Deceit, Deception and Delay

January 24, 2009    ECrisis would like you to know how many missiles and rockets Hugo Chavez and Rafael Correa own which have launch capacity to hit peaceful neighbors. We would like you to know this. We would like to know also because....neither of these fake democracies...what do they call them? "alternative democracies" is honest and are completely opaque. We have been asking for 5 years now about this burgeoning region of lawlessness. We have asked about rule of law- an essential to sustainable economies- only to have the door slammed in our faces and suffer the outrageous and on going paid liars and cover up artists who happily tell us all that "rule of law is too difficult" and does not help the people escape poverty. Like Correa's Papa when put in prison, it is Correa the son echoing the father who declared that he just wanted the drug running money, we say that rule of law in most of the Andes now is a joke, perpetrated first by  the neo socialists between 1999- 2005 and now the hardened communist cartel leaders- Correa, Chavez and Morales. Anyone who supports these dictators and their actions is both a fool and a criminal enabler. Why do we say this-? Just tally up their joint weapons of aggression. Just tally up their drug king pin money making scams. Just tally up how many times all three have lied to thee and me about their so called budgets, their national bond manipulation crimes, and their off shore derivatives bets- just tally it up. Do what government and all its paid propagandists will not do- make the fact based analysis. And then try to tell us that we have been wrong. Go ahead.

We reprint here two articles you will never see in the Ecuadorean media. One gives cause to stop your rampant addiction to Jew hating. The other is to give cause to stop your ridiculous idolatry of Che! as perpetrated by the ridiculous Ecuadorean governmental propaganda machine, about as corrupt and dishonest as any we have seen for a very long time. But Ecuadoreans think it is just all right to love CHE and hate the Jews. This is of course because no Ecuadoreans alive today have any self respect or self esteem because they are too busy manipulating all around them to consider the building blocks of honor which are of course well informed morals and flexible growth patterns. In short, Ecuadoreans want a dead society of robotic ill-informed, incompetent manipulators and they have it today.

The longer Ecuadoreans enjoy their lazy game of self defeating self deception, the longer they delay restoring functioning liberties- also called jobs and free speech. But as is well known in the Western world- but long obfuscated in the hallowed hallways of Carondelet and missing from all Pillow Talk in Ecuador is the fact that the Iranian intelligence strategy is indeed Deceive, Create Deception and Delay.  While your Madre may educate you that this is an all-wise policy, albeit shallow and childishly aberrant, and while US AID through the US Embassy in Quito may act to preserve and defend these deceptions. We remind that no government stands long based on such dishonorable dishonesties. There is nothing to commend in Ecuador today and its disagreeable dishonorable appearance before the entire world is, while ignored in country, is now well known world wide.

The incompetent Voice of America cheerfully reported this week on the inestimable alliance between Ecuador and the USA- a place that Correa loathes and despises. But because all of Correa's military and his police and anyone else involved with Correa is dishonest and duplicitous, the US government can no longer sanction AMERICAN AIRLINES flights in and out of the drug trafficking Correa-land any longer and brought in a small tool not so easily bribed and far more dependable that anyone or anything alive and walking in Quito: US -trained dogs. Yes- these drug sniffing dogs are more honest and more accountable than anything in Correa-land. Notably only present for flights to the USA on US carriers, the rest of Ecuador is a drug running paradise. But VOA tells us:

Drug-sniffing canines are first line of defense

"Drug-sniffing canines are the first line of defense against cocaine smuggling at Quito's main airport. Officials say Colombian-based drug traffickers are seeking new routes to smuggle packages into the United States.

Police lieutenant Ivan Ayala says more than 160 kilograms of illicit drugs were intercepted by dogs at the airport last year. Only days earlier a young Estonian woman was caught with a suitcase packed with cocaine.

`There are many ways to hide it,' Ayala said. `Some smugglers use the panels of a suitcase. Others do not try to hide it, they just pack it in a suitcase with clothing.'

Officials say smugglers have grown more creative in recent years, as anti-drug efforts have increased. Aggressive measures in Colombia have pushed traffickers across the border into Ecuador and other neighboring countries.

