February 27, 2009 As we have reported here frequently, over 90% of all so called  financiers at the helm of the last 15 years of major mischief or worse are aligned with the U.S. Democratic Party of one world socialists and labor union advocates [ for added street credentials that somehow they actually care about the  plight of their fellow travelers when in fact they do not] almost all hedge fund and derivatives fund speculators of any size are all backers of US Democrats and other assorted globalists such as Miguel Insulza, the European Reds and Greens parties, the radical environmentalists [ for newly created stock market on air emissions trading and betting] and all encouragers of less freedoms and not more.
 
One still reads from the paid disinformation campaigners and propagandists that the US conservatives are the root cause of the unregulated hedge and derivatives mayhem, currently sucking available cash-capitol and investments from the face of this earth. This is a tragic lie. What is true is that almost every single known hedge and derivative player backs, without missing a beat, the US Democrats and concurrently spends a lot of money protecting in many ways the socialist agenda. We note that liberals are liberals until their daughter or their wallets are raped. This adage presumes that the victim applies common sense and realizes what exactly raped him or her. In Ecuador, rape victims continue to pretend that their rapist only raped him or her because they had no better plan. This is called enabling of crime and unless, like most Ecuadoreans, you actually enjoy being raped, it is time to stand up for something of integrity and stop making excuses for criminals.
 
Notable in this condemnation of financial crime is the tawdry tale of theft from Argentina. While we cannot presume that the authors have come to their senses and realized their own past foolishness to actually applaud the installation of market manipulators, what we do see today is a valid notation that Argentina and Ecuador are manipulating financial markets to make money for their own inside cartels and someone's market handling shop.
 
We are not saying that Lazard Freres is illegally representing Correa and hiding his bond market fraud. What we do say is that Correa has self enriched off of bond market manipulation, called fraud.  Just as Chavez and the Kirchners have done. The Argentinean claimants over theft may be correct but their tactics to enjoy normative justice are, like Chevron Texaco's of late, tragically leading them to ruin. They may have the right string but they are playing the wrong yo yo. In both instances, their efforts go around the core issues and miss the point of their claims which remains yet the only tool they ever had for functional justice which oddly is the only tool they refuse to employ. Tragic indeed. Nonetheless, here is a decent review of the Kirchner-Correa-Chavez bond market scams under way. Contrary to the authors here, we call this bond market fraud and we do call it for what it is: a racketeering case. 
 
Where the authors miss the boat- and that boat will sink them, is in foolishly believing that decent enough sounding efforts such as Cong. Towns's efforts will over ride the pro FARC money laundering promotionals by US Democrat McGovern, who should be removed from the US Congress but currently controls the most powerful congressional committee called the US House Rules Committee. Mr. Towns will at best see a watered down law with on going protection for Mr McGovern and Mr Delahunt's clientelistic overview- the Soros friends in Ecuador, Venezuela and Argentina as well as Bolivia and Brazil. Friends like these are bought and paid for. And whenever that happens, justice has no chance. Investors know this. When trust is removed by political machinations anywhere, investing is jiggered and orderly process is truncated. End the rackets and cartel behavior first.

Here is an ABC news blog today which states that Soros advocates legalizing marijuana, among other legalizations of things that should not be normalized.
 
Although the story on when did Soros convert from the Clinton team to the Obama team is shortened below, formally Soros did start funding Obama for president in 2007  although he had backed long before then.

It should be noted that this global Soros agenda  [ seen in the Correa and Chavez constitutions if one really studies them] and the Obama platform in the USA actually hurts liberty and even handed liberty in law while seemingly enabling more state hand outs, also called socialism.
