Ecuador Breaks US Contracts: is a Friend to None
February 10, 2009 The Ecuadorean government of Rafael Correa wants you to pretend that he is fighting against drugs when he is not. Correa also wants you to pretend that his highly vaulted "sovereignty" is all important when there is nothing left to respect about this undereducated buffoon who spews silliness and sells Cuban Marxism to soothe your soul. We again say: vote this idiot out of office while you can.
Here is a rare TV interview from Quito yesterday which was not presented on Correa's state owned TV nor his vast network of drive time state propaganda radio for the masses which reviews the audacity of deceit and dishonesty: Take it from one who knows better than anyone in Ecuador about international law and treaties just what Rafael Correa and ambassador Hodges do not want you to know. And that is: the USA cancelled its tens of millions gifted to Correa since ambassador Kinney's time for highly sensitive surveillance technology which by US law carries a mandate that these intelligence contracts always retain US co management lest the gift be turned over to the Correa-Chavez-Iranian nexus of evil as Correa demands. Correa has refused to permit US trained and co managed team work and correctly- and avoiding jail himself- the US designee noted that Correa had willfully broken the terms of the contract, as he does in his unending manipulation of all that he does. The USA is right to take back its money and its equipment. The US authority was right to avoid jail time himself by lying about what he saw in order to protect what Congressman McGovern and Speaker Pelosi calls a wonderful alliance in Ecuador. Under Correa, there is no rule of law, there is no contract law, there is no law and order, there is no real effort to stand against drug trafficking and there is only Correa- stubbornly manipulating everything for his own world view which is childish, uneducated and dishonest.
What is also true is that you will never hear these words, as in the interview above, repeated by the pro FARC media and actors inhabiting the Andes today. Indeed, common sense and honest dialogue is barred in the current unending pursuit of perfidy, highly praised in Ecuador and the world's subdenizens of graft.
In the USA, some pro FARC and Soros group backing efforts to enthrall the Andes in its on going love affair with rampant cartel crime has been penning their way across history to tell us that Correa is a great guy because he really really wants to be friends with the USA and will allow continual drug flights out of Manta if and only if Correa gets to pick and chose which routes, which pilots and which surveillance they chose. For this dishonest ploy, Correa will pretend that he is a law abiding guy with great, close ties to the USA. The only close ties to the USA that Correa holds are with the pro drugs Soros actors across the US government and his financial crimes pals. Correa should be barred for the drug king pin that he is and not protected by the uber socialists from inside the US government. This will be promoted as a feature of Correa's munificence and will be acceptable to all who consider that diplomacy is a baseline scam and game of liar's poker. Lying about what really happens in Correa's burgeoning drug trafficking cartel government helps no one even though the US Democratic Party of Obama's benefactor in chief George Soros seems to believe that it can scam its way to fame and glory. We say- stop this canard.
Here the AP tells that Ecuador summons US ambassador over aid suspension.
Ecuador is not a friend to the USA and not a friend to anyone. Friends, contrary to all Ecuadorean belief systems, do not slap someone, steal its money, lie about it and then say....oh, but we are great friends. This is the height of dishonest manipulative diplomacy, friendship and policies. It is of course how each and every single Ecuadorean is taught to behave today. They are informed that this is normal Christian behavior. One and all are enabled to lie and deceive just as Correa is because the co addicts in this nasty love affair with laziness and irresponsibility have chosen to be known as a nation of profligates and aberrant deceivers. Ecuador is not trustworthy any more and is about as welcome anywhere as the Bubonic Plague.
Correa's government enjoys its addiction to dishonest behaviors. It denounces the USA publicly. It demands the expulsion of USA actors and it demands that the US ambassador kiss its ring like some sainted pope. And then, after performing serious acts of perfidy, criminality and deception proclaims that it is a great, true friend. Friends do not behave as all Ecuadoreans behave. In fact, we suggest that any time any Ecuadorean calls you a friend that you run and get protection because systemic manipulations, lies and dishonor will always follow any time anyone from Ecuador proclaims you as a friend. Friends from Ecuador are only operating to enhance crime and deceit. They are addicted to manipulative behaviors and this has cost this entire land its patrimony, now known as the criminal cartel that it is.
On the current perfidy underway by the Correa deceptions, on 2-10-09 AFP reports, " Speaking on Ecuadorian radio, Minister of Security Miguel Carvajal said the decision to expel Armando Astorga on Saturday would not further damage already-strained relations between the two countries. ...He warned the US would not be allowed to use cooperation as a way of influencing the Ecuadorian police appointments. Astorga had been accused of suspending aid worth 340,000 dollars because the embassy had no say in the appointment of a senior officer in the police's anti-smuggling unit. "For us it is unacceptable, but it has been common practice for many years," Carvajal said. President Rafael Correa has warned that future cooperation with the US Coast Guard would be subject to Quito vetting foreign pilots. In Washington, State Department spokesman Robert Wood also adopted a conciliatory tone. He said any problems with Ecuador would be resolved in through diplomacy and indicated Washington's willingness to address any concerns that Quito might have. Wood also confirmed that Astorga -- who had been responsible for customs issues -- had left Ecuador in January as part of a normal diplomatic rotation. .."
Wake up Ecuador. Another almost $ 1/2 billion gift to support law and order has been removed because Correa broke the terms of the deal and actually wants to use this gift to help criminals escape justice. Besides abandoning sensible aerial surveillance over the Pacific out of Manta- and pocketing $10 to $20 million from the USA for a benign annual lease- Ecuador reveals its unwillingness to encourage normative law and order. The consistently lawless and hopelessly aberrant Correa calls this his sovereign right. We call Correa a criminal drug king pin who is no one's friend. For its part, the Obama team soothes that diplomacy can straighten all this out as if passing some unholy fake holy water over a corpse in some Satanic ritual of dishonesty.
We remind that diplomacy is not some excuse for abandoning honesty and law and order. Why Washington has not ejected George Soros's embraceable Ecuadorean ambassador in drug protections is beyond us. Ambassador Gallegos oversees a large US propaganda team in alliance with Soros's dishonest paid propagandists, Iranian money movers and Hugo Chavez's communist building blocks. Friends like these are not friends at all and anyone who says differently is a liar and is guilty of not only US-Ecuadorean contract fraud but also sedition both inside Ecuador and the USA.
Giving in to manipulative childish temper tantrums and liars [and narcoterrorists] is not diplomacy; it is not even manly or adult. We hope that the US Department of State and all Ecuadoreans soon learn this lesson. Enabling the aberrant benefits nothing.

Of all the news services, "reporting on this incident, Mr. Camacho has the most accurate accounting of details of the latest court magician's ploy: misdirection.
As a former magician myself, I would like to amplify Mr. Camacho's findings.
1. The incident stems from a letter that was sent to Mr. Correa’s government over a month ago. It apparently did not become an “issue” until Correa was neck deep in what is being labeled here as “Chauvingate”. His blustering announcement on his weekly radio address recalled his mentor Chavez’s order to the military, “Send ten divisions of tanks to the Columbian border, immediately!” (He only had seven and of those a little more that half were deployable!) Likewise, Correa blusters to the U.S. consulate “Order Mr. Astorga to pack his bags and leave the country. He has 48 hours!” (like Chavez, Correa’s hold on reality is tenuous… Mr. Astorga had left weeks ago, due to normal U.S. overseas rotation.)
2. In the same radio rant, Correa ordered the national police to return all of the donated equipment “…even to the erasers!” Well, guess what? They did just that. Unfortunately, they neglected to do what any kid selling his Blackberry knows to do… let alone the system administrator for the national police: THEY FAILED TO FORMAT THE MEMORY ON THE COMPUTER HARD DRIVES.
3. Consequently, the computers were returned with reportedly 15 years of records intact on the hard drives. As Correa’s estofado de ratones guisados y sapos will not go away, he tries to further misdirect the nation’s attention, by accusing Mr. Astorga of stealing state secrets. As Mr. Astorga was no longer in the country, while the said coputers were being packed into boxes, this would be a feat worthy of Ocean’s Fourteen!
4. Interesting to note, and totally consistant with Mr. Correa’s grasp on supposedly important state affairs (not to mention reality), his own minister, Miguel Carvajal reported that the U.S. had returned the files two days before he made the espionage accusations, and are being investigated for tampering. (I highly doubt any tampering will be evident. BUT, you can bet your last sucre that they were copied! That is what competent intelligence services do!)

P.S./P.D. to my previous comment:
Today, February 11th, Correa's appointed head of the national police, Jaime Hurtado remarked that without U.S. funding, anti narcotic efforts virtually cease. It seems while El Presidente is busy buying luxury jets, votes, and electronic identification appartatus, he neglects to fund his own country's anti drug program...
Whether this is out of neglect or deliberate, I will allow the reader to decide.
