The Ruination of Ecuador by Consensus of Cowardice

February 11, 2009   Ecuador under the corrupt drug king pin named president Rafael Correa is a failure by any honest socio-economic indicator in every way except one: Correa has won the hearts and minds of Ecuadoreans through his enabling of the national pre existing addiction to dishonesty, cowardice and manipulative living. As all Ecuadoreans today are cowards, their disgrace is a nation in consensus to be cowards, act like cowards and practice cowardice.

It is a rare and fine moment, which has been visibly bettered of late, that anyone speaks up for bettering Ecuador by returning to normative law and order and integrity in every home, which today does not exist at all. If there be crime in Ecuador- and it is rampant - it is seen in each home, in each of us who soothe the truth teller to abandon his or her morals and demand a restriction of liberty which debilitates the common good. If you do not understand this cause and effect, you really should stop reading ECrisis and go and read some of the hundreds of paid propaganda blogs, rife with enabling foolishness.

Recently NEWSWEEK Magazine in the US noted of the Obama take over that "We are all Socialists now" - as if this is supposed to make problems go away and make all aberrant and dysfunctional sub denizens of the globe feel better and more "supportive" of the USA. This cedes the point. We are all in fact all Cowards now. And nations of manipulators and cowards is a pretty repulsive sight. We Are All Cowards Now.

It is a measure of our own low self esteem when we expect and demand even less from those around us. Self perpetuating low self esteem is an addiction in Ecuador and only leads to more disaster. It is past time for one and all to act on valor and integrity instead. We are weary of all Ecuadoreans making excuses about Ecuador. This sociopathic malaise has enshrined a cognitive dissonance promoted by Rafael Correa to perpetuate his power and deliver money to Correa's Russo-Iranian-Venezuelan-FARC cartel who move monies in dark places and do dark deeds.

Currently, Correa and his goons are trying to pretend that they are not in bed with the FARC and any other global vermin when they are literally lice-ridden with their own vermin infested marriages. Correa wants you to know that the USA has hidden at the US Embassy in Quito the computer hard drives, owned by the USA, that were used in the Northern Border zone. Read it here and here.
Next- ask yourself why Correa is so determined to hide his criminal acts with the FARC and all other vermin that he has made no effort to work as a partner against terrorism with the USA? Why would Correa want to terminate sound acts of civil defense and law and order? There is only one answer: Correa does not want to build security, stability and a law abiding society.

When cowards run anything, they run away. They hide. They  vacate. They manipulate. They perpetuate the landscape where dark things happen. Here is an extract from a thoughtful article (in full here): “Those nations, peoples, and businesses that neglect the moral ecology of their own cultures, especially corporate cultures, and financial firms' cultures are most noteworthy, cannot enjoy the fruits of capitalism. Because that system must essentially be moral or it falters, declines and fails. What we need to rediscover and renew today at this time more than any other in modern memory is spiritual enterprise, which is capitalism in its most profound and important virtuous form. Spiritual capital is the fund of beliefs, examples, and commitments that are transmitted from generation to generation through a religious, moral or spiritual tradition, and which attach people to the transcendental source of human happiness. Without rediscovery of the virtues we cannot understand or resolve the deepest roots of this financial and, ultimately, moral crisis. That moral crisis cannot be dictated by governmental power or throwing money at "problems." One of the paradoxes of the "progressive movement" is that it has spawned public policies that have had as their collective consequence an end totally opposite to the one intended. Instead of offering temporary help to a needy few, we have expanded the ranks of those perpetually in need.  Where communism failed to create "new socialist man" behind the former Iron Curtain we are succeeding in America. Instead of creating a society of free and responsible individuals, we have created the entitlement generation(s). Ever since we proclaimed that we should be free from fear, we have been afraid to be free.

There is, lest we forget in this era ...a very corrosive and morally corrupting influence of government which stimulates the "something for nothing" mentality more than anything else in our present culture. The latest episode in so-called "stimulus" is mostly a series of government giveaways or payoffs to interest groups now in power. There is nothing virtuous about such bailouts to any and every constituency that screams loudest or turns out the vote. Quite the opposite, such actions inevitably destroy freedom, cripple the market, and like drug addiction lead to a need for more and more without regard to effect. At some point we will wake up and there will be hell to pay, i.e., hyperinflation and a worthless currency. "

ECrisis notes that if Correa has his way, Ecuador will return soon to hyperinflation and a worthless currency all predicated on the urgency of Something for Nothing. That nothing you got includes the removal of your freedoms, markets and like all good addictions, manipulates your insistence that more and more state handouts control your days.

So....What's in Your Bank???? Functional spiritual capital? Or have you sold out for the lures of cartel communism's Something for Nothing, barring the definable, bankable assets of integrity and safeguards against corruption, also called ethics?

More urgently, what's in your voting machine? Correa is doing what his comrades have wanted him to do for some time: install Chavez's pre rigged voting system called the SMARTMATICS just in time for the April elections Read about it here and here.

The OAS was stopped once before from funding these machines of deception. We hope someone- anyone- will stop support for these instruments of fraud which should not be marketed or used anywhere. Ecuadoreans can do what North Americans did against the wishes of the US Democratic Party: stopped the sale of these SMARTMATIC machines of voter fraud.
