April 16, 2009   Due to the outing of Baltazar Garzon as a prejudiced Spanish judge, himself preparing his so-called antiBush trial for 2 years in the USA [complete with free private school in NYC for his child at a $24,000 plus tuition UN linked school]- funded probably, we are guessing at no less than $250,000 to $1/2 million gifting by the likely donor [or donor coordinator for political balast] named George Soros in his hate Bush efforts, now Spain moves this judge to the lesser back row role and names a new patsy/kangaroo as if to protect the coordinating role of the now well trained hate USA stooge named Baltazar Garzon.. As if. Spain claims Baltazar Garzon "forgot" to pay his taxes for his USA case preparation "donation" while he drew judicial salaries.

Baltazar Garzon of Spain has been a problem for liberty lovers for too many years and is a well funded menace to truth telling and even handed justice. He does not act alone.

But today a HARPERS Magazine writer wants to tell us that Obama's State Department has been busy scrubbing all background on this case preparation and is in constant contact with Spain to insure that no Soros-Obama link is mentioned even as Obama has gone out of his way publicly for 3 times in public speeches of late to hold up Spain as a model trading partner for the USA on green installations. Anyone who has ever tried to wash their hands in Madrid or flush a toilet knows how miserable Spain's green laws have made Spain- a silly undertaking which is.....silly. Obama wants us to know how well Spain manages its heating and cooling by wind and solar technologies. Obama reveals his undereducated silliness: Spain is not called a moderate, temperate climate for nothing. Nonetheless, Obama is at pains to show how invaluable Spain's green efforts are today when.....it is neither invaluable nor cost-effective. Spain's efforts are not unlike claiming victory over high heating costs....in the Bahamas where true winters are non existent. Zapatero is a Euro red and an essentially discredited fellow. 

Zapatero/Baltazar Garzon have made Hugo Chavez and Ecuador's Rafael Correa very very happy with the inclusion of Chevron's counsel William Haynes to his hit list of 6 men. Currently Ecuador has a welter of complete bankruptcy causing specious claims against Chevron Texaco, the first being heard- again not by jury- but by a kangaroo judge in a one horse town in Ecuador. The “judge" is a recent convert to Islam via Hezbollah enthusiasts in the Andes and a staunch advocate of shari'a law. The Correa kangaroo judge will rule on almost $30 billion in fines against Chevron for acts in neither committed nor based on any verifiable environmental or medical claims, also called crimes against humanity. Correa and Chavez are thrilled that Zapatero's fake justice is assisting their fake justice. Correa's own team against Chevron includes a rogues' gallery of Obama linked denizens who hate the USA, ranging from Mr. Barnes who aided the specious so called National Guard counterfeit tomes about President Bush [also called the Fastest Zipper in the West] and also known as a paid lobbyist not only for Correa against Chevron but also representing the indictable Mr. Stanford whose numerous offices in Ecuador sold fake investments to foolish hedgers and derivatives buyers. Correa's anti-Chevron team also includes Fenton Communications, a Soros favorite, plus Mr. Donziger whose claim to fame is his chumminess with Obama and his hoop shooting court time even as he secured from then-Senator Obama a bizarre letter of support for Correa's ginned up claims against Chevron Texaco. Added to this team would be Correa's own Paul Reichler who has helped the Sandinistas, Aristide of Haiti and numerous Soros anti-Plan Colombia activities.

The next thing that needs to be done about this heinous affrontery to common law is to deliver the facts: We ask whether the taxpayers of NY state or some tax deducting "NGO"/donor gifted NY University with about $ 1/2 million for 2 years so that this Spanish judge could perform "research" and prepare his anti-USA case, also gifting this loser/hate-filled judge inexplicably with an honorary doctorate of laws to gin up his bona fides and gift credibility where it should never have been gifted. This gift to "prepare" and "research" his antiBush case included researchers, travel and expenses for his family- even his daughter to attend a very expensive liberal UN linked NYC private school. A very sweetheart deal to prepare Baltazar Garzon.
 
WHO paid for this assist to this "case" to set precedence? Was it some tax deducting effort or was it the tax payers of NY?
Someone paid for this case preparation, either knowingly or unwittingly.  In either case, this should be factually disclosed. And someone/some effort feeds Baltazar Garzon's juridical efforts still yet. Who?
 
We say again: Added to Baltazar Garzon's package was private school tuition for his daughter at NY's UN linked private school. Do NY taxpayers really have to pay for this for 2 years? Indeed, Spain's case against the Bush6 was a witch hunt- a case made out of whole cloth and names added later. This is not justice.
 
The USA's Bush 6 deserve support from fact finders- and all interested at all in retaining trial by jury, the right to self defense and the essentials of common law [missing in Latin/Spanish civil law yet], I would ask who and what has teamed with Baltazar Garzon, adding more than ballast to his ship of tom foolery. The USA and the UK apply what is called common law. Spain applies civil law where any can be considered guilty until proven innocent. This is not a precedent that any should permit, a matter which the ICC courts also apply.

At the same time that the USA's Obama was extolling the virtues of Spain's enviro-friendly toilets at his latest national speech at the Catholic-funded Georgetown University in Washington, he forgot that he himself claims to be a Christian and ordered all vestiges of Christ removed for the TV camera. Worse yet- the now non-Jesuit school leadership readily agreed. This is not living one's faith:
