The U.S. Department of State Reprints New Ecuadorean Propaganda as Factual, Criminally Removing Real Time Data
 
June 30, 2009  ECrisis does not enjoy calling anyone a liar, especially an ambassador or a president. Tragically today, no leader from Iran or Cuba or Venezuela or Ecuador has one bone in their body not formally and openly committed to lying. Luis Gallegos, a low level chavista functionary currently serving as Correa's liar in chief in Washington enjoys his over paid position of paying an awful lot of money to run his scam of lying a lot to the American public.

Following the government of Ecuador's disgraceful tango last week to lie a lot about the WALL STREET JOURNAL, Correa and Gallegos first demanded a full retraction of the June 22, 2009 report on Correa's FARC merger. Next the government of Ecuador demanded a formal apology. Then they demanded a printing of their rebuttal to the JOURNAL's factual analysis. By Saturday, as anyone knows, Correa took to his state controlled media and lied a lot about O'Grady and the JOURNAL, repeatedly shown on CNN en Espanol and threatened a law suit against this journalist and the newspaper company for spreading "too much" honest reporting.
 
The only liar in this story is the president of Ecuador and his cabinet of cartel drug runners who debases common sense, lies to one and all and continues his protection and growth industry called Ecuadorean government backed criminals.
 
In fact, after all of Correa's threats, his screaming fits, his lies and his tyrannical mentally unhinged screaming fits against truth tellers, the best that he and his paid propagandists can come up with is a whiney, sorry ass excuse for Correa's threats and lies. Here is Gallegos using the same recycled excuses and lies that Ecuador is fighting against drugs when Gallegos uses the US State Department as cover to declare that Correa's team is blessedly fighting against drugs when the State Department Report says no such thing. In fact, it reports that Ecuador has expanded its role in narcoterrorism through massive drugs shipments as a solid exporter of illicit drugs and as a money launderer for narcotics king pins, such as Correa himself. 

Clearly Gallegos and his paid writers assume that North Americans are just like correistas who never ever read about the facts and take their facts from other sources inside some air controlled vacuum of a shopping mall.

Ecuadoreans indeed know that Correa has taken dirty FARC money. They know that Correa got himself elected with FARC and Chavez money. Ecuadoreans know that Correa runs lots of drugs, human beings in to white slavery and lots of weapons and dirty money. Ecuadoreans also know that if they say anything about Correa, they face summary judgment of either having their assets stolen by Correa or being tossed in jail or both with no habeas corpus and no rights. Ecuadoreans know that Correa's constitution protects and defends the FARC and all terrorists while ceding no rights at all to local citizens. Ecuadoreans know that Correa has installed monitoring and censorship practices across Ecuador, complete with Chavez's DISIP goons, Cuban intel operatives and Iranian BASIJ thugs for good measure.
 
But Luis Gallegos dishonestly cherry picks his selective realities to paint a rosy picture of Ecuador and avoids overwhelming evidence that he and Correa are selling lies. There is no concerted effort in Ecuador to combat narcoterrorism: there is an overpaid propaganda campaign to lie a lot to the government of the United States and ignore the facts. Anyone caught telling the truth about Correa's cartel country is deemed a traitor or a liar and threatened with law suits.
 
For his part, Correa will never sue the JOURNAL or Mary Anastasia O'Grady. His threats make him feel good about himself. Of course Correa is a sick manipulative sociopathic liar as he has been trained from infancy by his residing in the USA to better launder family money mother, who routinely abuses the courtesies of the USA and its graces while herself debasing all that the USA is supposed to stand for. She needs to return to Ecuador and cease money laundering and give her money back to their tax payers. We hope the US FBI reviews this garbage and removes it from the USA.

And Here what the Interpol Chief told Correa about Correa’s lies.: "...If Ecuador has objections with the content of the user files, then Ecuador should criticise the FARC because the seized computers belonged to the FARC. Yet, to date, INTERPOL has not read any account of Ecuador denouncing or criticising the FARC in relation to any user files content in the seized computer exhibits..."

ECrisis notes that Luis Gallegos is just another good foot soldier in this war of attrition against even handed justice. Gallegos, himself a low level functionary who cannot string two sentences together in any formal sense, rose to his seat thanks to Ecuador's ridiculous delegation to the UN and his capacity to help co fund Obama's own propaganda team from Fenton Communications and its kissing cousins. No one in Washington admires, trusts or respects Gallegos because he deserves no respect. He does get embraced at Obama's Inaugural by Fenton's pater familias George Soros who is claimed to own the Democratic Party of the United States and gets cheek kissed for his services following the ages old pattern of thanking sods like Judas Iscariot for helping take their bag of gold for services rendered.
 
