Correa and U.S. Democrats Must Quit Claim its Specious Lawsuit, Correctly Called an Extortion Racket, against Chevron Texaco
May 14, 20090 Here is a real update on PetroEcuador's activities today. Do click on to the YouTube video below. As former president Rodrigo Borja's last erection, the state consolidation of Petroecuador as a take over engine was complete between 1990-1991, creating a series of opaque statist money grabs.
Citing fake lab reports by illegal labs in Quito [a practice installed by the government of Ecuador in partnership with US attorneys], there is no legal case against Chevron Texaco for environmental damage as brought by Correa and US president Barack Hussein Obama's friend, lawyer Steven Donziger who is concurrently partnered with Correa against an American company.
ECrisis was the first to report on the malfeasance and fraud committed by the Ecuadorean governmental team led by President Correa and with funded support from the USA Democratic Party team bringing fake charges against an American company.
The Amazon Defense Coalition has yet to disclose who has funded them for over 16 years. This so called coalition is not what one assumes some enviro club to be and to date is a front for the Soros actors who sell lies about the Andes, the US Democratic Party which co funds lies about the Andes, and sends its own members and staff to help lie some more about the Andes- debasing what little credibility the US Democrats and the U.S. Department of State still has (which is not much} and assists in these false/specious law suits against Americans. And who is paying their court fees in the USA and what happened to their key actor Bonifaz- where did he go? When Rafael Correa and so called plaintiff's American lawyer Donziger cut a deal to cut out not only Bonifaz and the so called indigenous victims, safely cutting out Boniface and Donziger's previous claims against Ecuador/PetroEcuador in return for Correa's support and backing, all cut out from the brand new almost $30 billion claim against Chevron, the deal and the entire case became distinct from all previous claims and cases involving Ecuador and Chevron.
The case no longer sued PetroEcuador or Correa's government even as Donziger cut the deal to remove plaintiffs and Petroecuador responsibility, leaving the $30 billion extortion deal now as possibly benefiting Correa and Donziger in an unholy racket to enrich those two- himself/his backers and Correa's cartel of liars. The United States of America, instead of allowing the US Democrats such as Pelosi to fund with US taxpayer money illegal trips for Donziger, Congressman McGovern, US AID political guides, US Embassy protections and transport and Soros and Chavez's own Mark Weisbrot to trumpet their glories, abusing not only his Soros backing to lie but also making wild eyed false claims before the media, should stand up to this extortion racket and uphold US and Ecuadorean laws. Rather than co fund Ecuador and Donziger to lobby and support through lies and propaganda the very dishonest ploys of the Donziger-Correa team, the USA should indeed have US Congressional mandates to cease and desist and give the money back to the US taxpayers, spent in fraud. President Obama, who as US Senator recently sent ginned up Donziger pre-written letters in support of the case against Chevron which he must now retract as his standing support. then as now, was based on fraud. Obama's support as Senator is as illegal then as his non-retraction is today because the case that Obama was supporting is so patently illicit as a dirty deal with Correa and Donziger that none can support it and indeed, with their on going support are accomplices to extortion and fraud.
Here is a new and blatantly courageous stand against all this extortion by the US Democrats and Rafael Correa against Chevron Texaco whose only crime still remains that it has the stupidest legal team in Ecuador and the dumbest fear of telling the truth to the US Democratic Party for its crime-enabling activities:
JUDGE SAYS DOLE FOODS SUBJECT TO ‘BLATANT EXTORTION’ - THE CASE MIRRORS ECUADOR LAWSUIT AGAINST CHEVRON
Recently we also noticed this blog post:
We at ECrisis keep waiting for someone- anyone- from Ecuador to not only stand up to Correa and the Pelosi-Soros Democratic Party of extortionists and tell the truth to act like a responsible adult in stewardship to this land. We keep looking, As for Rafael Correa, here he goes again- charging false crimes against the Isaias family of businesses, threatening prison, extradition and confiscation. We can only hope that the Isaias family, who are guilty of nothing more than having- like Chevron Texaco and Dole- the world's stupidest lawyers.
Here is the silly support for goofy, ruinous ideas in cartoon form of US Democratic Party leadership of Soros, called Speak Pelosi and Senate Leader Reid who constantly welcome FARC molls and co-fund extortion rackets in the Andes. As for the Pelosi-Reid attacks on American media, they forget that Americans still yet today have the power to turn off or not listen to a program they do not like. No one yet is forced to listen to anything while competitiveness serves even the media most fairly....not US Democratic Party controls over free speech, which is not free speech.
Like Chevron Texaco, which is tepidly starting to stand up to defend its shareholders- as it is legally obligated to do under US law and marginally overcome its pathetic legal teams which for years have refused to stand squarely on the facts of this case- pretending that it is far far better to be silent and pretend that Rafael Correa will afford them some semblance of justice if they act nice to Correa and pretend that manipulation is far better than justice. In to this dishonest and manipulative situation falls the fate of functional companies, now headlined and pressured to be even more overtly under the sway/the pressures of lying, manipulative Ecuadoreans. Here and here is EL COMERCIO with Correa's latest false charges....this time not against Chevron but against the Isaias family.
To date, like Chevron, no one stands up to defend these false and slanderous charges. Anyone? This steady and stubborn proscribed tactic never ever works unless one is of course a Stasi or DISIP agent selling disinformation campaigns, as is the case all across Ecuador today. It is time to stand up against this dishonesty. Someone?
