That is the last chance Ecuadoreans have to prove how they can use their last chance to reinsert voter values for a vibrant government or be known for a decade as utterly stupid if they are to continue to approve Correa- currently with a fake popularity between 60 to 80% depending on whose ridiculous poll numbers one checks. The fact is this: Correa is not presidential material and should not be president of Ecuador. Correa is a drug king pin, according to his own words and his own pre-written so called constitution. Correa is an out of control narcissistic sociopathic liar. To inflict this hyperactive mania of Correa's broken communist vision on ones' self is the height of folly and the abandonment of one's self esteem. Ecuadoreans have a vote this April 26 and the results, however pre jiggered and opaque the upcoming election is and will be, tells us all a lot about how Ecuadoreans see themselves as worthless, valueless and shallow as a whole- a nation of broken people. Indeed.
 
Correa's constitution of 9-08 enabled his reign of one [himself] to create an electronic currency. That section exists for a reason although Correa warned you to never really read his so called constitution and you, because you are lazy and irresponsible, took his directive and still yet have not studied the laws of this land. But HOY reports today here  on Correa's lies about his second track currency which of course is great for money launderers, speculators and derivatives boys. To be sure, with not much more than 1/3 of all Ecuadoreans having normal access to computers, Correa's monetary system for criminals and terrorists will not work for most. He calls this "helping the poor." We call it monetary fraud. But Correa legalized all this last September and the U.S. Embassy in Quito, buoyed as they are with minions of Soros and still funding the Carter-Allende hang over team to bless the Correa mess. 

Rafael Correa is not now nor ever was a serious economist. He is a Marxist politician. If Correa were serious about being honest about Ecuadorean finances, he would not have as his Minister of Finance, this unfortunate soul:

Unless and until Correa is re elected in April, he will not mandate the follow up of his constitutional plan to insert a fake dual money system which is of course cause to end the use and abuse of the U.S. dollar which cannot be abused to run Correa's money laundering for Iran, Chavez and Libya- no matter what the fake economists want to tell you. Is this how Lazard intends to get paid in May, 2009- by even more money laundering dirty currencies for Iran and Correa?
 
Meanwhile, Bloomberg blithely reported yesterday, Ecuador Hires Lazard to Advise It on Bond Buyback, Correa Says

"-- Ecuador has hired investment bank Lazard Ltd. to advise it on its plan to buy back at a discount $3.2 billion in bonds due in 2012 and 2030, President Rafael Correa said.
Ecuador, which considers the bonds “illegal” and “illegitimate” following a government-sponsored audit, wants Lazard to help the government decide on the exact terms of a restructuring, Correa said today during his regularly scheduled radio-and-television address.

“I’ve known them since 2005, when I was economy minister,” Correa said, speaking of the firm.

On Dec. 12, Ecuador defaulted on its 2012 bond, the South American country’s second default in a decade. The main issue the government has with the debt is its price, Correa reiterated today.

A U.S. team of lawyers continues to prepare a legal defense should bondholders sue the government, Correa added.

“We’ve always known there are risks,” Correa said today. "

Also from yesterday's BLOOMBERG news comes this: "Ecuador to Cut $1.5 Billion in Imports to Defend Use of Dollar
-- Ecuador has reached an agreement with business leaders to cut imports by $1.5 billion to help defend the South American country’s use of the dollar as legal tender, President Rafael Correa said.
Correa said voluntary import restrictions with private industry were reached after he originally had planned to order as much as $2.1 billion in import cuts.

“We’ve reached a very broad consensus,” Correa said. “Some imports will be limited to 70 percent of last year’s level.”

With crude oil prices plunging about three-quarters from a record $147.27 a barrel in July, Ecuador, the smallest member of OPEC, had a trade deficit of $499.74 million in November and a non-oil trade deficit of $6.9 billion through the end of November, according to the central bank. Unable to print currency, Ecuador risks running out of dollars if it doesn’t reduce money spent on imports, Correa said.

Correa repeated his criticism of dollarization as “a barbarity,” though he said the government won’t consider introducing a new currency to replace the dollar.

After scrapping central bank independence under its new constitution that went into effect last year, Ecuador “is preparing a new central bank law that has nothing to do with exiting from dollarization, introducing another currency, or other foolishness,” Correa added.

The government and importers agreed to work to keep prices stable, limit job losses and fight smuggling, Correa said."

Do you have any idea what this means? Of course not. It is a manipulative recipe for more state theft and the end to free trade. We do hold Correa responsible for inflicting his pathological needs on the people of Ecuador- his drive for absolution that his own father caused the death of thousands by drug ingestion and did prison time in the USA only to enjoy Ecuadorean lies to the USA to promise to jail his father in Ecuador knowing full well that the PADRE would be freed without question to the tender mercies of the murderous Alfaristas and his bosses from Tupac Amaru, the Shining Path and Andean drug lords, today all part of the FARC-Ecuadorean drug running business. Instead of actual forgiveness and correct thinking, Rafael Correa is enabled to lie a lot about his father's crimes and does pretend, as all good co enablers, that his father was a victim of his supposed need to "help the poor" through crime, which Rafael Correa does legitimize as a valid constitutional right- the right of criminals to overcome a nation "for the money." While we feel sorry for Correa that he was appropriately shamed in his youth by his criminal father who lied a lot to the USA, we are not forgiving of Correa today for trying to justify his father's criminality and legitimizing what his father had done: running drugs of death. Correa calls this legitimate in Ecuador and calls it Ecuador's sovereign right to run illegal drugs and protect narcoterrorists. We call this a nation that none should do business with. The George Soros-US AID actors in and around Ecuador want you to agree that running drugs with and from Ecuador is great also because these paid propagandists refuse to consider the deliterious causes and effects of destabilizing narcostates, which Ecuador today remains with no self correction in sight and as the US AID groups actively promote the Correa narcostate of Ecuador, the stubborn lawlessness of this godforsaken place with be in play for another decade. That is about how long it will take to drain Ecuador of any vibrancy and leave this place a hollow, criminal zone. In fact no one from Ecuador should be deemed trustworthy unless and until they complete Alvaro Uribe's training program for re entry in to society for manipulators. A nation in need of re hab is what Ecuador is. In fact, Ecuador mirrors the FARC actors- badly in need of finding their honor and an end to co addiction and the nationwide mania for suicidal reverence for all things criminal, irreverent and banal.

Here is part of the problem: goofy North Americans who somehow think that the USA is evil and want to help Rafael Correa, Daniel Ortega and Hugo Chavez spread their red communism, currently known as failed states where misery is high and personal freedoms ended for the good of their drug running, derivatives dealing self enriching dictators who lie a lot and create zones of reprehensible dishonesty and crime. But like thousands of George Soros activists, backed by the unbearably non-reporting US AID funders, too many fools sell out their consciences and their nation for the quick fix of the fleeting joys of taking Chavez's money and his embrace for ends that are never justified. Barack Hussein Obama has designated another Clinton era hack, Leon Panetta to run the US CIA. This makes all Democrats happy.

Here is the oft-said offspring of Panetta, happy in Red, embracing communism with Correa's drug king pin pal Chavezto promote anti USA activities. Who paid for this Chavez embrace and why?

We at ECrisis do not know exactly whose daughter this Panetta woman remains. We have seen this story before and have not once reviewed any disclaimer by Leon Panetta that she is not his daughter nor any denouncements by this Linda Panetta which leads one to conclude that she is his biological daughter whom he does defend and co enable. Leon Panetta, Bill Clinton's former chief of staff at the U.S. White House, has not said and apparently no one cares that his daughter is involved with another anti USA effort, also supported tangentially by the Soros family of USA hating activities, sometimes called the National Endowment for Democracy but is really nothing of the sort. We care. We care a lot and consider that each and every time a father or mother enables a son or daughter to act dishonestly that the father and mother are co enablers. CIA Director candidate Leon Panetta, even though his daughter may or may not be the one pictured above, does not say. And indeed he now must so say.

To understand the U.S. Democratic Party and its leadership, we reprint a previous action photo of FARC collaborators Speaker of the House Pelosi and her Soros-backed pro FARC actor, the unmanned Jim McGovern, Democrat of Massachussetts on Pelosi's private US Capitol balcony, typically reserved for heads of state. Showing support for FARC moll and wanted criminal Piedad Cordoba- all in red- indicates much about the U.S. Democratic Party leadership which banally promotes the Soros agenda and its on-going corrupt support for the George Soros actors to enable the FARC and its criminal activities. This photo is not photo shopped- it is real. It is a formal, US taxpayer paid snapshot of who and what the U.S. Democrats consider important- FARC agents in the Capitol bestowed in solidarity with communist red outfits- as if this helps anything when it does not.

Predictably, nothing has been done about the US Democrats in the US Congress support for narcoterrorists called the FARC. No review and no inquest and only the awareness that the US Democrats can get away with sedition and treason for co-enabling narcoterror. But you knew this anyway because McGovern abused US Congressional standing and revisited his beloved FARC players not very long ago. At that time, McGovern claimed the benefits of a Congressional CODEL but actually abused that privilege and acted to assist more propaganda in Ecuador against American companies and against law abiding citizens. As you can see, Congressman Jim McGovern and Speaker Pelosi formally embrace the Correa-Chavez backed narcoterrorists called the FARC, also called Happy in Red.

