Bienvenidos a Lago Agrio- a mini Hezbollah Paradise Land for the Living Dead- Victims of Fascism
June 16, 2009 Many today are focusing on the massive abuse of so called democracy in Iran. To be sure, Iran, like Cuba, neither has nor holds democratic tenants while shams are foisted on one and all by the absolutist state. The stunningly dishonest and morally vacated Lebanon is not far behind with its sham democracy as well. Christopher Hitchens writes today with precision about these manipulations of reality, called Islamic theistic mysogenists and misfits," a country like Lebanon, where it has proxy and surrogate parties under arms, is able to reward itself by increasing its `majority' in a festeringly bankrupt state where it controls the media and enjoys a monopoly of violence. I think we should deny it any official recognition of this consolation." If this tawdry picture of moral relativism for selfish purposes gone bad sounds familiar, it is because ....it is. Hitchens inserts, "Fascism at home sooner or later means fascism abroad. Face it now or fight it later. Meanwhile, give it its right name. " Ecuadoreans cannot even be honest enough to call Correa for what he is: a puppet of Cuba-Chavez and Iran. Unless one has an honest diagnosis of the structural disease eating Ecuador's flesh, so easy now that its heart and soul are addicted to manipulative structures- we fear that restoration of a healthy situation will never occur. Call Ecuador for what it is and then commence treating its psychopathic society.
Hitchens correctly states about Correa's intimate partner, "Iran and its citizens are considered by the Shiite theocracy to be the private property of the anointed mullahs" And of course Correa's own constitution- which no one....not even any U.S. analysts read, refusing to believe that it was important while dishonestly and professionally irresponsibly pretending that very soon, like Cuba, Iran and Sudan it would be revamped, also mandates that all Ecuadoreans are the regime's private property.... following the great Cuban - Iranian plan.
For this, Ecuadoreans get praise from Barack Hussein Obama whose own team has no clue what Ecuador is nor what its government actually is.... This willful irresponsibility has gifted Ecuador with its merger.... with Iran's mullahs and Castro's unique cruelty.
But correa-istas are so manipulative that they seriously believe that their great Correa can steal from Chavez and the mullahs of Iran, like everyone else, and get away with it. And somewhere in their fuzzy brains, they will recall a time when Ecuador was a US ally which would have been defended by the USA from the evil that men do in the name of communist cartel tyranny.
The perfidy of this plan is that the Ecuadorean government officials want their crime and they want the USA to pay to protect them from their crime, like all adolescents. Today there will be nothing for Ecuador because it deserves nothing having done nothing honorable or remotely resembling honest government. Barack Hussein Obama of course is deeply and badly misinformed, remaining crudely ignorant, regarding Ecuador, assuming as he does through his Country Club Communist world view that if only mankind replicated the happy go-lucky world of happy Islam, all would be well. Obama, for his part, is an idiot- a perfect idiot in his shallow, vapid revisionist history. Ecuadorean government officials are much, much worse. Worse yet- they are actually proud of their ignorance while Obama may yet come around to regaining some knowledge for application, also called wisdom which he has yet to experience. But Ecuadorean government officials bar wisdom and banish experience-based knowledge. This is perilous.
Not only does Correa consider all Ecuadoreans as his private property of the state- his little serfs- but he also considers that all businesses are to be his also, either under extortion-protection rackets or outright state seized assets, as is the case with the last remaining open media outlet on the world for Ecuador- TELEAMAZONAS TV.
This is what is called the work of a "great economist." We call it the work of a great liar and criminal. The three ex-presidents are commendable today but their work is too little, too late to have an effect. Their wives refused to let them speak before now. And when did Country Club Catholics under Country Club Marxist morals ever amount to decision making for robust stewardship? The answer is....never.
But we are glad to see Noboa, Sixto and Oswaldo open their previously silent and well hidden morals and stand for their favorite TV channel. It is a matter of some urgency which will lead nowhere because their wives and so called "advisors" [as if] ridiculously refuse to permit their voices to be heard anywhere outside the local rest stop, also called Quito.
This message is so urgent that these voices need to stop playing hide and seek, cease pretending that they are so busy as to disregard their commitment to Ecuador, and publicly declare in one voice that this evil by Correa will not pass.
