May 3, 2009   ECrisis is happy whenever any honest reports are shared about the very dishonest Ecuadorian government. We think this is a good thing and remain convinced our readers do, too. Several articles of late did not surprise us regarding the fake law suit against Chevron Texaco- a suit which never should have been wasting everyone's time and money- ever.
 
There remain a few essentials about this non justice against this American-based energy company. No one on earth should hear this case as a legitimate claim because there are no verifiable medical or environmental tests on the table regarding what Chevron-Texaco supposedly did do. There are faked tests prepared by the so called plaintiffs, many of whom were not even born in the years under judicial review and claim harm from environmental problems created by Correa's own Petroecuador. More importantly, there is no independent, verifiable due diligence on Petroecuador and attendant thereto Correa's government- what he has spent and how he has spent millions of dollars on foolishness while hiding and stealing from Ecuadoreans.
 
Correa, as president of Ecuador and a fully affixed proxy for Iran's Hezbollah and Chavez-Castro's Cuban communism, seriously supports the fake justice from his kangaroo judge, currently practicing Sharia law in the one horse town ostensibly hearing an almost $30 billion case against Chevron for things it never did do and for things no one can prove even though Correa has illegally thrown the state of Ecuador in to backing this fraudulent scam which has all the credibility of Correa's claims that Ecuador's bonds were released wrongly too and now he comes offering practically pennies on the dollar. But these news articles lead one to believe that a settlement deal is in the offing to drop, aka extort, an American company to gift Correa's team of bandits lots of money for something it did not do.

If Chevron Texaco settles with Correa and his criminals, we hope the company rots in its own stupidity even though we have ardently written here that they are innocent of these trumped up charges against them and that bankruptcy, as planned by the USA's team headed by pro FARC/anti Chevron-Texaco political partyers of US Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Ecuador's Rafael Correa and his dishonest minions need never happen. For that matter, Correa's bond market manipulations need never happen either.

This abuse of USA monies neither had nor held any intent at due diligence nor supporting any independent forensic audit of Correa's finances nor the government controlled Petroecuador which is of course not separate any more from Correa's mandates. Without the facts, without a full forensic audit, these Americans are selling lies about an American company to make money for false promises that should never have been made.

ECrisis includes this report on now-jailed perpetrators of illegal drugs and money for the Iran-Venezuela-Cuba-FARC gangs. We call them perps. Go ahead: ask Correa to be honest about how much money he has gifted/illegally spent to fight Chevron Texaco. You can ask Correa where all of Petroecudor's money has gone also. And ask him next how much he has paid U.S. Democratic Party-aligned propagandists to lie about Ecuiador's drug running and bond market malfeasance. Go ahead and ask.

Unless and until there is a base line, founded on facts, all you have from Ecuador’s government is a steady stream of lies and cover ups and false witness, false claims and financial crimes. While you still can you should ask. Rafael Correa today does openly and freely state that he is completely aligned with Hugo Chavez and Iran. Correa is out of the closet now on this. Ecuadoreans need not be incredulous any more- Correa himself says this and you need to know what that means. It means that you live in a place run by the Iranian-Bolivarian team of Cuban communists for fun and profit. The USA's Democratic Party such as the dishonest Congressman McGovern and the misguided President Obama think that is a good idea. We think it is horrific. Good luck with getting the truth.