Why is Piedad Cordoba, a FARC agent, honored as if a head of state by these US Democrats who encourage communist FARC activities? And who paid for this and why?

Is there any doubt in your mind what all these George Soros pro FARC actors will be supporting in the coming months and years if co enabled by the cheering and well staged Obama ethusiasts? Do you seriously believe that Speaker Pelosi and Congressman McGovern will terminate their activist sedition and their gay abandon of U.S. laws and norms? Do you seriously believe that they will eject their funder-in-chief Soros's agenda, now residing across an estimated 95% of all Obama cabinet heads? What do you think? When souls make the Faustian Bargain to be bought and sold, it is impossibly challenging to regain one's soul, almost impossible.

Barack Hussein Obama made a lot of money selling his two ghost written books, brought to the public through another Soros activity in the publishing world. Obama's books- and neither has denied this- were almost certainly written by Bill Ayers for fees. Ayers also takes money from Hugo Chavez to sell their special educational reform agenda- the insertion of Cuban communism mind training in Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. This has had its effect: all 3 nations now hold constitutions carrying the Billy Ayers-Cuban communist mind control agenda. Pictured below is Billy Ayers, of the Andean communist constitution efforts and paid ghost writer for Barack Hussein Obama's dishonest so called autobiographies as supported by Soros's publishers for better propaganda and his bride Bernadine Dorn. As a family, Dorn and Ayers's adopted son Chesa is no stranger to Chavez's welcome mat, having himself lived in and around Miraflores Palace in Caracas and on Chavez's propaganda payroll while his criminal father Ayers takes Chavez's money and serves his Miranda Center in Caracas for more constitutional communism, also called enshrining all that is illegal for better communist cartels. Obama's partner in all this - Bill Ayers and his bride Dorn worked closely with Michelle Obama at their unique legal "practice" in Chicago. We do not know why both Barack Hussein and Michelle Obama are barred from legally practicing their chosen profession- the law- as they are unlicensed and barred from licensure but we do know why Dorn is not licensed to practice law although she does. Here from 1970 are these narcoterror supporters and actors who made Obama a lot of money: 

Today the United States of America, is about evenly split at 50-50 in support of the US Democratic Party although if polled, would probably show a popularity rating for Barack Hussein Obama of between 60 to 80% although he has yet to do anything except stage really popular public events and run extraordinarily superb propaganda and computer engineered activists, most linked with the George Soros school of actor-propagandists. We remind that Correa, a drug king pin who has ruined Ecuador, also holds between 60 to 80 % popularity. Both succeed by seducing their voters with systemic propaganda and promises of Something for Nothing.

Both presidents claim that socialism is necessary, also wrongly and dishonestly called the urgent need to restore Keynesian economics in the region, to soothe the hedge fund and derivatives bets global economic panic, synthetic though it may be and remains. And while a few million are enjoying this "historic" moment of Obama's expensively staged greatness and all its pay to play activities to raise more money for the Democratic Party and insure U.S. neo socialism, behind Obama remains....Nancy Pelosi, Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dorn [their legal mentor] and as an NBC TV script enthused, Soros- the man who owns the Democratic Party- who is a serious pay to play comptroller of the Obama administration.

Currently Obama is calling on his "angels" to see him to success. If his angels remain as they were over the last 16 years of his life- known terrorists and FARC supporters- we will never see much but fallen angels, no matter how much is spent on propaganda and socialist hand outs. Obama's "angels" of global socialism have paid to keep their real business of unregulated and untaxed hedging and derivatives off any governmental oversight while selling the false lure of state enriching socialism for what they falsely call "the little man"- labor unions. This is a bifurcated, two track vision of mankind which denies essential vibrancy, freedom and the creative spirit as endowed by God almighty. But you see, as Soros wants you to know- there is no God and no moral codes apply to him, or so he says. Rafael Correa agrees and he has created whole cloth a fake new state Pachamama religion- a new moral code- to gift legitimacy to his illegitimate behaviors, the penultimate manipulation. There are no angels at Carondelet except those weeping for what might have been and is no more.

As for the USA's  feckless and hollow "say Nothing but enable the Hirelings to do it all" president elect Obama who never says anything substantive but what he does say he says with great Cary Grant style, is noted in today's MIAMI HERALD as High on President-elect Obama's to-do list: dealing with Chávez

Let us analyze this correctly... the FARC was and remains a terrorist group- fact- not up for debate. Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa are their drug king pins and protectors- fact.  But disregarding all facts, the HERALD continues, "On Thursday, the top U.S. diplomat in Venezuela, Charge d'Affaires John Caulfield, said the Obama administration would seek increased cooperation and 'renewed dialogue' with the Chávez government. Peter DeShazo, director of the Americas program of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington think tank, said Obama's policy toward Venezuela likely will not differ much from that of the Bush administration. But Michael Shifter, vice president of the Washington-based research center Inter-American Dialogue, said the challenges Obama will face in the relationship with Venezuela will focus more on '`the alliances that Chávez has with other governments that are not exactly friends of the United States,' such as Iran, Russia and China. The Pentagon, in a recently declassified report of future challenges faced by the U.S. Joint Forces Command, pointed to both Venezuela and Cuba as major potential challenges in the hemisphere.

'Unless the current regime changes course, [Venezuela] could use its oil resources to subvert its neighbors for a long period, and at the same time promote anti-American activities on a global scale with its allies in Iran, Russia and China, creating in effect opportunities for establishing an anti-American coalition in the region,' the report noted. And a State Department report from mid-2008 noted the 'association' of Venezuela with 'terrorist states' as one of the three priority matters for American diplomacy on a global scale, along with Iranian support of the insurgency in Iraq and the resurgence of al Qaeda's presence in Afghanistan. The report drew special attention to the establishment last year of regular flights between Tehran and Caracas, in which passengers are not adequately screened. It also warned that Venezuelan passports and other official identification documents can be easily obtained, making Venezuela a potentially attractive way station for terrorists."

Be clear about Barack Hussein Obama- the man that no one really knows but many seem to think he is their man because they paid him a lot of money: Obama cannot turn his back on the constitutional obligation he is about to swear to uphold or else face impeachment or criminal charges, no matter what his FARC backing political funders may think. While fools like Nancy Pelosi still retain her Soros counsel inside her Speakers office inexplicably, following the UK Prime Minister Brown's installation of another Soros man Mark Malloch Brown, none of these Soros counsel contribute to the commonweal because....they cannot. They are bound and committed to their primary partner in a kinky dependency relationship called money and supposed power, none of which holds as its primary partner....law and order but instead how to make money in hidden pathways in dark places from turmoil- real or synthetic.

As for Chavez's incorrect claims that the U.S. military will kill Obama, we can only assume he has spent too much time with Obama's friend Ayers and the dishonest Oliver Stone and all other Hate the USA paid actors, concurrently also applying their special skills on the Soros-backed Hate Jews efforts. All this hatred of essential liberty in law is reprehensible and makes the actors and backers look like narcissistic, spoiled, greedy teen agers who want to pass off their own responsibilities on to some one else, typically George Bush of late, in their unending refusal to be themselves responsible for anything...except making money off the books, untaxed and unregulated since 1997-98. The Pentagon kill Obama-? Hardly. There are no guns/no weapons in the Pentagon. There is the U.S. Posse Comitatus law. And there is the fact that drug king pins Chavez and Correa are partnered with the FARC and with Iran for more dirty money and more terror. Obama's donor in chief thinks this is a good idea. Then again, Obama's donor in chief- the man who owns the Democratic Party of the USA - also sells a lot of hatred and also tells us that morals and ethics do not apply to him- he is above them even as he declares he has not nor holds any morals or ethics. Why would anyone or anything seriously buy a used political platform or fund so called non profit contractors from someone who is selling a sad faith of emptiness and hollow living- by the hour, by the year? Not so different from the fake Correa-state religion of Pachamama who blesses anything illegal and makes all crimes just all right, what purpose is achieved by selling hate from dark places where dark deeds grow?

We think we all know what is underway here- and the question really is- will the darkness grow or will the best part of Western Civilization grow? Nancy Pelosi was welcoming the FARC that day on her formal balcony. Her job -she wrongly thinks- is to protect and promote the FARC. Bill Ayers, Obama's former ghost writer about his life and Michelle Obama's mentor- his wife Bernadine- have been selling communism for years. George Soros has been busy astroturffing his special skills, whatever that is to him at the present moment. Rafael Correa tells us that he hired the French team of Lazard Freres, whatever that means, to be his investment banker- whatever that means, because he knew them when he was Finance Minister. That was before Palacios fired him for lying on the job. So where Correa is concerned, the old saying TRUST but VERIFY never applies. Nothing from Correa is trustworthy because he is essentially dishonest. But all that he does must be verified.

ECrisis has been asking for some time- because Ecuadoreans are too lazy and too intellectually irresponsible to ask: who is Correa's investment, if that is what one could call it, advisor. Correa answered yesterday- Lazard Freres out of France which supposedly assisted Argentina for whatever that means and he was not certain. And it probably means more acronym-laden offshore derivatives and hedge groups linked to Correa's malfeasance and bond market crimes. Pachamama told Correa that it is just great to lie about his state thefts and manipulations. She told him so and you believe this. And like the fake blessing of Pachamama, the USA is now under the fake guidance of its own fake deity- Soros and his socialist plans for the many with exceptional hedging for the few non taxed money which now controls the US Congress and 95 % of Obama's cabinet and his drones.