HOY brings us this story:
Manifiesto de los ex presidentes Sixto Durán Ballén, Osvaldo Hurtado Larrea y Gustavo Noboa Bejarano

If one listens to Rafael Correa and his paid propagandists- also called the entire media now of Ecuador although some are from the USA, speaking about the horrors of Chevron Texaco's environmental destruction of Ecuador, one gets the feeling that everyone, as sworn plaintiffs, in the area are dying from every vermin on Earth ranging from amoebas to ingrown toe nails. You are also told that it is a land of the dead, for the dead- all caused by TEXACO.... run out of Ecuador heroically by then Cuban Marxist and Shining Path sympathizer president Rodrigo Borja to socialize state functions, inserting as he did the utterly incompetent and corrupt now money maker for the few called Petroecuador.
A welcoming sign to Lago Agrio tells us that it is a land for living. Lago Agrio is a paradise for dishonest, lying useless dogs of propaganda and Hezbollah activists, pouring in to the sheltering arms of the debased Rafael Correa. Either Petroecuador's asset stealing actors have crafted a paradise for criminals in Lago Agrio or else they did not. Someone is lying.
Ecuador: Damage from oil A faded sign welcomes visitors to "Lago Agrio, living earth". The town of 103,000, on the border of Colombia and Ecuador, is now at the centre of the biggest environmental lawsuit in history, with $27bn in potential damages.
We like the one way sign in this one horse town of no prospects, no future, no integrity and great desolation, basing its future on Correa's capacity to scam the public and maybe trickle down some of his stolen money from Chevron Texaco to this all but forgettable town of liars, prostitutes, pimps and drug runners: a border town with even less morals whose justice is dispensed by a convert to Iran's harsh Sharia law, thanks to Hezbollah's propaganda. Lago Agria is right to post a One Way sign- but that sign leads one out of town and away from this zone of deceit and deception.
Of course the so called claimants in the anti Texaco specious law suit have it all wrong: they should be suing Correa and PetroEcuador. This of course poses a problem: Correa has already stolen billions from Ecuador and now wants more from Chevron Texaco. Besides, were any locals in the land of the living in Lago Agrio to try to sue Correa, they will mystriously disappear or end up in jail or on Correa's new Tacson-style list of targeted persons to be harassed and denied any services, especially jobs. Extortion is his racket and power is his game. No locals have a chance anymore NOT to stand against Texaco and pretend that Correa will save them from their foolishness.
We ask again: how many of Petroecuador's waste dumps has Correa actually remediated? Some say that Chevron Texaco remediated over 100 open pits with the $40 million or so it gifted the government of Ecuador, side by side with PetroEcuador. How many have died in Lago Agrio from pollution? And where we ask again is the indpendant forensic audit of the claims, PetroEcuador and Correa's own fiances? We would like to know. So too would the IMF who still tip toes around Correa, afraid to ask any questions when indeed it has the obligation to ask.
Not asking for the facts forces one to look like a fool. Ecuadorean president Rafael Correa, who has been trained in nothing except his self enriching greed and grabbing for power as instructed by his Cuban and Venezuelan [ and now Iranian] guides to all that is unholy. has been criminally playing- manipulating- this globe. His manipulations in the bond market, with the power of his state government to lie, steal and cheat some more is before you:
Correa Plays ‘Market for Fools’ in Bond Default, Abderdeen Says
And if Ecuadorean government officials greed is not enough to turn your stomach, how about Ecuador's menage a communist trois with Chavez AND Mahmoud, himself as said below, commandeering a "rancid sexual repression" at the nasty Islamic republic, which is no republic at all but an Islamic dictatorship of criminals, also designated terrorists by everyone except US president Obama and president Chavez, Morales, Ortega, and Correa. Iran is a state sponsor of terror no matter what these country club communists want you to believe. Besides- when did you ever, ever take your intelligence and your moral fibre from Country Club Catholics and Country Club Communists who preach half truths and manipulative living standards that has so badly gifted Ecuadoreans with their now famous gift to the world: their name as a people known for standing up for nothing and serving the global community as fraudsters and racketeering agents.
Here is a know well viewed photo from Iran yesterday: the people out on the streets, protesting for or against slightly identical electable officials in a world controlled by their Mullahs- totally controlled by their unseen Mullahs which they do not want to change, much as they say they want change when, like all Venezuelans who used to protest, they really want no change and no freedoms at all:
For our part, we at ECrisis seriously know that somewhere deep inside all of us is a commitment to opportunity and freedom. We cry when we see far too many manipulating the value of liberty and its offspring. Christopher Hitchens has the right of it: give this evil its right name. Call it for what it is. And know that unless and until you do, you are criminally aiding and abetting not just financial market crimes by Correa but the very end of free speech, free religion and open education. Call it for what it is and call yourself for what you are.
-Pedro Camargo for ECrisis
