January 25, 2009  Abdala Bucaram made a fool of himself with too much wine, women and song- at Ecuadorean taxpayer expense. He ran his Guayaquil mafia- his special Pay to Play government from the Hotel Colon at tax payer expense. Bucaram might have started out on the right track but he quickly and irrevocably acted as a drunken idiot surrounded by his debauched thugs. Abdala created a serious crisis of confidence and exposed the corrupt underbelly of any society willing to spend most of their days with prostitutes, drug runners and cartel extortionists.

This news article is wrong. Correa, who may have taught so called economics, is not an economist and never was. Correa has no idea how to manage anything nor any interest whatsoever in functioning government and the preservation of liberty. Correa was and is a political Marxist who uses so called economic theorems to sell his unique cartel communism a la his revered state of corruption called Cuba. Abdala Bucaram never went that far although today he still lives like a pasha in Panama and runs his dirty thuggery businesses with Hugo Chavez and Correa's statist Bribes masters.

Who pays for the campaign election ploys of Rafael Correa-? You do....along with his other backers named Chavez, Iran's government and the FARC. This remains illegal. Who paid for the cheesy cocktail dresses of Correa's adoring back up singers? You do- along with the Axis of Evil. Who pays for the huge campaign banners of Correa's happy face of duplicity waving now? You do- along with the Axis of Evil....not the least of whom are money launderers, Iranian money managers and dirty drugs and weapons runners.

The United States of America made a huge mistake in enjoying the Venezuelan-Ecuadorean lobbyists and double agents, still physically embracing their good friend and supporter George Soros whenever they can, over the last four years who lied a lot and stated oh so knowingly that these governmental constitutions which legalize all that should never be legalized do not matter at all. This canard, willfully accepted by the oh so wise but overpaid, dishonest, vapid, irresponsible analysts who aberrantly even refused to review that which they glossed over, do now see the error of their laziness: the USA supported and helped create the drug cartel that is Ecuador and Bolivia with Venezuela doing the heavy lifting.

Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia and soon enough Paraguay have legitimized more than their disdain for rule of law: they have effectively barred rule of law. What started out six years ago as a ploy to tell us all that criminals are to be pitied and money laundering is a gift to help poor people while showing truth tellers the back side of their grubby hands, these false prophets of democracy have converted whole nations in to lawless cartels where rule of law is mocked, scorned and buried. Soros's own "risk management" contractors tell us that these cartel nations are fabulous because they are a massive exercise in affirmative action. This is a huge lie and is in fact an enabling of crime plan which is in fact a crime yet in the USA which means still today it is a crime to lie to the USA while taking US monies.

Chavez, Correa and Morales gift de facto immunity to terrorists and cartel runners among them while denying same to normative citizens. Two tier justice systems, like two track economies, are profoundly dysfunctional and like all good manipulative activities - seriously debilitating and dishonest.

Two tier legal systems, which always includes two track tax systems, in fact always end up subjugating populations and never enhance affirmative action- except for the state cartel.

While we agree that no president can ever "fix" all things to all people...as seen here of USA Pres. Obama and the perception that he can "fix" things, there is a distinction. Correa actually tells you that to "fix" Ecuador means that the central government controls all jobs, all money, all justice, all education, all politics and all future. While the Soros contractors may dishonestly call this "minimizing risk" we call it destroying Western Civilization's greatest gift to expand liberties.



In other words, contrary to what each and every incompetent household lemming breeder alive today in Quito tells you, it is not healthy to minimize risk in order to control better your government cartel and destroy your freedoms. Soros's family values, now Correa's family values are now taught inside your home to instruct one and all that it is far better to lie and manipulate instead of functionally deploy all that freedom has and holds, which of course must be jealously activated and defended daily- not just once every other year or when remembrance of things past come crashing in to one's cognizance, if ever. Principled behavior is to be lived- not just trotted out like a show dog or show pony. "Fixing" life is a steady pathway. Sometimes being honorable includes risk taking to defend integrity. No one left in Ecuador knows how to- nor cares at all- about defending integrity. Just ask your neighbors.
 
Here is the USA's Obama, supposedly dispensing with Correa-style justice- free the criminals as Correa did last summer and has no substantive laws ever since regarding real crime  [just ask Correa what is a terrorist- go ahead]

 
Performance artists as presidents always have to be careful to never try to replicate the El Loco performance art.
More to the point: be careful what you call Risk Management as you are lured in to the seductive state handouts of Something for Nothing: it may be your undoing.
