Ecuadorean Extortion Rackets Supplant Justice

May 5, 2009   The president of Ecuador -Rafael Correa- has been helping a plethora of liars create harm and set up potential bankruptcy to an American company which has done nothing to deserve the mess underway in a wholly inadequate, barely functioning judge's chambers in woebegone Lago Agrio, currently party to rigging justice to the tune of almost $30 billion. But Hey! Correa's team of extortionists wants you to know that you can settle with Correa's team of illicit goons for a quick twenty billion and they will drop all charges. Extortion and protection rackets are what is called by liars and ninnyhammers as the lawful nation of Ecuador which is neither lawful any more not legitimate under the Correa-Chavez-Cuban plan.

A shameful CBS TV media tale- chock full of lies about Chevron Texaco, part of the propaganda of the so-called plaintiffs and Correa's partner in this criminal enterprise is Barack Hussein Obama [pal to plaintiff's counsel named Donziger who should be debarred and also charged with criminal malfeasance]  and US Democratic leadership of the party of Soros that ramps up the unfounded pressure to cut a deal to help Correa and hurt an American company in his own Donziger threatening words: " `At the end of the day, it might be a situation where a U.S. court enforces the judgment, and the marshals have to go to Chevron and seize their assets,' he replied. There are likely to be appeals in this case that has already run nearly 16 years."

Over the last two years, ECrisis has written extensively about this Correa-U.S. Democratic Party extortion  racket [wrongly called US Democratic Party foreign policy support for criminals], now blessed by the idiotic loser goddess revered and enshrined by Correa- the gorda Pachamama, the state religion of Ecuador to guide Correa's path to more ruinous felonies.

This article: "A Dole-ful Victory" correctly states, "Mix the prospect of U.S. tort judgments and Third World resentment and it's amazing what the criminal rackets in a failed state will come up with. ..." What we do not know yet is why the USA's Speaker Pelosi thinks that her favorite socialist actors are not committing treason and perjuring themselves as is the case in the numerous illegal CODELS to Ecuador’s government by Pelosi's people to expand this extortion racket. We do not understand this abuse of power and someone else's money at all.

We can only guess that CBS TV has been praying to Pachamama for guidance to lie a lot also making a 60 minutes propaganda in support of the leftist agenda, which they call justice.

We at ECrisis commend the following article which notes that Ecuador is top heavy today with liars and extorionists, also called the Correa-Chavez regime. These extorionists gin up "comparable accusations from greedy radicals over death-squad payoffs in Colombia, Chevron is facing a phony lawsuit over pollution and Occidental is fighting expropriation in Ecuador..." and if you think all this crime of the government of Ecuador and by the government of Ecuador is a good thing, know that you are self delusional. At some point the world knows you for what you are: criminal extortion rackets.

There are two simple steps that Chevron Texaco can take to end this extortion racket operating a specious and unfounded claim of almost $30 billion against them. To date Chevron has failed itself- and places its employees' careers in jeopardy- by ignoring these two simple steps and failing to fully examine the parameters of defending its own company. We are not praying to the fake, fat goddess Pachamama, patron goddess of Correa's extortion rackets. We do pray that Chevron Texaco comes to its senses very soon and puts an end to this illegal miscarriage of justice, born of greed, malfeasance and U.S. Democratic Party political support.