In response, the United States has expanded support for anti-drug measures in Ecuador, including training some 60 new canine teams.

John Haynes

`Another main part of our program is with the Ecuadorian military on the northern border, near Colombia,' explained John Haynes, who directs the anti-narcotics section at the U.S. Embassy in Quito.

U.S. officials say Ecuador is a valuable partner in the drug fight"

We say- dogs are a better ally than corrupted Ecuadoreans in the drug fight. What Mr. Haynes is dishonest about is the very notion that Correa is in any way a "valuable partner" in anything except more criminality.
Like all good US AID operatives, Mr. Haynes has yet to detail one serious counternarcotics activity in the highly vaulted "Northern Border" zone because...he cannot. Correa has legitimized the FARC and all that they do. Correa is only valuable for running more drugs and dirty money and illegal slavery. Correa is not a valuable partner to nation building or to law abiding citizens. Correa is a "valuable partner" with the FARC and with Iran. Maybe Mr. Haynes thinks multiple partnering is great. If so, he will really approve Correa's bigamy with Iran and the FARC. But what we do know is that the VOA and its Mr. Haynes need to start telling the truth. ...not what Congressman- I love George Soros and the FARC- McGovern wants him to say. It is a distinction.

So the next time Mr. Haynes tells us how wonderful Correa's crime spree is and what a wonderful "partner" he is, thus enabling the criminal sale of Predator Drone spy planes- basically from the USA to be used through Correa for Iran and Venezuelan military-DISIP, we hope that Mr. Haynes will remember what Raul Reyes was doing inside Ecuador for so many years on his multi hectare, multi year intelligence command and control plantation as under his paid protectorate from Correa's Ecuador to aid and abet drugs and murder. This is not a partner we want in our bed and frankly we consider Mr. Haynes's choice of bed mates as confused as Roger Noriega's and Cesar Montufar's....that is- no one we want to be in bed with.

Here is the news of more deception from the dishonest Correa:

Colombia, Ecuador spar over renewing diplomatic ties
6 hours ago

BOGOTA (AFP) — Colombia offered to renew diplomatic relations with neighboring Ecuador, but Quito said Bogota must first pay for the damage it caused during its cross-border military incursion last year against a FARC rebel camp. Ecuador broke off diplomatic relations with Colombia after the March 1 military attack in Ecuador that killed the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia's number two man and netted a computer trove of information on the Colombian rebel group. Prodded by an Organization of American States mission to "rebuild trust" between the two countries, Colombian President Alvaro Uribe Friday said he would welcome renewed ties with Quito. “I hope we can rebuild our relations with the Ecuadorean government. We have great affection for the people of Ecuador ... We bear no hatred; hatred is simply a barrier to imagination," Uribe told diplomats presenting their credentials in Bogota. Uribe said Colombia's reason for the March incursion was "to defeat terrorism, never to offend our fellow nations."

But Ecuador promptly rejected Uribe's offer.

"The Ecuadorean government will not resume those diplomatic relations until Colombia pays for the damages it caused during that attack," Foreign Minister Fender Falconi said in Quito. Ecuador, he added, "will resume diplomatic relations once Colombia meets the minimum requirements" it has set out, which include providing all the details of the attack, which Ecuador suspects was carried out with US support. In a hostile gesture earlier this week, Ecuador toughened its entry requirements for Colombian visitors, which Colombia Foreign Minister Jaime Bermudez called a "discriminatory, stigmatizing and perhaps even xenophobic treatment ... of Colombians." Colombia's March raid on the FARC camp killed more than 20 people, including FARC's number-two guerrilla Raul Reyes, four Mexicans and an Ecuadorean. A diplomatic stand-off quickly ensued, with Quito expelling Bogota's ambassador on March 3 and both sides ordering thousands of troops to their common border. "

Pay attention here: Rafael Correa took a lot of money- millions- from the FARC to gift them with Ecuadorean sovereign sanctuary. Rafael Correa is a drug king pin by all definitions so please stop saying he is a partner in counternarcotics when he is not. This is like saying that Peru's Vladimir Montesinos deserved the $ one million plus a year paid to him by the Clinton administration for running drugs out of Peru while sometimes running counternarcotics efforts. This double standard created a border war. And this double standard- once US foreign policy between 1996-1999 has been upbraided, exposed and ended. We do not look for a rerun of this utterly depraved and half baked attempt to extort money from the USA. But Correa, by lying to the world about his so called counternarcotics efforts, laughingly called Plan Ecuador to gift even more sanctuary to the FARC and supported by the Obama team advisors and the Soros pro drugs operatives- is indeed extorting the USA for more money- just as Montesinos so effectively performed....until Peru assisted in air dropping Russian rifles in to Colombia to help the FARC and its own wallets. Correa has been taking money to protect the FARC for years and to gift- for fees- the FARC with fake passports and fake legitimacy. He believes this helps his drug running Papa's memory. He is criminally insane on this point. By any legal definition, Correa is a drug king pin and to pretend otherwise with gifts of more money and political shelter is to be criminally complicit, subjecting one's self to law suits as well.

Quito is crawling with paid sellers of hatred from Cuba, from Venezuela, from Ecuador's own incompetent and dishonest governmental unions of dishonesty and incompetence and scores of Soros-backed sellers of hatred. Alvaro Uribe tells us that hatred only hurts those who do the hating. He is correct. But Correa demands money from Colombia before he will be their friend again- money to replace the FARC camp base inside Ecuador which lost intelligence gathering coordinators and not much else. What price does Correa demand from Uribe for this? He does not say. What value does Correa place on the now dead FARC agents of crime that he seeks monetary pay offs for? What was really lost that Correa wants reimbursement for?

To the rudderless OAS that demands that Correa and Uribe kiss and make up, we suggest first a full independent forensic audit of Correa's accounts and his Iranian-FARC money making schemes. Embracing the FARC and Iran is in no one's interests....except the criminally unhinged or politically suicidal or...those actively selling the propaganda that Western Civilization must be replaced with a "new" alternative civilization where morals mean nothing, values are non existent and honor is only for jokes. Just ask George Soros what this means- he has spent years telling anyone who listens that he himself has no morals and that morality is meaningless. Just ask his friend, Ecuador's ambassador to the USA what it feels like to physically embrace his comrade and fellow propagandist Soros and his minions. Just ask how it feels. The Venezuelan Charge D'Affaires in Washington knows this answer also.

Rafael Correa tells us that he has clamped down on his enemies- the regular citizens of Colombia. They cannot freely travel to Ecuador. But, according to Correa's September 2008 constitution, which the U.S. embassy refused to study for its essential breaks with U.S. laws and norms, the government of Ecuador formally protects, defends and considers normative all FARC terrorists. The people of Colombia are now Correa's enemies while the FARC are his partners. It is a strange isolationalism by Correa and a criminal welcome mat for terrorists and money launderers and dirty bond manipulators.

Correa does now also protect Iranian money and their special interests by sovereign agreements. For this Correa gets money from Iran just as he does from the FARC. While Correa cannot find where all of Ecuador's money has gone even as he spends like a drunken sailor on his DISIP agents, his media take overs and his plan to drive jobs-producing companies away from Ecuador under his pledge to drive out any capitalism and create his Cuban paradise for fools and ignorants, Correa himself does now extort Colombia and demands that Colombia gift Correa with money for the removal of the FARC intelligence center inside Ecuador. Remarkably, Ecuadoreans think this is appropriate:

But we are fast approaching the point where we care nothing about Ecuadoreans' opinions on anything. Ecuador has merged with a leading motherload of hatred called Iran and enjoys its current campaign to love Hamas terrorists while actively spreading Jew hatred. We can only surmise that their disgusting paid propagandists from the George Soros class of classless and morals-vacated NGOS, supplied by the US Department of State- US AID to spread more lies about Ecuador is in concurrence with Soros's Hate the Jews campaign also. It is inconceivable to us why the U.S. government co funds these illegal adventures to spread anti Semitism in one of the most morally inept efforts we have seen since...well...Montesinos pretended he was worthy of the $ one million a year that his CIA-Clinton pals gifted him until the year 2000 when Soros gifted the Soros-Madeline Albright boy toy Toledo with a cool [and illegal] $ one  million just to keep Peter Romero's friends at Newmont feeling secure under some transition away from the incompetent Fujimori.