But Gallegos invites men of conscience to read the US Department of State's claims about the wonderful Ecuador.

It is a bait he sets out and in this he claims yet that the essentials to rebut O'Grady, rebut Colombia, rebut the US DEA and the US Armed Forces and the UN's INTERPOL is to be found as a hidden truth inside the woefully unhelpful US Department of State. We are shocked that Gallegos did not refer us to review State Department's US AID contractors who have been busy lying like dogs for 5 years now about how clean and glorious is Ecuador. Ecuador is practically a failed state now thanks to this glorious revolution of criminals running Ecuador, now called an ALBA-Iranian nation.

The US Department of State has its own serious problems with veracity, having publicly stated three years ago that the USA would abandon all realities about Ecuador and.....what did they call it?- throw in the towel....that is, surrender any truth telling about Ecuador. State Department, itself a cess pool of over hyped fools and lazy louts, is nowhere that any truth tellers appear, repulsed as any sane human is by the repulsive and irresponsibly vapid State Department employee ethic which permeates Hillary's irrefutable cess pool called diplomacy for the highest bidder. By pointedly abandoning all truth telling about Ecuador and its cartel operations, the USA cannot claim that evil is underway because it refused to state the facts. This is past enabling. It is a serious detour in to criminal enabling of and by paid operations inside the U.S. Democratic Party of Soros. Why the USA's Tom Shannon found this a good plan is beyond us. But he will have his rewards in Brazil helping more of Soros's hedge fund governance scam more nations, lie some more, and will find a serious  future of ignominious retreat for men who sell out their morals for.... a few bags of coins. It is a perfect fit for the end of Tom Shannon to retreat to Brazil where no child molester goes unprotected as even perverts are no longer called criminals as Brazilians demand "human rights" for pedophiles. Pedophiles have only one right and that is to be in jail anyway. But Brazil considers that pervs have more rights than the victims. So too do all immoral ALBA states called Cuba, Ecuador and Venezuela.

Or as Jose Miguel Insulza breathlessly gushed not long ago, "George Soros is the greatest statesman in the world" when of course Insulza- who owes his being to Soros, lied a lot. Soros is no statesman. But then again, Hillary Clinton, whose husband and Terry McAuliffe owed their political backing and their mortgaged homes to Soros, called Soros "a great man." For his part, the USA's Obama has surrounded himself with Soros operatives, about 95 % of all his team. And so we have Soros, Obama and Hillary loving the drug running Correa to further expand Soros's dream of a new ALBA FARC zone to sell the world the special Iranian cartel terror system which is absolute and brutal.
 
You think this is a good idea? We do not and we denounce this plan.
 
Moreover, Ambassador Gallegos takes his "diplomatic instructions" which are to present a dishonest, rosy picture of lies to the American public in order to secure tens and tens of millions of US AID contracts for Ecuador to lie some more about how wonderful this cartel land of disgrace is and to ignore all facts. Clearly missing in Gallegos's screed is the fact that Ecuador has merged with Chavez's Venezuelan-communism to import more Iranian criminals while expanding the FARC for more money and more drug exports. Correa, calling it "fair trade" does not allow US products in to Ecuador while demanding that the USA gift him alone with free duties and tariffs to enter the USA because his country is so repulsively criminal that no sane or legitimate business will enter Ecuador, knowing that Correa will lie a lot about them and steal from them. But no-Gallegos does not say that US products are sitting off shore and cannot enter. He tells us that the US Department of State loves Ecuador and will help them lie a lot to the U.S. Congress so that Ecuador will be gifted illegally with more U.S. taxpayer hand outs, just like Correa's mother living off the good charity of the USA, to further advance their money laundering, drug running dirty businesses. Like mother, like family as the old saying goes.
 
And so we clicked on the vapid, truncated State Department report that Gallegos urged us to read. It reports, "In March, Ecuador suspended diplomatic relations and counterterrorism cooperation with Colombia to protest the Raúl Reyes camp attack, and the bilateral relationship remained frozen at year’s end. Venezuela followed suit, but restored diplomatic relations with Colombia at the Rio Group Summit in the Dominican Republic later in March. President Uribe has called on both governments to engage against the FARC and for Nicaragua to turn over FARC members given asylum there after the attack that killed Reyes. "
 
The State Department knows very well that the FARC's multi-year, multi hectare intelligence plantation inside Ecuador, guarded by paid extortion monies for protection racketeering to Correa through Larrea from the FARC was raided and all Reyes's intel operations were seized for factual use by law enforcement to a point. There was no bombing of Reyes's orgy that night. All died in general on their own land mines. There are no bomb craters in the jungle. But Gallegos refuses to state these facts. So too does the US Department of State in its rush to abandon truth telling in order to hurt more US commercial interests and gift Ecuador with no legitimate or meaningful US business interests whatsoever, as they deem a useful, helpful portion of their mission. Their disgraceful mission. The US Embassy in Ecuador helps destroy US businesses in the Andes and has never done one thing to help sustain US commercial interests, cravenly believing that they alone know best that lying to the USA and destroying sound trade and commerce is best for Ecuador for, as they dishonestly claim, they alone are helping the poor. Helping the poor to be fully living off the state tit is a perpetual state of communism is more like it.
 
And here are the mental wizards at the US Department of State dishonestly telling us that, “Ecuador's greatest counterterrorism and security challenge remained the presence of Colombian narcotics and insurgent/terrorist groups in the northern border region. In order to evade Colombian military operations, these groups, principally the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), regularly used Ecuadorian territory for rest, recuperation, resupply, and training, as well as coca processing and limited planting and production, thereby involving significant numbers of Ecuadorians in direct or indirect ways. The porous 450-mile border and the lack of adequate licit employment opportunities for Ecuadorians in the region have made the area vulnerable to narcoterrorist influence and created a contraband economy. Ecuadorian officials along the border believed the FARC’s economic impact allowed it to buy silence and compliance.

Ecuador stepped up its response to this threat, although it continued to face constraints on resources and limited capabilities. The Correa Administration, while maintaining the country's traditional neutrality with respect to the Colombian conflict, has stated it opposed armed encroachments of any kind across its borders. On March 1, a Colombian attack in Ecuadorian territory caused the destruction of a FARC camp and the death of FARC Secretariat member Raúl Reyes. Colombian analysis of documents contained within laptops recovered at the camp suggested elements within the Ecuadorian government had connections to the FARC. The Correa administration strongly denied ties to the FARC, claiming that the only Ecuadorian government contacts with the FARC were to negotiate the release of hostages. The government shifted troops to the border region and continued to promote a development agenda along its northern border in concert with international donors to spur economic development in the area.

Ecuador's security forces conducted operations against FARC training and logistical resupply camps along the northern border. The Ecuadorian military increased the number of operations in Ecuador's northern border region. The military’s operational tempo, already higher in early 2008 than in previous years, increased further after the March 1 attack. A total of over 100 battalion-level operations along the northern border led to the discovery and destruction of 11 cocaine producing laboratories, over 130 FARC facilities (bases, houses, and resupply camps), the eradication of nine hectares of coca, and the confiscation of weapons, communications equipment, and other support equipment. These operations also netted valuable information on FARC activities and infrastructure both inside and outside of Ecuador, and resulted in the detention of 20 FARC members and the killing of one FARC member during the year. Despite increasing successes in this effort, insufficient resources, the challenging border region terrain, and a terse bilateral relationship with Colombia since the March 1, 2008 raid made it difficult to thwart cross-border incursions.

Other groups present in Ecuador, although less active in the last couple of years, included the Popular Combatants Group, the Revolutionary Militia of the People, the Marxist-Leninist Party of Ecuador, and the Alfarista Liberation Army.

The Ecuadorian government continued to strengthen controls over money laundering through the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), which it established under a 2005 Money Laundering Law. The FIU cooperated closely with the Anti-Narcotics Police Directorate, the Superintendent of Banks, the courts, and the private banker association to identify suspicious transactions and develop information for the prosecution of cases.

Ecuador's judicial institutions remained weak, susceptible to corruption, and heavily backlogged with pending cases. While the military and police have made numerous arrests, the judicial system had a poor record of achieving convictions."

We at ECrisis say that the US Department of State is dishonest about Ecuador because it is. Who wrote this garbage? Soros own paid contractors called the Eurasia group of one of his crisis groups? The crisis here is their dishonesty. Contrary to what is said here, the REAL problem in Ecuador is its refusal to declare in one voice that the FARC are criminal narcoterrorists. But no-State Department says their biggest problem is the presence of the FARC in the North. This lie ignores the FARC banking, human slavery, and massive drugs trans shipments that Correa's government of Ecuador now commandeers. The biggest problem is Correa's merger with and full protection of the FARC, not their previous encampments in the Northern jungles.

Rafael Correa is by US legal definition a drug king pin. You can look it up- US law defines his very acts as such and he is. But the State Department of Obama wants to lie a lot about US laws and US mores to enable more drug king pins and help grow the Iranian evil empire across the Americas for reasons that we do not comprehend nor countenance.

The Obama administration is willfully and wantonly lying to the USA and itself by not being honest about what Correa is and what he will be. Obama and his team of Cuban agents may think it is helpful to have a low level operative call the WALL STREET JOURNAL as a lying newspaper because they too hate that newspaper but the rest of the free world does not. And so Obama does not defend the USA's pledge to protect and defend the inherent right to free speech and privately applauds Correa's assault on God given rights to free speech. This double standard has gotten Obama already in to trouble. And this evil will bring him and his Soros team down, as is appropriate.
 
No one - no one at all- stood up to defend free speech under attack from Rafael Correa as he railed about the need for state ownership, as he does, of all media and state censorship of all speech. And Correa has the moral perversion to attack the embodiment of free speech, the JOURNAL in his public screaming fits  even as he seizes all open media himself  and co owns Iranian fake news agencies. Like Obama, Correa claims to be a true agent of "democracy."  Obama even told Correa he is an ally and defender of democracy. This perversion of truths has gotten Obama and his ilk in to real trouble. Correa is an ally of the Iranian and Geoge Soros money movers who insist that expanding the FARC is a good thing. Correa is not an ally of the USA nor is he in any way an agent of democracy. Correa is a criminal and a drug king pin. Barack Hussein Obama lied to and lied about Correa. We still do not know why.
 
The US Department of State calls Ecuadorean justice as weak. Again- they lie. Weak means slightly still there. There is no justice- not even weak justice in Ecuador. There is no justice in Ecuador. There is no rule of law and there are no democratic principles in Ecuador. There is a one man rule. There is a series of kangaroo courts which rule as Correa's thugs tell them to rule. Weak-? Non existent is more factual.

The State Department to its credit does call the Alfaristas as a narco terror group. What they refuse to say is that Correa erected a shrine to Alfaristas in a previous town, now abandoned again, called Montecristi where his special brand of democracy hid from sight and rammed through with no transparency a fake and full constitution by 9-08 which not only formally  gifts all FARC and Iranian terrorists with sanctuary but full voting rights even if they never stepped foot in Ecuador while stating that the governement will sell for profit any necessary fake passport and identity papers for criminals and terrorists. Obama and the State department proclaims this as a blessed event. But the US Department of State refuses to review the Correa constitution even though Obama himself claims to be a great and wise constitutional scholar when clearly he is not. Like all good correistas who were told to never ever read their own constitution- and this they did to their unending shame, so too did the US State Department and the Obama-Soros minions take heed to remain gleefully ignorant so as to better lie a lot about the criminal state of Ecuador.
 
As to State Department's recycled lies that because Ecuador's unemployment is bad, the locals turn to drug work in the North, this too is a lie. The Northern Border cannot nor will it ever sustain real economic growth. the infrastructure and manpower- trained manpower- does not and has never existed there. Subsistence farming does exist plus a lot of prostitution and cheap drugs as found in many border towns. Correa has no ineterest in quality of life for the Northern zone. No indeed. The real reason employment is bad is that Correa is a criminal and has run off of stolen from honest companies. His own policies and now his constitution has destroyed Ecuador. The FARC did not destroy the Northern border zone- the lack of attention and carelessness of its border residents, who love Correa, has debased its future.
 
State Department refuses to report the facts that Ecuador does not abide by its contracts with the US Defense Department. Ecuador wants to use its equipment from the USA to hurt Americans, hurt Colombians and help the FARC. That is why Ecuador recently saw all sensitive equipment yanked from Ecuador. But Obama's team refuse to report this...  pretending that lying will grow diplomacy. We remind that no diplomacy exists when relationships are built on manipulations and deceptions. there is no value in manipulative living.

There is no development at the Northern Border. There are a few ransdom broccoli farms held up as poster children for great success stories. But State Department permits Ecuadorean counterveiling lies about its own reality- a reality that Ecuadoreans see every day.

As to Ecuadorean confiscation of FARC materiel and arresting for trial all FARC operatives in Ecuador...we note that it did not happen.

No FARC is in an Ecuadorean prison nor will Correa permit their deportation for trial in the USA. But State thinks this is holy. We do not.

State Department gives no US DEA data- only Ecuadorean propaganda. State Department reports ni US FBI, no US Defense Department and no US CIA information. Of course not. By Spring of 2009, the Obama Clinton team removed all US governmental data and now relies of Ecuadorean paid propaganda to replace functional data. Sedition is still sedition.

State Department lies vociferously when is reports that Ecuador's military increased its "tempo" against the FARC and that it successfully stopped more FARC in 2008 than ever before. This is a bald faced lie and everyone knows this. We say- there is no proof and no verifiable data to back this up. Certainly the DEA, the FBI and the CIA of the USA would not and could not verify these wold eyed lies from the State Departments team of liars and ninnyhammers.

The US Department of State knowingly is lying about Ecuador. The nation of Correa has never once prosecuted any financial criminal and its laughable so called anti money laundering laws are based solely on voluntary self reporting by criminals and perps. There is no meaningful money laundering law in Ecuador. there are no financial crimes punished. Correa has decreed this and his new constitution legalizes money laundering anyway, making irrelevant the fake claim about former Ecuadorean operative Jim Sullivan's false claim that Ecuador had a tough anti money laundering law when this never existed anyway. ...only more lies. And it surely does not today. Correa has released all drug criminals and FARC operatives previously held in jails. He does imprison with gay abandon any who challenge is  one man theocratic rule of Pachamama, his fake goddes to bless his and Gallegos's stream of lies. It is obvious to any who know Correa and Gallegos that they refer us to the State Department screed because....they helped with its inserted replacement language...for a few bags of coins. This is done to debase and call a liar to souls such as Alvaro Uribe and Mary Anastasia O'Grady. State Department in essence is  calling Uribe, the US DEA, the US FBI, the UN's INTERPOL and all US legitimate businesses in the Andes as ....liars. What we do not know is....why.

What Gallegos also ignores- and Hillary Clinton's State Department seems to ignore a lot is also from the US Department of State- its most recent INL REPORT on Ecuador which was not written by some paid Soros liar to further Ecuadorean government crimes. No indeed, the INL Report - just a few months before Hillary had her own report issued and wiped out previous factual reporting, claimed that Ecuador was a massive drug running zone, chock full of criminal endeavors. But Gallegos knows, as we know, that his paid operatives engineered their own fake reporting about Ecuador inside the State Department's April 2009 lies. This is of course a crime. But Obama and Soros and Hillary care nothing of this. But the facts outweigh their false reporting which is baseless and useless. Just ask anyone about Ecuador- they will tell you that what was once a nice country is now a criminal zone.
 
Luis Gallegos presents a nifty picture for the WALL STREET JOURNAL readers, based on lies. Gallegos deies Ecuadorean protection rackets and drug running which is irrefutable. So too does the US Department of State in its woefully dishonest screed of April, 2009, debasing what little credence it has left. In fact, the US Department of State refuses itself to state the facts that the FARC's Raul Reyes for years operated with gay abandon inside Ecuador even as Colombia- and the US Armed Forces and the US DEA demanded that his Ecuadorean racket be shut down. Correa refused to so do. Correa refused to stop running dirty money and drugs and the US Department of State knows this, not that their Hillary Clinton chum former "ambassador" Jewell ever did an honest day's work. But Uribe of Colombia has spoken truth to power. Now Hillary wants to help Chavez, Iran and Correa kill off the good that Uribe has done.

What we do not know is why. Do Hillary and Obama actually agree with George Soros that the Andes are really better off as a full FARC zone, just as  Bill Clinton carved off one half of Colombia as a FARC zone during his presidency, following the then Soros plan to divide Colombia? It did not work then to legalize narcoterrorism and it does not work today- it only enhances narcoterrorism. And what of ambassador Hodges-? Does she really want to ignore the realities all around her in Quito and bless Luis Gallegos and the fraudlent lies in the 4-09 State Department Report which Gallegos uses to cover up his nationa's criminality? We do not know what has become of these people but we do know what will become of these people.....and it has everything to do with trying to find some way to regain what is lost: their sacred honor.
 
ECrisis says it again- no one, no one at all with a brain goes in to the US Department of State for any reason except more  manipulative tomfoolery. State Department is like a giant WALMART for manipulators who can buy anything dysfunctional and dishonest that they seek.

It is the US Department of State Manipulations now where none speak the facts and all hide as girlie girls, passing the blame for their own failures as men and women. State Department needs a full mental rehab. But Gallegos reminds us that State Department is the one and only US Department of Manipulative living. Notably absent in his dishonest diatribe of deceit in the JOURNAL are any other US governmental Reports about Ecuador. Nothing from Commerce, Defense, the DEA or the FBI or even Customs-ICE. There is a reason for this: these entities speak the facts about Ecuador and the Obama-Clinton State Department does not. No sane businessman goes to State Department- not now. No sane elected official gets the facts from State Department- just a lot of run around. But Gallegos got what he wanted from Hillary and Obama: cover for his deceptions and his nations' criminal cartel. Is it any wonder that Soros considers Gallegos and Chavez's embassy team as embraceable? Obviously Hillary and Obama do too. We remind that under the U.S. constitution, the US president is but one of equals among all government. The elected leader - yes. The commander in chief of the Armed Forces but nothing else. His cabinet has power....but the people, by design of its Republic, have the sole power over any president or Secretary of State, who work for them and not vice versa. Although Hillary and Obama want the US public to actually work for and help pay the Soros plan for the world, we remind that Soros is opaque, murky and cares nothing about the U.S. constitution. Just ask him- he is funding establishing more constitutional rewriting groups, as he has co funded in Ecuador, Venezuela, Bolivia, and Honduras. State Department refuses to report how much they have spent on these communist manifestoes to craft legalized FARC zones and that explains their entire crime of lying about Ecuador which remains yet honored by Gallegos.
 
You want the facts about Ecuador? Start by applying US law and ask- simply and politely ask Hillary and her Soros operatives just who exactly wrote the fact-missing so called analysis about Correa's cartel called Ecuador. transparency is the US law and its norm. Who worte this garbage/ Who decided to kick out all facts from the US FBI, DEA, ICE, Customs, Treasury, Commerce, Labor Department, Immigration and on and on and dclare that Soros's own propagandists alone can hide the truth and lie to the US public to help Gallegos attack the WALL STREET JOURNAL and create harm to Uribe and the people of Ecuador? Who ordered this and who paid for this? You can and should ask.  Hillary is an employee of the US taxpayer- nothing less. She is bound by US law. So too is Obama, no more and no less.
 
Gallegos depends on Obama, Soros and Hillary to give his Correa cartel cover. These three entities commandeer and corral the rest of the US government at their own peril and against the US constitution which they claim to know and applaud when they do not. Everyone knows that State Department in Washington and at all its outposts are cretinous liars. What is apparent is that State Department is lying and denying the rest of the US government its mandate to be honest. That is an impeachable and removable offense. Hillary Clinton does now appear identical to Rafael Correa's mother: an enabler of addicts. By refusing to state the facts about Ecuador, she reveals her dishonesty....and her self inflicted disease.
 
The Gallegos opening line as above, his oevre- his opus of deciet, in which he dishonestly claims that no one ever verified the Raul Reyes FARC materials. In this he bases his  entire false argument. Indeed, everyone- one and all- verified the FARC materials....everyone that is except Hillary's State Department of Soros, Chavez and Correa. It is time to point out this tragic fact and get on with it. Verifiably, every major actionable data from the Reyes computers led to capture of numerous criminals and the release of hostages, a fact which neither Correa nor Chavez nor the FARC helped with in any meaningful way while aiding and abetting FARC crimes. Clearly Hillary's team of propagandists want to ignore these inconvenient truths which she calls smart diplomatic prowess. We call it dumb lying. We still do not know what Obama and Soros and the Clintons dishonestly hope to gain by expanding terrorism in the Andes. We do not know why the US State Department is trying so hard to throw away US taxpayer money to help Correa build a new Iranean - FARC region. We do know that this is sometimes called criminal abetting and negligent homicide.
 
As for Gallegos trumpeting the Soros/Obama-Clinton text from the US State Department about Ecuador, his reverie is of one note. Gallegos telegraphs this off key analysis. Knowingly, this so called analysis about Ecuador is a fake and is illegal in the USA. It is illegal because it failed to state the facts and only brought forward manipulations while illegally ignoring all other US entities and truth tellers across the US govenment. Gallegos knows this and he counted on this. What he does not know is that no one sane person considers the US Department of State as a refuge for truth telling. And that explains why as of yesterday there was fear- real fear- behind Hillary Clinton's eyes. Besides, the so called State Department love fest screed about Ecuador appears to have been written by Fenton os some affiliated propaganda entity. It was certainly not approved nor attributed nor sourced nor fact checked by any truth teller in other U.S. governmental agencies- not at all. And that is why we call Gallegos yet again a liar and a man who needs to have his credentials stripped. He is selling lies.
