April 11, 2009   ECrisis is weary of the utter absence of rule of law in the nation of Ecuador, gone wilding. President Rafael Correa's goon squad of paid lawyers, medical and environmental data falsifiers, propagandists, lobbyists and activists- all paid to lie a lot about the obscene crimes perpetrated by Correa's own FARC-Petroecuador cartel out of Quito is beyond belief. The anti - US cartel has now ginned up some of the stupidest so - called pension fund operators, themselves suspect for profound political manipulations, currently acting to help Correa's liars about Chevron in their demands that Chevron suffer their scare tactics and more accusations that somehow Chevron Texaco is liable for things that company never did do nor is responsible for. But US president Barack Hussein Obama's team, following his own U.S. Senate reprehensible letter of support for the dishonest actors in Ecuador [to help out one of Correa's pals Donziger] levying false claims against Chevron Texaco, do now insist that the false so called pension fund letters be made public, all to add to the growing cacophony of false claims against Texaco for things it did not do.
 
Meanwhile, the Soros-Obama and Chavez team of Hate the USA actors in Spain under communist so-called judge Baltazar Garson seeks to see Chevron's new top lawyer....in jail- also for crimes he never committed.
 
No one should ever doubt that the government of Ecuador under Correa is enjoined in this specious series of legal claims- now heading toward well over $50 billion in composite charges- for self enriching fun and money. Correa is not only helping co - pay lawyer Donziger's projects but he has insured vast and corrupt rulings against Chevron under his ginned up Sharia law practicing so - called judge in the one horse town court room where functional illiteracy is rampant and legal research virtually non existent. Correa has politically thrown his weight- both financial and governmental force majeur in to the criminal behaviors of both the so called plaintiffs and their backers. Chevron Texaco's sole crime in this bankruptcy-producing exercise is to work with and retain some of the world's stupidest and most incompetent local lawyers who have guided Chevron Texaco toward bankruptcy- not because they seek this but because they are lazy, arrogant, and perfect Latin idiots whose self justifications in no way excuses their vapid grasp on legal issues.
 
Chevron Texaco itself has made every effort to put itself out of business by self delusion: deluding itself that the USA's democratic machine of all Soros-Obama hate-selling, dishonest entities will step aside from their parallel efforts to bankrupt Chevron Texaco and bring down yet another example of free enterprise. As a U.S. Senator, pathetically [and with absolutely no due diligence] Obama has promised to help ruin Chevron. So too has Chavez and indeed, Rafael Correa has done all that he can to lie, steal and cheat his way to another 10 years of dishonest government in the Andes. Or as Congressman Engle [D-NJ} vowed ` we will not ask about Ecuador but instead have vowed blindly to support Correa.' The deal is that Correa will grow the drug cartels, manipulate global bonds and help ruin any American entity in Ecuador in return for protection racket supports from the Soros-Obama drugs and money scammers, currently called finance with no accountability, no honesty and no transparency- also called cartel finance. This is NOT change that we believe in. For its part, Chevron Texaco needs to grow up and realize that the fake judge in his one room fake court house, adjudicating a fake claim against Chevron is only waiting for Correa to be re elected and then he will lay down his false claims against Chevron Texaco and there will be nothing that they can do about it by then because they failed to do anything now: today. Chevron Texaco for too many years kissed up to the likes of Hugo Chavez and Barack Obama's Soros-laced cabinet. They looked as useless as Obama, seen here, genuflecting to the king of the Saudis for no apparent reason. Now the Obama team makes excuses about his height, etc etc but no one warrants such a bizarre and displaced show. And Chevron- what did they get for their bizarre affection for the Reid-Pelosi-Obama team? A cold slap in the face that carried a message that as far as the US Democrats are concerned, there will be no justice for U. S. businesses, already withering.

We at ECrisis suggest submission to a higher power which concurrently respects all God given rights- not the truncated Ecuadorean or Hezbollah or Fascist Muslim style governance. Ecuadoreans simply do not care at all that Chevron Texaco is suffering one of the worst legal scams in history. Ecuadoreans should protest the horrific abuse of justice because....they come for you next. Just because Ecuadoreans think it is all right to go after Chevron because "they are rich and Ecuadoreans are poor" in no way justifies this crime perpetrated by Correa.