Not unlike the day that Soros threw the Clintons under the bus and chose Barack Hussein Obama as the next US president, we note clearly here that Soros has a really terrible track record on who and what he pays for, purchased power notwithstanding. While a line appeared on NBC TV that Soros is "the man who owns the US Democratic Party" one can also surmise that he owns a lot of other really disgusting co operations with some pretty easily bought and owned so called New Democracy leaders as well. Just ask Armenia Fraga of Brazil or Toledo or scores of others.

However it is irresponsible of Ecuador to jump in to a bed of bigamy with Iran, leaving Ecuador addicted to dysfunction, criminal deception and dishonor:

"The Wall Street Journal
OPINION: THE WEEKEND INTERVIEW
JANUARY 24, 2009
Benjamin Netanyahu
Iran Is the Terrorist 'Mother Regime'

Israel's would-be prime minister says he was mocked for warning of the Gaza rocket threat.
By BRET STEPHENS
Jerusalem

It's Sunday morning, and I've been trying for days to get an interview with former -- and, if his poll numbers hold up through the Feb. 10 election, soon-to-be -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. But it's a political season, and there's a war on, and my calls aren't being returned. With nothing better to do, I go downstairs to the hotel gym for a jog.

So who should be on the treadmill next to mine? Benjamin Netanyahu. We chat for a few minutes, mostly about the cease-fire that the government of outgoing Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has just declared, and I ask if he'd be willing to sit for an interview later in the day. His answer is something between a "maybe" and a "yes." As a nod to the customs of the country, I take that as a definite yes, so much the better to press his aides to arrange the meeting.

When the interview finally happens, in the grand reception hall of the old King David Hotel, it's close to one o'clock in the morning on Monday. Mr. Netanyahu has come from a long dinner with visiting European leaders -- French President Nicolas Sarkozy, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and German Chancellor Angela Merkel among them -- and he is plainly exhausted, joking that he can't be held responsible for anything he might say.

The crack is unnecessary. Rare for a leading Israeli political figure, the 59-year-old Mr. Netanyahu is a phenomenally articulate man -- Obama-esque, one might even say -- not just in his native Hebrew, but also in the unaccented English he acquired at a Philadelphia high school and later as an architecture and management student at MIT. True to form, near-lapidary sentences all but trip from his tongue. Such as:

"I don't think Israel can accept an Iranian terror base next to its major cities any more than the United States could accept an al Qaeda base next to New York City."

Or:

"If we accept the notion that terrorists will have immunity because as they fire on civilians they hide behind civilians, then this tactic will be legitimized and the terrorists will have their greatest victory."

Or:

"We grieve for every child, for every innocent civilian that's killed either on our side or on the Palestinian side. The terrorists celebrate such suffering, on our side because they openly say they want to kill us, all of us, and on the Palestinian side because it helps them foster this false symmetry, which is contrary to common decency and international law."

And so on. The immediate question, of course, is the Israeli government's unilateral cease-fire, followed hours later by Hamas's declaration of a conditional, one-week cease-fire. Was the war a win? A draw? Or did it accomplish nothing at all -- thereby handing Hamas the "victory" it loudly claims for itself?" Read it here.

ECrisis is beyond disgusted at Rafael Correa's use and abuse of history and his  veneration for this sadistic, venereal disease ridden Che Guavara who did not even have the grace to bath in his last years. CHE is plastered all over Quito as he is across Havana and numerous US university dormitories of the young and foolish. But reverence for the venereal disease spreading CHE is not a good idea. And notably, as pointed out here by this KGB defector, existed numerous KGB agents across European governments- states within states- to ultimately bring democracies to their knees. This strategy is still active and has been quite effective with the lazy and stubbornly idiotic Ecuadorean population- so easily seduced by manipulators from birth while no one is taught how to judge right from wrong, just how to try to manipulate all ethics. Here is more compelling insight from one of CHE's handlers from the KGB...and the real story on the horrifying CHE that Ecuadoreans today love so much:
