives enjoy money laundering, tax evasion and criminal adventurism? If this continues, one would necessarily have to include with drug king pins Chavez and Correa the protectorate of them all- Soros, currently purchasing as much protection through extortion as he can.
It is time to pull back the curtain on these actors.

-Pedro Camargo for ECrisis
